Front Desk guy was super helpful, and courteous. Even though I was in a rush, and was seemingly on edge, he gracefully explained everything to me, and didnt even blink when I got a little snippy. Put me in a whole different mood. He even referred me to a door lock specialist since I had a unique issue with my keys and locks and they wouldnt be able to manage in store. Car is running great, and I love the online system where I can see everything thats been done or needs to be done in the near or distant future.
Tevin (thats his name) was the manager on duty and made a difficult repair easy and affordable. Very friendly service. This will now be my go to place for regular maintenance. I felt comfortable and appreciated and I felt I could trust them. I drive an older car and they could find the correct cabin air filter that no other parts store could find for more than three years. What a relief!
The guy that helped me ( i cant remember his name, he has tattoos and a beard) was super friendly and efficient. Ill be coming back here for an oil change.
I asked an office staff if he had 2 minutes to take a look at the car I was driving which had an issue with the brake release. He told me to wait as he was busy dealing with clients professionally with full attention. After some minutes when he became available he took a look at the car’s problem. Then he asked a mechanic to see if the issue could be resolved quickly. The mechanic got pliers to pull the brake release cable. He fixed it n 3 minutes. It was such a huge relief. All I can say is that I met 2 ANGELS on August 16 around 9am at Meineke car care center. The first one is Doug ( i hope I got his name right, i was so overwhelmed with joy that I couldn’t hear clearly when he introduced himself). Then he mentioned the other angel’s name, I think I heard the name Ryan - the mechanic.😊👍Many thanks and blessings😇😇
Tevin is the best. I trust his work and the people he manages. He used to work across the street from my old work. I specifically drive out of my way to come to this location and get serviced by him. The staff is kind and attentive. Came to get my air conditioner fixed and they had the part delivered and got right to work. I will be coming back for sure.
This place was awesome the day before I went over and got my car fixed over here. I went to D.I. Mechanic Off of Boulder Highway and got a quote of $1400. They wanted to tell me that I needed a new radiator, my water pump and timing belt, and an oil change. Well I got it checked and looked at it with a second opinion. And the gentleman said that I didn’t need a radiator replace that it was only the water pump with the timing belt. They help me pay only half of the price that I was originally going to pay for my car. And they got it done in the same day which I am so grateful for. I’m a single mother of two boys and right now I’m working towards rebuilding my life so I drive out to Texas once a month to make sure my kids know that I’m still there. And my birthday is on May 17 which I’m going to go see them next week for my youngest kids birthday which is two days after mine. And the only present I wanted was to be able to go see my kids And they were able to make sure my car was good enough to be able to do that. So I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart y’all are awesome and I appreciate all the knowledge you gave me about my car as well.
The staff was very nice I appreciate everything they did unfortunately soon thereafter taking off on the road I had an issue with my four wheel drive I heard something click clacking when they were lifting up the vehicle but I didnt think a second thought on it I said theyre professionals and know what theyre doing and maybe this has nothing to do with that but when it comes to oil changer every fast you might want to ask if they have synthetic oil because apparently they dont carry that and thats the only thing that my vehicle uses please dont give me wrong the stuff was wonderful I just feel like I would have to address this with corporate office versus them I will keep you guys updated
I came across this place through Groupon. Purchased a voucher for a full synthetic oil change. I made an appointment for the next day, and was greeted by Phil, the manager of the place. He got my Mustang in the back quickly, entertained me with lively conversation while I waited. I got a text and an email giving me details about my car, pictures of what they did...very informative. Got a new air filter and I was good to go in about an hour. Great fast prompt service. I highly recommend them.

The service worker was cordial and knowledgeable he made me feel relaxed and confident that what was being done( tire rotation and balance) was going to be done right. Being female thats a very important point which will have me coming back for any thing else that maybe needed on my suv

I have a rubbing or clicking noise in one of my rims. I thought it may be brakes, the said it wasnt the brakes and then took it for a test drive and came back and said it was the brakes.they changed the brakes but the sound is still there. Plus the brakes feel worst at time. I feel that they just changed them for the money

This is a scam shop that feeds off people with no mechanical background. Sent my wife here with a $69 Groupon for rear brakes, they tried to get her for $400 said the rotors were bad. I inspected the rotors when she got home and they are fine just need turned to be perfect. Looks like I’ll be doing them myself for $18. It’s sad there is so many scam shops here in Vegas I thought with a major corporations name on this shop they would be decent but nope. Run far away from this place they are using Groupons to get you in the door to scam you. Was not metal on metal photos below.

The service was great! I came in for an oil change but knew that I needed a few more repairs done so the mechanic was able to drop me off at work while they assesed the repairs. The recommend repairs were more than I expected but the manager Phil was easy going and professional. He didnt try to make me feel like all the recomendations were a must have right away.
I was happy with these guys. They were honest and fair. They made my work truck runway better and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I will be a regular they’re so my truck stays tiptop.
The experience was average. 6/10Reasoning:Customer service seemed a little dry. Took way longer than expected. The guy said he was giving the best deal, just seemed a little pricey for brake pads and rotor parts for rear tires only. The front desk guy said they don’t take outside parts, even though they are connected to an autozone that sells the same parts for half the price. He said because they have warranty (but only a year while other places have lifetime warranties and better deals). Wanted to get tires and a/c check as well, but labor costs were half the bill for a job he said that would take less than 2 hours and also there “ac device doesn’t work.” One guy was working on my car, the other was taking smoke breaks every 15 minutes. Didn’t really feel complete leaving without the tires. Not sure if I would go back. The experience was unfulfllling. Similar to paying at an expensive restaurant and only getting a small portion meal, big bill, while still feeling hungry leaving. Just wished I would have looked around more, saw better deals elsewhere.

Someone tried to steal my catalytic converter this morning. When I called for pricing they said theyd have to look at it first. I knew then that they were honest so I am giving them a try.
Pro: They fixed the transmission fluid leak and added fluid for free. Five stars 🧡Cons: They wanted to charge me $300 to change the antifreeze reservoir tank, which costs $33 at AutoZone and 2 minutes to replace. They also said that they had to flush the radiator, which is only a few months old. Minus 2 stars 🤨💁🏻♂️ So, I just did it myself.

My invoice # 9344 date:6/21/21 there you can get my information.I have made ANOTHER complaint to customer service, but seeing as this is a FRANCHISE theres nothing they can do!! Still waiting for a franchise manager or the actual owner to reach out.....***Completely negligent, and unprofessional. If you want quailty care care DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They took us for over 900.00 held our truck for a week.... just to be told take it to ford, we cant figure it out We had to take it to an actual mechanic and were told it was wiring (wires tucked under the radiator hose and above the fan) ) it cost 265.00 and the truck stopped stalling FINALLY. When we asked Meineke for a partial refund (labor only) we were denied!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I decided to change my Meineke store to closer to where I live, instead of close to where I work. Im glad I did! I called the Charleston store and spoke to Jordan to set the brake appointment for the next day she was very friendly and helpful on the phone.I then met Phil the store manager and Tevin at the Charleston store.I was very pleased with the help I received. The guys were very helpful, friendly, and efficient with the front brakes I needed replaced.I have been coming to Meineke for a while now. And I have to say that today was the best experience ever at a Meineke store. Go see Phil at the Meineke at Eastern and Charleston in Las Vegas you will be glad you did! 👍😎

I was greeted as soon as I walked in even though he was busy with another customer. The staff were very knowledgeable and were able to see what was wrong right away. My car was in for less than 40 minutes and now runs like it did when I bought it. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who wants affordable, efficient and friendly car service.

Set an appointment over the phone, never got a confirmation. When i called day of to ask if i could come in an hour later the guy just said “yeah yeah sure no problem bring it in just give me an hour *I’ll get it done today*”Yeah surprise not only did he say he couldn’t finish it today when i got in 2.5 hours before closing he just straight up denied i ever spoke to him on the phone and that he never even had a 1pm appointment set today. Unorganized and really frustrating. Left.

I’ve gone to Meineke for the past 3 oil changes and they always do the job right. This time is was still done correctly but I don’t think I’m going back. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change on my car. I watched a whole movie and a random episode of a show while I waited in their lobby. They spent most of their time on their phone and just joking around about something. When my car was done they parked it out front and didn’t tell me until 20 minutes later because they were in the back laughing. I’m not guess that’s what they were doing. I know that’s what they were doing because I could clearly see them through the window. I paid 81 dollars and wasn’t even told the total until after I paid. My mistake for Not paying attention but I think that was the last time I go to meineke.
Every time I need assistance with my vehicle it gets taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. The employees are always friendly, courteous and attentive to there customers. I love this place.
I went in for a simple oil change. The oil change was fine but at the end I noticed the tech had co nect a computer to my obd port. When I got my car back I noticed the oil change light had been changed from 10000 miles to 3400 miles. I went back and asked why he changed that and I did not want it changed. He tried to change it back but said his machine wont put it back. So I left again. Then I noticed my automatic locks are messed up as well. I dont understand why he didnt just do what I paid them to do. Im still trying to figure out what he did to my locks. I will never use them again!Update! I called the number the owner listed below. All they did was connect me to the shop. The shop told me to bring the car back to let them take a look. I took it back and the tech came to the conclusion that both of my rear locks just happen to go bad right after the oil change at the same time. I ended up taking it to Franks European car repair and it turns out that it was a coding issue as I suspected. Do not let these guys connect to your computer! Dont go through the $600 lesson that I went through. Most expensive oil change ever!

I took my car in to have the engine replaced and had my left front wheel stolen by an employee named Derek instead of notifying me right away, I was given a lie about my engine not being received yet when in actuality they were waiting for a new rim and tire. Some of the other employees Began to place dibs on my car thinking that I would just abandon the car after learning the cost of repair. My Engine cover and a pair of keys were missing when I picked my car up, I had to drive back twice to the shop because they forgot to fill my transmission up with fluid after changing my radiator.worst part I had to get corporate involved and I didnt get one penny refunded to me or offered a free oil change in the future. My cars transmission fluid was leaking after paying $4700 for repairs. Go to another shop!!!!

Came in today 04/15/2020 to get my brakes done, The manager Ricky was super friendly and helpful. Said they would do a brake inspection and I was informed that I needed new pads and rotors. I knew prior to arriving that I needed to get these replaced anyway but the professionalism and caring of the staff made me realize that my safety is of the upmost importance. I just wanted to get my pads redone but I know I would have to get the whole work done so I did. Ricky was helpful and even worked with me on pricing. Overall the work was done quick but done right. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs. THANK YOU RICKY AND YOUR STAFF.UPDATE; 5/1/2020Also had my AC repairs done here as well and I am so grateful for Rickey and Junior. I needed an new AC compressor and after getting prices all around town, Ricky definitely helped out and now I wont have to bake in my car anymore. Junior was the mechanic that worked on my car and I am now a customer for life with these guys. They treat me like family and this business knows how to treat people. Thank you guys for all that you do. Ill be back shortly to do my suspension work!

Worst service Ive ever had in my life! Was told three times the car was ready for pickup only to be told it wasnt done when we got there! Third time said it was done and got a couple blocks away and had to go right back because the car was making horrible noise from the bearings they were supposed to have fixed! Manager gave me his card and when I called because I hadnt heard from them for two more days he didnt answer his phone! I then called the shops phone and the girl that answered said he was with another customer. I told her to have him call me because he was supposed to replace a sensor for all the trouble they caused and I wanted to make sure it was done. He never bothered calling back! Went in to pick the car up this morning and it was sitting outside with both rear windows completely rolled down! Will never return to this location again! Horrible service!!!!!!

Have used this shop twice, prices are about average, and work is okay, but their customer service needs major improvement. Both times I was not called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. They did not follow through on some minor work I requested, and no “next service” information.Basically, don’t expect much from them.

I went to this place twice because my check engine light was on they charged my warranty company 400 then a week later it was on again I took my car back to them and they turned it off again but then another week it came back on again so this time I let it go so when my registration was due I went and this time they charged me over 2k for the and the light came back on so when I called them they wanted to charge 2,000 more for a ctalytic converter so I took my 600 car to Firestone they charged me only 600 and they told me no need for that other work and my car is running perfect and I got my registration
This was my second time at this Meineke for my 3month oil change and this time needed something else. From the moment I called on the telephone the manager, Dexter was exceptional and professional and fair. He wasnt trying to rake me over the coils like the dealership or other shops did. He wanted to make sure my car was safe and i felt comfortable. I watched him treat other guest with the same kindness and attention. I also watched him help his team to keep up with the flow, super leadersip. I believe Capione is the correct spelling for my service specialist who also was kind, funny and thorough. He also thanked me for allowing him to work on my car. Quality people at this location. Some of the faces have changed since i last went there and had such a pleasant experience i came back. This is now my spot for my car, any car i own needs. I am happy to share with others about great care car at this location. Thanks!

I went for an oil change and to change my air filter in my car. The guy in front was pleasant and had a whole lot of energy for 8am (that’s a good thing) it was fast and quick. Very friendly that he even sprayed air freshener on my new filter now my car smells great!
The staff is very professional, fast at work, friendly and warm. They really take good care of your car and even yourself when you need something personal while waiting. You should get an appointment first if you wanna wait while the car is repaired. I give 5 stars for this place and will definitely come again.

I went to Meineke to have my bf’s oil changed. I found a Groupon for $45 for full synthetic. After calling a few different locations, I found one on n eastern and the lady said she could get me in at 10am. Wonderful! I arrived at 9:45am and checked in. I told the receptionist about the Groupon I saw, and showed her, but had not purchased it yet because at the time I wasn’t sure if they could get me in for an appointment. She said “don’t buy the Groupon. We have a deal for the same thing but it’s $60 out the door.” Um, I would still be saving money buying the Groupon nd that’s the point of Groupon. This is vegas and half the city is laid off so if I can save $5, I will.So, my appointment was at 10am. They didn’t take my car back until 11:10am. I didn’t realize the car was still out in the front until 10:55 but she was helping someone and by the time they took my car, she was still with the same customer. So, 11:10am they took my car for an oil change and to check the AC. I didn’t leave until 12:45pn. I was literally there for exactly 3 hours. This is ridiculous. An oil change and a simple ac check should take maybe 40 minutes. And all it was, was a simple AC check because anything more I would have had to pay and believe me, I will never pay for Meineke ANY WHERE after this experience.The only plus was the manager was nice when he was explaining to me about what they found during the 23 point inspection.

Needed tail pipe welded someone cut off 18 inches of my muffler pipe, they fixed it in a timely fashion
Ive been to some bad shops. These guys try to do their best and least the guy at the front counter does but babe cannot fix flat tire. Dont mean I had a flat tire I mean thats an easy thing to fix and they cant fix that. Took my car in three times because they kept messing it up. Will not take it there again. I suggest you find a different place any place.
Clay was very helpful and explained the reasons why he recommended the parts to be taken care of. He did not come off as persuasive or pushy. He gave me a real point of view and a time frame to get the repairs done. I plan on making this my regular service place.

They charge me almost a thousand dollars to fixed my car. And the next day I broke down again on the highway. And when I got my receipt for fixing it, they didnt show my 100 dollars i gave them the day they got my car
Staff extremely RUDE ! Came in to have something fixed . Explained to the guy at the front desk that I needed to replace a sensor informed him I went to auto zone and had them plug it up to see why the check engine light came on .. he stated “ I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE GO TO AUTOZONE THEY ARE NOT Mechanics... asked him how much would it cost to fix it .. he stated 150 but to Guarantee his work I would have to pay $100 to diagnose the car I explained to him that I already know what it was and I just needed it to be fixed and he shove the paper back at me and advised me that he cannot guarantee his work without a diagnose I took the paper and walked off and told him that he is very rude . He needs to work on his customer service skills . I would never recommend anybody to this location.

I had taken my car for oil change several occasion, to the same location, however i felt very uncomfortable when Ricky whom i believe is in charge told me that with only oil change his business can close and he would not be able to support his family I dont understand he kept telling me Mrs when are you bringing your car for a real job. Perhaps I will start going somewhere else I felt very humiliated cause there were other clients there so i i explained that Im retired and on a budget . Wow i thought an oil change will be business for your company, I guess Im wrong sorry if Im not a good enough client. I shall find where else to go.
