Used phones are overpriced.. not helpful really..lack of knowledge and genuine concern for me to solve my dilemma whether the solution may or may not include me doing business with them... thats the worst... wouldnt even quote me a ballpark charging port fix price for LG without knowing exact model.

This place is amazing! Employees are so kind, and respectful . Prices are affordable . I will highly recommend this place if you need a charger port fixed .

We setup Cox Service in Las Vegas and the service so far is good. Internet Speed are super fast and the store that helped setup our service was very helpful. When we arrived to the location the store was pretty busy and we waited for maybe 3-5 minutes. The sales rep was very nice and helpful. She provided us with all the information we needed and activated our service in 15 minutes. Everything is perfect. Thanks a bunch.

I got my iPhone screen fixed here and this guys did a great job. My phone screen was fixed in about 15 mins. I will definitely come back again for more repairs I need !!!

This guys are great. I came here because I had some trouble understanding the bundles I saw online and the prices for everything. They were able to take their time to explain the specific details from the bundle I wanted.

I was in town last week and I broke my iPhone screen, I went into this place they helped me out really good. they seemed very knowledgeable and explained to me what was going on with my phone. they also warned me about other possible damage with the phone and were really good in communicating with me. Had my head Jack repaired at this place and the new piece has static. I honestly dont think the replaced it, so I asked for the purchasing order for the part since it had to be special ordered. The business was not able to provide it to me, what a surprise. I had asked to be emailed the order, nobody ever got back to me. I had to call back. Not a good way to conduct business!! I would stay way from 5his place.

I revisited this store to setup cox service and two years later I must say the customer service here is amazing. Staff Is very knowledgeable and supportive. Store was very clean and my cox service is good with zero issues. This store in my #1 store in Vegas.

I came in to get my Cox service reactivated at my new address. 3 days later, I have spent 7+ hours on the phone/hold with customer service and Ultimate Wireless. The store lied to me about handling the process of deactivating whatever year-old+ past-due account was previously active at my address. I had to send them my lease agreement. I thought this would be close to the end of me having to deal with getting internet turned on. I was wrong.Cox told me, after many hours and representatives, many of whom had to be transferred to multiple departments and other reps themselves, that only the store could deactivate the old account. Alex told me they had deactivated the line but something was wrong on Coxs end. That for some unknown reason, my account was different than all the other accounts that have this same issue. That was 3 days ago.They also continued to keep the date I tried to activate service, the 27th, while on the phone Alex told me that the service would start when I connected the modem. This was a lie. I told him then on the phone that I didnt believe him and he responded that the only way to solve the issue was to call Cox yet another time. I did get Cox to fix this issue by giving me a small credit to cover the 2 days I did not use service.Misleading customers, flat out lying to customers, not taking responsibility for your mistakes and incompetence are just a few of the descriptions I can come up with.Go elsewhere.I hope you have a good day!

I got my iPhone 5s screen fixed here last week. It only took them about 15 min to replace it. My screen has been working perfectly fine since then, highly recommend it to anyone looking to replace their damaged screen.

I am the one who posted a 1 star review on your other Cox listing. I apologize for that. There is a company based out of Florida that is using existing locations like your own and taking inbound calls which are outsourced. They post fraudulently, sometimes showing residential addresses as a Cox store and then leaving their toll free number. I feel like this is fraud and takes away from the small businesses right here at home in Vegas. I soon learned that you also became an authorized retailer. Now that I realize you are a legitimate business, I will remove anything negative and can only offer an apology and this positive feedback. I will have my staff do the same. We do about 500 activations a month and appreciate everyones hard work to get to and stay at that level. We wish you nothing but success. If anything we should find ways to help each other out and rise together. The type of business that we are in is a tightly knit community here in Vegas and friendship is much more valuable. Said they had a screen in stock when I called. Showed up didn’t have it. Then decided to give me attitude saying “ it’s in stock in the warehouse 1 hour away “ . It’s a good idea not to lie to customers . False advertisement, horrible service.

About two months ago I took a vacation to Vegas and ended up losing my phone at one of the clubs. I looked around the next day but I had to leave back to California that morning so I never found my phone.About a week later while at work, I received a call about my lost phone. It was an employee from Ultimate Wireless saying that someone had brought in the phone trying to sell it to them! The employee asked for my home address and had the phone delivered within a couple of days! I couldnt believe it... I couldnt believe the integrity and honesty of the associate at this store. I had figured my phone was lost but I had it back in my possession within a couple of days!It was an iPhone with the Find My iPhone app so it was locked and in lost mode so as soon as I got it back it was back in working condition! Ive gotten my phone repaired here and i was told the screens were high quality .My screen pops out of my phone, thats how low quality it is ! After a couple days or maybe even a few weeks your screen wont have lasted . Ive been back and forth to this store 4 times because each time its been a problem . The customer service is the worst ive ever dealt with . I HIGHLY recommend that you dont go here for ANY services !
