Great experience! We are repeat customers (bought 2 brand new cars and got a great deal five years ago). Angelo Vega (sales Manager), Paul Vela (salesman) and Chuck Armstrong (service dept. manager) were all very polite and helpful. I got a great deal and even got lower interest than promised (thanks, Angelo). We also got an amazing warranty automatically built into the payment, so well never have to worry about the cost of repairs. Paul is very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and showed me how everything worked (Ive never had a car this fancy before...steep learning curve). Chuck drove across town personally to electronically unlock my new car for me (I just brought it home this morning and promptly locked the key inside). Everything was cleaned thoroughly inside and out and they even made a small repair. They offered to order an extra key and gave me a referral to have the door code reset. This is our third purchase. Well definitely be back when we need another new car.

I went to the dealership and expecting a “pushy salesmen.” Instead, I got friendly people person who didn’t try to “push” anything on me. Mr. Vega helped me find the vehicle that fitted my need and in my price range. We saw many nice trucks, but when I told him I didn’t like certain aspects, he kept looking and didn’t try to put me in just any vehicle. He was able to find me a truck that suited me and made the process stress-free and pleasant. In the future, I will return to Credit Cars dealership because of Mr. Vega. My experience with this place has been horrible from the start there very on organized but gave them the benefit of the doubt my husband an I got a 2015 Chrysler 200 we have only had it 3 weeks and already having issues car wont start when it’s supposed to spoke to staff and they don’t seem to care I would not recommend this place they just want a sale !!!!

I went to inquire about getting a cheaper monthly payment and trading in my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and I was immediately greeted. The manager was very helpful in assistanting myself and the salesman and took the time to help me do research on what would work best for me. I was given helpful and full information on their process. I will definitely be back to further the process!

At first I thought the people here were great, Especially dan! But it turns out they just told me what I wanted to hear and never was truthful. I was a first time car buyer and they ruined the entire experience for me. I went in with decent credit and left with almost nothing because they didn’t know when enough was enough. They sent my info out way to many times, I also eventually took the car back and pretty much forced them to refund me my down payment minus” taxes and fees “. The people here are way under qualified and purely don’t know what they are doing.

I should have looked at the reviews before even considering this place. They are most definitely shady, management is horrible and very unprofessional yelling and cussing at the employees in front of customers, lying on contracts to make a deal go through and avoiding customers and making excuses and blaming the banks when they dont. When I told them I was returning the vehicle because they cant get their things in order they tried charging us for mileage used on the vehicle claiming we used 8000 miles, yet we had the contract when we first got the vehicle which shows the mileage and we were smart enough to take a picture of the mileage (date and time stamped) before returning the vehicle and in fact we only used 1473 miles. Worst experience ever. Dont waste your time or money with this dealership.

Got a good vehicle at a good price. Had to do a couple of things to it, but thats a 12 year old car being a 12 year old car.

This place is a joke they lie about EVERYTHING... They say no credit check...1,000 down ... Bull they run ur credit and ways want more than a 1,000 down and trade in ur car for more down payment...They guy my husband and i talk to judge rite away because we have tatoos didnt even give us a chance .. My husband works his ass to get what we got and u want to sit there and judge... Well since we never got a chance he said he would call us in the morning to let us know about the jeep we want never did ...BUT ON THE GREAT SIDE WE GOT APPROVED FOR A 20,000 DOLLAR HOW ABOUT THAT U JUDGED US WE TOOK OUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE ... BYE THANK U FOR BEING UGLY CUZ WE GOT SOMETHING BETTER ..

Horrible place i bought my truck from them they are part of sisbarro i missed payment when my father was very sick and hospitalised so they repo the truck when i made my payment to get the truck back i noticed they stole my head lights and put some other old ones on like i wouldnt have notice they also swapped out my battery when i reported it to them they pretty much laughed and said thats the way the truck was i provided them with the pictures from my insurance company of the head lights that i had and they said i was trying to scam them i only need a couple more payments but i suggest everyone stay away theyre no help at all just a bunch of thieves ive spoke with all sorts of management they all said i will look into it and ill get back with you and they never do. What sucks is its the employees who stole regular thieves wouldnt replace my battery and headlight they would have just stripped it.

Bought a car in 2016 of last year and the car was horrible every other month in and out of shop with major problems for a year straight of having the car they wouldnt help with changing the car out and said it was my problem there Im a pretty upset sbout the situation if your looking for a car dont bother coming here all there cars are lemons i hear others storys about this place and they said all there cars are problem cars I would buy a car from then if I was you just my honest oppion

Awful, Totally shady car sales people. They sell broken cars that are way to expensive. Dont buy a car from them. They will ruin your credit.

Awful Experience sold me a lemon, totally unprofessional and unorganized, they only sell cars they buy at police auctions, VERY SHADY. They dont even help you when you need to make a payment, they only have one person that makes the payment if she isnt there then you are screwed and they charge you a late fee.

Horrible. They are scam artists, and will do anything to rip you off. They do not call back, they have poor customer service. Buying from them is a bad idea.
