These 5 stars are for Will, in the service department (and the tech that worked on my 2016 Honda Civic EX-T). I usually don’t post good reviews. I feel like these types of jobs it’s hard to find good customer service, well I found it with Will at Findlay Honda. From the moment I called on Friday morning through picking my car up after hours on Saturday with the sales guys. Will got my vehicle in same day! Was very up front about what the costs were for the services I requested. Will called me when the services were done and let me know what others might be a good option with my mileage. He didn’t push for the extras to be done what so ever. I did have an extra service done as I drive about 100 miles per day. They finished the extra service that same day. Received a call when it was done. The customer service Will put in was the best I have ever received from the 4 dealerships I have used for services in different states. I would recommend this place and will continue to use them.

Very nice service after the sale. I’ve been possibly overpaying for regular maintenance by returning to the dealer, but I am comfortable that they really know my vehicle. The service people are very nice and seem to actually care. Kuilani is really spectacular. When they ask if you’re okay or if you have any questions I’m pretty sure she means it.

I own a 2014 Honda Odyssey. I always trust Findlay Honda on Azure for all repairs and/or warranty work on my vehicle. My Service Advisor, Kuilani, provides stellar service while helping me with anything needed through the repair process. It may cost a bit more to get work or goods such as tires through a Honda Dealer but you also know that everything will be done correctly the first time with warranties that will be honored attached. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Outstanding customer service! Thanks to Blaine in the service department.My Honda Civic broke down about a month ago. I took it to an auto shop, who misdiagnosed the issue with my car several times. First it was the battery that was bad. When replacing that didnt work, then it was the alternator, then a chip in the assembly.$700 and three weeks later, I had enough and had my car towed to Findlay Honda. The folks here correctly diagnosed my issue in a few hours and kept me in the loop on when the replacement part would be shipped and installed. Ive got my car back now and it works fine. Thanks again for getting me back on the road!

After repeated oil leaks and subsequent follow ups with another auto repair company, I turned to Finley Honda.My car is twenty years old and required special care, even though it had less than 100,000 miles. I used the car for running around town, but I also drive it to California and back to Las Vegas.Reliability and warranty on the work performed is important to me as well as the price to repair my vehicle. Findlay Auto service gave me reliability as I know that they only use genuine Honda parts and stand by the work performed by their technicians. Findlay also stands by their work performed.The pricing was competitive and I got peace of mind that I would not be stranded with a non functioning vehicle in the desert.My service advisor was understanding and followed up with service requests.Overall I am pleased with Findlay Honda and will come back for routine services as well.

The service on this dealership is awesome and I would give it 5 stars. They are friendly and helpful. Fast turn around.I would stay away from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle in April and attempted to cancel a couple of extra finance charges the following week and I was given the run around for 8 weeks till I finally just gave up. No check or credit to my loan.

Always helpful and friendly. Give me clear explanations of what work should be done. They don’t give me a hard time when I choose to get some but not all of the work done. I just bought a 2021 Honda CR-V Touring Hybrid and it had a error on dash due to braking, and Findlay Honda requested I bring it in ASAP. I did and they fixed it fast, and so far no more errors on dash, very happy with level of service I always receive from this dealer. They showed actual concern which is great that they care about the customer. Even though it’s a long drive for me to have my Honda serviced by Findlay, it’s well worth it. I know my car is being taken care of very well. The whole buying experience was awesome. The atmosphere is the best of Las Vegas in my opinion. No pressure when buying vehicle and they are concerned that you are satisfied with your vehicle or work done, i just live Honda as they are well built vehicles. I recommend this dealer for service and sales. In my opinion they are Las Vegas Best of the Best Honda dealer in town as far as I am concerned. Zack was our sales person who was very knowledgeable about the car we chose. Sometimes it awful when the salesman does not know what he is selling. The service is professional and friendly. I enjoy coming here all the time because the service is very consistent. They are helpful and they dont push on extra services. They bring up services that are recommended on what your mileage is but they arent pushy about it.

Kudos to Anthony Johnson at Centennial Findlay Honda. I went there looking to purchase a new 2022 Honda CRV and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. He even found the color that I wanted. With a little negotiation, I was able to get a good amount with trading in my 2012 Honda CRV that had over 117,500 miles on it. No salesman pressure, he just presented me with the facts. Very satisfied with my purchase. For all our veterans out there, Honda will give you $500 discount on a new car purchase providing that you finance your vehicle with American Honda Finance Corp. Heres a little secret, after going through the finance process, you can always do an early payoff if that is your desire. Bottom line, you can save $500.

So after having a let’s just say a great experience at another Honda I began to do research on the vehicle that I was looking for a 2021 Honda Accord. I ended up finding the vehicle at Findlay Honda, I then contacted the store only to get one of the nicest sales ladies I’ve ever had the privilege of speaking with her name was Patsy! She was professional courteous and very knowledgeable and she was extremely truthful which now a days doesn’t come very easy.I ended up going down there and speaking with her directly after we had talked a little bit about the vehicle that I was going to potentially purchase when I arrive at my friendly smile great attitude in a personality that he just can’t find anywhere else.We sat down crunch numbers and lo and behold she was able to get me into the car that I wanted with a reasonable price and all the Fixin that come with it.Although she promised a bottle of dom perignon in the back of the vehicle lol JK I still was very happy with everything that came out of the transaction. Had an appointment for an oil change at 1:45pm. They got me in and out by 2:15pm. The fastest oil change my car has ever had. And since I bought the car at the dealership, the first 2 oil changes are free.

They always meet me with a smile and do an excellent job keeping my little car running like a top. This is the only place in the Las Vegas Valley that I will get my car serviced at and it will be the first dealership I visit to purchase another vehicle because they dont use scare tactics to pressure you into adding more maintenance than you require. Actually, they are reasonable and tell you if something is recommended, but can wait. I really appreciate this approach and found that its not what you receive at other Honda dealerships in the valley.

I scheduled an appointment for 9 am for an oil change. I prefer to use the dealer service just . It is recommended to make service appointments to decrease wait times. Unfortunately, this did not occur. My service appointment took 2 hours. My local service center could provide the same service in much less time.

Scammers. I’m very disappointed with the maintenance department. I moved to the NW side of town hoping Findlay Honda would be a great option. I took my Accord in for a basic oil change. I was offered a $180 estimate with a filter replacement and oil change which I didn’t need. I asked for just a basic oil change and was given a $60 estimate which I agreed to. When my vehicle was ready, I then owed $110 for my OIL CHANGE! Why in the world would they charge an additional $50 with parts and labor?! The Honda West dealership on Sahara only charges me $60 for an oil change. No hidden fees. Don’t bother draining your wallet here.

Professional service even when you were early. Fast and information. But Finlay Honda has 2 locations. Make sure you go to the one that you bought or you wont get the service that you expect, even same Honda but not purchased here, not my customer.

Bought a battery here with a warranty, that battery went bad came paid for the replacement (i get it its only free the first 36 months the rest is discounted) and all is good. After 8 months I came back because my new battery had died and was testing bad and had to be replaced. I came back and told them the story and then I had to pay again for another battery. I would recommend buying a new battery and warranty instead of taking the discounted one because if your discounted one goes bad then you have to pay again. Ended up paying more overall than if I had just bought a new battery from anywhere else
