Waited 5 hours or longer to have coolant drained and refilled, only to realize it was done incorrectly. Had to return vehicle to be re-serviced, which took hours again and am hoping it’s done correct the second time. Do not recommend servicing any vehicle at this place, was my first and last time.

Horrible service, questioning why that is. Took my daughters pot Cruiser there for a diagnostic test....waited almost 2 hours. Never got it, something to do with their wifi being down. Rescheduled for the next day. Recieved a call at the time of the appr stating wifi still down, sorry. I was at a different dealer when that call came across. Glad I had decided to try somewhere else.
Im very disappointed. My husband brought my Fiat 500x up there for a last piece of recall work, and when I scheduled the appointment I told the service counter what all I wanted looked at and that Id also like an oil change. My husband brought the car in while I was at work they didnt even know what he was there for, not one thing he was there for. He had to tell them everything that I requested done and they didnt even do it. No oil change, no update to the navigation system, didnt tighten the headlight they originally repositioned for me that is loose, made the windshield wipers and fluid flow worse than it already was when I asked them to look at them, and the full paperwork that was shown to my husband that they talked about was never given to him. Honestly Im at a loss. Anyone know of a better place I can take my fiat to?
Taking into consideration that waiting for parts seemed like it took forever...my service experience today was awesome! When I arrived at the dealership, I asked to see the parts they ordered for my Renegade. Being a bit skeptical since it took about 3 weeks for one of the parts to arrive I wanted to assure myself the parts were correct. The service team was happy to let me inspect the parts, and they then got the keys for the shop team to do the work. An Uber ride was set up to take me to work. And to take me back to the dealership once they notified me the parts were installed! Thanks again for taking care of my Renegade.
My wife has a 2020 Jeep Wrangler with the 2.0 engine. We recently received a safety recall notice that there is a danger of a fuel line connection leaking and the vehicle could catch fire. I called Viva to schedule an appointment to get the recall work completed. I had to leave a message with an operator who said they would call me back. Several hours later I hadn’t been called back so I called again. Once again, had to leave a message with an operator who told me it would most likely be the next day before I was called back. The next day came and went, no call. As a reminder, this is to get work done for a safety recall due to the possibility of a fuel leak in the engine compartment and fire danger. This dealership is pathetic!!
Great service and welcoming customer interaction overall! Easy to book an appointment over the phone, very easy check in process at the Service department. They offered alternate transportation as soon as i dropped my vehicle, which I didnt need but the gesture was definitely welcomed. Had a recall done in my Jeep Wrangler and they took care of it within a couple hours. The worst nightmare dealership experience.Called and told the sales woman exactly what I want. She was like rude shallow and non customer friendly from the start the sales rep name is gisela. Please avoid doing any business with this woman.Called her on her day off for a purchase order to buy a 55 thousand dollar truck. She insisted to call me rude for calling her on her day off even thought she never disclosed that. She proceeded to Scream at me and my finance loan officer on the phone . Made me put 1000 dollars to hold to car for two days and it’s been a week I still haven’t gotten the money back and I can’t reach no one at this dealership AVOID AT ALL COST.

Took my vehicle for a check engine light. And check up for a out of town trip. We were told problem was fixed and everything else checked out well.Same day... theres a antifreeze leak. We ask them to fix it because we didnt have that problem before. Took pictures of the leak.. we were told it was probably from another car 🤨. When we literary saw it leaking from our vehicle!Thankfully the assistant manager was understanding and helpful.Downside: they dont do test drive on vehicles cuz then they would have noticed the leak in the first place. They call you a liar instead of willing to check the problem.Advice: take video of problem since pictures are not enough proof for themTalk directly to manager or assistant manager. He was very understanding and willing to help.Gave 3 stars only because the assistant manager was kind and understanding, the problem was fixed even though they didnt admit their mistake the person called it a courtesy (if they werent in a hurry to fix the vehicle they wouldnt have missed the leak and therefore; I wouldnt be calling them back).

The worst dealer Ive ever worked with, especially when it comes to customer service. Absolute highway robbery for payment plans. They tried telling us we were gonna have to pay $840 a month for a base trim Druango for 72 months, with a trade in. Were talking a total of $60.5k, on a vehicle whos sticker price is $32k Long story short, find another dealer.
It is amazing how I call about a truck online. I call in and talk to sales to get a final price as I am going through my bank for financing. I receive a call back with the price, get the paperwork started with the bank, and ask them to move the truck up to Las Cruces from El Paso. The sales staff said they would get it done. When I message them to get the ETA for the truck I get a call back saying it was sold 2 weeks ago. Thank you for a thorough waste of time. I will never look at the stock that ANY Viva dealership has. I would not waste my time dealing with liars.

The staff of individuals who helped me were really nice and helpful to answer the questions I had. I had spoken with Luciano, the car salesman and did a great job into getting my deal with the best rates matched; Issac Cole, the financial finalizer, who explained everything perfectly and had explained just why it took a little longer than usual for the paperwork finishing, which was understandable and had no problem with. Lastly Brandon, who helped with getting the temporary title & went over a few features of the car.10/10 experience!

Came in to get measurements for a vehicle and made it clear I was not purchasing. Though the salesman did show me around, he ended up taking photos of my car and my Win even though I repeatedly said I wasnt buying today. 1/10 for customer service and listening skills. 3/10 for lot selection. 0/10 for showing me a car filled with trash and sticky surfaces

Towing our travel trailer from San Antonio TX to Tacoma WA and the check engine light came on on our 2500 Ram. We were able to make an appointment and get serviced the same day. Nicole and Tony were super friendly and helpful, even letting us park the trailer in the back of the employee lot while they worked on the truck. We were 1.5 hours late to our appointment (had to make frequent stops to prevent the truck from overheating) and they still helped get us in and out quickly. Without them, we would have been stranded for several days!

So let me be honest! My wife dropped off her 2016 Chrysler 200 (S) due to issues with the A/C making sounds while running! My wife explained the issue to the service department. Now mind you she had told me she had to sign a paper, however good customer service would have went over the paperwork she signed with her to ensure she understood the diagnostic charges! They did not! It was dropped off at 2pm and no follow up call given even after we called them four times between 2pm and 5:30pm with no update! I had to go to the dealership the following day to give them the information of what was wrong with the car again and ask to be updated once they find the issue with the vehicle! So by 2pm the following day they told me it would cost 400 dollars for a blower motor and a cabin filter. I called a local shop with outstanding customer service and when I told them how much the dealership was charging me they laughed and said what the hell! When I went to pick up my wife car it took 20 minutes to get the paperwork and for them to bring me the vehicle! Viva Dodge I understand you are a dealership, but your customer service need lots of improvement! That diagnostic fee is Ridiculous 162 dollars just to tell me it’s the blower and cabin filter! It should be on a case by case bases!
I would give this place a 0 stars if I could We made an appointment on Saturday for 12 oclock on Sunday we live in Deming so its a 45 to an hour drive to Cruces we were in the market for a new vehicle We show up to our appointment time and the gates are closed and nobody is there very unprofessional to schedule an appointment and then not have anybody there when the appointment time comes when trying to contact them through their chats on their website all the robot said was to check the hours of operation which according to Google are 11 to 5 on Sunday My husband called them and left a message but our call was never returned if your gonna say youre open from 11 to 5 on a Sunday you need to be open from 11 to 5 Or at least change your hours of operation on your website and on Google so that people who have to drive 45 minutes to an hour dont waste a trip and waste gas wont be going back
Bought a car here. It was simple, fast, easy. For once it didnt take an entire day, finance was clear on what the payment was, what the interest was, what the total cost of the loan would be at end of term. Ran into paperwork issues since Im an out of state buyer and the support team helped fix it in under a day.

WOW WHAT A GREAT PLACE....My wife and I were traveling and had a problem with a sensor in our 2018 Ram 3500 Dually, we had reservations to stay at a local RV resort in the area in a couple of days so I called and made an appointment to have it seen while we were there. I spoke to Toby the service manager and he was very nice. When we began our trip that day I noticed the sensor must have reset itself, I called and asked if instead could we get the fuel filters changed? Toby insisted that we still evaluate for a code issue and he would do a courtesy safety check on the vehicle. The next morning I was there at 7:45 and Toby checked me in and we talked about my RV trip, super nice guy. Then when it was done I noticed it had been washed, man was that a pleasant surprise and unexpected. The service I received and the kindness showed by Toby and his staff was above and beyond.Thanks again Toby.

Donnie at Viva dodge has been hands down the best service manager I’ve ever dealt with. He works with his technicians to fix all issues I’ve had with my 2017 Pacifica. Educated me about my vehicle so I understand what or why it does certain things, without his advise I would have paid thousand of dollars on unnecessary repairs. Do not take your vehicle to these guys for service. Horrible, Horrible experience. Scheduled service more than a week in advance and they did not have the fluid needed to complete the service.I provided some fluid and was told it would void my warranty.They ended up draining the fluid then used my fluid and said that it actually would not void my warranty after all.I was told when it changed ownership it had gotten better, but it is the same old song and dance, with a new name on the building.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Bought a truck. Been running on temp tags for over 2 months. No one returns my calls. Ive had to call over and over again and its the same story that they will call me back. They never do!!! I do not recommend buying a vehicle here if you ever want to own what you pay for. No registration and running on temp tags, this is a business use vehicle that costs me over $2000 a month plus the truck payment and I cant even use it!!!!!!

Bought a 2015 Dodge Journey on 6/26/2020 and still havent gotten to bring it home. Previous owners dog chewed a seat belt and instead to ordering the part and replacing they it they waited for me to buy the vehicle to start what should have already been done. I was very open I needed a 7 seater after my Acadia was crashed and they gave me a Jeep Patriot as a loaner (seats 5). They said they would have it ready last Friday...still nada. Epic fail on my behalf for buying from this dealership. Never again and I wouldnt recommend them for service since apparently a seat belt takes beyond a week to replace.

Very difficult to get in contact with anyone, dealership did not ever directly contact us about ANYTHING and we had to have three different people call nearly every day until we could reach someone. Took over a week to fix car despite being told it would be done tuesday, wednesday at the latest. We were then told it would be done Friday at 10:30am but again this was delayed until nearly 4pm. We were told by our tow truck driver that the part would be $15 and an easy fix but were charged $700+ for the broken part and to replace a wire that was having issues (the replacement of the wire I am grateful for though). Labor alone was $400! My boyfriend and I are full-time workers and were left without any updates and no car for over a week. Even the Uber they called for us to get home after our car was towed was given the wrong number AND address. Very upset with the service we received and do not reccomend this dealership.
Your Service team was most helpful. They were friendly from the time I dropped off my vehicle. I was told how long it would take to get my vehicle evaluated and it took that long. I was given the repair cost estimate and that’s what the final cost actually was. I was told how long the repairs would take and it took the time that I was told for the repairs. I was given a loaner to use while my vehicle was being repaired. My service advisor was Daniel Hernandez.
Bought the car with cash in November. 3 days before my temp tags expired I went into the office and they told me they would ship me either new temp tags or a plate. 15 days after my tags expired I complained on their website, and had some brief conversations with their customer service. Then I heard nothing for a month, so by that time my temp tags were expired for over a month. I contacted their customer service and he told me he only deals with Texas even though their shared website sent me to him. [After a month of silence]. During this time my insurance company contacted me and told me my insurance was invalid because the registration info the dealer provided to NM DMV was invalid. I confirmed that I had the correct numbers on my paperwork. I spent an afternoon in the DMV to explore options. Finally I had to go to the dealer again and get temporary plates. I was ready to return the car to them and sue. They promised me they would ship me plates. On the day the plates arrived, they, of their own volition, decided they would hand-deliver them. Even though they had my office address and the office was open, they made the excuse that they couldnt contact me via phone as why they didnt deliver. Absolute joke. Never do business with these people.
I honestly expected that going to the dealer was going to be expensive and difficult. BUT it was everything but that! My service representative was Roy and he was great! My vehicle was done exactly when they said it would be, the price was fair and they even did a safety inspection. The vehicle is 19 years old and I expected the up sale, but they said everything was good and did not try to talk me into anything I didnt need. I will be back!

I took my vehicle to the El Paso store. I made an appointment and my tech was Alex. The service for my vehicle was fine. I got an oil change. The price was good, no complaints for the service. That is why the five star rating. The customer waiting area however, is clean enough but could use some some sprucing up. If you expect someone to sit in a room for 1-3 hours and stare at a loud TV with rabbit ears, balanced on an open storage closet, make it look more customer friendly.
Classic bait and switch tactics, even had internet manager Chuy hand off the phone to another guy Dusty, who hemmed and hawed about rebates, and this is the price I can do, 3k more than the LISTED PRICE on the internet. STAY AWAY
