After searching the internet for a pair of Trunk lid springs for my car, my choices were pay $69. for the original or $29. each for similar springs.I found the Originals, though used they were in excellent condition. My head gasket blew, and the cylinder head had some hairline cracks in it. With over 250k miles on my car, I wasnt too keen on buying a brand new head, and rebuilt ones were a little pricey too.Went to Pic A Part after looking at their inventory online, and seeing about 20-30 cars with the same engine as mine.Bring your own tools and pull the part you are needing. Pretty simple and straightforward. The guys at the front gate are friendly and helpful.If you are willing to put in the work, you will save a lot of money vs buying parts elsewhere.

Fantastic selection of automobiles! The best looking junkyard I have ever been in. All pavement and concrete so you dont have to get in the dirt. Great prices on used parts and with a friendly and courteous staff!

First time being at a salvage yard and it was interesting. I was confused at first because there’s not much details to find the specific car you’re looking for but once you start looking you get the hang of it.Found 3 parts under $20 in very good condition especially since the car is 15 years old. Online would have cost me 4 times the amount. Definitely should check it out!!

Meh, it was ok. Would have been nice if they had some big map showing where makes were.Never saw any row numbers like from their website.The yard definitely is not as clean as the video on their website boasts about. Went early on a Saturday morning and the place was pretty messy. I know its a junkyard but the video said it was super clean when it wasnt.Also, they really need to get more carts.I do like how almost every car has a sticker with the year make model. That was nice.I wish there was some way they could add more shade. That sun is brutal in the summer.

Good place to find used motor spare parts, if you know how to select and remove the parts you need with your own toos. There are plenty of good parts even like new. Not only parts even you can find good engines and transmissions.

I recently went up there to grab a mirror and a head light I had to return because I had the wrong side headlight and the experience was terrible. First I was treated like I was trying to con them for a salvaged part being the cashier took me through the ringer to verify I actually bought the parts even though they number all parts to find in the system at a later date if needed. I was able to tell them the date it was bought provide the part with (the number they wrote) on it and that it was paid for with a card after all that I was still asked the last 4 digits of the card number I paid with. Then I was told I can exchange the headlight but not the side mirror because some how even though I bought everything at the same time and paid for A warranty, I was told the employee manually removed the warranty for the mirror and it was definitely my fault even though I cant touch the computer and requested a warranty Hence the one I paid for. I explained this had to be an error and I didnt want any cash back I just wanted an exchange the part for the right 1 to the employee and the manager and was denied due to their employees error when I first purchased the items with them telling me if this was done on the receipt I must have requested it. So once again I was called a liar and treated like I was trying to get over on them for a salvaged part I took off myself and paid for which is basically a zero sum gain for me . The customer service was disgusting and I ended up leaving the mirror there anyway because I couldnt use it and was very irritated. If 0 stars was a thing I would definitely give it

Our van was robbed in Las Vegas (someone smashed a window) so we found Pic A Part - they have a handy form on their site that lets you research what vehicles they have available.They didn’t answer calls so you just have to stop by and see if their vehicles have the parts you need.We found several very similar model vans - and a replacement window for a fair price. Staff was friendly and yard was well organized.

Nobody answers the phone.! Ive called for three days at various times, about 8 to 10 times and not once did someone answer or the call go to voice mail. It just rings. I cant waist my time driving all the way there to find out they dont have the vehicle I need to pick parts off. And they charge a cover to enter. Ridiculous way to run a business . . . Not answering business calls during business hours.

If youve got the time, the tools, and the know how youll be able to find so many parts and accessories for your vehicle.Ive used this opportunity on many occasions and have been fairly pleased with the outcome and even most of the prices.Then the situation arose where I purchased a part, even played for insurance just in case, although I was told I had so many days to return. The part was not compatible. So I brought it back only to be told I could have store credit. Although I have gone there many times, it will take me a long time to buy $70.Not pleased with this, ergo two stars removed. Otherwise, recommended!

I love this place, been there many times over the years. Great stop for a car enthusiast, builder, or DIY guy. For example: the whole Bose stereo system from Mercedes Benz SUV cost me just over $60. That includes four speakers, subwoofer, and the amplifier. The same used system sells on eBay for almost $200, It will be nice addition to my 59 Chevy truck when finished. Another great thing is that you can look online what cars or trucks they currently have there, and how much would certain part cost before you go. I only wish they had more older, or classic cars cars.

Cars come and go pretty quick sometimes, so if you see something you want, dont wait untill next time! The whole car could be gone! Prices are very fair on most things for coming out of a junk yard

Although they have a good selection of vehicles there prices are starting to get ridiculous and not worth going to when your not really saving much.

They had what I needed, it was easy to find and was inexpensive

After spending a good part of my day cutting out a exterior rear quarter panel with window. Which by their own price list I researched 49.50 for the panel and 29.50 for the large window. So to my surprise and disbelief they quoted me a price of 160.00

My father in law came with me to get a head for his car and wound up having a drop in his blood sugar bad enough that he almost passed out and the employees were exemplary in their care in handling the crisis during the time they were closing down and clearing people out of the yard. They got a wheelchair to help him to my van and gave him a soda to get his blood sugar back up. I am thankful for their assistance and customer service.

I went to get a tire/wheel and a door lock mechanism on Wednesday. I had a great experience. Got the parts I needed at a reasonable price, and one of the cashiers told me I could get the tire changed down the street for only $5. Great customer service.
