IThey were recommended by a froend to replace my a/c compressor. It sat there for 9 days and on the 10th day when I came to pick it up, they told me someone had stolen my catalytic converter and they weren’t responsible. They wouldn’t even split the cost. $475 repair, niw I have to get $600 to replace it. Do not trust! I think they might’ve had something to do with it

Don and all the mechanics do great work for a great price, truly an honest and experienced auto body shop. Anytime anything goes wrong they always are willing to help. My mothers battery went dead and Don drove out with a battery charger and helped her charge the battery. They always treat me right and they will treat you right also.

I love this place. My husband and I have live in Vegas for 8 eight years and we’ve thee worst mechanic shops we ever came across. Star auto is the best they are very professional and has a clean environment, great equality work. He has done engine work for my BMW 750li and I love everything he has done for us. During this coronavirus hasn’t been tough but he has done the job. Ever since we found him I wouldn’t let any other shop touch our cars. I would absolutely recommend this shop my family and friends.

Always a Star Experience! Honest, fair and reasonable. When I moved to Vegas I didn’t have a mechanic. Purchased a coupon on the Radio Shopping Show about a year ago for an oil change and have been coming back for oil changes and all my car service needs. So fortunate to have found a mechanic I can trust!

I had a great experience with star auto care. Ive taken both of my vehicles to them and they handled and cared for my vehicles as if it was their own .Sabin .one of the mechanics in the shop was very knowledgeable and straight up about the repairs made. Don the owner was very reasonable on pricing. I will recommend this place to any of my family memvers or close friends. Came in for an oil change, with a voucher I had gotten. Everything was easily handled, and very speedy. Customer service was great, and the owners were very friendly. I would definitely come back here again for any other services.

Khalidoun has not answered any of my calls, texts or emails, I have been trying to contact him about an agreement that we have. It has gotten to the point we are going to have a lawsuit filed against the company. I would not recommend them to anyone who wants to be able to count on their mechanics.

We were visiting from another state and a malfunction light came on in our car. We searched online for a repair shop that could run a diagnostic to see if it was serious or could wait until we were back home. Star Auto Care took us right in and immediately ran the test. They found that it was not serious and we would be able to drive home safely. Thanks to their honesty and efficiency we were able to drive home without any additional problems. They were also very fair on the repair cost. I highly recommend Star Auto Care.

I have exclusively gone to Star Auto Care for a few years now. I trust Don (the owner) to always explain the issue my car is having and he and his mechanics fix the root of the problem, never the quick fix just to make money. Everyone there is friendly and honestly there for you. I have and will continue to recommend them!

Finally found an honest, reputable, mechanic in Las vegas. Ive been shopping around for over a year now looking for a good mechanic, so Ive been through and seen it all when it comes to bad and or shady mechanics. This place is AWESOME! I will definitely be back. I refuse to go anywhere else but to Star Auto. Cant trust anyone else when it comes to my transportation, your car is an investment be smart about it.

My car went in for the catalytic converter which I was told would be done in two to four days due to them not having the part. I get a call saying they got the wrong part. Now Im waiting for 2 weeks. Car finally gets done. Now my car makes whistling noises and my a.c. buttons dont work right. I dont know what they did but my car repair cost $1300 and came back with other problems. I will not be going back there again.

Best mechanic I been to hands down no hassle or pressure best prices for an honest work before I took my truck there i took it to a few other shops because of an oil leak both of the other shops told me they couldn’t find where the leak is coming from n that it will take a few hundred to find out where well I brought my truck to star auto for an oil change till my next payday to fix the leak I was shook to find out he found it no problem simple loose screw with a bad washer he was able to fix it at no charge after I told him about what the other shops told me since then I been taking my truck there
