I took my car into Friendly because my original dealership was booked up, it turned out to be great. They fixed my transmission quickly, as well as a couple other minor issues. Jarred in transmission was great, very personable and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely go back to Friendly before my original dealership.

My son didn’t think I needed new lug nuts but the dealership said I did need them. Dawn took wonderful care of me checking on the progress of the work being done and that I was charged the right amount for the work. They were done with my car much quicker than they said it would take.

Went in for electrical problem...Something draining battery..Had to leave it a week...no problem...They didnt find any problem....but I did mention when bringing car in ..that the rt blinker was going fast...So when I got car back from electrical dept....Paid 129 for them to do what they...You guessed it... drove right to car parts storeand kid generously replaced bulb. HELLO....

I had a great experience last Saturday morning. I arrived early plus I had an appointment. Edgar was my dude and once my suv was finished he provided helpful information for the care of my vehicle. I will return in the future, as the need arises. On a previous visit I had the pleasure of speaking to a knowledgeable African American woman. She gave me great advice, which made my visit on Saturday go smoother. I appreciate great service and people who take pride in their jobs and care about customers.

I live just 2 miles away from a different Ford dealership but it is well worth the trip across town to go Friendly Ford for their service department. I am on my third Ford vehicle and Friendly Ford has always gone above and beyond. Unlike the dealership next to me, Friendly Ford makes sure to address all the recalls and fix minor stuff at no additional cost. They don’t seek to up sell me or to keep my car longer than needed to do unnecessary repairs. They are quick and very professional. I highly recommend them

They tried to send me a invoice for >$200 for a diagnostic test that I was told several times was never done. These people will take your money and will have no disregard for their customers.

Check was 30 minutes, started with 1 service rep left waiting and then finally finished up with second service rep. Service didnt provide me with the rental car RO# so I was stuck waiting at Enterprise (warranty work so I got a rental car) kept calling and only got voice mail, text message was not returned costing me an additional 45 minutes of wasted time. Surprised when I picked my trick up that it hadnt been run through car wash.

Dealership shouldnt force customers to buy preinstalled dealer add on products such as nitrogen filled tires, VIN Etching or some sort of bogus paint protection. These so called add on products are just a way for dealers to make more money off the sale of the vehicle....dealers know this and customers know this. At least have the professional courtesy to deduct the cost of preinstalled products from the price of the vehicle when the customer doesnt need or want them.

The steering wheel of the new vehicle has something wrong. I just bought it last month. So I brought to Friendly Ford. The technician drove one round, said nothing wrong with it. No lights were on. And he could not verify it. But I drove from 0 miles to 900 miles, the steering wheel sometimes will suddenly turn to the left when I drove straight. This was not happening every time I drove. However, when it happened, it was scaring when driving on the road without hitting the lane. Why not the technician check the steering wheel by computer system or other technology rather than driving one round to find a problem? Today I brought over there. The technician said I need to pay for the rental car if I left my vehicle there. He did not mention this yesterday. I thought my vehicle had warranty and Friendly Ford has the responsibility to offer customer with cars without charge. This is my second Ford car. The experience this time from the warranty made me disappointed. I already told them it indeed has problems, but they just don’t believe me.When I had a car issue like this, they don’t have the same attitudes when they sold the cars to me. If Friendly Ford did not solve this issue, I think this would be my last Ford and no more in the future. Very disappointed.

Dawn checked me in, I had a 730am appointment. She looked up my maintenance program information, and explained the frequency of future visits, and extras like free wiper blades. In the 7 years I had been going there, no one had ever taken the time to go over things like that. Appreciate it.

Really a 4.5.Good and fair process, our sales person was fantastic and did a great job during the whole process. Is a 4.5 because the finance guy spent 20 minutes agressively pushing their extended warranty, got a little annoed with us when we said our 7th no, and then proceeded to not show us any of the actual final financial closing document rather just having us initial on a screen that didnt display any of the information. The actual financial transaction was 10 seconds.Everything else about the experience at the dealership was fantastic though.

1 star is even too much. This place is nothing but a giant scam with a bunch of liars. They will do anything to get your money and refuse to use any common sense to realize they are in the wrong. They want to charge you for service that wasnt done or even documented and always claim they arent in today. Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with people. Had the horrid honor of meeting the general manager, George Handal, who is absolutely useless. He wants your money and nothing else. Dont bother coming here and definitely dont buy from here.

I live 4 hours from this dealership and I called 3 weeks prior to schedule my vehicle for safety recalls on my Ford Fusion. I spoke to a guy on the phone and he stated that if I got it there in the morning they would be able to get all my warranty work done in one day. (Living so far away ) I called a second time and spoke to a second person who stated the same thing to me that they could get it all done in one day. I arrived the night before to drop vehicle off and pull up to the service center and they proceeded to tell me that it would take more than a day to do all my recalls (total recalls calls for 4 hours ). I was mad I drove 4 hours to this dealership to get it done in a whole day and had manager tell me that they can’t tell you that on the phone. So I had them do the three easiest recalls and they did not even fix all my recalls. The manager was not helpful basically he couldn’t do anything for me.

Start by saying we are from the Midwest, not anywhere near Las Vegas. Vehicle was arranged and towed to Friendly Ford by Ford tow. Eleazar “Al” Cardenas is a 5 star service rep. He was attentive, answered all questions, arranged for rental car and returned phone calls. Service tech (Kyler?) was great too. Came out and explained what was done to vehicle and why. Friendly Ford caused the 4 stars because it took 7 days to pull vehicle into shop to be looked at it which cause extra expense on us because we had to get accommodations in Vegas.

Eleazar came up to car within a minute or so.told him had to jump start to get here. Please also check anti freeze and washer fluid. Took car back shortly. Didnt take to long to finish. New battery anti freeze and washer fluid. Also new screws on battery cover. Used a lot of plastic to keep car clean. Would definitely return to your service department and recommend to others.everthing under warranty.

After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I went to drop off car to be told it would take 7 days before it could be looked at. After 7 days they called and said it needed a hose. 2 days later I was told Ford no longer makes that hose and they usually do not work on cars that old, 2010 mustang. They could not fix, come and get it and by the way $210 please. I will never go back of buy a Ford again.

Let me start by saying I bought a truck from Friendly Ford in 2018, and the process was smooth. This time was different. Due to current economic conditions, all dealerships are having trouble getting inventory from Ford. I’ve been told by other dealerships that the only way to get a vehicle sent to them is to have a special order from a customer. If that customer decides not to purchase the vehicle, the dealership can keep it, but slaps a markup on it and sells it to someone new.So I called Friendly Ford and was connected with a salesman named Salvador Lugo. He told me that I would pay MSRP for my new F-250. I submitted my order and credit card information, but when I received the order invoice (after asking for it several times), it contained $7,259 in additional fees and taxes. I contacted the salesman and asked why the price was higher than the MSRP amount we had discussed, and asked if we could work something out to get back to MSRP. He responded that the fees were “not negotiable,” and in the same email informed me that he was cancelling my order and refunding my deposit. I did not request to cancel my order, or request a refund of my deposit.So if you see a nice silver F-250 with a Tremor package on the lot in about three months, enjoy paying $5,000-10,000 over MSRP, and know that you are supporting some pretty shady business practices.

In April of this year I placed a pre-order for a Mustang Mach E. The sales person I used (Larry Earl) was great. I guess he recently left the dealership so I was assigned a new Sales Person. My issues are not necessarily with the new sales guy, they’re more with this dealership and it’s business practices. I have purchased 4 other cars over the past few years from different dealerships and it’s been a long time since I had a sleazy car sale transaction at a dealership. The best place for me to start is to talk about how the pre-order for the Mach E was a custom order I built the car exactly how I wanted it. When I started the paperwork to purchase after the custom order came in the dealership had added a fee for Nitrogen in the tires, Etch, and S-Care. I told them I didn’t want any of these and that I didn’t order them. The dealership told me there was nothing they could do since these options had already been added to car. This ended up costing me an extra $1000 for things I didn’t want, nor did I order them when building my car.On top of that I brought them an offer from CarMax that I had for my trade, the offer was for $35,600, this Ford dealer initially offered me $32,000. After going back and forth and spending and annoying amount of time negotiating they eventually met the CarMax offer.The frustration is more with their shady sales tactics and practices. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to buy a car from a dealership with integrity or honest business practices. I would have walked away if I hadn’t placed a custom order that I waited 6 months for but unfortunately my hands were tied and I would have had to start the whole order process over again and wait even longer if I went to a different dealer. The people working there were friendly enough on the surface but they were shady and annoying to deal with.0 out of 10 would not recommend, will never buy anything from this dealership again.

I have nothing but bad experiences with Ford. I will never own another Ford again in my life! A year ago I brought in my car to have clutches and mounts replaced. They lasted a year and a few days before I was back in the shop for the exact same issue. They had my car for two months. And a majority of the time it just sat there because Ford and my warranty company couldn’t pull it together. Even after it was finished, it took me another week for them to release my car to me, because again, Ford and my warranty company couldn’t get it together. I picked my car up two days ago. It was so dusty and dirty from sitting, and it’s still not running right. It just shakes so badly. Communication is horrible, and they don’t offer and rentals or loaner cars. Bad experience yet again.

Even though they had my car for over two weeks, it wasn’t until the final couple of days they asked whether or not I wanted a car to use while they had mine. Also while my car was there I just thought it could’ve been nice if they would have washed it for it to be returned to me. While it was there I also asked them if they couldI’ve taken care of the updates to the map navigational system, this was not completed. I just thought they could have done this while they completed the diagnostics on the car.

I was moving from Hawaii to Texas and noticed a sound in the rear end of my Shelby GT500. I called while in California and spoke with Bryan in the service department. He was able to get me in right away when I got in town. The total service was fast and done right. He sent pics along the way to verify issues and stayed in touch the entire way. When he called me the next day to tell me it would take about a week, I asked for a loaner and he gave me a new Escape to drive. While I was there for my 65,000 mile service, I inquired on an issue with my drivers side power seat, the power lumbar control. I was told that my extended warranty that I bought would cover it only if the part number of whatever is wrong if Ford says its covered,. If its covered, I pay $100 deductible, which Im ok with. If they tear into it and say the part number is not covered, I pay $200 diagnostic fee plus parts and labor to fix it. This is not acceptable. It should be covered regardless of what part failed. At least Friendly Ford is consistent. One thing Ive learned about them is that whenever I have an issue regarding my extended warranty or extended maintenance, they will ALWAYS give me an answer I dont want to hear.

I purchased my Flex at this location but would take it to the Team Ford location for service because it is MUCH closer to my house. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with Team Ford more than once which caused me to drive the distance to take my vehicle to Friendly Ford instead. I was pleased with the service all the way around and will continue to make the drive to have my vehicle serviced here as long as I continue to own it.

Terrible dealership. Avoid. I’ve purchased my focus from them brand new and have been a customer for over 6 years.. Brought my 2015 Ford Focus in because it would not reverse or stay in gear. Was told it is covered under fords TCM recall warranty. When I asked for a timetable to be repaired was quickly dismissed saying they didn’t know and last car that needed this part was there for over 7 weeks so good luck. When I asked for a loaner vehicle was quickly dismissed again. When I asked what I should do to be able to get home or to work they could not provide me with any answers. Just kept telling me good luck for getting the TCM in a reasonable manner. Completely unacceptable for a company/dealer to have no timetable for a warrantied part to be fixed and not provide a loaner. I’m out of a car and have to fork over my own money for a rental costing 80$/day for who knows how long. How is this even allowed when it is a warrantied part and completely fords fault for not being competent enough to build a half decent transmission.

After a previous service issue, this time out Friendly was exactly that. Service details, pricing, and ETA were all presented accurately and up front by the service advisor. The waiting area is comfortable, and they have a cool coffee machine. There were even donuts for customers - all complimentary. Checkout and payment was fast and easy. I will be bringing my vehicle back when it needs service.

Okay, first off, Id really give it 4.5 stars, but I didnt want to take a whole star off. I had my oil changed on a Friday. They took me at my appointed time, and instead of the hour wait I was expecting, it was more than two. BUT the tech had accidentally brushed a rack with my truck tire, and popped the tire, which I would call a freak accident. They replaced the tire with the exact same model, so thats why it took a little extra time. My only deduction would be that they didnt tell me until AFTER it was done, so I was sitting around for more than an hour wondering what the heck... minor inconvenience, otherwise fantastic service.

Since the start we have had nothing but trouble, the first truck that was brand new had transmission issue after transmission issue.. spent two weeks in the shop and came out started having issues again. Finally traded that in, got less than deserved. Got put in a basic model fusion, no tint no floor mats nothing. Fast forward to now have had to take it in multiple times for minor fixes... brought it in 2 weeks ago they rolled the car in the shop turns out they got too busy and we didnt have an appointment we understood went home with an appointment for this Wed. Show up this Wed they never ordered the parts they needed so got sent home again with another appointment. Which means more time off work..

I was very polite and professional but i feel me being there from 8:30am (with an appointment) until 2:20pm was far long for an oil change and a recall. I have an Ford Edge which was recalled re the reverse camera. A Ford Focus camera was initially installed hence the cause of the long wait.

I’m a fleet customer with the worst kind of issue in our brand new 2020 Police Interceptor: intermittent electrical issue related to door ajar chime which could have been door alignment or electrical - so two different potential departments: Body / Service.Spoke with Jarrad the service manager. Not only did he monitor the process between the two departments, but he managed the routine maintenance as well and handled the interaction with the FF body shop as well. Steve at the body shop was great and we had our rig back in service in 48 hours, serviced and all issues related to misaligned doors handled perfectly. Impressed!

There were some annoying things about my purchase there, which they gladly took care of when I complained. Overall, I am happy about my purchase.Just 2 months after my purchase though I had to go to their service department.I did not appreciate having to pay over $300 for a new battery when the truck I bought from Friendly Ford I had less than 2 months. For the price I paid, a new battery should have come with it.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Earl made things seamless. I live 200 miles from the dealership and I work very long hours and it is very hard to make it to Vegas. Earl was understanding and worked the deal over the phone and met me to deliver my car. Positive experience all around and will buy from them again. Ask for Earl he is the best!!!

Took my car for repairs in July, and 31 days later I get it back. I understand the delay with the part, but when you have to call them weekly for an update, is not ok for me. I feel that your service advisor should be on top of information getting to the customer, whether he has new info or not. No effort was put forth to get me a loaner car until I raised hell with the service manager. All in all very unhappy with my experience.

Having switched to Friendly Ford after some frustration at another local dealership, I was introduced to Jarred by a friend who had “tested” Jarred over the years. I can confirm Jarred is honest and recommends actions only necessary to the long term success of your vehicle. He is deliberate in scheduling your vehicle for the necessary repairs so it doesn’t just sit at the dealership. I have also known Friendly Ford and Jarred to be sensitive to those with immediate needs and get them on their way as soon as humanly possible.My repairs were completed in a matter of a couple days which involved a complete disassembly of the upper half of my engine and I will tell you it runs as brand new.I highly recommend Friendly Ford for your new and used car purchases and all service and repair needs. Not your typical dealership for sure. I am a Ford guy and will be depending on Friendly Ford for all my needs.

Salvador was the person who helped me out, he was very informative. He asked me what I wanted then he proceeded to Showed me multiple options without trying to stick me to one. I finally found what I wanted and I walked out with a 2021 Ford ranger. This was my second time doing business with friendly Ford. And with the first time I wasn’t as happy as this second time. I think the first time could of been as satisfying if Salvador was there

I came in for an oil change. No appt. Asked about my brake pads as well and they were able to get both done in a bit over 2 hours. They had a comfy lounge for me to wait in. The price was reasonable. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I have never had a negative experience at friendly ford. I also received a coupon for a car wash at wow, which I might add, is a great car wash.

I went in with my 2017 edge to have a recall on the front brake lines but was told they still didnt have the parts witch would have been nice to know but I was having an oil change and transmission oil done same day. Very fast service and Richard is always very nice and professional so I still give you a 5 star. Your service department rocks. Thanks
