I purchased my car 86 days ago. Im now here for an oil change, but my transmission is slipping.I was told that I need to leave the car for three to four days to check.As most people know it is rather difficult to get a rental car these days because of availability and price gouging. Furthermore, the car is still under power train warranty and I have a bumper to bumper warranty.Can anyone suggest a place where I can get the transmission checked right away ?
Always great custom service buy its pointless to make an appointment as youll still wait hours for a oil change. Yet this is the only place Ill take our vehicles, worth the wait

I have been using Findlay Chevrolet Service for 5 years since I paid for a 5 year maintenance plan at the time I purchased my car, I am so happy to finally be free of them at last, They lie, they perform horrible service and I will never deal with them again even if I have to drive to another state to purchase my next vehicle, Enough said, I think you get the idea,
I bought a certified used car from this dealer and have had nothing but relentless issues with it and they never are able to fix anything the first time. Had a window regulator break had to bring it in twice to get it resolved. Took them 3 times to fix the antifreeze leak. Then last year I had a service guy tell me that my warranty expired and he got very aggressive with trying to sell me an extended warranty. Come to find out my warranty doesnt expire until the summer. It is in the shop for the THIRD time now for a vacuum leak that I have a feeling is going to be a chronic issue which will never get resolved so that they can try to con me into getting the extended warranty. Ive owned a Chevy for 20 years now and now Im thinking of going with another brand when my next purchase comes around. I feel like I am getting scammed with the service on this car so they can sell me a warranty. I am over the service dept at this place.

I went to check my check engine light. They charge $150 for diagnostic, so I declined. They offered me to use my 5 year old car for a down payment on a new car, I declined. I rated the 4 stars instead of 3 because their key FOBs are fairly priced.
Bought my SUV from here with 34mi on it in 2017 and this has been the only service center that has ever touched the vehicle. Always great work and Benny in quick lube is my go to guy hes the man and will definitely take care of you.
I came in as a walk in to the dealership on a Saturday with a broken water pump on my Trax, it was fixed the same day. Don was excellent! hes a sweetheart; very welcoming and informative. He made sure I was taken care of during my service. Findley will now be my official service dealership☺️
I will never ever ever ever bring my vehicle to this service dept again. They never can get anything fixed the first time and they push their extended warranty down your throat and when you do have a warranty they still make you pay out of pocket because apparently not much is covered under the warranty. Horrible service will never come here again. Plus this dealership sold me a total lemon. Im done with Findlay.

Went in to get my Chevrolet Traverse a oil change, Carlos the service Mgr. was outstanding, right away he seen us waiting and helped us thank you Carlos for the the great customer got us in and out with a short wait, will return for service when needed ✋🙂
Usually happy with my vehicle services. However, during my previous visit my H3 was serviced in preparation for my vacation. I just happened to be checking the vehicle over the day before my vacation and I discovered the following...Damage to step bar and body moulding due to being improperly put on a lift which crushed the end of the tubing and busted the plastic body moulding. Cost: $500 out of pocket.Air filter contamination due to dirty oily fingers of the tech that checked the air filter. Cost: $20 out of pocket.License plate frame bent. Likely due to the dealership car wash. Cost: $30 out of pocket.These are not uncommon problems I have had with my vehicles being damaged while being serviced. Kindof sucks when I bring my vehicle in for a $50-60 oil service and I get drilled for $500+ in damages that I have to fix.Get your act together Findley!

My experience with findlay was excellent,I came in they found the problem that I was having for two days with my tire,that the other places I went to couldnt find they kept saying they couldnt find a leak,but as soon as I came into findlay i told them the problem they found it and told me my tire has a slice on the back wall of the tire.and the service there was on point I like to say thank you guys at findlay Chevrolet for taking care of me.
Dont bother making an appointment they mean nothing anymore to these people. It was going to be several hours before the could get to my truck...
I stood alone at the service counter for more than ten minutes. The two people behind the counter looked at me several times and NEVER said a word to me,. One guy came out from behind the desk and walked past me. I would have thought theese people would have at least acknowledge my presence and told me they would get to me shortly or whenever.Finally some one else came in and I told him why I was there. He was very polite. He took me to another person who he said was the company EXPERT....... The EXPERT told me to just Google it, because he didnt know.I dont live here,. If I did, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE.......... YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE YO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION...

They called me early in the day and told me my car was ready and told me on the phone that they were going to watch it now I didnt ask for this to be washed they volunteered to wash it when I picked it up not only was my hood still open but the car hadnt been touched with water and nobody knew what he saying it was ridiculous it was no care no customer service whatsoever like they didnt even care
