Badd Business _ I almost Lost my Life & was the cause of someone else loosing theirs

I’m absolutely happy with the service I received! LEO, Rauel and Jennifer have the most amazing customer service, polite and honest. Definitely would recommend to people! Lorenzo and Camilla are amazing and honestly all of them together make a great team.

Carmella and Terry were so very helpful. They took care of my granddaughters car. We were really pressed for time as we had to get on a plane home after dropping her off for school. So impressed with their professionalism.

No appointment necessary. $49.95 for a diagnostic test. Cheapest price I found calling different auto repair shops. Then the repair was reasonable with no diagnostic charge after I got the repair done there. Took about 1hour 45 minutes wait.

UPDATE SINCE REPLY FROM OWNER.I’ve called multiples times and left my number for the manager to call back. When I finally called and reached the manager he toldme the District manager would call me back. Still nothing……I went in for a smog check and oil change and when I got in my car the seat was all the way down so when I tried to adjust it the handle came off. I asked the guy to put it back and said it was broken. Still waiting on them to call me back to replace the piece they broke. Glad I decided not to do my brakes there that same day!

I love it, I go here for my oil changes and also smog test. Cheapest place I know and I can see what they are doing to my vehicle

Great Staff.Been going to USA service for almost 2 years, and have always received the most honest evaluations of my cars.Even when my dealership was screwing me, USA was providing me with the real facts of my car that lead me to finally getting rid of what was a death trap as they told me.Recently my husband and I bout 2 fix it uppers to replace that car, and USA was the first place we went.They took care of all our major concerns on the vehicle for a great rate. USA Auto has the most personalized customer service I have ever experienced. The mechanics are truly professionals. The service managers exceeded my expectations. I felt like my family works there. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

If I could give a zeo star I would. Went in for an oil change told me I needed struts so I paid the $650 to get struts come to find out they did an oil change but no oil in my car fix my struts but then all the sudden my car is not running correctly dont ever go there. They say you need something fixed so they can make a quick dollar. They told another person getting her oil change the same thing they told me good thing I was there to tell her get a second opinion

They scammed me to get more money out of me

Wife went in for smog check tried to tell her she needed top motor mount but she asked the woman what about bottom motor mount and her response was Oh we couldnt see it If theyre true mechanics they would be able to see it. We have real ASE certified mechanics for our car. Granted we passed smog test but will never go there again..... Will be bring this to the attention of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, BBB and Channel 13 Darcy Spears.If you value you car DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!Donald Collins

First they tried to upsell me to synthetic oil when the other locations of this chain does not. Then after quoting a 30-40min wait time, at 45min by car was still in the parking lot. I had to take my keys and leave. Total waste of time.

They Always Give Good Service..& Will Tell you If Anything Else Is Wrong, Thats When iT Gets Pricey BUT Def Try to Help Out As Much As Possible.Oh, Oil Changes Really Are fr the Low 😁

Horrible I went here just to get an oil change. They took over 2 hours diagnosing my car trying to convince me to finance and spend more money .when I never asked them too do anything but change my oil then after all this messing with my car my check engine light came is on do not come here

This place is a rip-off they were supposed to do my front and back brakes and calipers in the front they did the calipers in the front brakes charged me $416 and didnt do the back brakes now my back brakes are metal to metal and need rotors and back brakes do not go to this place this place is a Riff Off there a scam artist they have managers that try to up stale work on your car that doesnt even need to be done do not go there

I went to USA Auto today 7/1/20. The minute I walked in I was greeted with alot of welcome. Valerie treated me like she knew me all her life. I would love to have someone like that to work at my business Daniel also. Great guy and great attitude very humble straight to the point.They promised me my vehicle in several hours, but was done sooner because he put 2 of his mechanics on my vehicle. I am sure to be back with the rest of my vehicles.They have an awesome team working there. Keep up with the good work and the awesome personality.👍👍😃😃

Bait and switch on a simple oil change. They advertised $9.99, my bill ended up $25.74. Plus it wasnt even a complete job as they never filled any of other fluids you normally get filled by just about EVERYWHERE else. RIPPED OFF !!!

I will never return to this place of business.The staff was nice and allBut everything after that was a disaster.I went inFor them to fix one thing,They end up fixing everything else but what I asked for.I totally felt like I was bullied intofinancing. Even though I Could have said no. By the time my first finance payment was due, i was experiencing the same problem i originally ask them to fix. Financing $100 should have fixed my direct issue...yet they worked on everything else. I will never suggest this place to ANYONE !!

Went in for an oil change said I needed a oil pan charged me 500$ and a 6 hour wait .. when I came back 6 hours later noticed oil at the bottom of car pointed it out they said they flushed the engine and not to worry but it’s been leaking ever since went back in and she tells me it’s something else now it’s not oil pan it’s timing belt and camshield even tho I had inspection would think they would have said that the first time when they took the 500$ instead of doing the job they look for other things and try to get you out of more money this place is a joke and was better off finding a street mechanic

What started off as a simple oil change I gained a new family. This place is more then a mechanic shop there family. From staff to mechanics the experience is awesome. Me and my whole family have complete peace of mind dealing with this place. Mechanics are honest in every aspect. They show you everything. Give you back old parts. Shop for best deals. I live 25 minutes away and would never go anywhere else. Jennifer held my hand literally through my whole car mess and gave me same love with my other two cars. I went to this place for and oil change and brakes. It only did they take all day long, they refused to give me a time to pick up my car, they called me 15 minutes before they closed to pick up my car. No one was there who could take my payment and they kept my car over the weekend. Charged me $700 for brakes and rotors but couldn’t show me what they fixed or the parts they took off my car. Do not bring your car here unless you want to be ripped off.

The worst place ever, go in for an oil change and they ended up doing stuff I did not ask them to do. They wanted $348 from me for the things they “done”, but guess what, I did not pay it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE🤬

Do not take your car here they did not fix my car only took my money

BIG SCAMMERS!!!!!!Went for a simple oil change for the advertised price of 10 (knowing that it would be more) but 50 BUCKS. And while Im in the waiting room they took my cabin air filter and engine air filter out and brought it to me in the waiting room saying I should replace filters that were fine. DONT TRUST THE SHORT HAIRED SHORT GUY, HE WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU

When in for in oil change, ended up having to do other repair which cost me $1200 la few days later my car engine light is on... when it was not on before. When back to check they want to charge to see what more is wrong with my care. Never again
