I had a coolant hose line break (thx BMW) on me at Red Rock canyon park, rendering my car undrivable so I had to have it towed to the nearest shop around. The fix was simple actually; Replacing the coolant hose line which I got from BMW the morning after. with my car parked out front, I fully intended on doing this myself until a few guys from the shop came out to help me. they not only sped up the installation of the new hose, they also graciously used a special tool to get the air out of my cooling system and topped me off with coolant.Im from out of state so they could have charged me whatever they want, after all I need my car to make it back with me but they did this without taking a single penny from me. I offered and they refused. Grateful to these guys and wish them the best!

I have a 2005 Jaguar XJ8L and have only used Desert Oasis for the 14 years I’ve owned it. I treasure this car and would not entrust it to any other shop. They are communicative and provide great customer service. I trust their expertise and in some cases their good advice has saved me money.

I have been coming here a few years. They are always very good at diagnosing with reasonable pricing. Everyone is very friendly.

Came took my car first off they broke my key and had to have it fixed and pick it up the next day. Picked my car up drove it about 15 miles went to put gas my car completely shut off on me then they had to tow it back to them. Prior to taking my car to them I never had a leaking gas smell after filing it up they said it was my purge valve what I originally took it to them. Original code is still on my car and they have yet to respond to refund or anything so I will be seeking legal action or they can fix the the original code that’s on my car since they obviously Mis diagnosed my car.

This is my first review, I typically do not do this, but in this instance, I’m compelled to share what “IMHO” is an experience worthy of note in this world of scammers and people who miss-represent themselves as “experts” and ‘Pro’s” !!First, a bit of back-ground !!My Audi A6 – 3.2 Quattro was in storage for 3 years, I sold it to a good friend and needed it inspected, started up and prepared for shipment out of state. (I am also out of state)I contacted Bill at Desert Oasis (“Oasis” could not be a better name) --- and explained the situation, he understood and even offered to help with towing the unit to him.Car was in an underground parking spot, tricky to get access to, with dead battery and could not be started on site… I wanted oils and fuel replaced before attempting to run it..Bill is “old school” in the sense that he took me and my car under his wing and truly helped with the process, all the work was performed, on time, with full documentation, he went over the car, found a few details and got back to me for approval for the work. He responded to all communications, email-whatsapp or calls within minutes….Since I’m out of country he could have easily “milked this job”, but no way he did, old school honesty, integrity, and pride is what drives this place ….. this is a “real business owner” who IS IN business to create long term customers based on fairness and top shelf well priced work….For example, he replaced the battery (after 3 years no charge the battery is stale) >> his cost was less then half of what the Audi had charged me before I stored the car ….. (same CCA battery), fuel drained and replaced, oils done, rear pads we’re at 3.5 mm so did those, and we had a traction indicator that he re-calibrated “just because” (he’s that kind of guy) ..Cost for all the work was beyond reasonable, he also is a TRUE SPECIALIST … he knows these cars backwards … been doing this for decades, no doubt that Bill is an “artisan” of this trade…Bill is the guy you bring a car to before buying it for his opinion, and trust him to maintain it immaculately for the years you’ll own it … Only down side is, I wish I had met him when I had moved “TO” Vegas years ago, instead of when I’m leaving…Desert Oasis, is just that, an “Oasis” of knowledge, integrity, promises kept, honest work at a very fair price…..Thank you Bill, you and your team are truly a cut above the rest, you’ve made my last encounter in Vegas a great one !!!!

Ive been taking my Mercedes here since My warranty ended at the dealership and Desert Oasis has always been fair and honest with all my services and very easy to deal with. I am very thankful that I found them and will continue to take my car them for future services.

Very few places in town to take higher end German Cars, besides the dealership. This place is top notch with guys who really know what they are doing. Im very particular as I normally do my own work and repairs on whatever car i own but They helped me out with a stuck brake bolt and later a coolant flush, and had a great level of knowledge and integrity. Will return if ever needed.

This shop is very reliable. The staff is honest and upfront with estimates. I have returned with my Jaguar each time it is in need of service and am satisfied with the care l receive each time.

I called to schedule an appointment for oil change for my 2014 Range Rover and the lady that answered the phone was very polite. She immediately scheduled me on that same day. I came in 30 minutes before my appointment time . They started to worked on it right away. Everybody were very pleasant . They did a great job. I am very satisfied for their service.

They scheduled me in quickly, serviced my car, and had me on the road - all in one day. I never question their knowledge or recommendations. Prices are more than reasonable.

I took my GT350 here to get some work done. They generally dont work on American cars, but they were gracious enough to work on my Mustang. The service was great, and my experience was even better. Best European cars service which I found only one in Vegas . I used to take my cars all times to BMW dealership service. Then recent the car radiator issue I took the car to BMW as well but when BMW service told me they will charge $685 with my purchase Autozone radiator parts then I fricked out and started shopping all European cars services in town and found this Desert auto repair service then talking with Bill he is a very nice attitude person and gave me fair deal $335 with, y purchase parts and coolant. But even cost got got increased to $449 but still felt good as Bill took care of me with my peace of mind. I told my family and friends to take the car this service because of Bill .so I give this service ****** five star

Great team at Desert Oasis. Always polite and professional either via phone or in person. Whenever I need my car serviced, I can trust Desert Oasis will give me accurate feedback and wont try to oversell or scam me with things I dont need. I just recently took my Jaguar XF in and we walked through the options we had - I chose an option that would take more time but would allow me to keep my car overnight which is what I needed. The problem actually went away, which is great - without having to replace any item unnecessarily. I recommend them and obviously would go back if I need to service my car again.

The people at this garage are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable in what they do. I had my Porsche 718 Boxster serviced at this shop. Unlike most mechanics out there, when they spotted a CV boot leak, they noted it is probably still in warranty and I should bring it in to the Dealership. Now thats honesty.

The whole staff is awesome! They sat down and discussed everything with me before starting the work. They called me when they had questions. The work was done in a timely manner and wasnt as expensive as I was expecting it to be. Top notch service all the way around!

I have used desert oasis for my BMW for years. We bought a new beetle and needed some ac work and some suspension work. Work was completed on time and on quote. I trust them so much that i drive 45 minutes to get to their shop. Highly recommended.

I recently had an issue with my BMW328i, after a consultation with Desert Oasis. I went home and did research on the net. Their advice was accurate and subsequently the work was done. They took their time, preformed the work and the car is running just fine. All work preformed right at the estimate price. They also fixed a lighting problem that had been bugging me for a couple of months. This is a family run shop that has employees that take pride in what they do. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I found Desert Oasis on Google. Ive been going to the BMW shop for a long time until my service providers kept changing. I am so glad that I did change to Desert Oasis. Its a family business and theyre friendly, dependable, trustworthy, and I know theyll stand behind their work. I had an appointment for today. I called the office yesterday to inquire about dropping my BMW off after work so it would be available first thing this morning. The lady I spoke with said they close at 5:00. I told her I would be “cutting it close, but would be there before 5:00”. Got there at 4:45 and the place was locked up tight. I hope that bugging out early was worth losing a customer!

These guys are great., very professional and consistently diagnosis my two Mercedes with care and detail. Never have I felt that an incorrectly diagnosed or over diagnosed.

Brought my BMW back after the problem was not completely fixed and the service and care could not have been any better. They finally fixed the problem that was not very obvious. George was very attentive, called me to keep me informed, and was there when I picked the car up to make sure I was happy. He explained the problem and now my BMW is fixed and I am very grateful to the Technicians and George for the way they handled everything. All I can say is they are friendly, honest, quick service, and charged me less than a few shops that Ive been calling around before I took my car to them. I highly recommend this shop.

They were very thorough with the diagnostic portion and then let me know what was wrong, they changed it the next day and I was on my way with a much cheaper bill than what the dealer wanted to charge.

Took our 2009 Jaguar XF in for the first time to Oasis. What a pleasant surprise. Bill, the manager, greeted me by name (he was aware of his scheduling) when I walked in the door. The first thing I noticed was the clean shop, both the office and the vehicle repair area. I discussed the engine light being on. I was told they would do the diagnostics but if I got the vehicle repaired there the cost would be credited. Last place I went to, I would have been charged regardless. I bit the bullet and told them to go ahead. They gave me a Lyft home and then a Lyft back to pick up our car. The amazing thing is it was it was all done in one day! But the price, the price was fair and reasonable. Not only that the car runs like a dream. To say we are pleased is an understatement. I highly recommend Desert Oasis European Auto Service and Repair. This is an addition, I cannot praise the customer service high enough. We been back it is great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Went in to have my Range Rover Sport Supercharged checked out. Bill and staff were very knowknowledge and friendly. It ended up being a small fix and was expecting a big bill, but they were honest and the small bill matched the small problem. I will never go to the dealer or anywhere else and will recommend Desert Oasis to anyone.

Honestly this place is what you’d expect out of a mechanic. Very friendly, didn’t tell me things needed to be fixed just to make more money off me, but took care of the things that did need to be fixed. They have a lifelong customer here now.

Went there this morning asking for a small amount of advice due to some rattling to my car. Was told it would cost me over a hundred bucks to do so. Thought they would offer a free diagnostic test, but no. Would never recommend these crooks to anyone. They suck! Don’t go there, be warned.

Engine service light came on 6 months after I purchased used from BMW Las Vegas?! Dealer informed meThere is a $125 diagnostic charge to check the onboard computer. Did a little research on google and yelpAnd found Desert Oasis with the highest rating and reviews, so I tried them. They accommodated me on short notice Thursday morning because I was going on a long 5 hr trip. After an hour and a half, I got the Bmer back with a totally completed diagnosis with no issues found. Turns out the light was set just to bring it in for a check up, probably by the dealership, who knows, but the creme-de-la-creme was the bill I got......$ 0. Just a friendly smile and I was on my way, worry free. VERY honest business and great service.

Horrible in the fact I had my car returned with a burn to my headlight. It might be a jumper cable burn or cigarette or who knows what. Every detail picture was taken before bringing the car in so why would they not tell me about my headlight upon leaving, Is there no exit pictures. I had to find out on my own in my driveway after noticing because they had it front parked at the shop. The owner GEORGE told me that it is my fault for choosing his shop. That they will not pay for a new headlight or even try to fix my headlight. He said that it is not his responsibility. As an owner he had accused me by saying his shop had nothing to do with it because nobody else touched my car. What a coward who wont stand up for his shops mistakes. Other than that they refused to work on any of the other issues on my car unless I bought an ECM from them. The ECM i have was modified but I said even if the error codes were wrong I still wanted a fuel injector fixed and was denied any service to my car and was charged the diagnostic fee of $111.36. I had no problem paying for diagnostic, my problem is how I had just De- Oxidized my headlights so my high beam was brighter before taking my car in and everything was fine but next thing I know $111.36 dollars later now I have to get a new $180.00 headlight plastic. Would never recommend or return unless they pay to fix their mistake to replace my headlight. Worst service ever. I got better service from Volkswagen on Sahara and the guy down the street who fixes cars at his house. $111.36 to plug in a Vag-com andiron my headlight. thanks a lot George gus melissa and the rest of the staff. thanks....

After installing new alternator & battery I went to this shop & register the battery of one of my 7 series, after few months the battery is not charging & giving me the issue thru dash board, the message was dynamic stabilty, trany failing, & battery not charging!I went to BMW dealership they diagnosed it & they told me that the battery wasnt register thats why your seeing this message from your dash!!I was fooled by this shop!!! I will never go back to this shop!!!

A T T E N T I O N LAND ROVER OWNERS:Found Desert Oasis to have great reviews and claims of being Land Rover specialist, I brought my Range Rover here for misfire issues. After two diagnostic charges and new parts installed, issue of misfire was not resolved. I was told to replace BECM-Engine Computer Module which they said could be installed at their shop and that it would solve the issue. At this point, I was not convinced they were Land Rovers specialist, I conducted my own research pertaining to BECM replacements. A BECM replacements required to be programmed strictly on a comprehensive Land Rover software specific to my Range Rover which this shop was completely unaware. They assumed the BECM is a plug and play, misfire fixed and drive off to the sunset. Desert Oasis had this wrong. Overall findings: Desert Oasis is NOT experienced and ill equipped with T4 software essential to program and repair Land Rovers. Do not even allow them attempt repairs!!! Take your Land Rover to KMS - Kensington Motor Cars on Valley View, a REAL Land Rover specialist, even the mechanics are British. You drive to KMS, all you see is Land Rovers and Mini Coopers and yes, they have the T4 software to fully service Land Rover vehicles.
