Photo is of the car broken down outside All European Auto within 5 minutes of leaving their shop after they worked on it for 9 months and CHARGED me.Do NOT take your car to All European Auto Repair. I was able to drive the car to the shop with no problems. I was able to drive it on the freeway with no problems. The car was dropped off to have a minor leak repaired as well as the brakes. When we picked up the vehicle last week, it would not drive over 20mph and broke down before we could get a block away. They required us to make the last payment in cash, $10,000. They worked on my car for 9 months and ruined it. The car is now inoperable and they wont refund our money. We are suing.

They explained the repair to me for my Jaguar and what the cost would be. The parts were expensive but the price for their service seemed reasonable. I checked with a couple of other shops and they were way more expensive for the same thing! I am happy to pay the reasonable charge for the service even though the parts werent cheap. I guess driving a luxury car comes with a price though when it breaks down. Im just happy they got it fixed and the service fees werent overly priced.

There a really good place to take your car. I have a SL63 AMG MERCEDES BENZ. This place has it ready in just a few days if I had taken it to Auto nation theyd still have over 2 months. With no communication.. ALL European Stays in contact..hands down the best in my book!!!💯💯💯💯💯

Great service! They dont charge you too much for your oil change and got it done quickly. I didnt even have an appointment and I appreciate them getting it in and out fast so I could get on with my day! Thank you guys! I am happy to give you a 5 star review for your efforts!

To follow-up on their ridiculous response.. the car was not sitting for 12 years. We were driving it just fine before dropping it off to them. The car did have brakes, so they are again lying. There was also some leaks, but as they pointed out it’s an “old car” which their name claimed they fix, but all they kept saying was your car is old. The car has since been taken to another repair shop who has fixed everything All European ruined. All European put the wrong fluid in the car which could ruin all the rubber components. They also installed the brakes wrong which is why the car couldn’t drive- the brakes were constantly engaged even if they emergency brake was off. They also replaced spark plugs, but didn’t screw them on. They did not drive it for 20 miles, as we drove it less than 1 mile and it broke down. The picture shown in the first review is AFTER we picked it up from the shop. We have all of this documented on video of another ship looking at the terrible work they did. He was amazed when he saw what they claimed to have “fixed”. He even called and asked us to bring documents showing what All European worked on and he was in disbelief. They claim to be a “European” and “Classic” car restoration yet they don’t know what they are doing and just keep calling our vehicle old. It’s a classic car. The other shop said this Rolls Royce is in the best condition they’ve seen one from this year. Do NOT take your car here. Go to any shop in Las Vegas except the one.

I had a fuel pump replaced in my 2015 Mercedes 300C. Kris was excellent. They took me home & picked me up. Work was completed in the time frame given, the price was very reasonable and they even cleaned my car. Highly recommend All European!!!

Dropped of my 91 300E / W124 Mercedes a/c was not working they replaced everything that hey needed to in order to get the job done and the A/C has been working great through the whole summer. I feel bad for the bad reviewers because I did not experience this there. If also could be the reviewer themselves. I inspected the parts that were changed and they were definitely not the old ones. I don’t think people understand buying old European cars come with a responsibility.

Most the good reviews are fake and they pay to have the real reviews removed, if you check their yelp you will definitely see a ton of unhappy customers. All European serviced my vehicle (2011 Dodge Durango) the same day I brought it in for service. I was experiencing major coolant leaks.I was greeted by the owners who are both friendly & professional & also spoke with the mechanic & after doing so I felt completely confident that he knew what he was doing & would fix my car right. He also discussed some other issues i was having with my car & helped me figure out a plan with those as well. I had to leave my vehicle overnight but it was ready to go by the next morning. The owners even gave me a ride home & returned the next morning to pick me up so that I could get my car. Great customer service all the way around & so far so good with the repairs but I know if something goes wrong, they will stand behind their work. I was also given the faulty part that had to be replaced to show that the work had been done. I was very surprised & impressed with that! Never has an auto shop done that before! I highly recommend All European Auto Repair & will continue to have them service my car in the future.

My husband and I went in to have breaks done being that we have had work done with them in the past we thought they would get it right. As soon as my husband left the shop he instantly noticed NEW problems with the car. When he took it back the next day the disgusting receptionist basically told him to leave the shop and that she did not care!! DO NOT waste your money on this trash of a place. They are classless and will rip you off. Horrible is a understatement.

All European auto repair is the definition of fraud.They are inexperienced when it comes to auto repair, they markup their parts and labor. If you supply your own parts, they will purposely install it incorrectly and blame it on you to bypass an option for a warranty.Everything about this place is crooked, to the fake good reviews, to all the unsatisfied customers who have had their car damaged from this establishment. As a collective we should honestly take this up with the city of Las Vegas and put a stop to this place. How many more people are going to keep getting screwed over?

I used All European this past week and they did a fantastic job on my car! Once I called in and told them my issue they were able to fit me in right away with my busy schedule. They quickly assessed the problem (I needed a new alternator) and they over-nighted the part to install the following day. The staff offered me a ride to/from their shop when I dropped off and picked up. Once my car was finished, payment was easy and clear. I will definitely be using All European again for any future issues. Dont go anywhere else!

They claim to make it right on their response but it was just another lie.--------------------------------------------------------------------A place my enemy needs to shop. I have been a customer to this business last several years. I brought my Sprinter Van to the service while I was in town and I was not aware of the ownership change. Previous owner was a very nice, knowledgeable and honest guy. He was much better than a Mercedes Benz dealership. Without knowing the ownership I dropped my vehicle and an unnecessary repair has been done by a misrepresentation. However, I could even live with that. But they damaged the roof of my vehicle by hitting the cross brace of the lift and they denied it. My vehicle did not have a damage prior to dropping to their business. I have a good insurance and they covered my loss. However, honesty of the owner is very questionable. A place that anyone needs to be careful. I hope they will not victimize the others like they did to me.

I called to make an appointment and they got me in right away. I stayed at the shop while they serviced my car. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone. And it didn’t cost a fortune like my dealership I leased my car from!!! Thanks for your excellent service All European!

Don’t feel like explaining everything that happened but I have a 08 Audi A4 and needed a new engine. They told me it would take a week or so to get it fixed but took more than 3 months and they didn’t even call me to give updates I had to call to check the status of the repairs and they seemed irritated by that. The first time I got my car back the check engine light came on the next day. The second time I got my car back the light came on again in a day. The 3rd and final time I got my car back it came on before I could even get on the freeway. Every time I took it back Chris had another excuse of why it wasn’t working and charged additional fees that were unreasonable. Today my check engine light is still on and when I took it to auto zone to see what code it was, it was the same exact code that I got the first time I took it back. I don’t know how they got my car to pass a smog. I believe they used another car to pass a smog just to shut me up. I spent 6k plus and my check engine light is still on. I have a year warranty on all the parts they fixed but refuse to bring my car back up there because I know there’re going to lie and say it’s something else that’s not under warranty to charge me more money. I do not recommend this place to anyone what so ever they are fraud.

ONE OF THE WORST MECHANIC SHOPS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO BY FARLet me clarify that I have owned 11 different European cars from Porsche/BMW/Mercedes in the last 10 years. I brought my car to this shop because I had a check engine light popup. Apparently I need an air filter and a fuel injection service, according to their technician. I brought the car to them running, no mechanical issues while it was running, hours later, all of sudden my car isn’t running and my engine seized up literally after their tech worked on my car. They would take no blame in the fact that the car was clearly running, and after their tech worked on it, it was not. Their technician had an attitude, couldn’t fully explain what he did and why the engine seized up. I FaceTimed my original mechanic from back home where I am from, and his whole energy changed when someone who’s actually knowledgeable started speaking to him. I was not compensated at all when it was clearly their fault. They will message on this review with a bunch of BS but honestly it just goes to show what kind of people you have in the auto industry in Las Vegas.Shady & ignorant, there’s really no other way to put it. Don’t come here if you care about your car, because the people that work here don’t.

I called them due to my indicator lights were all on, my speedometer didnt work. I recently had picked the car up in Florida and had to drive back home to Vegas. It all started after changing my battery and getting 4 new tires while in FloridaI called and was able to be seen that day. They worked miracles and had me in and out in about an hour! They are honest and absolutely know what theyre doing. I will never take my VW Jetta to a dealer. As long as I have this car, they have my business!!

Went last Tuesday due to check engine light being on in my Range Rover evoque, I was advised that I needed a new aux battery because that’s what was triggering my check engine light which cost me $560. When I left the shop 4 days later the check engine light was back on and when I took it to the shop they claimed it was a totally different cause which wasn’t detected the first time.. which would cost me $4000. Naturally I called another European autoshop for a second opinion and the first thing they tell me is that my check engine light would not have came on because I needed a new aux battery. So I basically was scammed out of that money and now have to visit another shop for a diagnosis because I can’t trust this place. I never write reviews but I’m really upset because I’m female and not that familiar with parts and car compenonts and I put my trust in you guys for you to give me guestimates when this is supposed to be a high quality shop, I could have just took it to the hood for little to nothing to be looked at if I just wanted someone to guess and freestyle on what was wrong with my car.

I brought my 928 S Porsche in to have repaired by these guys and they did a wonderful job fixing it up. The managed to get it fixed the very same day I brought it in which I wasnt expecting. It now runs perfectly again. Everyone there was super friendly and their prices seemed very reasonable. This was a great experience as far as car repair shops go! I would highly recommend this place for anyone that has a Porsche that needs a repair!

Went in for a brake pad change. When I went back to pick up the car I was advised that my left front tire was bare and they recommended me replace it. I said ok I will and instantly went to look for tires online. After leaving I felt a wierd feeling while driving the car (I live 1 mile away from the shop so I drove it home) and found my tire completely unseated from my $3000 3 piece HRE rim. After calling in and letting them know they gave me back the car with an unseated rim they just told me they never touched it and it wasnt their fault. Now Im out 3000 for just going in for a brake pad change. Unbelievable.Edit: the response from the shop is untrue. My tire was low but was holding 21psi for weeks now. I had just found out how low it was from them. The issue wasnt the tire, thats my fault. The issue was I took it to them fully inflated and I left their shop with my tire UNSEATED from the rim. Which caused serious curb rash that I now have to pay to fix. If you guys never touched the front tire how did you have a perfect picture of the inside of the tire? The car went to you guys perfectly fine just needed a brake replacement and left your shop needing a new rim.

Excellent customer service!! Im new in town and I was having troubles with my new Lexus. Their prices were by far the best in the area! The staff was so polite and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back if/when I need something repaired.

Worst repair shop ever. Almost $4k and six months to repair two power seats, and the passenger seat still doesn’t operate properly. The power seat buttons were misaligned when I picked up the car. The car also needed to have the engine repaired for a carburetor issue. Derek insisted I needed new spark plugs knowing full well it had new spark plugs. My engine still turns off when I come to a stop. Still running rich. Nothing was done to the engine except the plugs. When I asked if the engine got looked at he hadn’t even taken it out for a diagnostic run to get an idea of the problem. Derek had no idea what he was doing with my Rolls. If he had, it wouldn’t have taken six months. Says my car is ready to be picked up knowing full well that the wiper blades won’t park properly and are in the middle of the windshield. He didn’t put the wiper blade on properly and it came off during a cycle causing the wiper arm to scratch a nice arch into my windshield. They kept my car out back everyday for six months under a thin veil of a sunscreen with the hood still exposed to the sun which has faded and blotched the original paint. While in their care chemicals had splashed onto the chrome grill and onto the hood. They are white and permanent. On top of the car there’s chemical damage that ate straight pass the primer. Looks terrible. Derek didn’t seem too concerned but Samantha came out to look at it. Took my car to a reputable paint and collision center and they were reluctant to buff it out due to risks to the 47 year old paint. 47 years of pampered garaged care and in six months my original paint finish is ruined. The reason I won’t go back to pursue the repairs is obvious. They will not take care of my car. The pretty photos on their website are nice but beware. Worst experience ever. Never again.

Wow! We all know how hard it can be to find a mechanic that is TRUSTWORTHY, knowledgeable, and friendly! Jason and the All European Team met all of my expectations, yet again. They got the AC fixed on my 1991 Mercedes just in time for the Vegas Summer. It has been challenging for me to find people who are confident in working on my old car. Good thing these guys know what they’re doing!! Reasonablly priced and honest. They kept good contact with me throughout the process. A++ work. Stopped in without an appointment with our Mitsubishi Eclipse. Even though they specialize in European makes, our car only needed minor repairs and they took us in immediately. The mechanic Mike was very informative about what he was doing and why it was necessary. The car was repaired while we waited. SERIOUSLY AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! Mike and Sam took care of me from the moment i came in till the moment i left! I own a 1990 Mercedes 190E so no spring chicken but shes in good shape with low miles. I came in for a simple oil change and was aware that my coolant hose was loose however because its a cheap fix i thought nothing of it. They graciously fixed the issue with no additional charge and my car has been running like new ever since. I drove my vehicle from Vancouver Canada To Las Vegas, which would be tough on any car but especially my old school. I took my car to this shop first time for schedule b repair after i got my car back two days later the check engine light was on so i brought it back they told me that was the transmission so i left it there for repair again once i got my car back e few days later my car wont start so i call them and they ask me to take it back oi i did and they say that that was something different and it was going to cost me another $1200 after almost $2000 that i paid for the prior repairs thats when I got smart and took my car to Mercedes Benz dealership and what was wrong with my car the battery was out i got me a new one and no more problems.I wont recommend this shop at all.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ALL EUROPEAN MECHANIC on Russell Rd in Las Vegas. THEY ARE BIG LIARS!! I took my BMW there for the check engine light, they told me all kinds of things that were not really part of the check engine light. One of the things they told me was the suspension, they charged me $600 for it. Another one was the leak, $500. They kept my car for 2 days. I thought they really fixed my car. After 3 months, I had this check engine light again, I went to the dealership this time come to find out, they never fixed anything in my car, and the suspensions were exactly the same. They showed them to me, I took photos of them.I called them back and told them what the dealership told me, I talked to the blonde woman who was extremely rude. She got me an appointment, I left my car there for 1 day. You know what, I found out they never fixed anything again. THEY KEPT LYING TO ME. So, I called my lawyer to get my money back. THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY BAD AND EXTREMELY RUDE!!Dont ever go to this shop, people. I dont understand why theyre still in business. Most 5 star reviews here are fake and dont believe their BBB accredited BS.If you dont have a lawyer and you used your credit card to pay for it, call your credit card company to dispute charges. Make sure to keep all your your receipts and the proof that they didnt fix anything. Do it as soon as possible.If youre looking for a really good BMW mechanic, go to BMW Only on Dean Martin.

I’ve worked with All European Auto Repair now for over 14 months. I have 5 cars and I’m a very hard customer to service. They have always done an amazing job with my cars, Samantha and her skilled staff have always been honest and done the job right, when something did go wrong they stepped up and fixed the issues without any questions. I’ve dealt with dozens of places in vegas and All European has consistently been the only company I bring my cars back to. I’m so glad I found them. If your looking for a cheap fix try your luck on Craigslist, plenty of guys there to roll the dice with. If you want if fixed right bring it to All European Auto they get it done.

Came here for a simple replacement of my spark plugs and coils. I have a e90 BMWOn the first day, granted I did come on the wrong day, they squeezed me in. Grateful for that. Somehow they forgot to replace my coils with my new ones. Alright, thats fine. At least they replaced my spark plugs. Car is running better, but the job isnt done.Come in the second day and they finish the job. Now my car is running worse? These idiots for one, didnt reattach my wire harness above the engine. Two, put Two DIFFERENT bolts attaching my cabin air filter housing. Three, left out one of the three bolts attaching my engine cover. And most important, DIDNT EVEN SECURELY ATTACH MY COILS BACK TOGETHER.I, personally, had to go back in and take everything apart to fix what these idiots couldnt do right the first time.Youll be better off doing the job yourself if you know how to. Dont give these people your money. Theyll never get any more of mine.

Best Repair Shop in Vegas. I just moved from California to Vegas and Its very hard to find a honest repair shop here. Im thankful that i found All European. Honest & Fair price.Great People. I couldnt get ahold of the service department at the Mercedes dealership so looked for a local shop to diagnose my check in engine light and do the needed service.They took the car in right away, ran diagnostics and gave me a fair price to do the repairs.Overall I am very happy with everything and will be back in the future should I need anything.

Weve all felt like weve been taken at the dealership with over-inflated prices. On the opposite side, we have local mechanics who are cheaper but sometimes we feel like we are being scammed. All Euro is THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. You get dealership quality at a local shop price. I know the work gets done right the first time, without question. If you love your car as much as I do, youll never take your car anywhere else.Thanks All Euro.

I took my Sprinter-based Class C motorhome in for fluid change and general inspection prior to a week-long camping trip. Very professional and complete service. It was expensive, but it’s a Mercedes engine, so I sort of expected that.

I came in to get a few symptoms on my sprinter van diagnosed. This process went without a hitch and I then ordered a full compression test done. The tech came back with a list of codes he wanted to start repairs on. I notified him that a couple of them were caused by me doing my own diagnoses, but he wanted to go ahead and change out sensors anyways even though I was certain I caused the sensor codes to be thrown in the first place.After this was settled, there was some work that I was considering having them do and request a quote. They told me theyd email or call me. The next week I had still received nothing and called to check on the quote. They told me theyd been very busy and that I was on the list for sure. Its not a month or so later and I never got the quote, but Ive moved on to another shop.I really hoped they would be able to do some work on my van as theyre very conveniently located for me and their prices seemed decent.

I was quoted over a grand to replace both front control arms on my Acura TSX by two different shops in town. After calling around I stumbled upon All European which allowed me to purchase the parts on my own and they would just charge me labor to install them, they even gave me a military discount. After it was all said and done...total cost of repair was only $380 including parts purchased from Carquest! I’ll be back with any issues and will recommend my friends to them!!

Samantha - great person. The rest need to look up customer service in the dictionary. Up to now the simple things like tune ups oil changes, no problem. But over the past 4 months Ive had it in for a check engine light 3 separate times. The last one it was in the shop for over 5 weeks. Each time the cost went up. Almost $5K in all so far. Promises of return phone calls, agreements to help with payment arrangements all unkept and undone. My car was held hostage until I paid up. Ive been told my car is complicated. Really? If you have alternatives, I strongly suggest doing so.

All European did a great job in fixing my c300, I had to get a steering wheel lock and they fixed it with a reasonable price and on time! This will be the first place I visit next time I run into some automobile issues.
