I will always get my car maintenance at Ted Wiens because of the absolutely wonderful job that they do their. It is often scary being a Woman and taking my car into a shop for repairs or maintenance. At Ted Wiens, I feel like I am getting great quality work at a good price. I highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone who are looking for really good work on your vehicle.

Staff at service desk always professional and patient with me. Takes the time to explain bill to me so even a woman understands. The actual work on the car is always great. They dont try to pad your bill, which is refreshing.

I called in and talked to Edgar about my 2010 Dodge Charger needing an alternator. He gave me a quote and much to my surprise it was exactly what he told me it would be. I’ve been to mechanics all over the valley. Usually a quote is a starting point. Not with Edgar. It was exactly what he told me it would be. They are pricey but you get what you pay for. I’d rather you tell me upfront what my cost will be rather than hearing we ran into a couple more things and your final price is double my estimate. I liked the service so much I’ve taken my truck there as well. Great service and work on everything.

Called to get a price to replace the battery on my wifes car. Told the lady I was on a budget and she quoted me the price, which was 114.00 I get there and and was then told the price would be 155.00. I can expect to pay the tax on the 114 but to also be charged a labor fee on top of the total I was given was shady in my opinion. When I called I wish they would have said 114 plus labor and tax. I would ha e been happy with that.

So we had some work done for the first time at Ted Wiens I felt that they were very professional and courteous.The work that was done was delivered before time that was promised.But after getting home I looked under the Truck and found that the under skip plate was not reinstall.I have tried to calling but got a message machine.I left a voice message regarding the missing bottem skip plate but have not heard back from the shop.I am sure that this will be resolved even if they have to buy a new one for replacement.Other than that the work looked very nicely installed.

Staff was informative and friendly. Their prices were competitive with others in the area. Service was started at my set appointment time and they completed everything in a timely manner.

I went to this place to get a smog test. They were very professional and efficient. It only cost 19.95 and took them no more than 15 minutes. Will go again!

I found the service I received to be highly professional and timely. The tire that I needed was not in stock so they had to order a new tire for me. They immediately sent a driver to pick up a new tire from a tire warehouse for me and expeditiously replaced my tire in a matter of no time at all. I was completely satisfied with the service I received and will share it with friends and family again thank you for a job well done.

This is typical TW story... I was working the counter at a local wrecking yard... Took a call from a very elderly lady... had an older Buick and took to TW and told $1100 to make the car safe... fixed income could only sell for scrap... sent a wrecker with couple hundred for the car and title... it was older but sheltered in the garage its entire life... paint leather everything was perfect... I pulled and replaced a bad battery... drove to and from work 2 weeks no problem... sold to a mechanic for $1000 more than I paid unseen... this is not the only similar story I personally know of.. only one word to describe this chain...EVIL....

Customer service was ok, they just were not ready when they opened. They needed 2 people at the counter from the time they opened. They did get a second person to help out but there were a few of us in line that had to wait while they were in and out the front door. That was my only complaint, everything else went good.

Service mechanic during the check up added air to all four tires. On the drivers doorjamb is a tire informational sticker which has pressure requirements, but that was ignored as my tires ended up having 40 plus psi. I keep my tires at 26 to 28 psi as per the sticker. Or maybe the mechanic is not aware of the sticker. Being at a tire store they should all be aware.Again I used their services for oil change, and again the tire pressures were 39, 41, 41 & 40. Thetire sticker recommends 30 psi, maybe the person who changes oil cannot read or understand the simple and important info.Whatever happens will NOT happen to me again.I WILL NEVER RETURN TO TED WEINS.

I was on an Uber ride this morning and unfortunately hit a pothole at an apartment complex. Guess what I blew a tire! I really wanted to get my tire replaced today and I called these folks at Ted Weins Firestone on Boulder Highway. Unfortunately I had to buy two tires. David was wonderful and arranged for the tires to be delivered to his store and I was in and out in an hour and 45 minutes after the tires were received by the store. I am so pleased they were able to take care of me so fast and the same day. I would recommend them highly.

David and his team were amazing. They did a diagnostic of my car which was making a noise upon arrival free of charge. After they found nothing major wrong, as the noise subsided, they just let me go! (Of course I gave them a little something since I did take up their time but there was no actual charge) These guys were fair and reasonable. Made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me into buying anything i did not need at the moment. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

Tried getting my Superbee fixed with the engine and tire. They joy ride it til my fuel was empty and placed my tire back on without balance... Had my dash camera running the whole time.

Will never go back, no one should go here, liars!! I have three new tires and one old, I had a slow leak in my old tire,driver front. So after an hour I asked if the found it. They said yes they almost missed it small leak from a staple, said they put a plug in it . After being home for a couple of hours, the light was back on,tire low again,so went back found out they fixed the wrong tire. Told me my good tire had a leak, so two days later I am at my new tire place getting my new tire,and I paid to have them unmount the new tire to see if it had reallly been plugged. NO PLUG!! LIARS,

My car left the shop without my knowledge and approval. My car could had been used for something else. The person who drove it off from the shop unplugged my dash cam so nothing will be recorded. I should have been notified if a test drive is warranted as I, the customer was there at the customers waiting area for the wheel alignment job to be done. Its really odd to have this experience.

Less then 24hrs after picking up the car from having the brakes done ... the car stopped on a dime & prevented a fatality from getting smashed in a 7 car pile up where the SUV in front of ours flipped in the air then got spun around the wrong direction on the freeway. Our car was dead center in the middle of those 7 other cars & was the only one not hit. That brake job literally saved a life today. Worth. Every. Dollar. Spent.

The service was great. I however was not afforded the entire Military discount. The company website clearly states its 10% and I was only given 5% even when I questioned it. Really disappointing especially now that I am out of work due to covid. The extra money saved could have gone towards something huge like my rent.

Ted Wiens hasnt failed me yet. I have work to be done and they let me know which is most important since I am on a budget. Someday it will all get done

Really liked the professional assessment they did on my car. Three weeks prior i had taken my car to the BMW dealer, after, the Chassis light went on and my steering wheel wasnt aligned to the weels from one day to the other. Called Ted Wiens to see if they could take my car with no appointment, they did and after the wheel alignment the chassis light turned off shortly after. The guys here a professional, great customer service and really good assessment they email you when they test drive your car after they have fixed the problem. Kudos to this shop

I dont want to discredit this business as a whole, because of the actions of one technician, but this was my only experience with Ted Wiens. I took my vehicle in to have my tire re-mounted, as several days prior, I broke the seal on my wheel, after running over a very large pothole.Ed asked for my keys to retrieve the cars mileage. A few minutes later he returned and stated that a nail was in my tire. I returned to my car to discover a nail, lodged in the side-wall. Im certain it wasnt there before. As I took my vehicle to jiffy lube the same day, for a wheel inspection. The wheels/tires were checked and filled, but the seal wasnt repaired, as the jiffy lube tech had scheduled appointments and was under-staffed. I know there was no nail in the tire then, as the technician showed me the tire, fully, while he was performing the inspection, the tires didnt reveal visible damage, nor did it have a nail in it.Rsponse to owner: If you review your survalince and discover that he did not put the nail in my tire. I Will remove this review, and rewrite a sincere apology to Ted Wiens and Ed.

Edgar and the whole crew have been fantastic unfortunately for me I had to bring my car in twice in a week and a half, and they took care of everything quickly and easily both times

I appreciate there honesty. They also keep me informed of the work that had be done on my vehicle with options. What intrigued me the most were the pictures that was sent to explain the damage to the brakes and tires.Thank you for the wonderful job that was done. And the customer service.

They are very focused on making money. Seems its more important than what is actually good for the customer. I felt like I was being pushed to have a repair. Because of a Tie Rod Bolt that I was told couldnt be adjusted because it was stuck was untrue because I was able to loosen it myself that same afternoon. I am in business and my focus is on what is good for my customers. In the long run the repeat and referral business I get far outweighs making every customer transaction as profitable as possible.

I went in to get a used car inspected before I bought it. I chose them because of their location and good reviews. The staff was friendly and got the job done right away. And it was more affordable than others... $20!!

Ted Weins is not Firestone. They sell Firestone tires. Their sign is misleading.Their prices are too high, you dont offer any reconditioned parts or any way of reducing the cost. The service was lousy and now I seem to have a gas leak somewhere in the engine compartment.there wasnt one before, I know because I was under the hood earlier that day checking the oil.

Had an appointment at 8:00 am internet was down they forgot to rotate tires until I reminded them as well as my check engine light read. 2 hours later I was walking out the door. Never of having an appointment have I ever had to wait 2 hours. I understand during this difficult time we are experiencing with this virus but that does not mean I have to wait 2 hours for a standard oil change with a tire rotation and a check engine light check.

The have repaired my car several times for a fair and reasonable price.

The location is nice and the staff too but I showed up when there were no vehicles being serviced for a simple oil change. Each time Ive been here I was told an hour for the oil change, and ended up turns into a 2 hour and half oil change. There were customers showing up after me that got their vehicle serviced and left while I was still waiting.

Had a blowout so clearly needed to replace my rear tire. These guys were straightforward, clear about my options and not pushy. Service man spoke highly of the GM sotthat says something also

Customer service was fine, but they will try to price gouge you. Almost spent $1800 for a radiator fix.

I have been a customer for over 2 years at the Fremont Street/ Boulder Hwy location.The staff is very friendly and courteous.The lobby area and bathroom are always clean and neat.I have experienced nothing but great vehicle service, inspection and recommendations and customer service.I never feel as though I am being over charged or given information for services not needed.I have one suggestion: I would like to see better quality of replacement windshield wipers for my vehicle make and model without having to go to a separate auto parts store. I like the convenience of getting things done at one place of business.

I came here for a wheel alignment two years ago after my regular mechanic recommended them (he doesnt do alignments). Today I needed another alignment. Both times they were very professional and attentive. This time I signed up for lifetime wheel alignment on my car, which was only about twice the price for one alignment. Havent used them for other repairs, but excellent service on the alignments.

When my husband and I recently got a flat tire, we called several places in Las Vegas for price quotes. Not only was Ted Wiens Firestone the most reasonably priced, they, by far, had the best customer service! I spoke with Carrie and she was prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly!When we came to the East Fremont location, Steve helped us. He was super efficient, very knowledgeable and was very friendly! Our tire was replaced in a very timely manner and we even received a courtesy vehicle inspection!We will continue to bring our vehicle here for all our maintenance. This is the best shop in Vegas. Since I moved here I been coming regularly whit no issues and receiving really nice costumer service. Steve the counter guy is very helpful, attentive and patient specially with no primary English speakers. Thechnicias are well trained and efficient. I strongly recommend this place

Also, they gave me a ticket for free alignment.Came again for an oil change and again offered a discount. So AMAZING. Highly recommend coming here for your car needs.
