BOGO deal is fraudulent and so is their approach to marketing. To top it off, the manager was rude and passive aggressive. Customer service training is much needed.

Love the customer service! Greeted by every associate I encountered. Very rare to experience that in a store nowadays...I had gone in to purchase shoes as a gift and was unsure on sizing, after I left the store, I found out what size I actually needed to purchase. I called and asked if they could hold the correct shoe size for me and Erica was so helpful, she had the shoes for me when I came back later that day. Exchange process was so easy!They have a rewards program you can sign up for, earn $15 after spending $200. They also have Buy One Get One 50% off specials.

In the spring of 2018 I bought a pair of Birkenstocks. Now on September 10 of 2018, the top buckle of my left sandal broke. I talked to the manager at the store about my dilemma, she did nothing. Not to mention if you find a shoe you would consider purchasing chances are the store will not have your size. If you love overpriced shoes, unsatisfactory customer serviceand lack of stock than Off Broadway Shoes is right for you! ☺️

Awful experience! I ordered some shoes online and I went to return them in this store so that I would not have to pay for the return shipping. When I first arrived the sales associate took me to the register and got on her headset to call the store manager over to process the return. The sales associate told me the store manger was in a bad mood that day and that she was a “bit*h”. I was surprised to hear this type of langue being used because I had just walked into the store only minutes earlier. The store manager, named Jackie, came over to process the return. Her sales associate was right, she was in a very bad mood and preceded to take it out on me, the customer. She refused to refund the shipping portion of the online sale and acted like I was a big inconvenience to her because I had brought in an online order to be returned.The store manager told me their return policy had changed and that she didn’t know what the policy was. I found it hard to believe that she didn’t know her own return policy and questioned her on it. Jackie then shoved the receipt across the counter to me and told me to figure out what the return policy was. I then asked for the customer service number because I was done dealing with such an incompetent rude “manger.” She then told me “sorry girl” as I walked out of the store in a condescending tone. I am a 30 year old woman and do not appreciate her attempt to belittle me.I’m now in the process of dealing with the customer service agent named Judy for Broadway Shoes that can do nothing for me but file a complaint on my behalf. Now I’m out the shipping cost and have wasted my time trying to deal with this bad customer service and for a company that simply does not care about trying to make things right for the customer.In summary, do not shop online or at the Summerlin Off Broadway store. They do not have customer service skills and they hire mangers like JACKIE that are incompetent and rude! How she made it into a management position is beyond me. STAY AWAY! Her sales associate was right on…. Jackie is a B*tch.
