Nothing but problems.We bought a car in February. Turns out they didnt even have the title to sell us the car. we were driving on temp tags for months until they refused to give us more, but also refused to deal with the issues of the title in a timely manner. everytime we called or walked in to ask what they were going to do, they brushed us off with empty promises.we ended up needing a bigger car so we spoke with Suzanne about trading in the car, with which she was very kind and helpful.BUT A MONTH LATER we are still getting texts, emails and phone calls about sending proof of residency from two seperate employees- proof they dont communicate with each other, because we have provided these documents in the dealership, in several emails and yet they somehow still dont have it.i wouldnt even send my worst enemy here. the worst experiences i have ever had in any business.When you have to battle with them over losing your documents, stand your ground and show them your records. they bothered me for weeks about papers they said they needed but with email traffic and standing my ground they suddenly didnt need it anymore.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My wife’s suv was totaled and we were in need of a vehicle with a short amount of time to buy. Our salesman Arturo and the manager Hector were very helpful and got us a very good deal on a used Kia Sorento. There was no pressure to buy and we got an awesome deal despite the vehicle market skyrocketing price wise. Military friendly and no BS. Wouldn’t even consider buying another Kia from anywhere else.

Great place, initial problem was corrected by the the trained technicians. I could not have predicted a better outcome. From the beginning of the issue, to the ending/resolution, I highly recommend this dealership for purchase of a new car and the service department for resolving a potential issue that I thought was wrong with my car. It was a pleasure working with Andrew and Pitre Kia of Las Cruses. From the time I texted and spoke Andrew to finalizing our purchase it was zero pressure. I highly recommend Pitre Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle. When we arrived at the lot Andrew had both of the Seltos we had discussed ready for us to test drive. Everyone was very friendly and great to work with. Not only did we find the Seltos we wanted, we didnt pay dealer add-ons that we didnt want or premiums like the dealers in El Paso. The hour drive was well worth it and we paid less than MSRP...which was the case in El Paso.

They were very friendly and informative with my wife and I as we expressed what we were looking for in terms of what size vehicle we preferred and price range we were looking at. I wish I could remember her name, but she was a really nice lady in the service department who helped me. She was quick and listened to my concerns. She tried to help me and see if my light were covered under warranty, and they weren’t; however, she still took care of me and gave me some information on the warranty of my vehicle!

Terrible experience, was told our trade in vehicle would be paid off within 20-30 days but has not we have had to pay 2 payment already on a vehicle that we signed over to the dealer. Have called several times for answers but no one ever returns our phone calls. Always get the run around when they actually answer the phone. 100% would not recommend buying your vehicle here .

After some work to get me a deal for a new car and driving 3 and half hours there. I was sent home with a car that was dirty, but a coupon for a car wash next time in town. Then waited almost 2 months for plate to call and be told I have to either drive back for a VIN inspection or I could pay for it here and send the inspection and receipt of payment and I will be reimbursed. It has been over a month since that happened, not only did I have to drive to get my plate, which was wrong one, still no reimbursement. Besides my salesman, the customer service is terrible. I definitely will not go back to them to purchase again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Stopped in and viewed a used car on the lot on valley! First of all the car was rigged up like it came from the cartel and wouldn’t even start. My salesman was nice an courteous but aside from that ...I went an felt overly paranoid with the lack of concern over mask wear..all and I mean ALL the staff packed into a tiny office together an had their mask off only to come back out an be in close proximity to guest the lack off ppe for minimization of exposure between employees an guest is abismal and for some reason there was a fire set in the office along with the sticker prices not matching the online advertising... I have no problem with the establishment but maybe stricter regulations are necessary in order to make everyone feel safe.

The service department Myra & Joseph were the best! I had never worked with a dealership for repairs before but due to the recall had to take it directly to them. The service department alone deserves 5 stars. The dealership itself, I would not return for service. Just was given the run around. Dinged my credit had me waiting for answers of which were never truly provided until I called to figure out what was going on after 4 days of the waiting game. Not impressed with them but overly impressed with the service department.

Arturo and Ben were very professional. I thought the whole process took a bit too long, but I am happy with my purchase.Not so happy that I was unable to get an adjustable headrest for my Soul. I have to turn it around backwards so it doesnt push my head forward with the seat in an upright position where I like to have it.Also it took two extra visits to get my new car cleaned, and I waited 2 1/2 hours for that as they are short staffed during the pandemic.

I scheduled an appointment for both my wife and I to get our oil in both our cars changed. The woman on the phone told me she would do both oil changes at the same time at 10:30. After driving an hour one way for our appointment, I ask as soon as I walk in the door about how long (my wife had work and we had not eaten yet). I was told 1 hour and 10 minutes by the service advisor. 2 hours later my car is finished and told that my wifes car is in the wash bay right behind my car...15 minutes later her car is still nowhere to be seen. I advised the cashier that we were going to get something to eat because we had been waiting so long we were very hungry and growing impatient, and to please park my wifes car when it is done so it is out of the way.At 1:20, almost 3 hours later, I received a call telling my my wifes car was finally done. We walked in and asked for a 10% discount for the wait, which I was given $4 off a $75 service...for an oil change and a tire rotation. We are both from NY, where that service would cost less than $50. I asked the cashier why it took 3 hours for 2 oil changes if we were scheduled at the same time, only to get the most unsympathetic and attitude filled explanation that they over booked and had 5 appointments scheduled for 10:30. I would have just appreciated if they were honest about how long it was going to take.To top it off, my wifes car only has 22k miles on it and they had the audacity to tell us she needs 2 new tires! Disgusted we walk outside to get in our cars to head home and I see a mechanic sitting in the garage in an office chair. UNBELIEVABLE.We will be driving an extra 30 minutes and going to El Paso for services from now on. Outrageous prices, slow and lazy staff that doesnt care about customers and is incredibly rude.

I went in as a recommendation from family to get a clutch job done. I was confident it would work as my family are mechanics and this place was recommended over our traditional mechanic. I had my clutch replaced and it’s been less than a year since it has been. The clutch has failed cause numerous close calls with collisions in traffic. Took my vehicle to pep boys and they were concerned as to who did my clutch work. My transmission wasn’t even bolted down correctly in the first place and two bolts were even missing. This cause it to shift and cause the clutch slave to malfunction prompting a replacement on master cylinder and clutch slave. This almost caused me to wreck in traffic from a place where I thought they would have at least put bolts down in place for safety. Don’t do here for service. I trusted them for functionality of my vehicle and now I’m paying over 1100 dollars for something I should have paid someone else to do. The mechanics rushed the job and didn’t care about my safety of myself or anyone else that rode in my vehicle. Very very unhappy but glad I’m safe. Just go to Pep boys.

My wife noticed the engine light on the car so I said to take it to Autozone to get the code read and then bring it home. The code was for a faulty crankshaft position sensor, so we made an appointment, figuring it would be covered by the 100k bumper to bumper warranty we bought from KIA.Soon after I drove the car to get serviced, we got a call from KIA. Apparently the folks at Walmart didnt tighten the oil filter on all the way. The car was very low on oil and we were told that we needed a new engine. We talked with Walmart and put in a claim. Their adjusters examined the car and didnt find anything wrong with it. Neither could the KIA technician.When we finally got our car back (after weeks without it), the fuse box cover was on the front seat and for some reason the protective cover for the bottom of the car was in the back seat, oily junk and all.To top it all off, the car was still more than a quart low and other than the recall work, the only thing replaced was...a faulty crankshaft position sensor.Maybe they were having a bad month or something, but this is certainly not the level of customer care that I expected from dealership service center.Never did get an explanation as to why I no longer needed my engine replaced.Car drives just fine. After an oil change.

First time ever getting a brand new car... I dont know why I thought it was ok to drive 17,000 miles and that number is correct, without changing my oil. I went in, and this young man, Joseph Camperson, handled me as professionally as possible. He educated and assured us on the actual mileage and timeframe to change our oil... 5000 miles or 6 months, no matter what. I laugh today but I could have potentially ruined my blessing from GOD. After family has purchased a vehicle here... it has been nothing but a nightmare!! The vehicle has had issues from the start. They kept it for 2 months and stated the issue has been fixed, we now have the vehicle back exactly a week later and the same issue is occurring. Mayra in service has been very helpful as far as keeping us up to date on part we are waiting for, but she has been the only one. Family member has been waiting for a call from the GM for over a week now and still nothing. Now she is not asking for a different vehicle, simply for the issue to be fixed and for the car to be reliable and dependable while driving with her daughter. First time doing business with them and will not recommend them even if it is last resort.

Derek Hagen gave me what I asked for my trade in - exactly what Kelly Blue Book quoted for trade in value. All the past experiences Ive had, car sales people have always low-balled me on my trade ins, so I always had to sell on my own - Pitre saved me the inconvenience this time. Isaac Gutierrez was very experienced in his job with finances - made it easy to understand the cost of the car, and the outlines of the contracts. But the huge asset to Pitre Kia: Rocky Gonzales. This guy knows his cars better than the back of his hands! And makes the buying experience a fun one with his positive attitude. I went back in Feb, I was approved for $35,000 through capital one, I was interested in the Seltos but was not available at this dealership yet. So they tried too put in a few other vehicles,wanted to put me in the Telluride, which was listed for about what I was approved for, they salesman said he could get it done, that he would drop the price, price was never dropped, my credit was ran 6 different times in in a 3 day span even though I only went one day, looking at vehicles at this dealership, was a horrible buying experience was there from 10 in the morning to closing time in the evening, I even got co-signer as requested and was told that would be enough to get it done. I Dont understand why they could not get it done,I went too Borman showed them my approval from capital one was out of there in about 3 hours with a Brand new vehicle that I wanted and got fed breakfast. To bad the managers dont listen too what you want, because Kia has really stepped up there quality of vehicles.

I can’t believe they are allowed to do business the way they do. Their prizes are fake. I won a prize. Immediately called them twice and confirmed over the phone. I was told it was accurate and that I had won. After I drove 1 hour and got there to the place they told me I did not win. This is so misleading and they should be ashamed to do business this way. People actually go out of their ways believing they won something and then they had the courage to ask if I wanted to buy a Kia. Shame! Shame! Shame!

If you live in Texas I would never use this dealer. I have had my car almost 3 months and they cant seem to get my plates. All I have gotten is lame lip service and unreturned calls. I finally had to email the General Manager and am supposed to get them today but we will see. They take your money real fast but no service. I highly don’t recommend doing business with this company Don’t ever do business with Pitre of Las Cruces, company is run by Scott Simkins which does not know what he is doing. The company came into las cruces with many promises and has not done any of them. They bought the Jeep and Chrysler store and sold it 2 months later leaving many people without jobs. Currently the company is at loss and is trying to recover their funds they are cutting the employees pay and ripping off customers to recover the $350,000 that the GM Cole Lowenfield embezzled. Which in my words is a company problem not a employee or customer issue? The company is currently for sale so don’t purchase a vehicle from this company as you will be left empty handed when you need something for your vehicle, and they are currently ripping off customers to recover money that was lost. Company is ridiculous with only 6 used cars on the lot selling Kia making promises and leave their employees and customer hanging.

All the ads are false, they dont work with anyone and they tell you youre approved, but then say the bank has to approve you? Awful experience. I did not even have my car door open all the way and their salesman was already starting his spiel. When I said I was specifically looking for one model, he said they didn’t have any (ok, that’s fine, no big deal) but then started on that people are putting a $1000 down to reserve them (ok, but not relevant). When I said I was really just there to see the car in person, he told me about the $1000 down again (yeah, ok, got it, thanks) and they didn’t have any. There was one sitting in the lot and when we pointed out there was one there, could we just look in the windows, he said not if it was a customers (sitting in a lot, price stickers still on). He checked with his colleague and it was sold. So he said Sorry folks, and walked back inside. Seriously the worse car sales experience I’ve ever had.

After an accident in my brand new car, I needed the window sticker to settle with insurance, who was claiming my vehicle was worth $12k less than I paid just 6 weeks earlier!!I was NEVER presented with or provided a window sticker during the purchase. (I am certain of this because sales person had to “look it up” when sale process was started) After multiple requests, I was TEXTED a window sticker, Asking if it “would work”.Only to find the price paid was $7k ABOVE the window sticker just texted me. Now I know why it wasn’t offered! (I recently found out that it is ILLEGAL to sell a car without a window stickers and that they are only to be removed by the consumer)Yes, it was my ignorance in not requesting the sticker at purchase, but I assumed I was being given a FAIR deal after looking at vehicles online. I did NOT get the GT1 I saw online, but unknowingly drove away paying for it!I am now fully aware of the importance of the window stickers.Pitre Kia took full advantage of my ignorance that day. They over priced the car, allowed me to assume the price of car was the same as the one priced online, took my trade-in, AND an additional $6k down!! (Not to mention the $6k promo for Financing w/Kia)BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM Pitre Kia. DO NOT expect to get a trustworthy price from them.Worse still the GM Cole was not at all helpful in getting a window sticker NOR assisting getting necessary comps for insurance claim! OMG!!! WOW!!! words cannot express my experience at Pitre Kia in las cruces nm, but I will try... When I pulled up the gentleman outside had the biggest smile on his face waiving me in and opened my door. My husband said, ``we are NOT here to buy a car ``. The gentleman made a joke but assured us, there was no pressure. I whispered to him, how scared I was and that I had never done this before. Again, he assured me that I would be ok. He asked me what did I want and I said a new car... He showed us one and we test drove another. Of course my husband was asking all the pertinent questions, while I was driving and praying. We returned to the dealership, and I immediately shut down. My fear which has been my downfall all of my life went into overdrive. I swear Arturo was an angel from God on 3/21/18 because his professionalism, maturity, wit and charm finessed me into the mindset to trudge forward. It has been my experience that when God blesses me, it happens so fast and so smooth, I dont get the opportunity to say whoa... Stop... I cant do this. It happened just like that. Me... A scared little girl from waco Texas that moved here because my baby brother and I were going to grow old together here was sitting in this dealership wondering how I got there. You see my brother passed and my small family unit is here in a town of strangers, and every step is unfamiliar to us, but the group of ppl at Pitre Kia in las cruces nm literally said welcome to our family. I want the world to know, that God is in the miracle working business at Pitre Kia in las cruces nm.Oh and ladies you gotta see the handsome young man that handled the business part. He really had his work cut out for him and I felt like he genuinely worked on my behalf. The young lady that wrapped it all up also reiterated that I was part of the family now.And last, I didnt get the car I test drove, I got a brand spanking new 2018 Kia Soul right off the showroom floor!!! That night I looked in the sky and told God, as humbly as I could... NOW YOU ARE JUST SHOWING OFF!!!
