I took my car in for check on a small oil leak. They checked it out and gave me a diagnosis of what was occurring. I have been taking my cars to Exclusive for many years and have NEVER been disappointed with the work and cost. They are always fair priced and their work is excellent. This is the only business I will allow to work on my cars.

I brought the Tahoe in for service and honestly, I truly could NOT be happier with a repair shop. Not only did they do the job but when the part failed they stepped up and took care of it. Zero questions. Honesty in auto mechanic work it is such a question consumers raise repeatedly. Not with this team. These guys are not only the very best, but they are operate with integrity. Love this place!

These guYs are nice enough but didnt do much for diagnosis and left a wrench on the top of my engine that almost got sucked into a belt. Could have definitely added a little more care for my familys wallet and patience.left much to be desired

Fast and FlexibleI appreciate the team’s ability to adjust when I came up with my own parts even after they had ordered them from the shops normal sources. The fact that Logan was available to speak on the phone every 30 minutes when changes occurred on my end was important. This job was done in 48 hrs with no issues. Very pleased.

I cant tell you how great these guys are! I got here about 15 min before opening, and the front door was open. I needed an oil change, and they had a full morning scheduled. Michael was so kind to grab my car, and he started working on it before they even opened. Theyre so fast, and if any problems arise they always fix or help u out ASAP. Thankyou so much guys! Youre seriously the best!

After a good friend of mine recommended Exclusivr Automotive I havent been anywhere else. I have even taken family members vehicles there as well. The staff is courteous, professional and they wont rip you off like some other places in Las Vegas.

Had an appointment 29th of October but they are closed that day. Why schedule me on a day they closed.

We took our cars to get our A/C refilled. It’s that time of the year and they have both been blowing warm/weak. Everyone from the beginning to the end was polite, professional, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. The shop is very clean and well kept. Ive been to this location multiple times now and refuse to go anywhere else at this point. Like many, Ive been given over priced quotes by so many shops in town and this is the one place that gives me consistently good prices and outstanding quality repairs every single time. Wayde at Exclusive Automotive has integrity and does not replace parts that are not needed. I had a squeak in my brakes so I was ready to replace them and he said that all they needed was a little grease to take that sound away. He didnt just replace them and charge me for them without cause. I had also had him check for what was reading at another place as a Cam Shaft sensor code alert and a transmission code and he checked it and said no your car is running as it should and there was no code coming up to suggest anything was wrong with my car. My car was having trouble with the pickup speed when I was on the freeway so I had a battery replacement and general maintenance done on the car and then he replaced the spark plugs for me and greased my brakes for me and that baby runs like a champion race horse. It is a 2002 Honda Accord that runs like it did when I bought it. We have had him work on other vehicles in the past and he is very reliable for fixing them and within a short amount of time. Thank you so much for your services Exclusive Automotive. I recommend this place above all in Las Vegas! I truly appreciate your honesty and integrity!
