Today was our second time going to this autoshop for smog test. I have to say, they are professional, courteous, reliable, on time and friendly!They have quite few people working all the time so the client doesnt have to wait too long for what they have come in for!

These guys did an exceptional job getting my lexus running purrfect. They will take great care of your vehicle.

Most likely wouldnt go back in there. Went to get a smog check ✅. Didnt take too long. The issue was when the guy gave my key back. I go outside to get in my car and the hood was still up. Any place Ive been to always hands you the car back with the hood closed. If they forgot to do something simple as that. What else would they forget when doing detailed work to your vehicle?

This is my 2nd time coming here for a smog check. I had a good experience last year, so I came back again and had an even better experience this time, like, I was done in 5-10 mins?! Wasnt really expecting that lol (I was ready for the wait 😆). Perhaps it was good timing because I came early on a Saturday. Like last year, they honored the coupon I have so I received a discount (yay!). I left a tip because they are awesome :-) Dont know the name of the guy at the reception but he was very nice and professional. I definitely recommend this place .👌

Went to these guys on the word of a good friend. When the good friend was around things still didnt go well t. Weve been using these guys for several years ...and yes shame on me for continuing to get scamned and they kept cars for days only to get them back with the same problem or a new problem. This time Im pretty sure its not legal to sell used faulty tires as new tires. Ive got another very reputable company tell me what they found. Wow. Tires purchases were making my car wave from side to side it was scary. So they changed tires but still weaving. I gave up even though I felt unsafe always. So unfortunate namely I get a nail in my tire . They cant patch it so they send me to discount tires. Discount tires couldnt patch it because it had already a plug in it....USED TIRE! I called him on it and his tone was very curt. So I got angry. This will get resolved.Dont ever waste your time and money on these two faced scammers

As I sat waiting for my car, I witnessed customer after customer come in to pick up their car and leaving very satisfied. Customers were happy to come in speak with the man behind the desk and pay to pick up their car. It wasnt until they were done with my car I realized something. This is an amazing shop! I listened to the mechanic speak to the customers about the problems their cars had and I, being somewhat of a mechanic, noticed how honest and trustworthy this mechanic was to its customers. First time at this location. So far it was good. Customer service is good. They take walk-ins for oil changes and are pretty accurate as to how long it will be. Price is right.

My old Lady took her 1991 jeep cherokee 4.0liter engine for a bad head-gasket. The jeep is worth 1900 tops. They charged her $3500 and she had to get the money from dollar loan center. Exactly 1 year later the head gasket is bad once again. BTW she drives 4 miles to work

ASK FOR MIKE!!! We came for smog check right before our DMV APPT- unfortunately our tire popped on the way and delayed things for us and still had to print forms for Dmv vehicle registration. Mike not only smog checked our car, but helped me print out the forms. We filled them out in the moment it took Mike to smog check the car. I am so grateful for the thoughtful and kind staff

Boyfriend went in for an oil change. They made him wait 1.5hr. He watched as they barricaded his car in to do other cars. So he literally sat there 50 min longer than he needed to be there. This store was S Durango. He was there first thing in the morning, so there was no reason for the time wasted.

Jimmy was very helpful and understanding. Showed great concern for me and my car since it really needed repair. They didnt push me to have it fixed right at the moment, they just informed me of what i will need to fix next.

Needed to get my smog test sorted out for the DMV and Purrfect Auto were excellent. Good service and great value. Found them via a flyer put in my mailbox!Youll need to get there early from 7am but they will sort you out quickly. Took me about 20 mins including the wait. Highly recommended

Customer service was exceptional had to get low beam headlight change. With my SUV you have to take off the grill and pull out the headlights a little daunting job. They did the job without me having to wait and even added some oil in my car since I was a little short on oil. Very happy with this Purrfect Auto shop.

They are the worst purrfect auto we have for an oil change they said if we have time today it might get done horrible service I recommend the purrfect auto on fort Apache better service and good staff

Great place to get a smog done! But they cant register your tags. Jiffy Smog can, but for a hefty price. Honestly, Purrfect is a better choice for smog ($13). :-)

I gave it two stars because the guy at the front is nice and the price for oil changes and smog checks is cheap. But you get what you pay for. Im the past they have zip-tied a piece in my engine, lost a hubcap (but wouldnt admit to it) and this last visit was the last straw. They told me I needed a new front control arm. I got a second opinion because it was expensive and the second person told me everything was fine. Its unfortunate that there are people in this world that are so dishonest.

Staff is very accommodating. Brought one of my old cars for smog testing and it unfortunately didnt pass but staff didnt charge me for the service anymore and advised how to get the car pass the smog test next time around. I was amazed that the service fee was waved because Jiffy smog charged the full amount despite failed smog check of the same car 2 years ago.

Ramon and his guys are the best...Ive been taking my cars to him for seven years. Since 2010 hes been my mechanic. I see him often since I bring all 4 cars to him. In and out service and honest. One of my infinitis with 170K miles on it has been serviced here since 75K miles, and I know it wouldnt be running as smoothly as it does if it wasnt for Ramon and his team. Great shop, great service, no games, simply awesome.

Fast smog check and no upselling. The advertised price was 12.99 and thats what i paid for a 2018 acadia smog and certificate. Pull up to the office and go in. Also, there is a cox wifi hotspot in the waiting area. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I left a tip in the tip jar.

Stopped by the shop earlier today, Nov. 6th. Couple hours before, my boyfriends buddy put in some fresh oil & put in a new thermostat for me. Even so, my cars temperature still continued to rise (even with coolant in there). Had to pull over cause the temp. got to be 3/4. Luckily, this place was in the same parking lot! They checked everything for free. Couldve easily charged us the $40 for it, but didnt. Turns out, I need a new water pump (everything was leaking under my car!) 🙄 Well, now I know where to go to get this fixed! They were all helpful, seeing as I was a little stressed over the car problems.

I absolutely love this shop I love the guys that work there theyre all very friendly very helpful always really great prices.. they take really good care of me and my car and I dont choose to go anywhere else this place is highly recommended by me to everyone. Im not much of a waiter so I always pick days where hopefully theyll be a little slower as they do get really busy and they have a lot of people too attend to

Two things that give you anxiety when they breakdown. 1. A tooth 2. A vehicleFinding a good dentist and finding a good mechanic are essential! Purrfect auto doesnt do dental work but they put a new clutch in my jeep along with cleaning up someone elses mess! Good work good price great communication and service! I will go back and recommended!

Online it says this place closes at 6:00 pm. I call and the person tells me they closed at 5 (it was 5:10 when I called)... Whether he was telling the truth or not, this was an inconvenience.

Brought a car with unknown wiring issues in for a diagnosis. During the diagnosis they found many issues where the wiring was not hooked up correctly and fixed them with no extra charge. So nice to find an honest repair shop that wont try to sell you things you dont need.

Dont go there to make smogdrove there around 20 minutes because got coupon in a mailafter arrival i found that nobody want worki asked somebody on the register and they told that guy went for a lunch for 1 hour and told me wait. Come on its 5 minute job, why i have to wait a hour? it was around 4pm so i dont know which lunch lasts 1 hour on that time

My mother, who has a language barrier, came in for an oil change for a 2013 Lexus GS with 50K miles. The technician told her she needed an engine flush as well. She walked out paying $148.25. When asked today about why she was given an engine flush, they indicated that her car was 3k miles past recommended oil change, and therefore an engine flush was needed. This is a classic 3rd party shop that will take advantage of people. Do not go here.

Purrfect auto....Worst service ever. Charles actually blames the guest for his own incompetence. Do not go to purrfect auto if you want your car to run properly. I took it for basic breaks, tune up etc, now it doesnt run....Charles actually said I should thank him for great prices...really? So much for customer service.....so rude, the girl that answerd the phone even hung on me twice before I got to Charles, the rude.

I have taken my vehicle here a couple of times and they have done an exceptional job in fixing the problem. They always keep me up to date with the progress and the pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle repairs or service.

Ive had several oil change done here and the work is fine. However, I do get bugged by what I think is slightly deceptive pricing for the services. The prices they advertise are for 4 quarts of oil. Well, nearly every car takes a bit more than that, so Purrfect charges extra. They also do a bit of hard upselling to the next level of oil change, sythetic or blend, etc. I get those are probably better oils, but Im pretty religious about changing the oil every 5k miles so I think regular oil is fine.Ive never had any repair work done so I have no opinion. For basic oil changes they are fine, just know you will end up paying more than the coupon price by time all is said and done.

All of the mechanic shops in Vegas are scum, but the people over at Purrfect Auto Service are the lowest of the low. As another reviewer said, they have HORRIBLE customer service skills, and act as a typical bait-and-switch operation. I will never again come to this shop, and I regret coming here before reading up on reviews online.STAY AWAY!!

Ive been going to this place for years, anyone in Vegas knows how hard it is to find a good mechanic. I dont know if theyre under new management or ownership but this place has gone downhill with each visit in the last 2 years, but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped it would get better. Unfortunately it has not! I have referred every family member that lives here (9 cars in total) to this purrfect auto specifically and theyve all had issues lately. So, its time to jump ship and find another mechanic for all NINE of our cars actually 10, a car was just purchased this month. The best part is they dont even care, especially Ramon at the front desk. Its not just the fact that everyone is rude and condescending most of the time, but Ive had issues with 2 cars that were brought in multiple times and cost upwards of $6,000 once they finally figured out the problem. Theyll quote you a price which is usually inaccurate but theyll take the quoted price if paid in cash. Bye bye purrfect auto and best of luck to you staying in business!!

So I recently had my patents brung my car to me from snother state after letting them use it for a few years. I went in to this shop a few days later (5/8/18) for their fluid change special (val-pak coupn) which included- transmission fluid flush, replace brake fluid, radiator fluid drain and fill, and a free oil change for $249 (Red flag #1). I should have known it was to good to be true.Now the manager: Ramon Lopez was a nice enough guy and hag great customer service and gave me a time frame of 1.5 hours to get things done (Red flag #2). They pulled my car in and started right away as I had called and set up an appointment to get it in the day before.So here I am now (5/24/18) having to replace my coolant reservoir and radiator because the reservoir had a leak and they either didnt find it (didnt pressure test system) or didnt care to mention it to fix. In doing so I found they filled my radiator with regular water and no coolant. Now I thought about reaching out to them to let them fix it, but then it hit me; they did a crud job in the 1st place so why let them do it again. This also has me second guessing the rest of the work they did on my car which I will now be doing again to be on the safe side.So in short I wouldnt recommend this place for any work on any vehicle and pay the extra $100 to get it done right somewhere else.

I called about a 29.99 alignment coupon, and was told that the coupon wasnt valid anymore, but that if I got my tires balanced too he would do it for the 29.99 price. When I showed up the next day, the guy at the counter said it was an old coupon, and that alignments are 89.95, even though the person I spoke to verified that he told me 29.99, and thats just a two wheel alignment! Even sears does 4 wheel alignments for cheaper than that! So then I asked if hed match a price I found online since I was already there, and in response he just handed me back my key. Terrible service, and horribly over priced!

When I said no, I did it myself, his attitude went from friendly, helpful to almost angry and disgruntled. Then they told me my car had failed the smog check adding it would be a $150 fix. Drove my car 3 miles to another smog place. Car passed with no problem.

This review is for store #137 at Durango and Russell. My husband and I were taking advantage of the $10 smog coupon for this auto service location as our auto shop does not have smog services.We just had both of of vehicles given a tune up w/ oil change, checks, and new windshield wipers. Only thing that came back yesterday, yes the day before coming to Purrrfecr, was that they both need minor body work and our car has a few sparkplugs that will probably need to be changed at our next visit. We have been using our auto service for nearly 7 years and they have never steered us wrong.We took our SUV to Purrrfect first. They honored the $10 coupon, but also estimated an additional $650 in repairs to diagnose our engine light (still on because we were previously overdue on an oil change and it takes 1-3 days to turn off after it is changed), oil levels were low (again just changed), radiator fluids low (checked and was fine) needed radiator cleaned due to milage, and fuel injector cleaned (has been cleaned in the past year). They also said we had a leaky hose. They diagnosed all of this in less than 20 mins. We called our trusted shop and they verified everything they did just yesterday. We also check and levels were fine.We still took our car to them to be smogged mostly because it was early and we wanted the get done with the DMV quickly. Remember this car actually needed sparkplugs replaced. They did not make one estimate for repairs.Purrrfect just wants to make extra money on repairs that are not needed and not notice the repairs that are needed. I feel sorry for anyone who listens to their so-called estimates. DO NOT TRUST THESE MECHANICS!

Ive been going to this purrfect auto for several years now we have a total of 7 cars that we would bring to be serviced by them. The last couple of visits Ive had with purrfect auto did not go very well. They would say somthing was wrong with the vehicle and fix it and less the 30 days later another problem and another problem, somthing seem to always be wrong. I now have been going to Tire works and they say there is a problem they fix it and the same problem doesnt come back like it would when purrfect auto would fix it. And yet today since it is close to the house I figured I could take the car there to get a smog check thinking nothing could go wrong. Well nothing went wrong with the car but an employee decides to run his mouth to me and was so rude. So not only is the service on the vehicles bad but now the employee treat you bad. As of this moment Im done with purrfect auto I will take my business else where.

My car wasnt leaking from the tranny box and leaking oil until I took it in to the purrfect auto on S Durango for an oil change. After I picked up it, they told me it was leaking and gave me an estimate. Wasnt leaking when I took it in..now its leaking. SCAMMERS.
