So happy I came here. Other mechanics said my car had an oil leak and itd be $200 to diagnose the problem. Triton charges $40 to diagnose but then showed me my engine was dry! They did an oil change and brake change and took off the $40 diagnosis fee. Fair prices and great service 👍

My experience here was absolutely terrible from the moment I arrived to picking up my car. I dropped my car in on Friday afternoon for 150K service. The guys here don’t seem to have an amicable work relationship, very snappy and barking orders at each other and rolling their eyes in front of me. Very unprofessional for a bunch of guys who appear to be in their 50s. After speaking with Bill on the phone he assured me my car would be ready by Saturday afternoon and even gave me an estimate. When I came in Mark helped me and gave me a much different estimate and said it’ll be what Bill told me, so they are obviously not communicating. I assumed my car being ready meant before 5PM which is when they close.I called Saturday at 345PM because I had not heard back yet and it’s getting close to closing time. I was told my car would be ready in about an hour and would get a call when it was ready. I decided to show up right around 445 just to make it easy and I have things to do on the weekend. Nobody updates me on anything until around 630PM. Everyone else has left with their vehicles, even this couple who dropped their vehicle off today that were from out of town. I guess taking vehicles in order is not a thing, since I only saw one mechanic working it seems they were more important to get done first and have me waiting since they had their kids with them. Maybe I’ll bring my daughter with me next time. I would have been much better with them telling me sorry It won’t be done until Monday and I could have made plans for transportation, rather than have me waiting until 730PM because I am still here writing this.Nothing but an absolute lack of respect for peoples time. Customer service is non existent and I really hope the vehicle service is not reflective of their work environment. I will not recommend this place or come back here again. Despite the reviews, this place just isn’t it for me, the disrespect of my time and lack of communication is not good enough.

Road trip to Vegas in the middle of July ... What could go wrong!? The air conditioner could fail! They did a great job getting me into the shop, diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be the compressor that my shop at home missed. Service was excellent and kind and reasonably priced, and it came with a warranty.

Best mechanic shop in vegas. Bill is the best he is trustworthy, respectful, reliable, gives you the best deals in town has the best quality of work. Have been going to him for almost 3 years now everytime my problems have been solved he went out of his way almost closing time on a Saturday waited until I was able to make it there just for him to fix one of my headlights that was out he installed in less than 5 min. Did not charge me a dime I see him like family., he also treats us like family I always call if I have a concern about something and always answers. I completely love this place and will always go back for any of my cars and HIGHLY recommend you wont regret it.

I recently moved back to the Las Vegas area and discovered my car had an oil leak. I took my car to another car repair place in the area for them to quote me a hefty price to replace my oil pan and also told me that they couldnt salvage the oil that was in my car despite it only being 800 miles old. I called Triton Auto Care for a second opinion. Bill told me to bring my car in as soon as I called and confirmed to me everything the previous place had told me, but quoted me HALF the price to fix it. Not only did he have my car fixed by the end of the same day but he also salvaged the oil in my car which saved me money. Bill felt like family to me. He took the time to explain the issue, brought me out to my car to show me everything he was seeing, quoted me beyond a fair price, and took care of my vehicle. I would recommend Triton Auto Care to anyone looking to have any sort of maintenance done on their vehicle. Bill will definitely take care of you!

I went to this place after reading great reviews. However, after they supposedly installed new engine/transmission mounts my car is making a noise constantly which is driving me crazy and the car definitely feels in worse condition than before. Plus when I dropped off my car, I had over half the gas tank. When I picked it up after over 2 weeks, the low gas light immediately turned on, and my dash cam was unplugged as well. I know this because I checked the footage of my dash cam and it stopped recording the day I told them that I will leave the car at the shop until the parts came in. I have NEVER had a repair shop that drove my car around like that for over 150 miles and left my gas tank completely empty. Extremely unpleasant experience and will NEVER go back there.

In a world where its hard to trust most businesses that try to upsell or cut corners, Triton is a BIG exception. Honest, fair and professional are but a few words that I could say and Bill is the epitome of true auto technician. If you want quality service at a fair price, this is the place to go....!

Didnt end up getting work done by them because he was honest and upfront about the problems with my vehicle, but he did refer me to someone right down the road that welded my exhaust pipe for way cheaper than if he were to replace the part. Great place.

Fantastic place to get repairs done. I delayed getting my sunroof motor replaced because places told me they would have to keep my car for 3 days just to replace the motor. As this is my only vehicle I cant afford to be out of it for 3 days.Came across this shop due to Low Oil Pressure light. I showed up right at 7:30am on 21 Dec. 2020 with no appointment and my car was immediately being looked at. This shop replaced my Oil pressure sending unit, car battery, and the motor for my panoramic sunroof all in less than a day; putting all other shops to shame.Thanks to this shop and their fast work I am now able to enjoy my Lincoln MKX to the fullest.

My air conditioning went out and since we live in Las Vegas and it is 100 plus degrees outside, you can imagine the need for this to be fixed right away. We called our MAXCARE number and they gave us a list of places we could go to. We chose Triton Auto Care and Bill Webb was AMAZING!! He told us to give him an hour and when we returned he had assessed our vehicle and had already spoken with the insurance. He handed me a phone number and told me to call (enterprise rental) and they would come to get me. IT WAS SO SIMPLE!!! My vehicle was fixed and returned even earlier than originally quoted. He was very fair with pricing and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and service that we were provided! Thank you Bill! We will definitely be using him in the future!!

Very knowledgeable and honest. They make living by fixing cars but they didn’t took Advantage of people that doesn’t know about warranties of their own car. Bil advise me to bring the car back to the dealer for the things that are covered by the warranties and repair the rest which saves me tons$$$$.

We love Triton and Bill. He works on our car. Is always very patient with all my questions. He treats us like people and not dollar signs. When he works on our car he tells us if he sees any other problems and then if it is safety issue or not, so we can make a decision on how we want to proceed. We have taken several potential purchases to him. He was always very thorough when going over the cars and we have dodged many lemons. We consider him our family mechanic. It has been difficult to find one in this town, after 19 years in Vegas I finally feel like we found a mechanic that we can trust and is reliable. Thank you!

Worked with Bill. Turned out my Kia had a recall so he personally called Kia and reported back to me that he wouldnt be doing any of the work but he set me up with the right people at Kia to get it done. He took my call late on a friday evening and looked into the situation then set up a call back for Monday morning. He had no financial incentive to even call me back but he stuck to his word and called me back and set me up with a case number from Kia for the recall. I can confidently say I can trust every word that comes out of this mans mouth. Thanks Bill!

Great auto care place, went here to get my oil changed and they did a marvelous job. I had a problem on my car, the brake lights was on due to a computer problem although I already have new break pads installed and they addressed the problem with me and Im definitely taking my car back here again to be worked on. Trusted mechanics and excellent work, theyre also very hilarious.
