Great customer service, very knowledgeable, honest, and far pricing. Due to the care and information I received I am able to maintain my 10 year old car.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic is harder than ever these days. For this reason I have been a dealer maintenance sort of guy, until I found Roje. The quality of his work is superior (in my opinion) to the service I receive from the dealer especially for my Volvo S60. I do trust this shop, I dont believe there is a higher compliment that can be given to a mechanic than the trust of their customers.

This is the only shop I would recommend to anybody. The customer service is outstanding, the pricing is more than fair, and you dont have to deal with all of the typical mechanic BS about what your car allegedly needs and how labor-intensive it is. These folks are straight-shooters and tell it like it is, without pumping up the price, and if youve dealt with mechanics before, you know how priceless that is. Plus, if you own a Range Rover like me, they work on them all the time here and know them inside and out. For me, this was literally the best ... referral ... EVER!

They did great job on my car was honest fast gave me the exact diagnostic as dealership but for half the price and told me what I could wait and get repaired at other time earned my trust when they suggested that I get other repair done at the dealership because it will be less money because of a reset that could only be done through the dealership explained they could do the repairs but reset would have to be done at dealership and at the end would cost more that way. Could have took my money and charged more but with their honesty earned my future business. I have a BMW and my husband talked to his guy and gave great reviews will always come back great customer service skills as well

Honest reasonable verrrrry busy make an appointment actually explains whats going on with your vehicle and what he(roje) is going to be doing to fix it, in words you can actually understand. Now that its been awhile the service they performed was just a band-aid the problem is still there,in fact its gotten worse, Ill NEVER go back. Be safe take your vehicle to the dealership.

This is the best car shop in Las Vegas. I have had the Owner Roje do several things for me. He always comes through with a great job. You need certain people in your life. A good doctor, a dentist, a lawyer, a repair guy and a great mechanic who will do the right job at a fair price and not screw you. One time Roje said that I had a cracked hose. He replaced it and didnt even charge me. This shop is about relationships. I would never bring my car anywhere else. Trust me. Leave your car here and sleep like a baby.

I have a 10 year old BMW, and hate the BMW dealership (both) I have have a few services preformed buy the TOP Car Services team. The work is alway done when promised and never more than quoted. They stayed late so I could pick up my car when I was was running late. What a great guy. They specialize In high end imported cars but have sean them working on Toyota mini Vans, an old GMC box truck and even a RV once.

My car headlights went out so they replaced the light switch. One day later my battery is acting up and i have to play around with it to make it start...And the left head light is off. Took my wifes car in for a toon up months ago the next day the engine light turns on....Never again will I trust these people. Update.. Now they say its the starter that went bad and will cut me a break on the cost. Hell no. I called my credit card and had them reverse the charge so they get nothing. Taking them to court over the damages to my car. Do not trust them.

I was servicing my 2004 BMW 525i there for a long time and the mechanic it is the great.

I have been a long time BIG O TIRES customer when it comes to car repairs. I have always been told that you get what you paid for! It was brought to my attention that my Rack & Pinion needed to be replace due to leaks. Big O quoted me almost $1,400.00 with A/C Filter and an oil sensor. Other places that I went to were down to $800.00. Then I decided to turned to the internet and look up at shop car reviews. Thats when I came across Top Car Service gave them a call, but no one pick up the phone. One minute later Roge was calling me back saying he had a miss call from me. (Who in the world does this anymore?) Anyhow without looking at the vehicle Roge gave me a quote of $400ish over the phone. At this point I was having seconds thoughts about the the other places. So, I decided to take my 05 Jeep to the shop on 4/27/2016 to be told that my car DID NOT needed a rack a pinion. My $1400.00 bid went down to $226.17 for a TUNE UP. Now I know where Ill be referring friends & family.

The best auto mechanic in las vegas...probably the whole united states...seriously, you wont find a more honest company to do your work, the owner wont even push a oil change or new air filter on you that you dont need like everyother place youve taken your vehicle. My entire family have been bringing our trucks to him for years and he always helps us out, tells us exactly what will be needed to get it fixed, and gets it fixed...properly!!! Seriously not enough great things can be said about Top Car Service.Ohh ya and when you bring your vehicle down make sure you bring it to the shop in the back of the lot, the other shop will sell you a used pressure washed motor and trans as a BRAND NEW MOTOR AND TRANS and still charge you FULL PRICE!!! Terrible service !!! They had my car for more than a month, so they only told me that they did not know what I had and that I will take it because they could not fix it !!!
