TERRIBLE customer service! I originally scheduled my appointment for 4:30. I called in advance to reschedule my appointment up to 3:30 which they agreed to. When I arrived they told me my appointment was at 4:30 and that it’s busy. His colleague said that’s fine we’ll grab your car first. I waited 30min and watched them grab 2 other cars and not mine. When I spoke to the employee’s again they said I understand but I can’t have you cut other people that have appointments. So I asked for their names for my keys and left. Never going back!

Honestly this is the worst place and the worst experience with the worst customer service ever nobody looked happy working there or even happy dealing with any customer, I made an appointment for 430 for them to say that there was no issue and it would only be a 30 minute wait, to when I get there it becomes a three hour wait for A simple oil change.I don’t understand why I simply just wasn’t told that they were busy today and rescheduled me another day instead of waiting for three hours!

Made an appointment for 10am. Waited an hour, they hadnt even looked at my truck! The person at the desk didnt update me that they were backed up! Will not be returning!

Nice staff. Use my only day off to get my rotars resurfaced. Guess what...the machine is broke.

I had a lug nut on my car that was stripped and needed replacement. I was in need of it being replaced quickly. Tony the manager was awesome. He got me in right away and performed the repair flawlessly and fast and at a very reasonable price as well! I will be back to see Tony and his team for any needs in the future

Honestly if I could give no stars I would. My husband and I went to do Preventive maintenance on our Rover. The brake light nor the brake pad light was on when we went. We spent almost $1,300.00 dollars had our brake pads, rotors, sensors all that placed with new. Within days our Brake light came on we took it back in and after my husband sat for half a day they finally got the vehicle in and said oh there was a rock in between the pads rubbing the rotors causing noise and the light on . Yet the light was on the very next day. My husband went back yesterday July 29th and sat for over 5hours after being told I would be priority due to this ongoing issue. Yet after 5 hours my husband left we had our daughters 1 Month birthday celebration yes Im home with a newborn this whole time .But Still have Nrake pad light on and Brake light on now . They truly need either more or better quality mechanics. And definitely more communication with their customers after all Customers is what keeps their business running. Would love to speak with the owner of this particular location and would love to have my moneys worth or partial refund. And STILL NEED THE BRAKE LIKE AND BRAKE PADS TO BE OFF AND WORKING PROPERLY I MEAN I PAID FOR THE JOB WHY DIDNT I GET ITAND I HAVE A NEWBORN RIDING IN IT THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE . The owner Is more than welcome to contact me through here which i hope would get my brakes fixed LOL

Came in because I lost a brake bolt on my trip. Ended up have new pads, had the rotors turned down and while it was there had the tires rotated. Happy with the manager and tech until I got back to the hotel and felt a strange vibration in the rear. My back right tire was missing two lugs and the other were all still loose. Not a real big deal but I did go and crawl under the truck and check everything that was done.

Breakmasters is great! Have gotten several repairs from them and they are honest and not overpriced. Ill definitely be spending with them whenever I have vehicle issues.

I have used this Brake Masters for about 10 years now. Always a decent price and very timely. The guys at the front desk are very professional and I will continue to have them service my car.

Oil change and coolant flush, always good service and they get it done when they say they will.

If your a women that doesn’t know about your car I don’t recommend you going here there going to try to take advantage of you they told me I needed break pads and rotors which was going to be around $400 took my car to another Mechanic that told me my rotors were fine I just needed new break pads!!

Went in for an alignment on my Lexus. They were able to get me in immediately. I asked them to check my brakes and struts. They told me the brakes still had about 70% life and the struts were just fine. They could have easily stuck me with a huge bill because the car was squeaking a bit which made me think the struts might be going out. Turns out it was just due to the dry weather. Honesty in the mechanic industry is very much appreciated!

I was not impressed with my experience with this location. Was trying to get my brakes done. Sat around the shop for 20 to 30 minutes while the guys in the bays were standing around talking to one another while they got a shop full of cars. Like who is running this place? These guys WERE NOT moving with a purpose. So we ended up leaving and not getting work done here. I ended up taking my car down the street to Midas and happily paid them 300 dollars to do my brakes. That was money brake masters could have made with me but failed to accommodate a potential customer. I highly recommend Midas on Tropicana and topaz. They took care of me right, the way this place SHOULD HAVE but did not. I would not give them another chance, they should have done me right the first time. They permanently lost a customer for the entire franchise. Thats the only thing that was impressive about this experience. HOW THEY MADE ME FEEL SO UNIMPORTANT THAT I WOULD NEVER USE THIS FRANCHISE ANYWHERE EVER.

This location is EVERYTHING. Theyve been taking care of all of my car needs since my warranty with Toyota expired. Theyre REALLY big on preventative maintenance and theyre always keeping me in the know with my baby (my car). Thank you everyone here at this location. To everyone checking the reviews, I almost cried when my splash shield cracked. I didnt know what to do. But they fixed it in less than 20min. YES! GO TO THEM...cold waters..hot coffee and tv while you wait.

I came this year to replace my battery on my 04 Chrysler concorde. .Not knowing that the technician started taken off my front right fender and the covers with front R. wheelHoly crab my $125 quoted on the battery now its a hole body shop work on my car.3.5 hours later and $345 total invoiceService manager never explain the process to me and the intense labor to get to the battery on this model.Communication, communication is poor. I will never come back to this store again.

I had been getting routine maintenance done at this location for a while. Went in because the abs and traction control on light on my Jeep was on. They said I needed a new wheel speed sensor and if that didn’t fix it they would need to look further into the problem. I waited 3 hours and they said they were done. I live about 30 mins from this location. When I pulled in to my driveway the light came back on. I looked up a video on how to replace the sensor. I pulled it and it definitely didn’t look new.

Came here today for a quick last minute oil change while out of town. Talked to Fredy when I came in and he was very nice and polite and was able to get us in to get it done in a timely manner. Definitely talk to him any time youre here! This place is very friendly and nice. Calm quiet atmosphere with a window to see your car in the shop itself. Anytime im here in Vegas or Henderson I know where ill be going if I ever need any car repairs or oil changes. Great place overall! 👍

I drive a 1999 Toyota Camry and bad and issue with my timing belt. My car completely shut off and I had to get my vehicle towed here. The manager mike was very helpful. Joe the mechanic did an impeccable job on my car and it has been running better than ever!

Jeff and company took great care of my daughters brakes on her truck and did a super job. Very hard to trust anyone in this town to do any type of mechanical work on my truck or my daughters truck but from here on out they will be the only ones ever working on our trucks. One star off for semi-exaggerating an electrical system malfunction, specifically they said it could take 20 hours, where another mechanic told me no way it would take over half a day. But this place will treat you okay. They arent on commission and they are fairly honest and upfront. I had a fraud give me a report on brakes and try to charge me $700. These guys told me my brakes didnt need to be replaced.Good company.

New owner is great. Very Straight forward and honest. Fair about what you really need to get your car back on the road. They let you know if there are other things that should be taken care of but they dont push you. I thought I need more work on my front end but they told me it wasnt need. Very Satisfied....

Took my car here to do a simple brake fix and they ended up NOT fixing my brakes, over charged me for their “services,” and were rude to my friends and I. I took my car back a 2nd and 3rd time, cause I figured if I paid for something, it SHOULD be done right. No one was able to assist me properly or fix my brakes. I would never take my car to their facilities again. 0/10 customer service. They should change their name to Brake Imbeciles.

Hell honestly tell you if something needs to repaired and if it doesnt he wont charge you for what you dont need. It took me several years to find an honest mechanic in Las Vegas. After several positive visits to this shop i was confronted with an aging vehicle with a blown engine. They replaced my engine, my radiator, my power steering pump, my front end. They repaired all the little things that wear out or break over the years at a very fair price. If a little thing goes up they have fixed it for next to nothing. Car runs great. So great i had it painted. I have a new car, well it looks and feels like a new car, but i have no car payments.Don is THE MAN!You have to take your vehicle here if you want great honest service.If you dont there are many many other places in Vegas that will be happy to see you coming.

They are friendly however when I bring my car in to get worked on and you tell me it’ll be done at 5 I expect it to be done at 5 not a week later....I then also took my car back in cause my breaks were still squeaky a couple days after getting new brakes and they fiddled with it and told me I was good to go however my brakes are still squeaking.

Minor problem in my car turn in to $1.500 I just went for second opinion after first mechanic told me I need just a tune up . Where is the (HONEST BRAKE MASTERS ).

Came with my friend because they made her pay for something that wasnt an issue to begin with and never fixed the problem that she came and verbally asked for. I was trying to explain to them what the issue was and some little guy at the front desk whos name i dont remember, but I know it started with a J, tried to fight me lol. I think he was some kind manager which doesnt make sense considering it was one of the actual mechanics that had to calm him down (that guy looks like he has more management skills that the little guy). Anyways, they never fixed anything. The issue that my friend came with never got fixed. She came in with a simple squeak from her rear breaks and they were never fixed. This place has great reviews but Im guessing no one has issues with them unless you have an issue with the work they did. Would never come here and friend is certainly never coming here ever again.

Bad Service and unprofessional CUSTOMER service. I came here to get an oil change. They didn’t do the job right the first time because my car was leaking oil. They sent a man named, “Raymond” to my house to fix the situation he discovered that whoever made the oil change did not tightened a part and it was leaking a lot of oil. It didn’t help. So we came back to fix it and they put the part on crooked. It was still leaking oil.Fourth interaction;I was told to come back to get a check up just to see everything was going well and a guy named, “Tony” was assisting my mom and I and he was rude in his demeanor. He was telling my mom that he would check the vehicle and had the service papers in his hand and threw them in disdain. He was hysterical when handling the situation. Tony had an attitude that wasn’t professional and it made me feel uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend going there if he is there.

After a horrible experience with Planet Hyundais (Sahara) service department, I decided to call Brake Masters. Don and Cris were professional, courteous and honest! .. They could have easily taken advantage of the fact that I did not understand how the ABS braking system works because I have always owned older vehicles.I was impressed by their thorough explanation and they assured me that my brakes were in good shape - 25% wear on the front and 20% wear on the rear. They also did a complete inspection of my vehicle at no charge and confirmed all was OK!It is great to know that there are still some HONEST auto folks out there! I have decided to have ALL of my work done on my vehicle at Brake Masters..CHOOSE BRAKE MASTERS...YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Iam a female senior citizen who took my FF150 2000 in for front brakes.Earl was very nice and explained everything. Joseph did the work and he seemed very competent. Had to wait because very busy on a Saturday.One of the men stopped to give me a bottle of water from the refrig.The price was okay and they were professional nice men!

Just picked my car up 1300 dollars and they didnt even fix what i wanted.. i said REAR LOWER CONTROL ARM BACK OF THE CAR NOT THE FRONT and they replaced the front. I said fix the back of the car nothing about the front of the car....

Great service, we live in the north west LV and still only go to these guys (even for a simple oil change) for both of our vehicles and this has been for several years now. I TRUST these guys and we all know how rare that is. As long as Donald runs the place that is where we will keep going.

Went in with a free oil change coupon that a got from a coupon book that I had bought for a school fundraiser, manager told me that the coupon book company had fraudulently added this coupon to the book with out Brake Masters permisssion (dont buy these coupon books!). Mike is the manager here and said he could give me a store coupon anyway ($18) towards an oil change. Walked out paying only $30 for an oil change (including oil filter change) with upgraded synthetic blend, high mileage Valvoline oil. They also ran a free diagnostic of my car and told me that my coolant tank was cracked & leaking and that was the only thing that needed to be fixed asap in my car, that it would cost me about $200 (with parts & labor). Most other places tell me about a list of 5+ things that need to be fixed that would cost me $800 or more. Mike and Bela are at the front desk, they are great guys, good customer service, friendly and approachable, and I felt they were very honest. I had a good experience here, and would not hesitate coming back.

Had to have all the brakes done a caliper and rear rotor done. A++++ service great pricing friendly staff. Will be back for anything my car needs. They even resurfaced front rotors for me at no charge. $415 out the door for everything. Thanks Don I will be back.

I came here because they have me a quote over the phone that I thought was reasonable. Once they had my car up and wheels off they changed the price to more than twice what they said it would be. Goodyear next door quoted me almost $100 less when rhey changed my oil. After almost 3 hours I finally got my car back and there were greasy hand prints all over the inside. I wont be coming back here again. Shady business.

Went here for a rear brake job they charged me for a brake flush. i just got work done somewhere else for my front rotors and they said my brake fluid was still contaminated so i got charged over $60 for flush they never did. i work hard for my money like everyone else those. i will not be going back here ever again. find a different shop they rip you off.

I brought my friend in with his truck last week and a guy that looked brand new did not even have a uniform on looked very unprofessional he took the truck for a test drive and was gone for almost an hour we were very unhappy about that then when he brought it back it smelled like he was smoking in it when he put it in the bay he looked like he did not know how to drive it in and lift my truck up another mechanic stepped in and put the truck in the air lucky for my friend the other mechanic got involved he found bad hub bearings on the front and found that the blower motor was bad after the other mechanic stepped in my truck was finished when the sales guy richard said it would be very professional of him

My brother referred me here.Went for a possible water pump issue. Turned out to be a thermastat and housing with upper and lower sensors. When i picked up the vehicle the price that was quoted was Not with sales tax and cost more then a pump. I paid and when i got into my vehicle someone disconnected the odometor and excellarator and I could not drive it anywhere. All the gas was sucked out and I said I thought I saw it on the freeway. I would have followed but had to be @ work in 15 minutes. After another hour I was finally on the road but it had no extra get up and go. Sorry Don Humpharis, I wont be back there ever again. Your crew fubared me and if I come back it will be with legal papers.
