I had a really great experience today at Discount Tire. I was under a major time crunch (I was passing through Vegas on a family trip). This place is always busy... and with good reason. They are professional and courteous. Went in for tires(had appointment) and was out in less than an hour. Completely hassle free. Didnt try to upsell me anything I didnt need. Just got my car in(this took most of the time I was there, as stated this place is BUSY), my tires on, and me out the door.10/10. Will do business again! Definitely make an appointment though... one karen came in without one around noon and went straight past the line to talk to the guys at the desk while I was there. Her estimate was 6PM for a flat fix. Must suck not to have a plan or the capability to deal with stuff like this.

Tire had a flat, they honored the fix or replace guarantee, which was nice. Luckily, I got a flat within a couple miles of a discount tire and made it here.There was long line and 10 minute wait, but the employees had smiles and tried to quickly help everyone.Overall it was a great, no real complaints, 5 stars. I would definitely suggest Discount Tires.

Stopped in for tire service. Pressure was very low in all 4 wheels. They took good care of me at no charge. It doesnt matter tgat I buy all my tires tgere. A technician will fill your tires for free anytime. Great service.

Manuel was very nice and super educated. Mike R. was a little rude. Granted we were a hour late however his comments were rude. Not to mention we dropped the car off and 30 mins later car was ready for pick up. So all Mikes comments were unnecessary and unacceptable as the client. My rating is more based toward Mikes actions.

This is my go-to location. for air checks and repairs when needed. I always fee respected, and the work is done well.

Right now Im sitting waiting to be helped. I can hear them telling each other thats theres someone waiting. But they dont come out to help. So thats cool. This is Las Vegas. I tip these guys. Smog guys etc. I believe Im GNA stop doing that.

Been going to DT for years... Hands down, best place. Yes they all achieve the same end results so it sometimes comes down to the little extras where differences count. Got there an hour early for my appointment, was thanked rather then informed I was early. The shop guys worked as a team and knocked it out quickly. The customer service was clean, concise and straight forward. AND... Unlike any previously visited location, it may seem silly but, they shined the tires. A tiny extra mile effort that goes the distance. A++. Highly recommended location.

The people were nice and the tire prices were fair, however they took over an hour even tho they were not very busy. Also they did not put the security cap back on one of my hubcaps so it fell off 2 minutes after leaving. I showed them where the key and the cap were in the passenger seat but they forgot one I guess.

Brandon is AWESOME. He is helpful has a pleasant smile and very resourceful.

The Touchless Experience was fantastic! I shopped and purchased online with an appointment. I pulled up to the door and waited less than a minute to check in. They had a bay with my name on a sign. They guided me into the bay and checked my id and payment. I then sat in the car while they put on the new tires. Mike, Brady, Brandon C and Jacob S were great. This was by far the best new tire experience I’ve ever had.

It was terrible for the 2nd time in a row,, I went there to have my tires check and I waited for over 11 minutes. To other vehicles behind me decided was too long and left.. I went inside the store and was helped immediately by one of your service advisors.. But I told him that I was outside awaiting port air and it was 11 minutes plus. The inform me that they were very busy which I underst and but it is hot in Las Vegas and 11 minutes sitting in a car is on acceptable.. I told him if they were that busy they should close that part of the business so people would not have to wait so long for no service.. I would have felt better knowing that and come back at another time.. What is the 2nd time that happened to me and I feel your company has truly lost its customer service on many levels.. He did speak to me quite politely.. It would be much better if you hired one person just to keep an eye on what you guys advertise as our time is valuable.. Thank you for listening to me...😯😯

Always have had and have GREAT SERVICE... I have bought my tires from DISCOUNT TIRES and have Never had any problems with them.. I always purchased the extended warranties when I buy tires, they will replace your tires, without any questions if you have the warranty on them, i.e. if your side wall is blown out or they are have irregular wear and tear, etc. It is worth protecting your expensive tire purchase!! And tire rotations are always free too!!!
