My husband was working with these people for nearly a week attempting to buy a car from them. He gave them a $500 deposit on Friday. They told him Saturday that they were working on paperwork (after HE CALLED THEM), then did not do anything the entire day. Monday he calls then he was told that they had to go through “MGD,” which they had not told him up until this point. He was already at the bank prepared to send money to them. This entire time HE called THEM all but two times. They constantly told him that they would get back to him and send him photos and videos within the hour and he had to continue to call about it. The gave him a lower price and not 2 hours later raised it back to 14,900. This evening, Monday, they SOLD THE CAR to someone else after having $500 of ours since FRIDAY. I would give 0 stars if I could. Completely unprofessional. They also screen the reviews on their website to make themselves look better.

Literally every vehicle Ive owned over the past twenty plus years was bought there. Well, were in the middle of a pandemic and theres a chip shortage. The chip shortage has impacted the car industry resulting in empty dealership lots. With new cars in such short supply the demand for used vehicles has increased exponentially. I checked my usual spot a few times online, but they only had a few vehicles and nothing that I was interested. The one time they did, it was gone so fast I didnt even have a chance to go check it out. Supply and demand I guess....For the first time ever I decided to look elsewhere. So naturally I did a google search for Las Cruces Car Dealerships and started looking for dealerships with the most reviews and highest ratings. I wasnt shocked to see my usual spot show up on the top of my filtered search since its a massive dealership that under normal circumstances has tons of vehicles, but what did shock me was the next dealership on my sorted list was a smaller used car dealership named L&L Auto Sales SuperCenter. I thought to myself, well that cant be right, but I figured Id check out the website and see what all the fuss was about.The website was very accommodating for those looking to virtually browse the lot. The site was well organized with plenty of photos (inside and outside) of all the vehicles. Each vehicle had a Carfax link making it easy to check out vehicle history. Once I narrowed it down to a couple of vehicles I called L&L and had the pleasure of speaking with Brandi. She was very friendly, polite, professional, and patient. Due to the pandemic, I wanted to minimize my time onsite, poor Brandi put up with me calling, texting, and emailing her about multiple vehicles I was interested in for at least a couple of weeks. Although she was very busy helping customers she always took the time to answer my calls/emails/texts, she was always pleasant (even after the second week lol), and always super helpful.
