Truly the best if you need your automobile repaired. My vehicles complete front end was damaged by another driver hitting me. Bumper, fenders headlights and hood was all destroyed. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told it could take about 4 weeks for completion. They had an insurance estimate ready in just a couple days and called me less than two weeks in to tell me my vehicle was ready. Not only did they finish ahead of schedule, with the help of all the parts being available, but the work they did was superb! Couldnt even tell my car was damaged at all. Im so happy my car is brand new again! The guys there were all so kind and a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

After going to several places, I used Service King yesterday for some welding repairs on my vehicle. I spoke to Wesley on several occasions to get an appointment to have my vehicle looked at. A couple of times they were extremely busy and could not look at my car. Wesley kept his promise and squeezed me in...I thought they were going to look at my vehicle to make an appointment so that I could come back, but they looked at my vehicle and repaired it. I was very surprised and happy with the service being completed the same day. Wesley in the office was extremely nice and polite. Victor that repaired my vehicle was very nice and professional. All of the guys in the garage were very nice. They made me feel very comfortable and knew my vehicle was in great hands. My vehicle is now running great!! I would highly recommend them to repair your vehicle!!

Tim and the team did an amazing job on our vehicle that was recently involved in an accident. This shop is busy but still manages to keep customers in the know of what is going on and making sure the vehicle is done RIGHT. Tim made sure that from the moment he knew he was fixing the vehicle to when we took our repaired vehicle home, that we were taken care of and satisfied with the repairs. I will always take my vehicles here and send everyone I know to them as their quality is unlike any other shop and any other location!

Missed 2 impact caused cracks and didnt attach a piece of plastic back onto the car. They tried to tell me I hit a curb after I picked the car up. When I said the tire doesnt show any impact marks they said I must have ran over a stop block and ripped it off.

Great work and fantastic customer service when my Jeep was hit in the drivers door by a drunk. Service King went above and beyond in doing the repair. It looks like new and I got it back very clean. It took a few days to get in but it was well worth the wait. They are a busy shop but take the time to do the job right!

Great customer service and attention to detail. The bumper on my Lexus was expertly repaired, and quicker than anticipated.Geri, receptionist kindly took it upon herself to call the rental car company when they had not arrived to pick me up as scheduled.Tim went out of his way to open the shop on the weekend when I could not pick up my car within normal business hours.I would recommend this location to anyone.

My experience with Service King was to say the least horrible. My adjuster had my car towed to Service King to get an estimate done and hopefully so the repairs. Someone at Service King indicated to my adjuster that if they were to receive the car that day (Wed.) That we would have an estimate by the following Monday. Monday comes and no estimate was provided. I did however receive a phone call from Service King asking me to come down to sign papers to give them permission to take apart the car in order to provide the estimate. Now at this point your asking yourself why didnt they ask ask me to come in the week prior since they owed me an estimate by Monday. Thats a very good questions, one that I went in to have answered. I spoke to I guess the manager of the repair shop and asked that exact question. The answer was less than acceptable. I explained the situation and here is the response: I dont know who told you about the process, but we get 5-6 cars in a day 20 cars a week and we cant get to every car so I said So someone lied to my adjuster about providing the estimate by Monday?. His response: Well we will get to your car when we can, otherwise I can have your car towed to wherever you like. So I guess he didnt like being called a lier, but if the shoe fits!!! So I promptly told him that I will get with my adjuster. Called my adjuster had the car towed to another shop, I also called the Service King corporate office in Texas and files a complaint against the shop. I was supposed to have gotten a phone call from the District Manager, but no such phone call was received. I will be following up to see when I will be receiving that phone call. Needless to say I took my car to Pro Collision, repairs have been approved and parts are on order and my car will be done in a week and a half. Never take your care to Service King at this location and I hope that the other locations dont have the same issue.

Both of our cars were vandalised and we called are so called excellent Insurance company we thought and let them know that both of our cars were vandalised and that we wanted them to be taking to the dealerships where we last had work done on the both of them. Are so called excellent Insurance company told us that they were recommending to have them taken to the repair shop that they use. I insisted that both of the cars were to be taking to the dealerships where we last had work done on the both of them. Well that was not the case instead of doing as I insisted that both of the cars be taking where I had told them, they rerouted them to the other side of town. Then they had them towed once again to Service King in Henderson NV where without any kind of writing permission started to tear down the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude without any permission to so. And then told us that the adjuster had permission to give the okay to do so. The Adjuster and Service King are trying to cover their butts now and have placed both cars under investigation. All because the Insurance company didnt follow our Directions to take both of our cars to the dealerships. Now I have been informed that both of our cars can have sourced parts to fix our cars. They were not built with junkyard parts and they will not be fixed with junkyard parts. They have suspended our rental car and we could have had two but we were nice and only requested one too save our insurance company some money and now they pull this on us after over 10yrs. Of never missing one payment on our policy, that has replacement cost coverage on both of our cars and FULL COVERAGE. GEICO IS JUST AS SHADY AS SERVICE KING. AND IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE INVESTGITOR TO CALL ME BACK SINCE 12:26PM AND ITS GOING ON 3:30 PM. Just excuse after excuse going to have to call an attorney and have them file a breach of contact case against both insurance company and Service King.

It has been over 20 years since I had to deal with getting a car repaired after a collision. What a relief it was to see how Service King was there for me all the way through the process. Not just making my car look like the accident never happened to begin with, but also with the other partys insurance company and the auto rental. The job was finished early, and looks perfect. My car was returned clean, and ready to go. I have to mention that all I talked to there (Skyler, Jeri, Tim, and others whose names I didnt get) all worked together like a fine machine. Do NOT trust their Life Time Guarantee. After a collision in 2019, I brought my SUV into Service King to be fixed. Although I had to take it in a few times afterward to have my temperature gauges recalibrated and the front camera realigned, they finally got my ride good enough. Not bad enough to write a bad review at the time. Now, 18 months later, my SUV begins having major problems. I take it in to the dealer and their mechanics find that the work performed by Service King was subpar with inferior parts. I was charged nearly $800 to fix and Service King refuses to honor their warranty, even when provided with visual proof and paperwork. Id avoid this company at all costs.

But more importantly, the staff at this location are amazing. Coming in I was obviously stressed given the circumstances, but the whole experience was enough to put a smile on my face. While it is unrealistic to expect repairs to be as good as original manufacture quality, I was disappointed in the quality of the work preformed. After taking vehicle home the first time I found that there were runs and drips all over the new clear coat and panels did not line up. I took car back and they quickly made repairs by buffing down clear coat, and they were able to get the panels lined up, it was acceptable. Now when the light hits it right the hood which had a full new clear coat, looks like its was rubbed with sand paper and its clear that the vehicle has had work done. While the customer service rep was receptive, communicated and wanted to make things right, you cant make up for poor quality with good service. I feel that the employs dont really care about the quality of their work, assuming they are over worked and so busy they only require a good enough job. The issues I returned the car for should have been noticed before the car was ever released to me, I question if they have any quality assurance or inspection. While I am not sure of any better options, this one is good enough.

Impossible to find... Scratched the bottom of the driver side panel. Service king told me no way to fix without replacing entire panel, $3500. Took 3 days to get that quote. Took it to a local business and they were able to repair without replacing panel, $1150.

I came here to have my Ford explorer fixed after someone ran into the back of me. They worked very closely with my insurance and completely fixed everything,they even had the rental car come and pick us up from the location and we were able to drop the rental car off at service King as well.The job was done very well and I even left some stuff in a rental car and I quickly ran out andHeld on to it for a couple of days thank God they did because I really needed it.I would recommend this to friends and family for insurance crashes.

Unprofessional. etc etcRecommended by USAA Took vehicle in and had an estimate done was told to bring car back when they were able to do repairs brought car back in and was told 1 week after 2 weeks was told car is ready went to pick it up and was not complete left it with them another week was told again it is complete went to pick it up again and still was not complete.Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere

I just picked up my car from Service King on West Charleston and Rainbow. The body work done was perfect. And my car was detailed and looks brand spanky new. I didnt expect that. 😀What Im most impressed with is the wonderful customer service. They actually care about customers here. Jeri at the front desk was polite and professional. The outside latch on the drivers side door had stopped working, something had most certainly come loose in the mechanism. I took it in and they took it in to check it out, and since it needed no new parts that they didnt have around they fixed it and for FREE!! Took a bit over a half hour and everybody was very nice. Highly recommended.

I had a tough week visiting Las Vegas... Avoiding some unscrupulous shady parties, I hit a pole and ripped my bumper off! I was strapped for time and had 3 kids to be concerned for safety. Service King is busy... Gerry and Ellery took the time to ziptie the bumper back and make sure my car was safe to drive back to San Francisco. Their kindness to an out of state visitor went over and above. You can trust this shop and Tims team for sure!

My insurance refer me to Service King Collision at Charleston.. when I picked up my car I thought is totally done and fixed it right.. when I drove my car my steering wheel is not in the middle my passenger side parking light was off no light and specially my window totally not fixed and Tyler keep telling me the parts is not coming yet and he don’t know when is coming and only 1 dealer has it I don’t know what kind of part my car has and it’s only one dealer has this parts it’s been 2 months now my car still not fix and I don’t know how long I’m gonna wait maybe until they forgot to fix my car..And they already got the money... paid off so I bet they’re Lazy to fix my car like I said until they forgot to fix my car Woooow so RIDICULOUS but I’m not gonna stop until they didn’t fix my car...
