I have been very impressed with the crew here. one thing that has shocked me is how far they are willing to go to help the customers. I have had a large rebuild project that JP has been working on for me for a little while. I have spent a enough time with these guys and it always seems they are always going to bat for their customers be it on the phone with the vendor or trying to find the correct solution not just the easy assumption. This shop deserves your business. A crew that has been around cars since the dawn of time so they know cars incredibly well. I was lucky to find this shop and you are lucky because you have now found them as well.

I was in search of a new car service place after being ripped off at the dealership countless times. It was within my search for a new place that I came across Car Medic, and Im so glad I did. Everyone there is so personable and wants nothing but the best for your car. I went in needing and oil/filter change and JP, along with his mechanic went above and beyond to not only change my oil but take care of other small issues with my car free of charge. They informed me that my brake pads and tires needed changing and even took the time to show me what was wrong with the certain parts of my car. During my service, I got a chance to chat with Jennifer, their front desk gal. She made the time go by so fast and I thoroughly enjoyed her sense of humor and the conversations we had. I will definitely be back and recommend any and everyone to go here if they want a team who knows what their doing and actually cares about the longevity of their car.

JP is my goto guy when I need repairs on either mine or my wifes car. Hes a great and honest auto tech thats been working his business for a long time.

I have a 2006 Nissan Murano, I was told by JP that it had a bad axel and my wheel was about to fall off. I didnt have the money to get it fixed at the time so I took my car anf left. About a month or so later JP called me and asked if I would bring my car back so they could take another look at it and I did and they kept it for about 1 month and never done anything to it yhat I was told about but I had a leak that mysteriously disappeared. Not that I mind that at all. But funny thing is, when I called about needing my car all of the sudden JP had a car he wanted to trade me title for title for my car and when I refused yo trade he told me ok, well I will do all I can to help u to fix yours. Do u want me to order the axel. I said yes and never heard back from them. So I called about a month later and his receptionist Jennifer tried to tell me he forgot he has been so busy. So I spoke to JP and he said he would order it that day. Well here it is almost another mont later and no axel. My brother wad right about this shop, he told me exactly these words. That man wants your car, who is just gonna trade u a car title for title just to help u out. He said dont trade him the car and see what kind of customer u will be in his eyes then. And I am no longer even a thought in the back of their minds...lol. My brother is always right. And as far as JP saying that he ordered the parts and I had an appointment to bring my car in and missed it is a total lie, I have not heard from anyone in that shop since I wouldnt trade my car. And any parts that were ordered that cant be used was probably ordered while he had my car for one month because he thought I was gonna trade him the car. As of 10/28/2020 I found out also that I was supposed to have had my break pads done all the way around in August and my breaks are now grinding bad. The person that change my axrl said it looks as if they put some used break pads on it if they changed them at all even.

Had my car for a total of 22 days over the course of 2 clutch repairs, very slow to order parts, I had to call them 3-4 times a week trying to get a updates on my vichical.. at one point he had my car in another shop being worked on by another mechanic, all without a phone call to update me what was going on

Really clean and awesome place! John and Steve do a great job and they fix what needs to be fixed. They don’t charge you for unnecessary things like other shops. Prices are great too.

Shop owner JP is the best in the city. The dealer had me at a 3,500$ Bill. For an issue they couldn’t properly fix. Brought to car medic within 15 minutes had proper diagnosis. Picked up next day for less than a grand. He also did my A/C compressor and used warrantied specific parts for the install. Saved me another grand in work. I am 3,500$ more wealthy because of him!! 10/10 recommended.

My wife has had her car serviced here for many years. Very honest shop. They are there to fix the problem with your car without trying to rip you off with unnecessary repairs. You will not be disappointed if you bring your car there for service.

I definitely recommend car medic he will tell you the truth about what’s wrong with your car and will give you a good price If it Wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have a car right now there was so many problems with my car that no other shop told me about but then he fixed every one ‼️ Worth every penny thank you jp ‼️
