Since new cars are hard to come by these days I decided to browse some used cars. I went to many places and Brian at Vegas Auto Gallery on Sahara was by far the best I dealt with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership and Brian.

Ended up checking this place out on a bit of a whim and I have nothing but positives to say. Brian reached out immediately and was nothing but helpful in assisting me in my purchase of a new car. Would recommend to anyone.

Folks were nice and willing to negotiate. Corrected errors quickly while taking responsibility instead of making excuses. Didn’t receive smog or smog info from dealership. Same in regards to oil change. It all checked out fine, but it would have been nice to not have to drag to small children to get it sorted out.

Left a $500 refundable deposit on a car I planned on buying. Couldn’t agree on a price and was indecisive for a few days before stating I would buy at their price and then ultimately backing out due to not wanting to spend $60k on a car with the current economic situation. When I attempted to get my deposit refunded, the General Manager (Mike Basta) refused to refund me the $500 saying he doesn’t think it is fair because he found me a buyer for my car and they had to take the car off the market twice. These terms were never agreed upon and I have the text messages to prove it. No documents were signed whatsoever, but I was given a receipt for the deposit. I highly suggest you stay away from this dealership if you do not want your money held hostage. The BBB has been contacted.

I give this place 5 stars for sure!!! Definitely has made me change my mind on going to big dealerships and instead going to the ones that have the time and want to spend it on you. Our car salesman was Johnny, who was incredibly sweet. He didn’t pressure my husband and I at all. Came in to test drive the preowned atlas. He made sure to show me my other options (in the same price range) just to make sure I was set. Introduced us to his manager Troy directly afterwards to talk numbers. No need for all the back and forth. Let him know we needed them to make the numbers work bc I would be upside down on the car I was trading in. He said he was looking to make a deal we’d both be happy with and boy were we! There was no back and forth or pressure like you typically feel at car dealerships. He threw out a couple numbers, we countered to where we needed it to be at and he made it work. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased over 7 vehicles in my lifetime. Highly recommend going here and working with their team on getting a new car. Moving forward I will always be purchasing from a smaller, family owned dealership versus just being a number at a corporation. Thank you Johnny, Troy and team...we love our new addition 🤗
