The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. The price I was quoted at my initial visit was exactly the price I paid when the Jeep came in. Everyone was super friendly. The place is immaculate. Not a pushy person in the dealership. I’ll be honest, I don’t like buying new cars and like dealing with new car dealerships. But this place made me feel at home. My salesman Aaron gave me his card which contained his personal cell phone number. I used it many times because of the wait for the Jeep to come in. He responded within seconds every single time. Even on Sunday! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

My experience with Jim Marsh Kia is something you do not get at other companies as far as service. My experience was worry free! I do not need to call them they DO call me and let me know what is going on with my vehicle. Customer Service lacks in every business these days. When you call Jim Marsh you will be greeted by a pleasant voice and she will tell you her name. She will NOT say thank you for calling and throw you into a voicemail or on hold. She will actually give you time to say okay IF she need you to hold. I do not see them very often which is great! I love that they they fix my car without saying oh Im sorry I know we said it was this, but actually it is this also🤨. Most companies are plugging your car up to a device and scanning it and charging you a diagnostic fee without actually checking the diagnosis. You can do that yourself! You will not be mad going to Jim Marsh to get your vehicle serviced. Thank you Jim Marsh KIA I appreciate you all.

I recently purchased a beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand CHEROKE from Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep. I went it not knowing if I was in a position to trade my car and they were all very kind and helpful. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere a few months before and it did not go smoothly. I called into Jim Marsh Jeep Chrysler inquiring about a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. My Salesman Johnny was great from the beginning. He even came in on his day off to make sure the close of the deal went well. Charlene was also amazing helping me out along the way. Buying cars can be rough, at this dealership it was a very relaxed atmosphere and no pressure. Just options that fit within my budget. I bought brand new and enjoyed the experience.Worth checking these guys out. I am looking forward to all the adventures in my new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk KL.

After searching for nearly 3 weeks for a new vehicle I finally found my perfect absolutely beautiful new Jeep at Jim Marsh. The sales representative (Mike Foley) and finance manager (Joe Jacoby) were excellent and made the purchasing process smooth and relatively quick. I returned 2 weeks later to have an a few additional items added and the service team (Jeff & Orville) were equally as impressive. The members of the Jim Marsh team are amazing and I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle and/or having your vehicle serviced here!!!

Buying a car during the pandemic has its own challenges. We spent about 7 hours at the dealership before we were able to drive our car off the lot. Seth helped us with the sales side and Joe assisted us with financing. The vehicle we purchased had not been detailed at the time of the test drive, and that process took the longest (about 3 hours). Other than spending the whole day buying the car, the entire staff was very accommodating and very helpful. We will definitely consider Jim Marsh when purchasing our next vehicle.

The body shop did a great job repairing my Nissan. However, Im only giving them 4 stars because when I returned my rental keys I accidentally dropped my house keys with them. After calling multiple times and leaving a message with a service manager, that was never returned, it took a call from the body shop for someone to actually help me locate my keys (I was out of town and couldnt just go to the dealership).

Jeanie Converse finance manager wants to take you for as much as she can get. Be aware!! I have great credit and she gave me one of the worst money factors on a lease. Cost me $40 dollars per payment. So Jim Marsh Jeep doesn’t want to generate a fair deal Marsh wants a one sided deal that is stealing your money and completely indifferent to what’s fair and right for all. I suppose Jeanie and Marsh don’t know what karma is!! It always comes back to you in spades!!

I really only meant to do a test drive. I didn’t have a whole lot of time when I went there. I had the easiest time at this car dealership that I’ve ever had. I’ve been to places where I had to deal with way more people that work at a dealership than here. I don’t live close to this dealership by any means, but I’d easily recommend it. My car bumper was replaced very well. The communication I received during the repair was excellent & was every few days. My car was vacuumed out & shampooed. It smelled very good inside. The customer service in the office was great! They washed & waxed the outside too. Very good customer service overall & the convenience of having Hertz rental car there was amazing & easy. I would definitely use Jim Marsh again & highly recommend them to others. 👍🏾😁

I was looking for a 7-seat SUV in California. I couldnt find one, so a gave a phone Call to Jeep, Jim Marsh and they had the one i wa slooking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff; they answered all questions i had. So i flew to Las Vegas and next day i drove home to CA with a brand New Jeep Grand Cherokee L. On top of that, i received about $5000 off the MSRP when in CA some Car Dealers bump up the price by 3000 due to the chip shortage, thanks Jim Marsh staff.

Customer Service needs improvements in the service center.Was there for oil change and tire rotation with scheduled appointment.Drop the key took about 10 min,no clients in front of me.Two workers in front of us were taking on the phone with no seeing what we are waiting for key drop off.Didn’t wash the car after service done,most of dealers are washing customer’s cars as complimentary.Last time they didAsked them call us when car is done,they didn’t.We were waiting in rest area,then I decided check if my car done.Car actually done already with no call to back

The shop does above average work BUT you have to double - triple check their work. I’ve had to have them Re-do my passenger door three times. Plus all the little things that were forgotten and/missed. For this repair my truck was in&out of their shop over 6 times to complete the job. I’m still not 100% satisfied with the completed job but I’m just going to accept it the way it is at this point.

Seth is great!!! Seth is the reason we came back from Henderson twice in the same day...... The Sales Manager could use a refresher course on customer service and is the reason we will take our business elsewhere! We were told by the Sales Manager that the CarGuru listed price was not Jim Marshs price and when we said No thanks we have a price range we wanted to stay in the Sales Manager walked off, gave a chuckle and said Youre kidding me with what he must of thought was an under his breath level but unfortunately it was completely heard by myself and my dad.

We had Aaron as our salesman. Just stopped by on a whim on the way to Prestige and they just happened to have the only new 2021 4xe in town. Aaron worked very fast and super respectful. Didn’t charge us the addendum, which every new car in the auto industry is mandating, not to mention the fact that the demand for this vehicle is ridiculously high so they could’ve told us to sign or get lost. These guys/gals are so great!! I worked with Araceli to repair my vehicle. She is so friendly and personable and they did an amazing job repairing. My car looks brand new. They also courtesy cleaned my car!They have rental cars on site so you don’t have to Uber or be driven anywhere to get a rental. You just walk 3 ft away to the rental rep. I used enterprise and the young man working there was so nice!

I have to start my review by saying my experience was truly a ‘Divine Experience!’ It was time for a new vehicle, but I expected the salesman shuffle. You’re a number, not a person, and they want to get you out of the door w/a win. Score! Nothing more. No genuineness nor any form of a living breathing being sitting across from you.The Jim Marsh dealership was refreshing! A surreal experience for me where I felt there was life! I certainly did not feel like just a number, I felt as though I was home in my living room with an old family friend. I also witnessed Mr. Marsh himself walking around greeting others. He even took a picture with an impressive original Wells Fargo Stage Coach from 1864! I fell in love with it and couldn’t take enough pics!Our Salesman was very warm and personable. They were the only dealer who would special order my gladiator. I went to 11 dealers in California, including 5 who said they had my Jeep there and even sent me vin number the. When I drove two hours to see it it wasn’t there . Charlene, Marianna and Nate were very helpful. Charlene got back to me right away and answered all of my questions immediately and made the ordering process smooth.I got my car a month later exactly how I wanted it. I am so happy about my experience there.Only issue I still feel bothered about it has nothing to do with the sales team it is in the finance department.. they stretched my lease to 48 months which I was fine with but when I hit in finance department they wanted me to pay them another $1500+ to extend what should be a warranty covered in a lease. I’ve never heard of anyone charging for a warranty to cover basic parts like the computer system under a lease . I’ve spoke to other dealerships when I got home who said I should not have to pay to extend a warranty under a lease . I feel this part was unethical and dishonest and now I will be afraid to drive it or even have it in my possession after three years.

When my CRV was rear-ended in December, and the Honda Rep advised me they dont have a body shop in Las Vegas, he confirmed my thought that Jim Marsh would be an excellent choice. Online reviews also support this. And, having chatted with Mr. Marsh personally during a previous purchase, I had a good feeling about going here. They did not disappoint. The repairs were excellently done, they handled all communication with the other partys insurance company when costs came in more than twice their estimate, and Sarah kept me in the loop every step of the way. Unfortunately my car that I had for just monthly was in a collision. I brought it to Jim Marsh. They were nice and went over the car in a walk around my car to note damage etc. They had my car for a week to replace the back door on the drivers side.When we picked it up there were 2 deep scratches and none of the electrical worked correctly, my audio system kept showing a fault light, the new door window would not roll up or down. And the remote lock did not work, a piece was missing from the trunk and it was dirty.So they took it back for another week and supervis0r did keep in contact with me. And he was courteous. I picked it up again and things seemed fine but after a day or two I noted the electrical system is not showing the start up checks, etc. still. So now I need to go back and try to get it repaired another time.

Service center is AWFUL!!!!! No place to really sit to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. They dont offer any complimentary water or coffee like Volkswagen service center. The guy there has terrible customer service. We walk in and he waits til you say hi to him before greeting the customer. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for what I thought was today, and I got no calls prior for confirmations or anything. Show up for my appointment and turns out it was yesterday and they never contacted us about it. If it wasnt a free service I would never come here.

Booked a service appointment online. Re-arranged my schedule and arranged for a ride. Drove 45 minutes and arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told, “oops sorry, they were supposed to shut down the online appointments. We can’t service your Jeep for several weeks.” These guys are clowns.Regarding the response - you guys know who I am and how to get ahold of me - in fact, I have an email from you cancelling my appointment AFTER I was turned away. I rolled my Jeep at 161 feet and almost lost my life. That roll cage saved me. I was scared to drive any other vehicle after that and Melinda and Charlene understood. They got me right back on the horse a few days later and into a gladiator! I love my new ride and I love the customer service and attention to detail these folks have! I did not like being forced to have to pay for the “KARR” security system, which not only is worthless, but does not do what the salesman told me it would do, like remote start your car or locate your car. I knew fully well I was buying a car as-is with no warranties but they stepped up. Front office is friendly and technicians are willing to correct issues in a timely manor. Technicians overlook details so make sure you look over their work. An example is headlights installed properly but not leveled. I believe small issues like that would be avoided if an independent quality assurance and quality control individual performed a final inspection of work.

I purchased a 2009 Wrangler last week. They were friendly and easy to deal with, however I was told it was given a complete inspection. They replaced rear brakes and changed the oil as well as having it detailed. When I got it home it had a power steering fluid puddle underneath. Found a leaking hose, it had been leaking a while. I was very surprised by the customer service at Jim Marsh! I emailed them with a few requests and instead of trying to convince me to come in so they could try and manipulate me (like all car salesmen do), they just gave me what I asked for. Straight up, no B.S. It was refreshing to feel like you’re not being “worked over” by a dealership. We figured out the car we wanted, with the superb help of Charlene and had the deal set up before I even walked out of my house. At the dealership, Johnny took care of the rest and showed us how to work almost everything in the car. He also sent us videos, so we could learn more on our own. I have never had a dealership walk me through so many details! The best part of it all was Charlene though. She was so helpful, kind, personable and didn’t try to B.S. me once. She felt like a long time family friend by the end of the day! The entire experience was phenomenal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, anytime.

This place is absolutely the dealership you would want to take your car to get maintenance and repairs. It’s not chaotic or rush rush atmosphere. I took my Jeep Wrangler in there yesterday 12-7-20 to get a new lug lock. They had it in stock. Yay. The lady (bad with names) in parts who took care of me was very nice and patient with me. I then proceeded to the service department the lady and gentleman there was so nice and helpful when I asked how much is oil change and they were able to get me in right away for an oil change. The service was beyond my expectations!They put the new set of lug locks on my tires and did the oil change. The oil change price was very reasonable and affordable.I definitely recommend this place to buy a car and get service. As long as I have my Jeep this is the place that I will go to no matter what the cost is. They really impressed meThank you Jim Marsh

I know my credit is a challenge - but you really are no different than any other car dealership- you got my hopes up and then gave me a story of the previous dealership and fluffing g and said I would have to wait 60 days - or get a cosigner- I am trying to establish credit - I want to do this on my own - I have a good job, good income and a really good down payment- but that is not good enoughWhat I dont understand is if you have more money and great credit you can make any deal you want- but if you have a challenge no o e wants to work with you - you have to pay more interest and the higher priceWhat is
