These guys are awesome! Ive brought my car here for a couple of small things in the past like oil changes, etc. This time I brought it them because I noticed pulling and shaking when I drove my car. I had to get the whole bottom front part of my car with shock replacements done.I didnt doubt them because theyve been great every time but I often get nervous that these shops will try to take advantage and try to tell me that things need to be repaired that are perfectly fine because so many do to make a buck. That was definitely NOT the case. Charles at Auto Service #3 took me step my step through what was happening with my car and was not only honest but when I compared the work that needed to be done with prices online, I knew he also gave me an incredible deal. He also went through what was a priority and what things I could wait on getting done because he knew I was trying to be cost effective but the deal for the job was so good that I knew I wouldnt get that anywhere else. Charles really took care of me and my car and he and his guys really put a lot of love and care into the repair work. And, they made sure I had my car back in no time. My car is over ten years old and drives like a brand new car. Im so grateful for them.

I had taken my car to the usual automotive place to get my yearly smog check completed. After waiting 30 minutes or more (always a long wait there) the person performing the smog advised me that the machine used for smog check was not working and could not be specific as to when it would be fixed. The person mentioned USA Auto performed the service and for the same price if $9.99.I called them up to see if their machine was functional. I was greeted by a pleasant lady that assured me that it was functional and the price was $9.99.I arrived at the location and was greeted. The lady told me the approximate wait time was 25 minutes and took my key. In 15 minutes she called my name, rang me up, and handed me my keys.My experience was so great that I took my sons car there to be smog checked. Again excellent experience. I was told 30 minute wait because they were short on staff. Well 15 minutes and I was paid, received document, and headed home!So wish I knew about USA Auto sooner. I now have me entire family going there and they have been just as impressed with the service they received as well!!Great work and a big thank you to the staff members serving at the #3 USA Auto location.

They drove my car without my permission ran my gas out my car, lied about the part not arriving on time car was there for 2weeks and I prepaid $1000 dollars. Still waiting for my refund for the part that they never put on my car. Ive learned never to prepay again, check my mileage and take photos of my car before leaving it for service. They are so unprofessional and someone needs to take responsibility 4 my rim and my hubcap. I recommend no one leaves their car with them because they lie and they are very manipulative and they hide behind one another instead of treating people right and fair with quality service.

Came in for a routine oil change left with brakes rubbing. Looked at the invoice they suggested we get our brake pads done🤔 crazy thing is we just got our brakes done 1 month prior. So when we leave the breaks are literally rubbing and the sound was awful. 2 days later my breaks go completely out, so I go to the place that did my breaks a month prior and they take a look at it and tell me that I don’t even have a break pad at all!! What kind of place does something like that!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

They dont make me feel like Im in a high-pressure sales situation and they to to help me understand why they are recommending certain services. Its never been something that breaks the bank. The lady at the front desk (Tara I think) is kind, patient, and helpful.

They old mechanics were good idk about these ones brought my car in for routine maintenance and oil change 2 days later check engine light is on I bring it back he says oil level was low HOW!!!!! When u were supposed to change the oil amateur mistake that could’ve cost me and the fact they only have two mechanics says alot they’re over worked and don’t care

Very bad experience the head garage mechanic removed parts from my radiator so all my fluids run out so I would think my motor was gone he told me my head was gone and a busted radiator after I paid a 860.00 to have a alternator replaced. He the mechanic question me about scaling my truck soon I arrived the I left then I have problems I told him no now my holes are missing from my radiator. I went in for an oil change and left with my height seat latch broken…. Said they would fix it but haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks. Called several times just to be told the manager would call back and when I finally did talk to the manager he told me to wait for the district manager to call. Still hasn’t happened…..

I always take my car here for smog and general repairs through out the years. I was very pleased today because they were quick and efficient but most of all friendly. The 2 ladies working up front were awesome. Ive always gone here and appreciated the service but today it was different. With everything going on in the world today, it was refreshing to see positivity and genuine care for the customer. The lady that was back and forth from the garage to the office was amazing. I observed her helping all her coworkers and customers! I wish I had gotten her name. Hopefully you guys read this and can see who this was.

Urgent fraudulent Scam Running. I brought my car in for regular maintenance on 06/24/2020. I had front and back brakes replaced, oil change, tune up. There was a knocking under my dashboard which was fixed also. My check engine light came on ans Jen stated it was a something that needed to be replaced but was a immediate need. She quoted me 1800.00 which was the amount I was approved for but went down to 1100.00. After receiving my car to ran hot and I brought it back in 07/03. Jen advises it needed repair of gasket and thermostat and a few other things. My car again stopped in the midst of driving last Saturday. I towed the car back the your shop. Jen advises they needed to replaced the gasket and oil ring which was paid for and advises was done on 07/02/2020. I picked up the car and drove approximately 1.5 miles and the car ran hot again. I brought the car back to the shop and Jen called and said the oil block has a crack and they are repairing it. I’ve asked to speak with under management for a week not and no call. Today, I call Jen and she advised the car will be ready in 2 hours. Chris calls me 10 minutes ago to advise me the electrical fan needs replacing which has nothing to do with them. Chris acknowledged that the gasket parts your store placed on my car were bad which is solely your store responsibility to replace and repair any thing that was caused by this matter. Your store now wants me to pays more money after paying 1600.00 plus 230.00 tow, 60.00 in Uber plus 4 days of car rental. Someone called on Friday and said it would be done that day. I called back that day and he was gone. They never called me back, I just got my car yesterday 3 days later and it’s still running hot.

Always a great experience visiting this location. They really take care of your vehicle & work with you so its not a massive blow to your wallet!

I recently wrote a review about the service provided. We have received many broken promises. In retrospect we have been discriminated against and lied to. The car was taken to the shop for the P011 (Cam Shaft), then they alleged that the shocks needed to be replaced and the brakes. They had so many stories why there was a delay with the parts and the shocks did not come in. They alleged you can only order Hyundai parts from a deal in California. I was told today that there was sludge in the gears and I would have to pay more money in order to correct the cam shaft, that is why it is not reading properly. The car has not only suffered mechanical damage while in their care, but body damage as well. I was told to take it up with corporate. The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. I encourage anyone not to seek financial assistance that they offer. They get paid upfront and are able to make up their own rules. Please Be Careful with this auto repair shop and Do Not Get Scammed!

Took car in for repair, was given back in worse condition!! I had a pressure leak in my car which lead to my check engine light to be on. After 3 hours I’m told the cost is $1500, appalled by an outrageous price, I did the parts and labor are no where near that. We’ll magically we settle on $500. I pick up my car at 6 ok before closing, pay, get my keys and turn on my car....CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. I turned right back inside and asked why my light was on when they ran it for 20 minutes with no issue?? So they “reset” the light because they “forgot to” I drive one mile up the street, to my check engine light on AGAIN and now SMOKE pouring out from under my hood!!!! There was NEVER any smoke coming from my car prior!! I call back immediately! Closed!! I called on the managers number to which she was gracious and apologetic and said the piece must be faulty. To bring the car in to replace the faulty part. I ended up having to tow my car back due to the smoke that impeded my driving! The smell was just awful! After going in a second time to retrieve my car I’m handed off the the WORST MANAGER I’ve ever dealt with. He is a PIG and SEXIEST whom insulted me because I held him to the piss poor work and he was upset he had to stay 15 minutes passed closing because they were still working on my car!!!! I didn’t catch his name becuase it not as if he gave it or introduced himself....he was more concerned about calling me a C**t and being disrespectful. I got the hell out of that location as soon as my keys were handed back. He deserved to be let go for his gross negligence in allowing my car to be returned in WORSE condition after paying for work and being told my car was in good working condition. I WAS a five year customer and will NEVER GO BACK and will make sure to let my exceptionally large social media following to never use this location or any other affiliate!!

USA AUTO SERVICE RATES an F- in customer service. The Shop manager, Curtis has no customer service skills. He is rude, when you want to ask questions and detours from the real issue. I insisted on reading the ‘close out bill’ before signing the bill and I asked for documentation regarding the warranty on work the shop performed.Curtis states, “ read it on your own time and leave my shop, I have other customers to tend too, and your taking too much time from his employee”. At this paticular moment there were no other customers in the lobby. My issue is you have time to take my money of $699 and when I asked questions Curtis states, “ You’re complaining and you can email your complaint”. Asking questions does not equal complaints. I was asking for warranty documentation and the shop is unable to provide typed documentation; so the Service Manager, Vincent, aka Vinnie has to hand write in my receipt the warranty. Because we all know that at the end of the day when you are in court it all boils down to documentation. When I ask what is the warranty on the work that has been done I was told 12 months or 12,000 miles. Then I was told it’s on the back of the receipt. However the back of the receipt states 30 days or 1000 miles which ever comes first. So then I asked for a receipt indicating 12 months or 12,000 miles when I ask what is the warranty on the work that has been done I was told 12 months or 12,000 miles. And when I read the same statement it stated “you promise no work has been done in the last 18 months”.As a manager once Curtis took my money; then he had no time to be patience and answer my questions regarding warranty in supplying me with documentation on warranty.DO NOT PATRON USA AUTO SERVICE. You have read other comments regarding Fraud and poor customer service. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and they proved me right. Curtis displayed the following characteristics: liar, fraud, lacks integrity, arrogant, and lack of work ethics.

The office staff was disorganised, but I got what I needed done. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Eddie was helpful in explaining things, as a few things were overlooked in his estimate. I wouldve imagined theyd have a lot more experience doing the service, and knowing what parts would be required. Regardless, the parts were reasonably marked up, so it wasnt a big deal. Overall its a trustworthy shop that tries to take care of their customers; no frills.

As soon as I walked in, the girl behind the counter made eye contact and told me that she would be right with me with a smile. I went in for a smog check. They took care of my vehicle right away. I didnt have to wait l long. The mechanic looked it over and give me some suggestions on the vehicle maintenance. The manager Cynthia came in and thank me for the business she was very pleasant, professional, and respectful which I appreciated and she has earned my business to go back and service my vehicle in the future if needs to be. Want to give a big shout out to Dave the manager. He has treated my wife and I so well. I had to take the car back twice for some issues and he took care of it no problems. Im gone a lot with work and its nice to find a shop my wife can go to while Im gone if needed. I definitely recommend this shop.

We dropped off our car on Sunday, December 22 and because of a miscommunication on their parts, they still have our car. It seems like they are keeping it out of spite because we have question them on certain car repairs that we did not ask for. It’s been eight days since we dropped off our car and it still has not gotten then “repairs” it’s needed. They are completely unprofessional and I recommend not going to their site. They have lied and misled us on pricing and repairs but hopefully, maybe we’ll get our car soon.

Called first to see if they did alignments and if there was a wait. Was told yes they did and there was no wait. Got there in 5 minutes had a ticket made up. Lady at the counter took the ticket out into the shop and said alignment up. About 20 minutes later they pulled my car around in front of one of the bays. 2 1/2 hours later I looked and saw my car still outside the bay. I asked how much longer on my car? I was told let me see. 10 minutes later I was told they would give me a ride home because they needed to take my car to another location because their alignment machine was broken. REALLY.... IT TOOK YOU 2 1/2 HOURS TO TELL THE CUSTOMER YOUR ALIGNMENT MACHINE WAS BROKEN. After you told me you did alignments and there was no wait.Worst customer service ever!!!

Cost me loss time when job could have been done right the first time. Their diagnosis on my brakes was correct but they tried to substitute an incorrect cheap brake vacuum booster instead of the one I oked initially. This caused my brakes to lock hard requiring me to have the vehicle to be towed back for warranty work. After another day to fix the problem I found myself not trusting the work performed and took it to the Honda dealer for certification. The vehicle was certified to be in manufacturing specifications but cost me an additional 164 dollars to verify. To be honest I have used this location for several years with no problems but, for the last 2 times they have used what I call bate and switch. This last episode could have caused me a potential life threatening accident. This is unforgivable and the last time I use them for my vehicles. Invoice is 62753 1/23/20 - 1/25/20

I brought a friend here to pick up her car on a Thursday evening. They had advised her that the car would be ready by 10am(after waiting 3 days already). But after calling several times during the day, and being told they were almost done each time, and given ETAs of no later than- 3, 3:30, 5, and 5:30, we arrived around 5pm and received her car around 6:10pm, after they were closed for the evening. But they seemed nice enough, they offered her financing, and she said her car is running great. Just have a backup plan if you need transportation anywhere, because they dont seem to be in any hurry.

Warning!!! No one should come to this place because they will just steal your money. I have been changing oils for my car here for over 3 years now I came here with a car that has problems with the air conditioner and the manager Charles gave me a charge of $ 1189 and claimed that the compressor condenser and some other faults due to the air conditioner not working. I went to another garage and from refueling the air conditioner within 20 minutes at a cost of $ 100 there were no extras. The condenser compressor and all the problems were completely normal.! I warn you not to come here because they will charge you 10 times more than anywhere else. After I took care of the air conditioner elsewhere I decided to call and find out why they invented car malfunctions that did not exist. Definitely will not dial and will not come.! Thieves !!

After 2 miserable weeks of them ‘fixing’ my truck and me taking it back 5 times for the same issue different repair I will say the manager there Chris and mechanic Sergio finally got my truck car back on the road. This review is for the customer service. Chris OWNED the mistakes took full responsibility and righted their wrong. Although they have more than likely lost a customer, props to them for owning their errors and making it right. 1 Star for the shop and 3 stars customer service. I would also like to note when this place was AutoTech a few years ago the shop was honest and outstanding. Unfortunately this shop was taken over by these USA Auto guys.

I took my car in for an oil change a few weeks ago. The price was very cheap. While they were working on it, my husband and I went next door to the bar to get out of the heat. After about 30 minutes they called my husband and asked if we wanted our air conditioner freshened up. My husband said no, weve never had an issue with it. The guy persisted and asked where we were from. My husband told him Southern California. He asked again if we wanted to have the air conditioning freshened up for the long trip home. We said no. We picked up the car after it was finished and headed home to So Cal. The smell coming from the air conditioner was horrible!! We had never had any smell before, but now it smelled like wet cats and rot and mold. It was a week before the smell faded. Dont pay attention to the 5 star Yelp reviews. They promise a free oil change to anyone who gives them a positive review.

Dont waste your time here. I had my A/C recharged and checked for leaks the following day. They told me there were no leaks. I told them that my A/C wasnt getting cold and asked them to look at it. The guys response was it feels cold to me. That was his diagnosis. These guys are jokers who want easy money and easy jobs.

Today was my 1st time at an USA Auto Service ..The experience was most reassuring.. And they actually listened to me # the customer. Advised me on what I needed to get repaired and was honest about what work was done..There is no doubt in my mind I will be a repeat customer .. I know my vehical needs other repairs .. So now I found an automotive repair center that guarentees there services..I was appreciative they did not try to bully me in any extra things but mostly impressed with them being absolutely 110% that my vehicle was in top order when I left today..

I was getting gas at the gas station on twain and i noticed my tire going flat. turns out i had a nail. so i pull off to the parking area between the gas station and the USA Auto garage and start to put on my spare. the manager of USA Auto service comes out and tells me to stop and pull my car to his bay hell put on the spare no charge. it was 105 out and I was really not looking forward to changing that tire. a younger hispanic kid changed my tire quickly. he was very polite and i even i tried to tip but they wouldnt accept. stand up guys at this shop. i wish i was good at remembering names but those two guys were awesome.

No technicians in this place. Disconnecting plugs to make check engine light come on and trying to lie and charge $500 to fix that. Giving wrong diagnose. Even they cant hear the noise coming from front or rear of the car. Dont want your time and money. They are stiillers. Beware!!!!!!!!!

Just ran in for the smog test coupon which is an incredibly unbelievable great deal :-) service was prompt professional friendly couldnt ask for more :-) the service technicians doing the smog test did a quick maintenance inspection and made a few recommendations that were absolutely right. Prices are reasonable relative to all the competition out there that is much much higher for comprable service and repairs. This place for what they do has my highest recommendation five stars :-)

They purposely tampered with my car after I told them No I don’t want them to change out by car fluids for 400 bucks. All I went it for was a simple smog check. I left their with my car stalling at lights. Come to find out they popped a pumped off that lead to the engine which was causing too much air to get into it.I called them back and told them what they did, they said bring it back so we can look at it. Told them not in a million years. I will be contacting the BBB And also the owner of the store.You guys are willing to put someone in harms way over 400 bucks, terrible business! You guys are lucky I didn’t get into an accident.

The person who moved my car was wearing dirty clothes and his hands were black from working. I dont appreciate him touching the surfaces that I touch in my clean car. Also the girl at the desk was not friendly or informative.And I got home and saw they never even closed the hood over the engine. ??

Very dishonest service people to put it in short - I recently took my car there so they could fix my damaged AC and they told me they need to replace the entire kit and also work on the belt for a total price of 1,288$. so at first when i was speaking & asking the front office guy they told me the diagnostic would be about 45 bucks but when the guy came back after running the test he added it up and said a total of 50 bucks without consulting me on what specific diagnostic he did So i just ignored that- payed 50 bucks for the diagnostic & decided to take it back to the dealership where i bought the car from and they told me something similar but they said the overall price would amount to 938$. Thats 350 dollars that i just saved. Before i took my car to the dealership, USA Auto Service is the first and only spot i took it to - I wish I could have done a price comparison with a two or three other service centers before i took it to the dealership but i regret not doing that. And its no brainer that dealerships usually always charge more than regular service places. So let that sink in on how much they were trying to milk me out of. I 100% believe that if i did the price comparison with other service centers before i took it to the dealership i could have gotten even a better deal and saved hundreds more. If you look at majority of the low ratings here you can tell its the same similar story over and over again. In conclusion, if you dont mind PAYING MORE than you have to and dealing with dishonest people i would suggest this spot.. I took my 2014 Jeep for repair, and found out that the problem was the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC). Of course it was costly, but USA got the work done quickly and efficiently. I then worried about putting it on the road for CA - but after a once over, the trip was great. My Jeep Patriot ran better than before. Thanks to the staff at USA for easing my mind. This location employs the shady practice of over-booking cars as an excuse to jack up charges when then their team of “Rag-Tag” mechanics fall behind with the work load. While this may be “Legal”, i was not the least bit impressed seeing my car held “Hostage” until i was finally given a “Ransom Note” claiming outrageous charges (that could NOT be justified) for a simple sensor replacement!!! So i am left to assume half my bill was to cover mechanic incompetence? i would NEVER recommend getting repairs at this location, ESPECIALLY if you own a High-End, import that requires specific equipment, manuals, and KNOWLEDGE.#Luxurious_Charges_for_OJT_Labor...........FRAUD!!!

Please DO NOT take your car here!! Management and staff extremely unprofessional! Unless you don’t mind your car sitting for weeks without getting any work done then this is definitely the place for you.

Went in to get an oil change. Noticed incense burning in the garage area. I though that was kinda strange considering the flammable liquids present, such as oil and gasoline. I was going to let it go until I saw one of their technicians walking through the garage looking into engine compartments and helping with oil changes while smoking. I prefer to not risk my car exploding. I let the guy at the front desk know why I was leaving. I wont be back. Im going to report what I saw to the fire marshal.

Total ripe off. Do not go by yelp reviews because I foundout they pay yelp to just put up good reviews. told me a needed over $2,400 worth of repairs to pass smog. That was a lie. One of the problems was just a loose gas cap that just needed to be tightened. Had minor repairs done at another repair shop and it passed smog. THEY ARE CROOKS. DONT GO BY YELP REVIEWS. THEY PAY YELP. IT IS A SERVICE YELP OFFERS.

The people were very nice. I believed I was getting the help I needed. Turns out they repaired a part of my engine for $1400. I was desperate and purchased the repair on auto credit they approved me for. I just so happened to only qualify for $1400. Less than a week later, my car needed a new engine. They said it would be another $1400. Are you serious? Be very careful!!! Ive heard the oil changes are good, anything else is most likely a scam or you will end up with shoddy work. Im fighting the bill for the auto Care loan.

Poor poor customer service. Got my car back worse off then when i brought it in. They told me it wasnt their fault and wanted to charge me another $500 and wait 4 more hours to get fixed. I do not recommend anyone goin here.

Been here for smog check 2 years ago. Everything went fine.Visited a few days ago because my truck started acting weird. Diagnostic said cylinder 3 was misfiring and it needed a new ignition coil and spark plug and it would be $1600.Did our own research. Spark plug is $7 engine coil is $94 (pack of 8 is $350 for my truck) we changed 1 spark plug and 1 ignition coil in 5 minutes for $108 & its backntonrunning like a dream... worst case scenario it would have been $406 for all the parts and maybe 40 minutes of work... they are ridiculous. Get a 2nd opinion before you give them your money

Dont let them touch ur car i went in for oil change and explain to them i only needed an oil change and they want to explain to me about all these other things telling me i needed this and that when i recently had worked on my car theyre liars & crooks dont waste your time going there

I brought my car in for a SMOG CHECK ONLY. I was not asked nor did I give permission to open my hood and look at my car.A 71 year old gentleman reviewed all of the issues that needed attention; $900 of bogus diagnostic issues. NONE OF THE ITEMS WERE NEEDED. I brought my car to my Acura dealer, they verified my suspicions that nothing needed to be done on my car right now.For instance, I recently had a transmission service and was told i needed to change my transmission oil. I was told if the transmission oil isnt red its bad. That is a lie. Stay away from this shop as their business practices are unethical.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Make sure to MARK your Oil Filter and wheels if youre going fon an oil change and tire rotation. Ive caught them Twice now (who knows how long theyve been doing this to my car). Oil filter is 3 - 5$ and if they dont replace it, it could damage your engine.

I went there on Tuesday on 4/17/2018. I request a diagnose check because my engine light was on. They did it and told me fuel pressure sensor, O2 sensor stuck rich, and purge value need to be replaced. They gave me a quote for $ 960 to repair these and change rear brake pads. I dont know what was wrong with my mind at that point. I decided to repair my car there, final price was $800.Their manager said takes about an hour and half to fix the problems at first, but actually tooks about six hours and half. Bad time management and not honest. After they were done of changing my brake pads and fuel pressure sensor all that stuffs. Dave told me my break sensor is not work. There was nothing wrong with it before I drop off my car. Their work is bad, they fix one thing and ruin something else, after they change my brake pads, my brake sensor broke. They said they can fix it with no charge, I brought my car back on Thursday, they still cannot fix it. It tooks another hour on Thursday.New update: They called me yesterday said they can fix it. So, I dropped off my car and it tooks another 1.5 hours. After that, they still not able to fix my car!!!!!!!!!This is my third time there!!!!!!! How many time I have to go back to them?????? Seriously, if you cannot fix my car, I will take my car to other body shop then, give me my refund!!!!The hand break and break sensor are broken. No matter if I release the handbrake or not, and while I am driving, the alarm went off entire time. My instrument panel shows Park Brake Malfunction Service Now. Totally WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY THERE.Seems like they try to do free check in oil change to get good reviews and cover their bad reviews for repairs.

Unprofessional, poor customer service was my customer experience. Took 3 visits to get my brakes fixed. One star because they are open on Sundays if you have no other choice.

This place is a ripe off. Only thing I would use them for is there oil change and after my second one Im wondering if they are even changing it. They do a free Diagnostics with your $10+ oil change. Oh and did I have a list for my car. $2000+ worth of work... brakes, oil filter, power steering, etc.... Little they know I have a personal mechanic. I left but was feeling weird like my car is gonna die any second. So the deal with my mechanic I but supplys and he will do labor. So I buy all this stuff I need and he starts to do the work and not one thing needed to be fix. This shop told me my breaks were at 5%. My mechanic showed me them they were at 75% almost new. I was shocked and upset!! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I feel bad cause I seen a 80 year old lady paying 1000s $ worth of work and being taking advantage of! 😕

Don’t take you automobile there! They’re bait and switch and they will find something wrong with your car even if it doesn’t need it! There is a sign in the waiting room stating “Free oil change with review on yelp”. hahaha
