This location provided a wonderful experience for my family and myself. We had stopped by the Henderson dealer before to visiting this location and had received poor treatment. The salesperson appeared uninterested and assumed that we couldnt afford the car. Fortunately, we came across the Sahara location and were greeted by Ivan. He was incredible. My family and I were made to feel at ease and welcomed. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Ivan. You will not regret it.

Just picked up my new T/A 392 Widebody a few days ago, I reside in CA, this is my first time buying out of state, and couldnt have had a better experience! I initially spoke to JT (manager), and we were going through the cars available, 2 of which I was interested in, sold before I could even make a move on them, but when I saw the T/A, I was blown away. After going through all the details, I was forwarded to Christina (sales person), who helped me solidify the purchase with the car. Numbers were clean and clear. Couldnt be more happy with the deal, treatment, and overall customer service that was given! Ill definitely be coming back here again soon.

I had an awesome experience the dealership was able to fix a problem that I was having with my 2013 Chrysler town and country it was nearly just as cheap as a aftermarket shop but they got the job done the right way with the parts carrying a warranty. Holly was very helpful all along the way making it easy for me to have access to contacting her throughout the whole process. I just wanted to give a shout out to an amazing team! When in cause something didn’t sound right regarding the brakes while we were in town for Business at Biz Con. Left it cause we found out we had no front brakes 10% back brakes a few bolts barely holding the engine in and some kind of radiator leak and $10,000 dollars later after having to rent a car that didn’t compare to our Hell Kitty….Figured that we wouldn’t get it back for a couple weeks!! Left it Wednesday I believe and got it back today!! The turn around was on point! You made my husband a very happy man!! Wanted to buy a Dodge Challenger sxt in the color Go Mango and get a good trade in price up to 5000 dollar over KBB value as they advertise on memorial weekend. Somehow chip shortage was the reason for not having one eventhough other Dodge dealer do have that color. They would get back to me with an offer for my car. Didnt hear nothing yet.One day later nothing yet. Maybe they have enough buyers😳After 3 days still nothing. Left a message. No response. I will buy my car elsewhere.After 4 days I got a response with an offer for my car below KBB value. It is called false advertising.After this they did offer me $17500 which is what I paid and under kbb value. And now I have an offer of $23500 elsewhere thanks to the chip shortage.

Great place for service. Was broke down on the road and the Service Tech Roy got right on it. The Tech Jake got right on it and found the problem and I was back on the road in a few hours. Chapman dodge is great, if you want to get scammed!We purchased a vehicle for a BUSINESS, however, after leaving the finance person, Lisa, forged an additional signature on the finance contract which added the owner to the purchase, personally.When returning to the dealership to correct the issue the owner was asked to leave, Scott and Don - the “president of operations” don’t care and have ignore the issue over and over.Take a look at the picture below - the yellow contract is the correct copy, the white is what they sent the bank. WHY IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SCRIBBLED SIGNATURE CHAPMAN DODGE?
I chose to return to Chapman Dodge for service on my truck. I purchased this truck used from another dealer in town. They seem to want to complete the recalls on my vehicle.I called Chapman to schedule the repairs. I could have been scheduled the next day. I was surprised that the had the parts. I scheduled a more convenient time for me.I arrived at my scheduled time and was met in the drive by Jason. He told me he will look up the recalls and get me on my way. I asked for some additional maintenance work to be performed. He gave me the prices and I approved the repairs. He told me my vehicle would be ready the next day.I received a text message stating my vehicle was ready and sent a ride for me to pick up my vehicle. Jason treated me and went over the repairs that were completed. Parts for one recall are still not available. I am very satisfied with the service and Jason was great to work with. I will be taking my vehicle back for my service needs. Thanks for great customer service.

They had my truck for 4 month for transmission warranty. You read that right- 4 months-- 1/3 of a year. No rental car no apology, just it is what it is. so Im paying over $1,000 a month for payment and insurance for a truck I cant drive. Then the transmission comes in and the battery has died from sitting in the heat for 1/3 of a year. They charged me for the battery too. Thats a pretty epic customer service fail. Its not even the money- its the principle.Trans went out at 55000 miles.
When I turned in my vehicle for a recall, Roy was my Advisor who took care of my needs. He arranged my rental car and texted me if I have any questions. Roy also arranged for an oil change. I appreciate it Roy and your team. I have been satisfied with the services I received from Chapman.
I couldn’t find the exact Durango I wanted until I talked to these guys. They found the Durango the same day and I drove off the lot the next day! These guys really work hard to make the whole experience easy and fast. I will be returning when I’m ready to trade in my other vehicle.

Just left Chapman with a sour taste. They cannot replace a battery. I would not recommend buying a car since they make it extremely difficult to get something fix under warranty. I have a car with GMC across the street and they are more organized than this establishment and very easy to set up an appointment and fix my car. Will not purchase another vehicle from them.

This location in Las Vegas on East Sarah Ave is by far the best Jeep dealership I’ve taken my Jeep for repairs. I dealt with a service advisor by name of Andrew who was with me through this lengthy repair visit. He was great in communicating and advising me in much detail what and will get done. He was patience and customer oriented. Even though my repairs took much longer than expected, Andrew did the very best of getting it done very efficient.
Every time we have our vehicle serviced here, they always forget to do something we paid for! What happened to quality service? Its always forgotten by the service tech/mechanic.
Wasted my morning. Had a service appointment only for them to say they wont work on my van. Not even look at it. Its a dodge promaster, 2019. One of the vehicles they sell. They could have told me over the phone when I made my appointment and told them I had a promaster van. Very confusing and unprofessional. I guess dodge doesnt honor warranties anymore. I would just go out of pocket if you have a van, that way your not wasting your time dealing with chapman dodge.

Chapman Dodge finance personnel fraudulently added signatures to a finance document after we left the dealership. Went back when the error was discovered and Scott kicked us out of the store.Emailed Don multiple times about the issue but was completely ignored, off to the news we go. Better check your contract and make sure Chapman dodge didn’t also forge your signature on something you didn’t agree too, I’ve attached a photo of the real contract (yellow) and a copy they sent to the bank, weird. Where did the extra signatures come from?
I have been overwhelmed in the past with buying a vehicle and was not looking forward to another interaction with an agressive salesman. Today I had the pleasure of buying a car with the help of Thurston Simpson. He was honest from the start about what was going to happen and after spending hours with me and my mother I walked out with my Toyota. This review is for the Service Department, 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee v6. Very overpriced when it comes to repair. The prize of their fuel pump is $ 1,877.05 parts only labor not included. I looked it up online its only $ 347.40 to 357.65 dollars genuine Mopar parts. The replacement parts ranges from $ 235.99 to 265.99 dollars. I am just lucky i decline to the service. I went to the other shop that its like a mile away from our house they only charge me $ 1,206.25 dollars parts and labor. I know they are using replacement parts. I dont mind Jeep genuine parts has a lot of recall anyway, so whats the difference and FYI If you have multiple question with your vehicle pertaining to repair just keep it to yourself. One question will cost you 195 dollars. Like me I asked two question to the service advisor I end up paying 390 dollars for it and always prepare a carpet stain remover after they are done with your vehicle. I went there for a catalytic converter replacement which also take me like forever and not coming back again.

He’s always patient and takes the time to listen and understand what your saying. He doesn’t interject his “hypothesis” on you; or go off into a bunch of “maybe it’s this” scenarios. He’s efficient, to the point, and great with communication. I appreciate someone who understands your time is important and you’ve probably got somewhere else to be too.

Everyone in the office was nice. The vehicle was dirty, seats were sticky, and the smell of cigarette was so bad. This was the vehicle we wanted and went on to do paperwor. Seller agreed to have it detailed. Well its been over a month and getting a simple call/text back its impossible. I just received my plates/registration in the mail and OVER PAYED! Because the paperwork was filled wrong and states vehicle is based on Clark County, mind you I live in Nye County. Now I have to wait for the DMV to fix this mess, that theyve obviously done before(according to the person working on my case)

Tried to buy a 2021 RAM 3500 from them today. They had it listed for full MSRP and it was the color I wanted. I talked to them and they wanted $2995 for a GPS tracking system, window tint, wheel locks, etc. which they said was on the vehicle already and could not be removed. I find it interesting that dealers are SLAMMING consumers with these gimmicks. Not one item is worth the money they are charging. You can get the trucks windows tinted with ceramic for under $500 anywhere, and that is paying full retail price. The rest is a joke. Really disappointing and a huge waste of time. Do your research, there are better deals from more honest people. I ordered a truck locally today for MSRP, less $1000 with no dealer ads. I will never buy a car from this dealer group. Buyer beware.
My husband and I are Truck Drivers and rarely home so if we want to buy anything it has to be bought online and shipped. I wasn’t sure how we were going to manage this when what we wanted was a new Dodge Ram 1500. After months of renting Ram trucks we decided which truck we wanted. I went online and built my truck, contacted Chapman Dodge, told Edmond what I wanted and we went back and forth verifying all the options and negotiating price. We arrived at the dealership a week later and signed our documents after a proper test drive of course. The experience was great, everyone was polite, professional, and so very helpful. I know I will always go back to Chapman for all my vehicle purchases and most definitely will recommend them to everyone I know.

Chapman service took care of a software update on my 2018 Jeep Compass as required by the manufacturer. Russell greeted me as my service customer manager and he quickly assessed my situation, put me in the new Express Lane, did the point check as I told them I was driving to Phoenix the next day, and had me in & out in 45 min. Awesome Experience. Solidify deal over phone. Live out of state. Paper sent next day. Paperwork in line with deal noted on phone/text. Truck held for a week while I made travel arrangements. Picked up at 8:15am at airport out by 10:30am. 2.5hr time was mostly my time test driving an learning features of new truck. Truck was clean and full of gas when I arrived. Matt Baldwin provided exceptional service throughout this deal. Lots of questions shot at him on buying out of state etc. Matt answered them all. I had a very pleasant ride home in my new truck. I just had the best experience EVER buying a Jeep from Chapman Las Vegas! The sales associate Jeremy Franco, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, with no-pressure. Jeremy didnt make me feel rushed, and listened to me. He went above and beyond, noticed I was thirsty and got me a water without me even asking! Once I got to the paperwork, the managers Chris Montana, Cody Kildea and JT worked with my budget, and were quick and clear in their communication. They all made the process so easy and smooth.
