Visited this store to get my battery checked because i had to jump it this morning. I was amazed at how good this store looked walking in and was immediately greeted at the door and asked how i could be helped. I told him my story and we went outside to test my battery which was bad. We went over my options on the Diehard batteries they carry and he recommended the AGM for the amount of accessories i have. they also got me signed up for Speedperks which is there reward program for purchases made and gave me a $10 off coupon for next visit and also gave me a military discount for being a veteran! Staff was excellent and made me feel at home here. This will be my new Auto Parts Store!

Dont support military like Autozone and Orileys....definitely wouldnt do any automotive business with them ever

Excellent customer service and convenient to the strip. I had car troubles and this branch helped me thru my whole debacle. I. Thankful to have stopped at a place where there is a sense of pride for work and be kind to their customers.

This is by far the worst carquest . They hire a bunch of Mexican tweekers that play on there phones and have no idea about cars ..I will happily pay more anywhere else then this place buyer beware u will have issues if you shop here

Never a good experience shopping at this store. 1st time no one helped me or greeted me when so I left. I came in 2nd time the employee was rude when I asked if it was high build primer sold me the wrong one so I had to return it and asked if it had double charged my card during the return he reply look at your receipt. Well Im asking you cause Im not sure. Just called asking for price on paint just got ya we got it asked the price got a sigh and it varies. House of kolor kandy koncentrate line. 60-100 dollars. Overpriced attitude

Raul is the man, Im from out of town and I needed help locating a part Raul went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed right away.

I went in yesterday and had already ordered an alternator for my car but I changed my mind and wanted the OEM Bosch. The guys were incredibly courteous and when I mentioned that I could get the Bosch alternator online for a hundred dollars less (I had no problem paying more locally and supporting our local businesses) they worked with me and got it to me for 50 dollars less then what it was originally. I was very happy with that and will continue to purchase part at carquest.

Fast and good service

Walked in to get paint & the guy said he was off in 8 min and it takes 15 min to mix (Art was his name). He told me he wouldn’t do it. Then I drove to the Cheyenne and Nellis location and they helped me. It took 5-7 min to mix.

Great Parts Store- had everything I needed for my brake job on a 1970 Buick Skylark, Howard took great car of me and the prices were much better than the big chain stores. A++++

This is one of the oldest part stores in vegas and in my opinion has the best employees and the best stock. They can mix and bottle paint as where most other stores do not. You have to park at the side of the builing which is a small annoyance, but acceptable. If you needs parts or paint, this is where to get it.

Showed up 5 minutes before closing. Needed a bunch of parts.and the right part as they was about to close and I had about a 2,000 mile road trip in front of me. No room for error. And i had no tools. They hooked me up with everything i needed. Gave me a deal on a tools set. I was back on the road that night heading home with no problems. Thanks to the guys there at carquest in Las vegas on sammy Davis jr. Especially Raul said he just transferred from New York. I appreciate all your help. I was actually in Vegas for a medical emergency and needed to get someone back home quick. Because of this shop and Raul I was able to make it back home with no hicups and problems.thanks again

They said that better pricing was a reason to drive all the way down there but we were charged the same as your local Auto Parts store for the same brand name.

I like the old-style feel of this store and its cadre of grizzled old-timers who really know parts and like to make their customers happy. Beware though, the store recently changed its closing time to 6:00 p.m., which was a disappointment to me when I showed up at 6:30 p.m. in March 2016 lugging a heavy battery only find the door locked.

Store sold my broker part, and cost me money while the mechanic wait for my to go across town because the original store didnt have another starter for my truck. Sad!

Six or seven employees wandering around, one person working on one of four-ish registers. I spent 30 minutes being ignored, 25 minutes waiting in line with only ONE PERSON in front of me, then another 15 minutes for the man to figure out how to ring up my purchase.No.Never. Again.
