Pretty sad that a purchase agreement was drawn and signed and given to my son… then after getting approval from bank and going back to the dealership TWICE…the owner decides to back out of deal and go against his own mechanic and employee. He should of just been honest and straight from the beginning that he wasn’t interested in selling the vehicle and or taking my son’s car as trade in. Very disappointing.

Family (veteran and woman) owned business who have an exceptional approach to customer service: no pressure, gimmicks or double talk. Very transparent in the negotiations. The team always greets you with a smile. This is a key element for establishing a recurring customer base. Chynna, Sales Manager, does a superb job in making sure you get the vehicle you are looking for.

Horrible experience… we had to go twice because the owner wanted to get our vehicle inspected by HIS mechanic and still had the audacity to tell us his mechanic “did not check everything” and lowered the trade-in value. We had a check on hand ready to make the deal, but were turned away. Moral of the story-have the owner present since he obviously doesn’t trust his employees to make a deal. Not sure how things are done in NM, but we had a signed purchase agreement that was not honored.So much for listening to the customers!!!

Buying from this dealer really changed my car buying experience. There was no pressure. We found exactly what we wanted in excellent condition. We were honored to be the first buyer of a fully electric vehicle sold by the dealership. They helped us avoid having to buy our vehicle sight unseen and shipping it ourselves. They did the work for us and presented us with a beautiful used vehicle that has a new full factory warranty just as if we bought it new and at a GREAT PRICE!What nice people! Impeccable customer service! From the get go, my initial phone call to Cruces Auto, I spoke with Chynna in regard to a 2010 Kia Forte for sale. My initial call was about two weeks prior to purchasing the vehicle, Chynna informed and answered all the questions at which I had. She invited me to come down to the dealership to speak in person and test drive the vehicle if I wished too. On May 20st I went to Cruces Auto to inspect the car and ended up taking it on a test drive. Chynna and family were amazingly nice, informative and helpful. After test driving the vehicle and asking a few questions, I left and returned the following day May 21nd. On that day, Chynna allowed me to take the vehicle to get a test done at Autozone and feel out the car again, at that point, I was sold! The following morning I came back to the dealership and purchased the vehicle! If it werent for Cruces Autos AMAZING customer service skills and warm welcoming, I would not have such a fantastic car, at which was more than easy and fluid to do the documentation with the family!
