Brought my truck to this shop on Lamb and Charleston for diagnostic testing to find an operational problem in the engine. They said it would require just a couple of hours. It actually dragged on and on, with little to no communication, for days, and finally weeks.Three weeks later and a bill of over a thousand dollars, they still had found nothing. When I asked questions I was usually given vague or no answers and if pressed, churlish accusations of how I “didn’t trust (them)”. No real feedback.Incidentally, the parking lot has a constant stream of homeless persons, some prone to yelling at posts, and even a few homemade campsites propped on the fence. To their credit, they did put my vehicle inside for the night; but there were always several outside in the unsecured lot. The lot is wide open.Ultimately disappointed, I paid my bill and brought my truck to another shop. They actually listened and interacted with me to get information, which was refreshing. The very next day, they called me with a conclusive diagnosis; the morning after that, they called again to say the repair was completed and the vehicle was running perfectly. Wow.In short, this place is okay for tires, but outside of tire wrenches, keep tools away from them. I will not return for anything.

Went to Tire Choice after a nail in my tire could not be repaired and needed 4 new tires quickly. Karl and Joe helped me with good pricing and quick service. I will definitely be back for my next round of tires for our 2nd car. They were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend.

Tire Choice on Sunset turned me away after I called ahead and set up a time to come in. The disgruntled employee with the pretty blue eyes behind the counter just shrugged his shoulders and said and? when I said I called ahead. I had a gigantic screw sticking out of my tire and it was 5:45 at night. No time to lose.I spoke with Karl at the Charleston/Lamb location and, without hesitation, he said he could guarantee to get me rolling no problem! The tire was not repairable since the screw was nearly in the sidewall but they slammed on a new hoop and had me rolling out with hardly a wait.I have since decided that I want to replace the remaining tires to keep the tread depths equal. Guess where Im going to get that done? Im going to go straight to reliable Karl. He knows how customer service works and clearly has no problem managing his location.

The first time i visited this shop i was in need of a tire repair on a Sunday when it was difficult to find anyone open. I walked in and my vehicle was taken in immediately and the tire was repaired! Very quick service only complaint that I had is I had called 10 minutes before they told me I can get a tire for 73 I show up they told me that the cheapest one they had was in the 90s overall it ended up paying $120 for a really good tire

Your team members were rude and somewhat unprofessional during my check in. Didnt understand that I was informing that a coemployee was speaking to me rudely and that he himself was not understanding or concerned about the co-employee attitude and had a little bit of an attitude himself.

Where do I even start! First time I went to get four new wheels and I came out with four missing tire pressure sensors, literally stolen off my toyota. I noticed it when the tire pressure light was on forever and later found out I had no more sensors on my tires.Next time I went to get a tire rotation on a different car, and after it was parked in front of the entrance, we got on, started the car and heard the rear left tire deflate. Later, we came back to tell the assistant manager with tattoos and no hair and told him about it but he was skeptical. I asked him to check the cameras and he said they dont have access to it. So I asked for one free tire but he refused. Then when we looked for new tire options and prices he would keep on sighing and giving this ugly mood. He always pulled up the price of a tire with full warranty and when I asked for the price without warranty he would breath out slowly and go back in the system change the search. That happened like 4 times even though I told him we did not want the warranty so we left and Im never coming back! Funny thing is that he said the Goodyear tires on the car was not bought at this store even though I did buy it here for sure. So Im like why did you do the tire rotation for free then... he replies because we were nice.

They had a very helpful staff that was knowledgeable about our problem and helped us quickly and efficiently. Felt very good to get in and out with no issues. Their extremely helpful staff and very polite. Definitely going to use them again!

Above and beyond! Karl and his crew were an absolute blessing. Did everything to accommodate me and were all incredibly friendly. If you need a service give them a call, I cant recommend them enough.

Took 3 months and 3 canceled flights to finally get our truck back from them. The shop was very shady and had no communication what so ever. After weeks of them saying they would have the district manager call us we finally called Corp to get ahold of them. He was able to get the shop to fix the truck with the right part that was quoted in the first place and made it right, I guess, with the cost. Still out of a truck and camper for 3 months with the payments, 1 fight to get it when we were told it was done, and 3+ more canceled flights. They quoted for a new part and kept ordering used junk ones or for the wrong vehicle. It was there from oct 5th until dec 31st. They may be a great shop for tires and oil changes but not for anything else.

They do more than tires and brakes.They usually take no more than 2 hours on repairs and they are located on E Charleston Blvd between Lamb and Nellis Blvd. I trust them with some repairs in my car and I cant complaint or the efficiency or speed on repairs.

I took my car to Carl at the Charleston location due to break problems and i would just love to say this is going to be the only place i can trust with my cars... thank you Carl for the best customer service. Gone to other shops and didnt get the customer service I did here. Carl was extremely helpful and kind.

Very helpful employees inside, they were recommended by Jiffy lube when the last did not carry bellow 25 degrees antifreeze since I am heading up north. Superior Service did carry the antifreeze and probably they are the only one in the area who does. They flush the radiator in no longer the one hour and went on my way. Cost was around $115.

Ive read some of the reviews, and there is a recurring theme: honesty. We all fall victim to shady car shops who want to charge you for work you dont need, but Im thrilled to say this one is just the opposite. I had a transmission problem: they could have told me it was the transmission (the car is 16 years old) but it was just the fluid. And they do all kinds of free things - like rotate the tires. I come from Calif and you pay $20 to rotate tires. And theyll check the pressure and fill the tires for free. See Karl, hes the manager, and a nicer guy you cant find. They also have great coupons, really good savings. Five thumbs up!

We had the worst experience!!came here looking for karl since the reviews said he was real nice but for my luck he wasnt there The guy at the front desk i believe his name is joe gave very bad service we were here from 8 am until 3:30pm! For 2 tiress and an oil chande and he never gave us updates was very rude when we would ask him! Also an older lady costumer asked if there was anymore coffee and very rude he said no theres no more when in the office you could see a big pack!!Just terrible experience never coming back!

Came here for the first time to get a set of 4 new tires after a blew out. The process was easy. I bought my tires online and made the reservation for time slot. Wait time was about an 1 and a half for new set of tires. Staff was friendly and helpful. Im docking one star cause my rims ended up scratched from the machine that takes the tire off. I noticed scratched marks all around my chrome rims on all four rims. Im not sure if this is common, but it did happen.

Frendly service, and rasonable prices, if you ever need to replace or fix a tire I will recomend 100% this shop, I changed twice all tires of my Jeep Liberty and they always give me good prices plus theyre always fast on their job. And not just that, they fixed my Acadias flat tire at not cost, they will take care of your car like no other shop.

Went in there yesterday for a wheel alignment and my appointment was at 5 but I got there an hour early and right away they asked for my keys checked my tire pressure and added air. They lifted and started to work on the car and come to find out my rear control arms and my struts were missing locking nuts. They ended up finding some laying around and placed them for free. Overall was there for about an hour and a half waiting but its better to know that theyre taking their time on the alignment getting everything right instead of being there for ten minutes and having some kind of concern about it. Thank you again! Much recommended!

Called ahead about having a tire patched and was told it would be done as soon as I got in. There are 4 techs standing around on their phones and smoking cigarettes in the bays instead of patching my tire. Ive been pacing the lobby for half an hour watching them just stand there and watch the rain, and my car hasnt even been pulled in yet. Took over an hour with no vehicles in front of me.

Danny was the manager on duty and he did an excellent job with finding me the right tires for my vehicle. I was on a limited timeline and they came through with flying colors. Highly recommended this place.

Awesome experience they were very hospitable and professional from the phone call to the stop at the shop. Definitely will be coming back, not just because of the further work ahead but because of the great service and friendly energy there.

Woody has horrible customer service skills and he is the store manager. Got tires about six months ago had an disagreement on the front two tires due to a wheel alignment. Dustin that used to work there have GREAT customer service skills. Will be going to his location in north Las Vegas. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ! I went through the reviews today I see why they have a few 1 star reviews. Also the staff they have now follows behind woody behavior. When we ask for the car to be took down the employee moved the car and when we went to get the keys from him he walked about and took them inside. We just laughed it off they wouldnt get another dime from me. 😂

They said they would have all tires balanced as well as tire pressure checked and have me out in 30 minutes. Well they did, so I rang the bell they had hanging for satisfied customers, and I was on my way home.

Im from out of town and ran over a nail in my tire. Went in to have one tire replaced, and after sitting around for over an hour and a half (during the middle of the day where only one other customer was waiting and not a single other customer in sight to explain the long wait) they came in and tried to sell me on everything but what I wanted. After turning down four new wheels, a tire rotation and a variety of other sales pitches ranging from $500-$800 I said again that I only wanted one tire. I was then told that it was illegal for me to drive with my current tires and that I had to buy a set of four. The tires on my car have at most 30,000 miles on them and last oil change from my trusted mechanic at home had no problems. I finally offered to leave, and surprisingly an offer for an overpriced single tire finally happened. At this point I was too tired of them wasting my time and I needed a new tire due to time constraints, so reluctantly I bought it from them. To replace that one tire took another 45 minutes worth of sitting around in the office. As soon as I got back home, went to my mechanic again to double check the tires and there were no issues and my tires are legal to drive on.Avoid at all costs or you will be paying through your nose for poor service and unnecessary work.

I came in within an hour ofof closing and the shop looked really busy however, karl managed to get my car in and get my tire replaced and gave me a really good priceI was really impressed with the quality of service and the speed of service I received. Karl did a great job of making me feel like I was the only customer there even though the shop looked really really busy. They will continue to get my business for a long time. and Ive spent enough time in the automotive industry to know that I cant think of another shop in this town that I can trust like Superior Tire.

The worst service ever!! I am from out of town, and I brought my car with a noise from the rear wheel, they told me that both the rear hubs and bearings needed to be changed. I trusted them fully (huge mistake). I approved the work and paid 935$ for the job. They charged me 5 hours of labour!! I traveled the next day to The Grand Canyon and Zion National Park for 10 days. During the trip the noise came back and it was so bad I had to take it to the closest repair center where they showed me that the rear left wheel was very loose and they advised me not to drive. They disassembled the wheel and they found the rear hub broken. The hub was old and had never been changed! They installed a new one for only 300$. It took them half an hour to do it!! This means that Superior Tire and Service never did the job, charged me an outraged amount of money and most importantly they put my life and others in a very dangerous situation. I am reporting them to Las Vegas BBB.

I appreciate the service on the car. But this is the slowest service I ever received, I even made appointment but honestly its the same as if you never made one. It really dont matter. They waste two hours of my time not coming back.

I got all 4 tires at this location, since then my tires constantly have issues.I came in with a spare tire on the guys there said that my RR side tire was not fixable and that i had to buy a brand new one for $118.I was upset its only couple months since I got the new tire and they couldnt help me do anything they acted like it was impossible to do.. it felt like they werent trying to help..the older guy in the front was rude.So I went somewhere else I wanted a new tire the gentleman at another tire place informed me that he can patch and do some other stuff to it ( I did not informed them about Goodyear stating it was not fixable ) I let him look at my flat tire to see if it was really impossible to fix..then he continued to say it was possible to fix!! BUT it would only last for 6-7 months and said I might need a new one but for now it was fixable!! I didnt fix it.. I ended up getting a brand new one for a great price with great customer service!! Never will I deal with this business ever.

Weve been coming here for 3 years for oil changes, tire balancing, and rotations. This last time for just an oil change they convinced me that it was time for another rotation and balancing. Twice in the first hour after they were done I took the car back because the low air pressure warning light came on. Each time they supposedly fixed it. I went back to CA for work (4 weeks) and had to battle to keep the tire inflated. After a can of fix-a-flat, I came back to town for the weekend and to buy two new tires. My only request was a refund of the $29 I paid for the rotation and balancing but, after 10 minutes of refusals and excuses that its not their problem, theyd rather lose customer than do the right thing. Time to find a tire place that stands behind their work.

Phil and his team are awesome and efficient! We just moved from FL where we bought the Goodyear 3 year wheel alignment warranty - Phil was very accommodating and they did an excellent job. This is our new auto place :-)

Bad experience. Btw, the Goodyear sign out front does not mean they are a Goodyear store. I took my car here initially because I have Goodyear tires and since they’ve a huge Goodyear sign thought they were a Goodyear store. They are not. .Very bad experience. Their sign certainly fooled me. Asked for a price breakdown when the manager tried to sell me $500 plus of extra work. He said to me “you don’t trust me”. When I said I just want to know what I’m being asked to pay for” he said “Let’s get you out of the store”. Wow!!

Star rating was changedFollow up: On Monday Woody called from Superior Tire and he explained that the price difference was because the labor rate to install the sensor was incorrect in the first quote. He apologized for the comments made by Ramon about the increase in the price was due to American taxes. and he refunded the difference. Woody was very courteous and professional and I will be going back to Superior Tire for my auto repairs. PS the problem appears to be fix I have not had a problem with the car not starting since it was fixed by Superior Tire (knock on wood lol)

Every time I turn one of vehicles into this place to have something done, they always come up with a long laundry list of items that they recommend . A simple oil change and they quote me 1-3k worth of recommended repairs. Prospective customers, beware..Hard to trust a place that does that . Going to start taking my cars back to the dealer.

I recently took my vehicle to be serviced at this particular location because I realized how close it was to my home. From now on, Ill be heading to this location for sure. In the past at other service centers Ive had people be rude, not explain things in plain English and even charge me for work that I found out later wasnt even done to my vehicle. But Aaron explained everything so that I could understand, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He even introduced me to the mechanic who worked on my car whose name was Nacho (I may be spelling that wrong) but he was a pleasant guy and even showed me the air filter that he had recently taken out in order to illustrate the difference between a clean air filter and a dirty one. The only issue I had was that the chairs in the waiting area (I had to wait about 45 minutes for the service to be complete) were falling apart and dirty, which was uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

Fast, friendly and FANTASTIC service today from Phil. We were just passing through in our motorhome when a busted truck tire on the highway pushed our muffler out of whack big time. Phil gave us clear directions on where to come, took care of our rather unusual needs in the heat while we waited just a short time in the cool air conditioned customer area. BIG TIME THANK YOU to Phil for getting us safely on our way - oh yes, and the price was very reasonable.

Went in for a noise in my front end thinking the worst. I have been screwed over by other shops in the past.Woods (the owner/manager) got me right in and found the issue fast it was a $15.00 part !!! I have now found my new repair shop. They are fast friendly and honest. They even offer rides home and pickups THANKS WOODS AND CREW !!!!

Just went to get my oil change,normally go to my dealer,but they were full and I needed my oil changed in a hurry.The employees were pleasant enough and I didnt have to wait very long,of which I was greatful.

The Goodyear Integrity is that I was trying to get as a replacement Im not even being able to be told any information these tires are so bad you cannot drive them on the road but all I get is drive the car here... I understand you cant give me a definitive answer but you cant even give me an estimation come on!
