I’ve been using this place for years. My family needed an honest mechanic on the southwest side of town and we tried here. We’ve been coming here since grandpa was here. I’m huge about who I let touch my car and I trust this place whole heartedly. They are super honest and won’t fix something that doesn’t need to be fixed. It’s like family when you come in here and see Frank up front and Chris working on cars. Even Danny the oil change guy is super friendly. Come here for everything you won’t be sorry.

R&R Auto Systems treat their customers like family and you can see it in how the customers interact with everyone. Ive done business with R&R five times now with both big and small needs. They have been consistent and stand by their work. R & R Auto Systems is one of the only two honest auto shops Ive experienced in 7 years being here in Vegas.The mechanics are knowledgeable and professional.The management is knowledgeable, professional, and honest! Honest to the point where it is almost frustrating to me when I want something done to my vehicle and they proceeded to tell me that they will do the work but I am throwing money away by getting it done on that particular vehicle.Nevertheless, they will do what you ask them to do unless it is something that isnt necessary then they just will tell you it isnt necessary that what you are asking for isnt needed. Most shops will just charge you for work you didnt need done, R&R will not.Bottom line? If you want an honest appraisal and work done, and you want the work to be done correctly, I highly recommend R&R Auto Systems.

Zero stars. Beware of this place!! Came in yesterday for an oil change and left after about 35 minutes. Then my truck started to run weird, so I pulled over and opened the hood and noticed my air intake had been taken apart! And my MAF sensor was unscrewed!! Why would they remove this to do an oil change? Why wouldnt they put it back together? There is no reason. I have to think this was done intentionally to cause damage to my vehicle in order to get me to return to them for repairs. SCAM!! Now Im left wondering if they even changed my oil? Very shady. Place is run down, dirty.. Not well kept or inviting. Should have trusted my gut and gone elsewhere. I have contacted the state attorney General, the Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau. Consumers be ware of this place!!

I was visiting family in Las Vegas after making the drive from Texas and a after a couple of days in town, realized that my radiator had started to leak. I contacted them, and a couple of days later had a new one, installed, at about half the cost it would have been at a dealership. Their reputation and their customer loyalty are what sent me to them, and my experience is what made me recommend them to my family after visiting.Thanks to you all for doing a great job, and congratulations on being successful for so long. You cant get to that place without knowledge, integrity, and skill.If it were practical, Id drive here from Texas for any and all repairs!

Being a new resident and buying a used car to get around, I needed to find a reliable auto shop for a minor problem I was having. I picked R&R and so glad I did. I felt very comfortable after meeting with Frank. He explained in detail what had to be done, gave me the price and kept his word when he said the car would be ready for pick up. Since then, there have been some other small issues since the car is a 2001. Again, the problems were taken care of. Was a really good experience, I came in because I heard a squeaking sound on the break so I went to go buy some breaks . And then went to R&R auto. Where SANDRO did my repair and he was like “hey brother your break are brand new”. They were honest because they could’ve took my new break off and changed them and made me pay the fee. But they was truthful, honest and didn’t charge me nothing at all not a penny. So their for I will continue to come here to get my services done. Highly recommend!!!!

Honest, competent and fair pricing. It is so hard to find a decent mechanic in Las Vegas. I found these guys about a year ago and they fixed what another place tried to fix twice and failed, and did so for less than the other place. When I get my oil changed, they dont make up a list of things that need to be done like other places do.

I took my vehicle to R&R Auto Repair to have them fix a smog problem .. and I could see it was a tedious problem. But what was impressive to me is that Chris to the time to explain the problem and show me pictures of where the problem was and how he fixed it. I chose R&R based on many favorable recommendations. I met the owner and he explained what needed to be done. I had to replace four bend door actuators. This requires extensive difficult under dash replacement of these plastic motors. They gave a fair quote and completed the five hour work the same day. So far I am very satisfied with their work and customer service.

My coolant light came on as I was on my way back to San Diego. So I pulled into RnR with my one year old daughter. The main guy there Christopher saw that I was in a bit of a pinch, solo with a baby. He immediately diagnosed the problem, expedited the part and skipped his lunch to get me squared away and back on the road. He eVen cleared a little spot in his office where I was able to relax with my daughter while we waited. Talk about above and beyond. When I got back to San Diego I asked my regular mechanic what a job like that would be and it was almost double what R&R charged me. I haVe half a mind to driVe the 4 and a half hours to Vegas for future work. Thank you boys! Truly an amazing service experience.

Sales it was a family and everybody cared it was very heartwarming to see grown man hug each other good-bye the grandfather was there 94 years old and everybody respected him to the father to the son everybody it was it was a very pleasant time and I got a good price on the brakes and I will go back there when I actually need repairs maybe just to say hello you dont find that type of an atmosphere anywhere

An honest mechanic, so rare these days. Had my car towed in after it had over heated, hoping it was just a leak, turned out it was head gaskets decided since the car was old not to have work done. R&R auto didnt charge anything. they are located 12miles from my home but I will gladly drive that far for an honest shop. July 9th 2019

Simply the best most honest Auto shop in town period no question. I was an ase certified master tech for over 27 years and now that Im retired I will only allow Chris and the guys at R and R to work on my cars and trucks.

My vehicle limped in after lunch and I suspected to be shelling out $3 to $4 hundred. Even walking across the street to rent a car as I figured it would be sometime the next day at a minimum. To my surprise I was called before I could finish my rental. The cause? A loose coil wire. The price was minimal and I was on my way. They even fixed another minor issue but I dont recall what it was.My second visit was a charging issue. It was diagnosed with an bad alternator. They changed it out quickly and pricing was again lower than expected. Quick and painless. No add ons, no recommendations for expensive future repairs.Since then I have purchased a newer car. Planning a road trip I took it in and wanted just a basic check up. Not a tune up, but fluid check, oil change trans service etc. Having money to spend, I basically had a blank check with no care or clue how much. I was again happily surprised when I returned to find that they only changed the oil and everything was fine. I was told the transmission fluid was clear and not in need of service. Who does that? I wanted to spend money and was told it wasnt necessary. That rates them very high in my book as I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past. Great service, fair pricing and most importantly HONEST! Very Satisfied. Used 3 times and felt good about it all 3 times.
