Susan is amazing!! She was very hospitable and the other employees were exceptional as well, very friendly environment and quick service, susan even offered me cookies!!! Will come back if anything happens again!!

What an incredible experience, when I walked in the place was spotless. I was greeted by Susan and Cody, Who both you can tell really enjoy what they do. Justin looked at my car and was able to find the problem in minutes, which other shops couldn’t give me an answer for. I have found my new shop, and will refer everybody.

DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! My truck was taken in for a fuel pump replacement on 9/12/2001 got it about a week later went to full up smelled gas inside the truck by that time they was closed took it home looks around inside and found out they didn’t put it all the way back together took it back the next day they said it was the sealed an have to re order it so another week passed noted the gas hand not working when I got it back drove it around for a few days gas light came on filled up again gas smells back so I went back still haven’t fix it and now saying they don’t smells the gas they also change me for an alternator they said I need but didn’t put on don’t take your car there

HUGE SCAM… don’t get ripped off like I did!!!Went in for an oil change…They told me I needed a new engine, promised me a New CRATE motor.. then tried to Repair my old motor instead and I caught them RED HANDED!! After fighting them for Weeks… they offered me a Re—Built engine and they installed it wit LOOSE BOLTS on purpose (I found this out from the dealership, after I got the truck back from them I took it to the dealership )The engine was destroyed from what they did!They then refused to fix it and pretend they didn’t even have a record of me!!!STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND WARN ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS!!!!!

When I first pulled up to this place I noticed a woman standing behind a mechanic, watching everything he was doing, that right there is not a good indication, if you have to watch what these guys are doing. I felt like they just look for ways to charge you for service you don’t necessarily need and may possibly cause problems that weren’t initially there. The person speaking with me was very cordial and seemed to have a professional facade, but I could tell that this place definitely takes advantage of people who may not know alot about cars, and looking at previous comments from other patrons, people who do know about cars alike. Something I really didn’t like was I simply asked the mechanic if they did fluid top ups, the guy says yes and quoted the price and promptly started adding it to my bill as if this wouldn’t have been mentioned or checked without me mentioning it, I thought checking fluids was standard with all oil changes. And it seemed like they didn’t even check to see if I actually needed fluids topped up, the guy just tells the other mechanic, “fluid top up”. I asked him, “does it actually need it”? He was a bit hesitant when answering and seemed to just say anything being he already charged me for it. I didn’t do a back and forth with the guy because I’m not an expert on cars but from now on I’m definitely going to do the basic servicing on my cars myself and if I need something more extensive look around for a mechanic trusted by a family member or friends, I’m through with these shops.

Ive had two experiences with them. The first I was selling a 2015 Honda Civic and the buyer wanted an inspection for the vehicle. I asked them to pick a shop of their liking and this was it. They inspected the vehicle and stated shocks were leaking and the lower radiator hose was leaking. Buyer worried about driving it back home out of state was worried about the hose and we replaced it before him taking the vehicle, however, the hose was never, leaking. There was residue of coolant from the reservoir spilling onto the hose. I tossed it up as a mistake.The second time I requested to have an a/c system on a used vehicle to be evacuated and refilled to proper specification due to the previous owner changing the compressor by themselves. After servicing they inform me the compressor is blown and it needs to be replaced. I say okay Ill take care of that some other time. They refilled the refrigerant and I drove home and the a/c was ice cold. Upon inspecting under the hood they disconnected the radiator fan so it was not working at all and took the caps for the a/c system. I called them and they stated to come back and I did to collect the caps for the system. I reconnected the fan myself since they couldnt do that. Then as one of the techs replaces the caps he proceeds to tell me my head gasket is blown. The service is laughable and they are either incompetent or dishonest neither types of people I would recommend working on a vehicle.

After me and my husband had service done on our vehicles here, another mechanic revealed that they had done faulty work on our vehicles, that if not corrected would and did cause additional damage. I would stay far far away from this place, I don’t even trust going back to complain.

Have an 2nd Gen Dodge Ram. Smog time again, to other places smog got kicked back. Had AC work done this weekend and battery was disconnected. Justin told me EXACTLY how to proceed. They will be getting more of my business. HOTWHEELS thanks you Busy Bots.

I just spoke with Dave to get a quote for mounting four tires. He was quoting another service to a customer in person and was pretty distracted. After informing him that i had purchased the tires elsewhere and only needed mounting/balancing he was not interested in helping. He informed me that He doesnt do that and i should check with the Latin places off of Charleston.

My car has been through a series of bad mechanics in the past. I struggle to find mechanics that I can trust. Its a very old car that I care about. Ive driven it everywhere including europe.When I brought it in to get a loud clunking noise fixed before a long road trip they were able to squeeze me into their schedule and get my car working. They try their best to cut costs for you and put in a lot of effort. They have exceptional customer service and even take the time to show you and explain to you what the possible culprits are. Theyre also willing to follow up on issues if anything comes up.I strongly recommend it.

From Los Angeles on my way to Vegas my car had brake issues. Trusting a shop these days is hard. Took my car to Busybots Automotive and talked to Justin. Very friendly and professional guy. He checked the car and found bad brakes and caliper bracket which i had issues on the last brake job at another shop.. His honesty is what won me to come back if I need any more work. Strongly recommend to friends and family. Thanks Justin!!

So far my experience has been awesome...Lance is great. He is patient and I enjoy how he explain to me in detail about issues with my car. So far they have done a good job with my van, Im a woman who dont know much about cars and I feel very comfortable with this repair shop. I also enjoy the fresh baked cookies and coffee. :)Edit: Unfortunately I had to come back and give an updated review. I spoke highly about Lance and it turns out he was not an honest person. I wont go into detail because this company has great customer service and Brian was very helpful and assured me they would do whats needed to fix my problem.

I had a smog test done. I didn’t have to wait in line. It was done quickly. Justin was professional.They have snacks in the waiting room.

Smog check doesnt show on Google maps search, but there is a sign on their building. They were very quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

I’ve never met more honest mechanics in Las Vegas. They checked other things while getting an oil change. Didn’t try to over sell other services. Even told me a few things could wait. I’ll be back for my car needs for sure!

Brought my car in for oil change and they found out my oil leak was actually my power steering pump. Got it replaced in a couple of Hours, and now my driveway is actually staying clean! Great honest work and they brought me out to my car to show me where my leak was! So happy especially because I live in HOA! no more leaks, no more HOA fines! Will definitely be back for future services!The new owners are a married couple and they go well above and beyond for their customers from what I saw sitting in their showroom. Shows honest service and it’s something I didn’t normally see at the big name shops I used to go to.I had a pleasant time having my car fixed at this place . Give them a chance, you won’t regret it!

Sabra Motors did a fantastic job on my BMW M3. They replaced many of my suspension parts and the car has never driven so smooth! They were very nice, never pushy and offered great prices! I will always go back to them. Very happy customer.

I have a Lincoln and my vehicle was handling funny. One of my friends recommended to take it to Sabra motors. I am a very skeptical on taking my car to mechanic shops, I prefer a dealer. Sabra motors checked it out for me and said i need new front struts as well as a new wheel bearing. I then proceeded to take my car to the Ford dealer to get their opinion and the told me the same thing. I got the work done at Sabra for a cheaper price than the dealership offered. I had a few moments to speak with their tech Oscar. He seems very knowledgeable when it comes to working on a huge variety cars. And they have a great customer service. This shop has definitely changed my mind on taking my vehicle to local shops, but this is going to be the only place I let touch my car.

I called this place to see how much it was to fix my 98 crv because it would not start...... I spoke with Winn and he told me it was only $49.00 to look at it..... and he can send a tow Truck for me at no extra charge if I had the repairs done at his shop I thought that was great news....So after They towed it over to there shop they found out My crv needed a fuel pump. I was afraid of the cost of the repair keep in mind! Not only he paid to have my car towed over there at no charge. He also waived the diag fee and gave me a good deal on the fuel pump and repair. And for the best part of it all, they said it wouldnt be finished that day so they let me use one of there loaner cars until the repair was done (and it was done the following day).. great service from the phone call to delivery of my crv... Keep up the good work Busy Bots I will be a returning customer for sure!!!😁

Went over today for a new tire since mine was damaged last night, i specifically asked for a new tire exactly like the one i had on and they gave me a completely different tire and STILL charged about a hundred more then normal, receipt is completely false. These people are completely ridiculous. I will be going back in Monday to make sure i get the tire i actually want or my money back.

They were done in a few hours with a repair that required welding. The price was fair and I do plan to stop by again soon for another service.

Speechless, i was very skeptical about this location at first do to bad experiences with previous owners but after talking to brandon about whats going on with my car, i quickly realized these people are very honest not only did they give me a good price to fix my car but they actually took me out and showed exactly what was wrong and thoroughly explained what all needed to be done, highly recommended

I went into this place and got my hummer fixed for very good price and they also found more problems that were wrong with it without me knowing what the problem was. I would say its the best place to get your vehical fixed.

Stay away! This place is a scam. I went in to get new tire pressure monitors installed. They wanted $140, Discount Tire did it for $20 out the door.
