5/28/2021Went here for the first time in Feb 2021. Brought my 04 Tundra in to get checked out for radiator leaks. Erwin helped me out. He pointed out that I needed a new radiator, replace valve cover gaskets, and new a/c condenser & receiver/drier. I got the first two jobs done at that time. Today I came in to get the a/c work done; because the crazy HOT weather is coming back. Ben helped me out on this one. Dropped it off at 8:00am this morning and picked it up at 1:30pm with SUPER COLD AIR blowing in my face. The prices are right and save even more with your AAA Card or Asian Imports Plus coupons. This is a great shop! I had a very good experience with Irwin and his staff. They did a huge repair job on my ‘03 BMW E46, center bearing guibo, manifold hose repairs, coolant leaks, differential fluid change and they replaced pretty much every hose under the hood. The job was done quickly, correctly, and with professionalism. I really appreciate all of their hard work and assistance with my vehicle! I highly recommend their business and service! Shopped around and saw Asian Imports Plus online with good reviews. I gave them a try and spoke with Erwin about my 01’ 4x4 Toyota 4Runner’s A/C. Told him the A/C stopped blowing cold air for over a year now and I’d like a vacuum test and Freon refill. They pressured tested the system with a dye to make sure there’re no leaks. Freon was refilled and it’s blowing cold air after over a year w/o A/C. Erwin went above and beyond with great service and did a courtesy check on my 4Runner. A solid shop, great service and good pricing.

After another shop failed to diagnose a problem correctly and tried to upsell me on additional services with a high estimate for parts and labor, our friend recommended we try this place. Erwin and his crew provided prompt customer service that was honest and fairly priced. He explained in clear language what they did to diagnose and fix the problem. He also explained why I did not need to immediately do the additional work that the other shop recommended. They’ve earned my future business!

These guys were so awesome and HONEST!!! My car couldn’t pass smog but they fixed it. They Only had my car one full day. They stored it in the shop overnight. Irwin explained everything and showed me the old parts. Quick n East, found a new shop for my Subaru Forrester

Took my car in to have a dim passenger headligjt fixed. i was expecting half the price of going to the dealership. They reinstalled my bulb with a tighter fit. They spent a half an hour on my car and charged me NOTHING for their time and work! AMAZING! They also replaced one of my lincense plate lightbulb for 17$ and change. All this for almost an hour of work.I am beyond impressed! They earned my business and more importantly: my RESPECT!I recommend this place to anyone who needs their car worked on! These guys are HONEST!I will be back for all of my cars maintenance needs in the future.It is hard to find such a HONEST business now a days!

The starter in my Subaru started making screeching noises which wasn’t a good sign. I found Asian Imports online and I’m glad to say that the process from start to finish was as smooth as can be. I dropped off my car overnight, the next morning I got a phone call with the diagnostic results. About 4 hours later my car had a new starter as well as new oil. Couldn’t have asked for a better turn around time with top tier customer service from Erwin.

These Guys are the best!! Ive been using the team at Asian Imports for my Service Vehicle (Nissan NV 200). Usually I worry when trying a new Shop but from the Beginning Irwin and the team have been very honest and professional. I drive my service Van about 4,000 miles per month and I always worry about getting the proper maintenance done. Irwin is always honest about what needs to be done and what does not. I called for a price quote to replace my radiator for a 2002 honda odyssey. Right away i knew the guy was trying to rip me off. He said it will cost me $500 to $1300 😲 Thx god i found a mechanic that will do it for $300 parts & labor.***********Unfortunately, there is no option here so the only way i can reply to you again is by editing my first comment. I am 100% sure i did called your shop. Pls. be honest sir.And yes, my mechanic charged me only $160 for the radiator & $140 for labor.

NOT PROFESSIONAL OR KNOWLEDGEABLE .Asian Auto imports was my second “set of eyes” for my 2015 Kia Soul. I came in due to it being in limp mode and got quoted from another mechanic that my cats needed to be changed which would cost 2k. Before I did that I wanted to get it checked again and told asian auto imports that this is what I was told the problem was from a different shop.They told me they needed to check the car and see the cats first because they wouldn’t just go and change it. I dropped the car and they called me saying it was my o2 sensors so initially I was happy it was a $460 repair instead of $2000. Well not even 20 miles my car goes back in limp mode and I was extremely upset. I took the car to the Kia dealership because i couldn’t trust Asian auto imports to misdiagnose my car again. At the dealership they told me the cats were the issue and changed them. I also told them about the o2 sensor change at Asian auto imports and they told me that was a complete misdiagnoses if they had initially checked the cats like I said they would’ve seen that was the root of the issue. I called for a simple 50% refund because I understood they still put new parts in but that wasn’t my problem when they originally misdiagnosed my car. The GM just kept repeating the same thing over the phone and did not understand that I took my car there, paid $500 and still had a problem that was not fixed. Guess $250 is too much for them to refund and hold their integrity. If you want a shop that’s knowledgeable I would not come here.

Irwin is awesome and helpful. All the staff took really good care of our car and took the time to find out what was wrong and addressed the issue and than fixed it. Super clean office and waiting room. Thanks to everyone there for making our car repair as seamless as possible.

I was pleasantly surprised with their attention to detail as well as speed of the work done. Feels like my truck was in and out of the shop quickly. Not only did they fix the stuff I asked them to but they also went above and beyond by cleaning my engine bay and undercarriage where the leak I was having had made a huge mess. I would happily go back to this shop and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place.

I brought in my vehicle, they did such a great job I already left a review, you can read it under Mike Martin, but this is entirely new situation, my girlfriend has a 2015 Hyundai Tuscon that had a leaking compressor and the air conditioning was completely shot, they had to order the compressor, had everything working perfectly in short order, thanks to Irwin and everybody at Asian Imports !!!

Overall best place I ever went to to get my car fixed. Erwin was very knowledgeable in the things I needed to get done he explained to me what was needed to get my car fixed. They were quick and prompt. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their car fixed. Definitely will be using them for all my mechanical needs.

Told Irvin (Irwin) (sorry if I mispronounced your name)about my AC blowing out only hot air. They ended up replacing my compressor. Took them a day, which was fast! Original OEM Nissan parts they used and now is blowing nice ice cold air. A bit pricey, but you are getting a professional installation. Was recommended to me by Yelp, nothing but a positive experience and highly recommend! Thank you, Asian Import for fixing my 07 Nissan Altima!

I chose Asian Imports for my Toyota Camry which is 13 yrs old and I want good quality parts so this car will last as long as possible.The prices are a bit higher than the average car guy. What I got was good service, professionalism and direct information on my car.I came in for an oil change, and they suggested a transmission flush and rear brake pad work.I chose the flush and oil change. Looking at my previous receipts I know my rear brakes are due in time.I want honesty going forward and experience in repairing my car for its longevity as this was my first visit, quality and value and experience is what I’ll be looking for each time.Looking at my previous Receipts, I can see Asian Imports are not just making up repairs.

Asian Imports Plus took great care of my vehicle. Irwin was very communicative throughout the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Irwin made me aware of additional services my vehicle may be due for but never one did I feel pressured to purchase. My vehicle was repaired promptly and I was able to safely get back on the road in a timely fashion. The shop is clean, the AIP team is wonderful and this is a AAA certified repair shop. Called for last minute same day service for Grandsons 20 year vehicle to get him from Las Vegas to Colorado due to rusted thermostat and hoses- Erwin not only did the work, he discounted the cost to be within the budget of my Grandsons military pay. This is the place I have returned with my old vehicles for many years now, for a reason. The best reason and only reason you remember a company.... they do their job! I have found past technicians that claimed to be cheapest but did damage; some have claimed to know everything but didn’t fix the problem. However, Asian Imports plus (and Asian Imports on W. Charleston) have been honest, the long time champions of understanding what I need for my car (and old SUV), and though both jalopies are discontinued with hard-to-find parts needed, they still keep them on the road for me, passing smog and everything. There’s no “funny business” or shady stuff. They work well together. Nobody showboats, and everyone from the front desk through the bays knows a LOT about my vehicles, and I had a master mechanic for a grandfather, so I’ve been around. This is the type of business you need of you want it done right.

First of all, Im picky and out spoken! Carole at the front desk was so helpfull and very upfront about my repairs. The whole shop was respectfull of my time and budget. I will be taking my car there from now on. Im a happy girl now that my car is working as it should!

This shop does wonderful work. They are honest and I trust them completely. The Staff is friendly and very professional. They keep you informed and dont try to pressure you to have more work done than requested. I would recommend this shop to anyone! Fantastic experience every time I have brought my car in.

Beware: service recommended that was not necessary. We took our car to Asian Imports Plus while visiting from out of town to have a noise diagnosed that was coming from one of the wheels. Their recommendation was new brakes (rotors and pads) for over $500. Because I had had the car serviced less than 2 months earlier from my trusted mechanic I was suspicious and refused the service. Apparently new brakes are an easy job to sell with a high profit margin. After refusing the service I was then called and a rotor burnishing was recommended to remove rust for about $250. I also refused this. When I picked up the car, the mechanic came out and told me he had given the rotors a good wipe down. Magically, the noise disappeared. While Asian Imports Plus may have good mechanics, our experience demonstrates that they are also willing to push unnecessary services on their customers.

On July 13th, I was driving back from Bryce Canyon, Utah when my 2009 Prius gave me an error code on the 15 South just as I was leaving the city. Long story short I had to spend the night in Las Vegas since my car was no longer able to make the trip back to Los Angeles that night. In the morning I got it checked at an Autozone and the Prius was going to need some work done before I could drive it back home. I called Asian Imports and spoke to Erwin, I explained my situation and asked if I could leave my vehicle at his shop for the week and that I could come by next week to fix it. Erwin was more than accommodating, I dropped off my car Tuesday afternoon, they called me Wednesday morning to let me know what exactly was wrong with it and how much it was gonna run me. The estimate/repairs were a little costly, but I knew my car was in good hands, so it was worth it. Erwin called me on Thursday saying my car was ready to go, I was unable to pick it up till that Monday, but luckily Erwin was really great about keeping the car locked up for me. I came Monday to pick up my car and it was as good as new! I want to give a big thanks to Erwin and his team for helping me out while I was in this bind. If I lived in Las Vegas, they would definitely be my go to shop!

Great experience! They were able to fix my ac/heat in just a few hours and for a very reasonable price. Did not try to charge me or get me to do any other work on my car than what I brought it in for. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

The company truck lost a radiator and a belt. This is a 2005 Isuzu NQR 16 Stake bed truck. I didnt even arrive till 3pm on a Friday. Within in 2 hours, they had a new radiator and 3 new belts put on and I was back on the road.This is Amazing to me, to do all that work in that amount of time and on a Friday. They even helped me locate a rental truck just in case they werent able to finish the repair. This was a very Professional experience. Very Friendly. Asian Imports were friendly, professional and knowledgeable regarding many car manufacturers. I brought my jeep cherokee for a gas line puncture, they gave me honest advice and a fair price. Their mechanic did a quick, clean job and had me out in no time. I would highly recommend this shop!

As always the team did a good job.

Had them do an installation of a aftermarket clutch and solid flywheel on my 07 G35 sedan also a new throw out bearing. Was expecting atleast a week long process, cause of how busy they were with all the cars in there lot. Got a phone call the next morning my car was already finished these guys went above and beyond my expectations. They work fast and do quality work highly recommend these guys if your a car enthusiast looking for a good shop to do quality work on your cars.

We brought our 2018 Nissan 370Z to Asian Imports to have some accessories and wheels installed. The staff returned my vehicle to us with a damaged front bumper cover,damaged one of my wheels I had them install,and damaged one of my Genuine Nissan OEM wheels,that are hard to replace. The staff tried to just return our 2018 Nissan 370Z and not tell us about it which is completely dishonest. They tried to return our items damaged and not tell us. Also the staff at Asian Imports took our 2018 Nissan 370Z for a joyride without our authorization. We will never give our business to Asian Imports again. Customers beware of this shop if you plan on bringing your vehicle to these people good luck.

These guys have always done solid work for me at a fair price (both locations).The owner is a really cool, personable guy that talks with his customers and seems to have a genuine concern for their input.I dont think theres anyone else Id really trust with my repairs.

Not sure where 2 begin... brought my car in for oil change and told clerk I had bought my own oil an that it was in trunk with filter.after it was complete they shared with me I have numerous issues that needed attention.I told them I would have it done another time.3 days later I pop open my trunk and SURPRISE oil an filter are still there ? They charged me 27$ and I have no idea what oil they put in my cadillac (Ialways use Mobil 1 full synthetic) I called up an lady assured me they put synthetic oil and also she noted that my oil was in trunk to the service dept ? Apparently communication broke down somewhere completely disappointed.

These guys took care of me. Was in Vegas for a week and car was having problems because of the heat. Took it to a dealer first and they kept saying it was a sensor. I had it in and out of the dealer 4 of the 5 days I was in town. I felt like it was something different based on how the car was behaving. Finally I went to Asian Imports on my last day thinking I needed someone who could think beyond the diagnostic machine. Within 5 minutes Asian Imports agreed that the problem wasnt just related to the sensor and started looking for other explanations. They thought the thermostat was causing the issue. They replaced it on budget and on time and the car has worked fine since. Totally trust these guys as I couldnt have gotten my family home without them.

When to Asian Imports Plus as opposed the regular car shop i go to on Spring Mountain cause1. my cars check engine light was on, felt extremely sluggish while I was driving it, and it had trouble accelerating to certain speeds. As such, i was afraid to go on the highway2. It was only a 10 minutes drive from my houseThe owner was extremely friendly and efficient. He also came across as honest. He diagnosed my cars problem and gave me an estimate. Went home and did some research on his diagnosis and quote (combination of Google search and speaking to friends who are knowledge about cars) and everything checked out.In the end, he was able to fix my car and charged me less then what he initially quoted me which i really appreciated. He also kept me updated with calls and VMs during the days my car was there. I also really appreciate the fact that he did not try to upsell me on additional services at the end by telling me about all the supposedly urgent repairs my car needs like all the other car shops.So yea...5 stars out of 5 stars experience. Will definetly come here for my future car repair/maintenance needs.

I took my car to Asian Imports Plus to get aftermarket parts installed. The parts were poorly installed and my vehicle was damaged. Asian Imports Plus refused to repair the poorly installed parts and repair the damage they caused to my vehicle. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS THEY WONT HONOR THEIR SHOTTY WORK. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS THESE PEOPLE!

Asian Imports are the BEST...I have been taking my car to Asian Imports for over 3 years...always great service and honest about what needs to be done to my car...I was getting ripped off at the dealership...If you need your vehicle serviced or repaired you must go to Asian Imports.

Pretty honest. Great service

This shop quoted me $700 to repair a chewed up wire harness or over $1k to replace the harness. They wouldnt give me a part number for replacing the harness and they left a hose and a clip to my air duct unplugged. I repaired the harness myself in 2 hours time and used about $20 worth of materials.
