Had an early morning appointment, they opened on time, the place is clean, and the work was completed in a reasonable time frame. Good service, easy app. Good job!

I took my car in because it was overheating so I had them do an A/C check and replace a small part they say was bad. He says to me hed top off fluid for my radiator as well. Fine...it was nice and cold now but after the first two days it really started to overheat so I called them and was told to bring in Tuesday at 9:00am so I did. It was now going on 10:30 and they still hadnt started on my car finally when they did the guy took it for a test drive and I started to worry because it was going on like 20 minutes so he finally returns and they tell me its my thermostat!!! I asked how come they didnt say this before and he says I would have needed a diagnostic test but I told him my car was running hot. Now after Ive paid for the services two days prior not only do they want $$399.00-$499.00 to replace the thermostat I have no more cool air and its probably about 106° today and climbing in the days to come.

The service here was really good. Marco explained everything to me and the price I paid was very reasonable & fair. I feel safer driving and I appreciate that more than anything.

Had to have my transmission fluid flushed. They did a good job, letting me know what was going on. I received information that was beneficial and allowed me to make more informed decisions on the maintenance of my car. Overall pleased. Courteous and prompt is a definite plus.

What I didnt like was we got a coupon off of Groupon then we made appointment the next day for 730 am now I been in vwgas my whole life 40 years....so soon as me and my girl pull in he yells I can help u ok them proceeds to walk in door oh I ja e 3 cars in front of you its 720 am when he saying all this I can squeeze you in should take 2 hrs for oil change then he replied its not my fault no one wants to work here so we leave my truck and go to jack in a box we looking at the business no other cars showed up but it was 3 cars in front of me poor customer service

Will (the greeter @ the counter) was excellent in explaining all the services that my car needed and the mechanic was really nice and I appreciated the extra step he took to use a disposable mat for safety and to not make a mess. Both gentlemen were great I will definitely be using this store for future services. Thanks!

I took my car in for an inspection, for a sound in my engine, they told me what it could be based off the inspection and an estimate. Once they began the repair, turns out the issue was something different, which was good for me. Saved me a few hundred dollars and they gave me my old part back as I asked. I had just repaired this same part 2 weeks prior, but it didnt fix the issue, faulty. Meineke was able to completely fix the sound issue with a market part and found another issue that was about to go out and I had them fix it as well. I drove the car and it is working well. Thanks for the great service, I will return.

I had suspension work done here and it was a huge mistake. Control arm broke a week later and struts shot out from underneath. I was told it wasnt under warranty DO NOT COME HERE. Its not safe to trust a vehicle worked on by them.

This Meineken restored my faith in all of them ! I stopped going to Meineken like 4 years ago and decided to give one another shot today, mainly cus it was closest to my house. Super satisfied and what made it a great experience was the customer service ! Customer service is everything. I really wish I remembered the gentleman’s name in the front that helped me and the one who worked on my car. When I got there they were dealing with a Karen, she was trying to yell at them about something and they guys handled it super professionally. Just an awesome experience all around ! Thank you

A/c diagnosticAfter having a displeased experience with tire works, I went to Meineke in east Las Vegas. Ricky and William both were very helpful and professional. They told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle.

I had an appointment schedule for an oil change and the front desk clerk accepted my coupon. I was in and out with in an hour.

The store at East Lake Mead and Hollywood has always done me right. I take all my autos to them. !

I went in for a simple oil change yesterday. Was told that they discovered some things wrong with my vehicle and gave me a quote. Not only did they list off unnecessary repairs (my Brother-in-law is a mechanic and has told me the repairs I needed done before the shut down happened) but also told me that my brand new windshield wipers needed to be replaced when there was nothing wrong with them. Must have thought because Im a female I would not know any better. Today I get spamed with emails and texts from them that I didnt agree to about how I signed up for their rewards program. Never knew they had one because I never signed up for one!

I just had my air conditiong serviced. They did a good job but told me that i needed other things done which I know I didnt becuz I gad just had my car checked over a week before.. So just be aware that they may tell you that you need additional stuff done to your car when you really dont.

Rob was very helpful with all of the services we needed taken care of and it was all done quickly. Other locations wanted us to wait an hour even after making an appointment online but, they got us in pretty much right away! Plus, the waiting space has comfy seats and it’s not a closet.

Oil change took over 1 hour with 1 other customer in shop. Man behind desk gave my first and last name to a complete stranger over the phone telling him what time I made an appointment. The man behind the desk Hispanic male adult spoke with me in a disrespectful tone but talked to others nicely. He also would not listen to me when I told him I wanted to use my points to get the wiper blades for my car. Pot of coffee was not even Hot. When I asked him about financing options he could not answer. AND YOU GUYS SEE WHY YOU HAVE ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ITS THE EMPLOYEES FIRE THEM AND HIRE SOME THAT LIKE THERE JOB

Do not take your car here. I called to get a quote and while on the phone they said I needed to schedule an appointment. I scheduled my appointment for 12p I showed up 20 mins early to ensure I get the ball rolling at 12. They didnt get my car up until 12:45p and finished at 1:45p. All I got was an alignment not hard Ive taken it to other places and been in and out I 30 mins. As I was paying they told me my upper control arm is wearing out and Im gunna have to replace it. Let me tell u Ive been a mechanic for 19 years and control arms dont wear out the control arm bushings wear out and u need to replace those. So after all that I finally didnt get out of there till 2p. 2hours to do a dime task is simply un called for and unprofessional. I warn u about them now. Go find a seasoned mechanic that isnt full of BS. Do ur research first.

Went in to get a simple oil change they insisted on giving me a quote which ended up being at $3,000 quote the lady at the front desk said Those numbers look nice like how unprofessional.I had already got my car checked prior and did not need any of the repairs that they were talking about. The next day my oil light came on saying that my oil is low horrible service I will not be going back

My car was giving codes about my brakes so i took my car to Meineke on Lake Mead. They were honest about the life of my brakes so i did not need a brake job at that time. I had a very busy day that day so had to leave but will bring back for further diagnosis. They seem to have a new staff that is knowledgeable and honest so will put my trust into that location again.

Well Im Not Sure yetI went on Jan 5, 2021 pay a deposit of $472.00 to order ignition lock after work at 3:30 pm when I got home they called approx. 5:40 pm left No message.I call this morning No one comminicated Why they called . The person I delt with yesterday was off today and the lady called out today . Apparently the person working this morning says he called the guy I was dealing with and He Never replied to his call . I waited almost three hours for a oil change. I was told it would be one half hour. Poor management as it looked like only one person doing the work and he was doing a large job for a lady that had been there since 7:30 am. There had been 3 or 4 others there But once they left it’s like so did the help. People coming in to see if they could have work done was told it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before they they would be able to get anything done.

They got me in at the last minute and on my way quickly. Very friendly staff at the counter. Would recommend 10/10.

Was skeptical at first but in the end very satisfied. Replaced my power steering pump same day and changed the brake fluid, also fixed the squeak in my engine without me even mentioning it! Will definitely be returning for any other issues.

Ive taken my car here a few times, the first time I was very satisfied with the service I believe it was the manager that helped me. Very professional, very personable older gentleman. The most recent visit I left extremely dissatisfied. I brought my car in to have my window looked at, upon picking it up he informed me that I needed to replace the motor in the door which was about $900. The next day I had a friend help me take the door cover off and we discovered the motor is clearly still working fine, there was actually a small plastic piece that had broken that needed to be repaired. So it was clear nobody there even looked at the window on my car. They also ran $100 diagnostics on my car to tell me they found nothing wrong.....the employee did not listen when I tried explaining to him the symptoms of my car and the fact that I had driven it again that day and the symptoms had gone away. He just insisted all they could do was run diagnostics. Along with that, his attitude overall was unpleasant even though I tried making conversation with him.

Called them after 5PM hoping to take car in to get an A/C checkup, would have understood if they said it was too late since they close @ 6PM, but to my surprise Craig, person who answered phone, said bring it on in we will get it checked right away. Got it there and they even serviced my A/C system before closing. Also, price was amazing, they gave me a great price. Craig and Technician, who I didnt get his name, are pretty cool in my book, just like my newly charged A/C System. Thanks guys!!!

The ETC light came on which caused me to lose power but I was able to make it home. I was going to take it somewhere else but it was on Nellis and Bonanza. It would not go past 10mph. Then I remembered Meineke being much closer. I did not have to wait long before they diagnoised my car witj needing a new Throttle. I did not expect it to be so high in price. The Lord provided. The workers were very professional and friendly especially the person at the entry door. Sorry no name on the invoice. I was out of there by 4:30. They did an awesome job.

Great customer service but when I got home my oil had not been reset kinda made me feel like dang did they forget the oil too considering I am a female and that I wasn’t going to notice

I’ve gone to this location a few times, and previously, my experiences were positive (the reason I’m not giving zero stars). However, Friday and yesterday the guy working at the front counter was off putting and needs training on customer service. Friday, I asked if I could put my name on this list for an oil change because I have a 2 month old baby with me (grandma is out of town and husband works), and I’d prefer not to sit in public during the virus outbreak. He told me he’d serve whomever was willing to wait the 2 hours. He also made it a point to state that they were very busy. So, I ignored his irritated disposition, understood that they were busy, and asked for an appointment the next day for both my car and my husband’s car, at the same time. The next morning, we showed up for our appointment, but he’d only scheduled for one vehicle. He stated they were extremely busy (again) and it would be at least an hour to get the second car in. I told him I’d go somewhere else. Enough is enough. When someone continues to make it a point to state that they’re busy, it implies they don’t have time for you. It wasn’t until I sharply said I’d go somewhere else that he showed any signs of wanting our business. At which point, I was done. Terrible Herbst was happy to do both oil changes and filter replacements. They were busy too, but didn’t feel the need to point it out. I was bummed, I really did enjoy my first few experiences at this location, which was why I convinced my husband to go here, instead of Terrible’s.

I left my car with them while I was at work. They kept in touch with me. They were professional, knowledgeable and didnt try to over sell me. This is my second oil change with them and I will continue to do business with them.

First time going to this store, I used the groupon coupon. My oil change was scheduled at noon, I was early and they were able to get it started right away. Jordyn was very friendly and helpful, I’m glad I spoke with her. I’ll return to this location for the rest of my maintenance needs because I feel like I can trust them. My mechanic shop I used prior to Meineke told me I had this, and that, wrong with my vehicle, but I didn’t trust them. It seemed fishy. Meineke told me everything looked wonderful under my hood, glad I used them for a second opinion. Thanks!

These guys have been great! if I could give 10 stars I would! I have no complaints. The guys in the front have always made me feel welcome and have been compassionate and understanding to the fact that not everyone has lots of money to just throw down on car repairs. Rob was great. Very personable. Very kind. Made me a great deal on replacing my master brake cylinder for my 2002 Dodge Dakota. I thought I was looking at a lot to get it repaired, but thanks to Rob it did not cost that much. I very much recommend the Meineke on Lake Mead before Hollywood. Awesome place.

Ive had my back brakes done here, they also fixed the feont brakes from a botched job with a different vendor. Ive had several oil changes. The mechanic that worked on my car was professional and did a great job, I hear he is no longer at the location I go to. The office staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I will return for a future visit.

We called in because my cars AC was not cooling, and its over 100 degrees out already so I needed that fixed ASAP. Craig told us to take it in and they would be able to take care of it the same day. Not only did I leave with my AC working they also gave me a great deal, I think their special was 50% off.

I went into Meineke for a synthetic oil change yesterday. I am grieving my husband. He passed on Saturday. Dave was so helpful and sympathetic towards my daughters and I. We ended up needing front brakes as well and he got the job done quickly. I will for sure continue to bring my car into this shop. Thank you.

I really like this place. The guys treat me ok, dont seem intimidated that I know a little about my car and everything they recommend seems appropriate. Havent caught them in any lies or been treated like a women who they can rip off. Recommended them highly.

Always have had good service at Meineke with the exception of one of the places in Vegas which I will not mention because the work on the car was ok but attitude was completely different then any other Meineke Apparently this review was completely misunderstood by some although I am not sure why. I have visited 4 Meineke shops in Las Vegas. They have all done a great job and at times have saved me money. I frequently have gone to the one on Lake Mead and Hollywood as it is close to my home and all personnel there are fantastic. When I mentioned I was not happy with one of the shops, it was not that one and it was not over work but the attitude of an employee. I did not want to mention which Meineke as did think the whole shop should be mentioned because of one employee. I was in there with my grandson as I was helping him out by using my credit card. Will at Hollywood has been nothing but nice and hope this post helps. Everyone at that shop is nice and extremely helpful.

Finally a well-known and respected car care center has moved into the community. I showed up early and was greeted by Rob the manager, very personable and ready to help with my auto needs. Professional and concise they performed the work on my car and got it back to me in tip-top shape. At Cadillac, I would normally have to wait at least 2-3 hours even with an appointment, but not here... they were quick-quick like a bunny. I will definitely return and share the experience with my neighbors.

Routine brake change becomes a near death experience! Saturday routine brake job turns into Tuesday gliding SUV with NO BRAKES! Meineke up sailed me into a brake flush possible routine but I agreed-to find out a faulty piece that was used on the brake line to rupture/puncture to drain all my brake fluid. Intentional or accidental? Domino effect for further problems for my SUV? Meineke Reward dept. set me up for their tow services had me waiting for one hour & a half for the only sole driver for this only contracted tow comp. with them for how many Meineke Care Centers here in town? After being told I had to be there at the care center before 6:30P because they can not wait any longer? Is this how you treat a customer who almost lost their life and possibly other lives on busy roads? Still waiting for a district manager to contact me for this awful experience after spending tons of money on a simple brake change...

I went to get an oil change on a week ago and never had an issue with my truck ever and days later it starts turning off when I come to a stop of I step on it and I go back and told them and they blame it on my service light on so on my way to Chevy it turned off so I had to towed to my house and called customer service and didnt call me back. Now its time for everyone to speak up who had issues before with them and its time I get an attorney so if you guys know any let me know.

Im new to town and I own a mobile detail company..my 3rd day in town my truck was over heating and I couldnt figure it out..i Google a place and these guys were opened before everyone...got to my truck immediately and worked on it all day until they figured it out...and they fixed it for a very good price...this is my new place i will take all my vehicles here from now on...great job guys.

The new managers name is Will. He took me out to my car and actually showed me the problems instead of just telling me like the last manager. Also meineke is doing this new thing now where they perform a 30 point inspection on every car and give you a copy of the form in the mechanics handwriting!!!!! I feel like my car has properly been checked out I think its great!!!! Gives me a little more confidence since the recommendations the last manager gave me werent even in the system for this new manager to refer back to.
