This place is the pinnacle of what a high end dealership should be. I have been driving luxury cars for over twenty years, so I have dealt with many high end dealers---none have even come close to Towbin. The new Ferrari and Maserati store is absolutely beautiful and my wife and I have attended the grand opening event and it was absolutely spectacular. Towbin has The Best selection in Las Vegas for luxury and exotic cars! Ferrari, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Bentley, & Karma all at one site. Great service. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend !

Treated very well here even though I wasnt buying one of their high end cars. They gave me an honest price on my trade and there was very little haggling involved. Ive purchased a dozen cars and this is the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership.

I have no idea where these low reviews are coming from as we had a GREAT experience. Antonio was our pre-owned salesman and was SO nice. No pressure, no bait and switch, no trying to sell us something more $$. And the sales manager Troy was also so nice, professional, and went above and beyond in customer service as they hope you will return again. And we will. After the sale of our gorgeous and fair-priced Bentley, Antonio sent pictures as the car was detailed and Troy later offered advice and his time on warranties (not through them) which he didn’t have to since it was now post-sale. Check out these luxury car dealers who are down to earth and not affected.

My Maserati was in a bit of an accident and I had the team here take care of it for me. Everything went as expected and not that I look forward to it happening again, but I know where it will go if it does. When it is time to replace the car, I will be back here as well.

Fico scores 717 678 690 I submitted a credit application online waiting to get approved the guy never submitted my application to the bank he just view it then called me & said we can’t get you approved I was like but you didn’t submit my application then he said just what I see on your credit report he can’t get it done I was like this is not in-house financing how can he make the decision without submitted to the bankI have 6 paid off auto loans Amex credit cards never late on any of my accounts & $150k loan from Mercedes the car I was trying to get was only $90k si don’t waste your time with this dealer theses guys are a joke

Picked up a 2017 Audi from Towbin. Brand Manager Ed Salvatierra was so easy and low key to deal with rating five stars plus. One of the better car buying experiences my wife and I have had. Seamless from start to finish and Ed did us a solid by holding the vehicle over the Memorial Day weekend as we could not get to Las Vegas that weekend to purchase the vehicle.I will say that this is a very dangerous place for a car lover to go - the Rolls Royces. the Maseratis, the Bentlys, the Aston Martins, the Ferraris, and all the beautiful pre-owned vehicles make for a stunning display of eye candy.Most excellent dealership weve come across in over 40 years....

Bought a Karma Revero GT there. First they were unable to find my payment I wired, second they prepared paper to the wrong name, and third they never sent papers for registration and I am still waiting....Make your own mind

Dishonest in the fullest sense. Bought a Bentley Certified Preowned several months ago. The car was said to be in showroom condition with clear film protection. Neither were true and another reputable Bentley dealer quoted @$15,000 to fix the undisclosed damage and failed parts. Save yourself the hassle and buy a car from a reputable dealer. They will not take the car back and want me to “leave” it with them for who knows how long to fix what they deem necessary. They will not work with a local reputable dealer to get it fixed here @ 2300 miles away. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and I’ve dealt with my fair share. Sales, Service, and Upper management know about this situation with no resolve after 2 months. No documents for 7 weeks either. Couldn’t drive the car for a month legally because it couldn’t be registered without docs asked for 3 times. BTW Bentley US customer service will not stand behind the customer, only their dealers apparently. Be careful and put your eyes on any car bought here if you absolutely have to have a car from them.

Salesman have to get with modern times....while looking at a preowned Bentley...hint hint...DO NOT INSULT A WOMAN(my wife) by showing her the trunk as the best feature for when she goes shopping...and when someone offers 130k cash for a car thats 139k...dont become so arrogant and tell them go find another dealer ...and then you just walk away....no ..i appreciate the offer...no. let me check...not even a thanks for stopping by...so yes i will take my business elsewhere.

Even though the gesture was small, it meant a lot. I just bought a Maserati and somehow the license plate holder got messed up while trying to change it. I popped by here with no appointment, and I was able to call and get to the Service Manager to look at it, if I’m not mistaken, his name was Oscar. They took my car to the back and fixed it for free. I really appreciated it. As this is where I’ll be taking my car for service, this was a great first impression.

Horrible experience with Jake Curguz and wish I never purchased a vehicle from there. Purchased a 2019 Porsche Gt3RS in lizard Green and they didn’t even bother washing/detailing the vehicle for me after I signed the paperwork and what’s even worse... Jake didn’t bother to disclose that the vehicle only has one key and that I would have to purchase a spare if needed an extra key. Dealership is a joke and take your business elsewhere. Drove two hours to be played... make sure you ask questions and cover your bases... they just blame corona. Purchased another Porsche Cayenne recently and my experience was much more pleasant. Corona isn’t the case. They act busy when they probably move 30 units a month. Don’t waste your time with Jake Curguz.

My visit to this Dealer was not a good experience for me since the seller Leonardo Rne, was not very kind at the time of making my purchase of the vehicle made me feel that I was not a good customer for him. And I meet all the requirements to buy the vehicle. He alone told me to come back at 3 hours which I did and when I went he told me that we had to wait for tomorrow and maybe the next day and he never called.

Its just a car dealership. If you are into exotic cars they are friendly enough and will let you walk around. You are not allowed to take photos of the Ferrari! I was not told that at the start of my tour and got yelled at. but they have a lot of fancy brands and you can walk around and dream about having $300,000 to spend on a car. If youre not into the cars dont come here.

Im located in Florida and wanted to purchase a rolls royce ghost from them remotely, as Ive done many times with other cars. Inquired about the CPO warranty that the car allegedly had. Leonardo just ignored me after I told him I wasnt local and couldnt come in to view the car in person. Ive never seen such poor service at any dealership anywhere.

Lovely cars, but the sales people watched us roll up. They sat inside laughing and pointing at us.So I wouldnt reccomend them. Spend your big bucks elsewhere.They never once came out. Not even to say hi.Unless you are people who are high and mighty and above us lowly people.Wish I could give more stars for the cars. But dont want to confuse people.I believe this is against ferraris policy. BTW.

ZERO STARS .... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.i had an appt with the salesman at 2pm, when I arrived he said Im having lunch, Ill be right there. So low class, unprofessional, nasty situation. Then after purchasing a Bentley for $200,000, which I should not have. He had the gust to lie to me about warranty. It had none. Bunch of unprofessional, haters out here. I suggest the owner gets in contact with me before I contact BBB.

Called to come see a particular car...got there and said they had just sold the car and didnt offer to show us anything else, just walked off and left us standing there. Poor salesmanship. Assumed we didnt have the money to spend but was prepared to pay cash for a car of our liking. Do not recommend. Train your salesman to treat all people the same...lost out on a $100,000 sale.

As an avid car collector of vintage and exotics, I have bought many cars, some sight-unseen since 1998. Tobin was easily in my top five best experiences. My Aston Martin Vanquish is stunning! My new DB11 with 400 miles on it needed minor service due to an original assembly problem with the tail light. I had it sent to Towbin Motors and returned to me in an enclosed trailer. When the car was returned to me and removed from the enclosed trailer, it was filthy and covered with very gritty dirt. I washed it by hand and discovered the finish had been damaged by bird droppings. They now are ignoring my requests to resolve this.

I just had my 1998 Rolls Royce repaired at Towbin Motorcars and they were really remarkable. The mechanic proceeded forth at my slower paceto explan the details of the repairs needed for my car. He did not make me feel uncomfortable at anytime. The person who was assigned to the repair of my car was Stephen Nelson. if you wish to receive good service, please ask for Mr. Nelson. You will know exactly what the repair work will be performed on your automobile without any surprises.

Dealer will do anything to sell you a car tells you one thing does another. Dealership makes you waits for simple answer to questions not a good experience over the years with any Towbin location. I didn’t let one experience leave this review id say about 5 occasions. After this last experience we’re they were offering 4K over trade in on KBB value I described my truck and the vehicle I was interested in was told we could make a deal and I wouldn’t be disappointed. Get to the dealership to waste my time they can’t offer me anything unless I buy new even though I clear showed the used Jeep I was interested in. Also they couldn’t finance the Jeep I was interested in due to high mileage. Interesting they didn’t disclose this information before convincing me to come to the dealer. Waste of time all of Towbin dodge all their vehicles are over priced look at car gurus they show up over priced on almost all vehicles. Shame for such a big dealer you’d think they would have a better reputation I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Would rate less than a one but it wont let me.. Had our 2008 Rolls Royce with less than 32,000 miles towed to Towbin Motorcars due to engine failure. The Dealers only help was to charge us $1800.00 to tell us yes the timing chain is broken and No there is no warranty and we can fixer Up for $63,000. Review of the estimate showed numerous items and parts that should not of needed repaired or replaced at 31,000 miles and, excessive labor charges! (Note: the engine is a BMW engine) Try local highly rated local repair shops first for your BMW engine repair needs.

I had a very bad experience with towbins ferrari service for which i now believe the dealership to be less than honest to me.In February of 2017 i purchased a new 2017 California t.Recently the car was at service for 4 weeks and now it has a severe handling problem. Rich the service manager told me it was a tire issue. Travis the mechanic says it is the turbo chargers. Nice. I will leave the details out.Also I noticed there was nearly 40 miles added by the dealership after Rich the service advisor told me prior to picking up the car they had done minimal drive testing. When I told Rich about the excess mileage, he said he was not happy about that and he would find out how the extra mileage occured. Since bringing up that concern, i have not heard anything more from Rich regarding the subject.Before this comment I wrote a comment claiming criminal malfeasance and but was threatened by the dealership. This comment is that prior comments replacement.What is so disheartening about this ordeal is prior to its occurrence I had regularly displayed a desire to return in the near future to purchase a new 812 superfast. I had the money parked for that purpose.I am contemplating purchasing the car elsewhere or even ditching the idea entirely and purchasing another brand.

Last Year I bought a car from Towbin Motor Cars. I asked the Sales Manager if the car had been in any accidents and he relayed that the car had not been in any accidents. Last week I went to a local dealership to trade in the car. After they checked the car they told me that the car had been in an accident and suffered significant damage. I went back to Towbin Motorcars last week, relaying the above but they didn’t care and offer no help with this situation.
