We were just passing through on a road trip and I called in on a whim hoping to get a quick oil change before the latter end of our road trip. When I called I was surprised by how friendly the voice on the other side of the line was. It was definitely a nice change after talking to multiple other shops. They got us in immediately for an oil change.In passing we mentioned we were on a road trip and they did a quick inspection for us to make sure we were all good to go. They noticed a few little things that they recommended we get taken care of eventually - but didn’t pressure us into making any repairs that weren’t necessary to make it home. They did recommend a new battery and after looking at the readings, I agreed. Their normal supplier didn’t carry the battery we needed, so they called around town for us and found our battery while we all chatted away with the owner. In no time flat we had the new battery and the oil changed, and we were on o ur way!!Thanks again!! We will definitely stop here next time we need any work done in Vegas!

I found myself in a position where I bought a car and it immediately broke down. I just happened to push my car across the street where I broke down These guys customer service was great they became like a second family to me. They went above and beyond. I could have easily been taken advantage of do to my desperation yet when they couldnt figure out the problem at first they put about 15 man hours in and only charged me for three . Knowing my budget they didnt just replace a bunch of parts and because of a new job they prioritize getting my car fixed as fast as possible. Like I said they became a family and became concerned at how badly I needed my car and they made it happen for me. My car runs great Im able to get back and forth to work and I will forever go to these guys now I highly recommend these mechanics.

I would thank them for the best service and a very quick one too! And they made me smile all the time I was waiting.

❗️AVOID❗️CAME IN FOR ONE THING AND LEFT WORST OFF. I had came in for a axle bearing replacement which I was quoted over the phone. The person who does the administration or Person of contact asked me if I’d like a diagnostic test my answer was “no, this is a used vehicle we can do this all day” she calls me the next day and says “ your diagnostic test is done”. From that moment It was clear that she did not listen to me. Suddenly 350.00 become 1,900. I stated that I did not have the money. They had given me several options to finance to the repairs. I had agreed to pay 800.00 dollars. Fast forward to the day of pick up they say “wait we need to jump your vehicle”. I was extremely puzzled as to why they’d need to jump my car. THEY HAD BROKEN MY GEAR SHIFTER NOW THE KEY CANNOT BE REMOVED. NO ONE IN THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT APOLOGIZED. When I asked about a solution, I WAS TOLD TO GO TO PICK A PART. LITERALLY INSULT TO INJURY. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AND HER WORDS WERE “I CAN GET THIS FIXED FOR 500.00$. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

I had problems while traveling. AAA towed my car to them on a weekend. They gave me great service and got me on my way by closing time on Monday. They communicated with me and provided a safe, friendly, cool place to wait. They were great and my car is operating well. I had my own mechanic check it out when I got home and everything was done well

Do not go here!!! unless you want to be ripped off!!! Paid $3500 for oil cooler replacement but the problem persisted. when I brought it back for warranty they wouldnt honor the warranty and just tried to sell me a part that had nothing to do with the problem. I ended up fixing it myself. I wish I would have just fixed it myself before bringing it to these thieves.

Serendipity! I was on a road trip in a old-school Toyota, and after roughly 1k miles from Seattle I sprung a power steering leak. Not everyone wants to work on a rig that’s almost 25 years old, but Suzanne didn’t bat an eye and took great care of the truck. They too had a appreciation for classic Toyotas! It’s nerve wracking getting a mechanic on a road trip, couldn’t be happier with how it panned out, the whole staff was a treat!

I had a wonderful experience here the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and nice and funny 😁 They told me what was wrong with my car and gave me very fair prices. Having only been in Las Vegas less then a year, and needing a quick fix after hearing some good reviews by word of mouth, I thought I’d give My Mechanic Auto Service a try.I showed up out of the blue, and may have hit the right time, but even as they seemed busy they were friendly, prompt along with a fair price.Highly recommended, and I’m actually looking forward too going back too get my oil change done soon, not only for quality of service but the GREAT customer service as well!Two thumbs up! I’ve been having a reoccurring problem for almost a year now with my car that causes it to not start at all. the folks at my mechanic are progressional, honest, and although a little pricier than most, you’re paying for the peace of mind knowing every time you start your car, it’s efficient and running as it should. could not be more impressed and will be using them further.

Took my truck in for diagnostic. I explained that the exhaust manifold was glowing red and fluid gushed out of the transmission when hot. They called me back and said the transmission was the problem. Said the fluid was burnt. They didn’t resolve my glowing manifold issue or even took a guess at it. The paperwork that I got from them didn’t mention what was done to the vehicle or specify what code the scanner showed indicating it was in fact my transmission. I drove the truck almost 600 miles back to San Francisco without a problem. Took it to my regular shop here and turns out my transmission is perfectly fine. The problem is my both of my cats need to be replaced. Another thing that was overlooked was that The transmission support was missing 1 nut and the other 1 was loose. The customer service was great! Just not happy with the service.

They replaced a battery and 18 months later the new battery has been completely dead twice when I needed it most. I dont even want to take advantage of the 2 year warranty. Dont trust it.

Nathan, a fantastic mechanic, went through the ringer trying to help my find a solution. We ultimately couldnt solve it -- but he helped me with the entire process, and was very honest and clear.I highly recommend My Mechanic. They are good folk with a good company!

By far the worse shop ive been too. Truck came back worse than when I dropped it off twice. Wouldnt recommend. And owner who responded not a Yukon nor does it have over 200,000 miles wrong truck. You cant even get your response right smdh

I spoke with the AAA Member Services, and they said based on my information, theyll be moving to remove MyMechanic as an authorized body shop through AAA. They stated if this is the experience members are getting, they dont want to risk sending more members there. They refunded the diagnostic cost for me.

I had my brakes done here about a year ago and was happy with the cost and speed of repair. A few months in my brakes started squeaking so I went back, they did their work and I was good to go. My brakes started squeaking again after a few weeks but I just figured its something I can live with. Jump forward a year and now the brakes are screaming once in a while, took the car in and they cleaned and adjusted the brakes and was good to go...until a few days later when the noises came back, back I go to the shop and everything got redone and now everything is great. My point is that even after a year they still provided excellent service and made sure that I was satisfied with the work, ive never heard of a shop that does that not even the dealer.

Took my car here fix the AC and the alternator they fix the alternator. The AC was blowing full blast but wasnt blowing cold air, I had them put in a new compressor and now its flowing out not at full blast at all but somewhat cold and there is a major gas leak they had to have done something to my car I drove it to run some errands we ended up almost passing out in the car I then towed it home, I am not taking it back here I do not recommend this place I ended up spending $440 here and 75 for a tow which was a complete mistake save yourself time and money take your vehicle elsewhere

Been coming here for about three years and it’s the best mechanic I been to in the valley, they are honest and have never let me down. Plus they are AAA certified. Ask for Nathan, he took care of me and provides excellent customer service.

Have had some issues with the car vibrating at 55mph and more. Went to a place in MT, they knocked some dirt off. Better, but the problem persisted. Sure thought it was some tire issue. Got those balanced in SLC. Drive down all the way to Vegas, still with the same problem. Kevin at My Mechanic drove my car, kept working on it and drove it again and kept working on it. Turns out, there was still a lot of mud on the driving train. He got it all off and the car is running super smooth again! Really thought Id have to invest hundreds of dollars to fix it! So happy I went to My mechanic. They are very friendly and fair! Highly recommend!

Starting my personal experience with my mechanic was not great at all at the very first impression everybody was polite and awesome and willing to serve as a customer when it was time to pay as soon as you drove away with very highly confident attitude that the vehicle is running great no problems and everything was fine nothing was told that there possibly be other issues that they didnt know about or how to fix what your electrical issue directly from the battery which is what powers the entire vehicle. I stated to my friend and it was a concern of our own safety because we got stranded in the middle of Las Vegas boulevard and Sahara when I asked want to do. I ask politely if they knew what it was they said they had no idea repeatedly. the mechanic after I asked you when we leave if theres any guarantee or safety that if we get stranded again they will be able to help us the owner said I dont know anything about mechanical electrical its not my responsibility and if you drive away in your car stops working Im not responsible for it because its not the reason. The car was brought here even though I checklist and I are done for an upsell a list of things that needed to be fixed and that was not the most obvious thing as soon as you open the engine is the battery the battery is what is obvious problem that everybody saw she and mechanic repeatedly said that they didnt know what it was and its not their problem so she continued to say if I wanted to go to court which I have no idea why she would even bring this up due to customer service and customer satisfaction the customer is always right is the saying. attitude was poor there is no apologies unapologetic not once did they say Im sorry did they say they just said not my problem off andb us off and said Im leaving and you decide what to do after taking $1000 cash only 30 mins prior. thats my personal experience on nobody elses. My friend has no sense of peace and security about his vehicles undiagnosed issues. I apologized and said thank you for the insight....and we are now stranded again and no help offered from the mechanic. Worst most unprofessional service and experience ever.
