Best experience purchasing my new vehicle! The entire staff at Nissan of Las Cruces is amazing! My sales specialist was Cecilia Olson and she made my experience so joyful and fun. She was extremely knowledgeable and kept us fueled with snacks during the purchase process. Umberto and Gabe are excellent and worked out the perfect deal! The professionalism and kindness from everyone that I had the pleasure to work with made buying a car an experience not just a transaction. I definitely recommend Nissan of Las Cruces to everyone. Even the windshield guy Ray of Rays affordable auto glass was great! I recommend him as well for any of your windshield needs!

The first thing I did was submit a test drive time for one of the Nissan vehicles on their website. Their response back time was fast! The next day I had Cecilia Olson call me back with news that the car I wanted to test drive was sold. Instead of leaving me with a sad heart, Cecilia asked me a few informative questions about myself, and what I was comfortable paying for a vehicle. Shortly she put together a list of cars and we looked at all of them. That same day, I drove off with my new car and I could not be happier. Everyone was so friendly and Cecilia is the best! She really gets to know you and works her magic to make the best reasonable deal for your financial life! I highly recommend buying a used or new car here!

Not only are you not enforcing the mask mandates for customers, but you also clearly aren’t for employees either. i had to wait in the lobby for my car to be serviced, and practically every employee was maskless. i refuse to put my health at risk for an oil change during a pandemic. you should all be fired for being so reckless. i am beyond appalled. i also alerted your corporate office about your blatant disregard for public health.

Service desk was rude and although I had made an appointment online, they stated that it would take 3 hours to get an oil change done as they treat appointments as walk-ins. I do not and did not see anything online about this and how appointments are considered drop off times. As someone who has to wait to get their vehicle serviced instead of dropped off, this is a long time for an oil change. Unlike other locations where the service advisors often greet you upon rolling in, this one the lady saw me coming and ran around inside to hide behind her desk and acted as if she was on the phone when I walked in. . .is it because Im young and dont have money??? Sure felt like it. This is my third strike with them. Theyre out. I absolutely hate this location. The last two times, I had waited in the lobby well over two hours for my falling bumper on my car to be fixed just for them to turn me away without getting anything done because they were short on mechanics or done for the day. They promised that they would call me back to reschedule and they never did. Because of this, I never got my bumper clips fixed at this location. This all has happened within a span of a year and a half.

Getting in to service your vehicle is nearly impossible. No available rentals available when you have to wait up 4 hours for your vehicle. After trying multiple times to drop my vehicle off, I finally ended up taking my vehicle to Jiffy lube. Oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades replaced all under an hour

I GOT A BRAND NEW CAR IN ALBUQUERQUE. THEY STATED THAT I COULD TAKE IT TO ANY NISSAN DEALERSHIP IN N.M. TO SERVICE IT. I CHOSE THIS ONE. TOOK OVER 2 HOURS FOR OIL CHANGE. ASSURED ME THEY HAD CHECKED TIRES ALSO. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME. I WAS QUITE SURPRISED AND STATED THAT IT WAS A BRAND NEW CAR. ALTHOUGH THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY THEY SEEMED QUITE ANNOYED TO SAY THE LEAST. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CALL ALBUQUERQUE TO GET THE SERVICE PLAN SENT TO THEM IF I WANTED THEM TO SERVICE IT IN THE FUTURE. THOUGHT THAT WAS THEIR JOB. SERVICE MANAGER WASNT FRIENDLY AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE. THEY DIDNT EVEN FILL THE WIPER FLUID AND MY TIRE STILL GETS LOW AIR PRESSURE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THE GOAL HERE.

This was the best experience for buying a car I ever had. Everything was explained to me down to every detail about my new Kicks, which I love. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable which helped me make my decision to purchase my car. We went out for a test drive and after that I was sold. Everyone at the garage was kind to work with and this made purchasing a new car a delight . No one was pushy which I really appreciated. Before I left I was introduced to the the service department and we went over the maintenance schedule. Oh, the sales person had a tablet and we chose all the features I wanted her to go over before I left. My Bluetooth was hooked up for me too. Im 80 and she was very patient with me. Anyway....The whole buying a vehicle was a great experience for me and I thank Nissan of Las Cruces for that. Ill be back...

WORST experience ever!!! I called from El Paso, asking if they had an specific new vehicle that I wanted to buy. I spoke several times with Dany Alejo, asking if they would match a quote from another dealership. He totally agreed with that! I asked to talk to his Manager for corroboration and then Sophia, his alleged Mgr. also agreed on matching the offer in the spot. I had an appointment with both of them the next day at 9:00am. As I was driving from El Paso (45min drive), Danny called me at 8:30 stating that he was not going to make it, but that I could ask for any sales rep as the agreement was already in. Total unprofessionalism in his call, him sounding as he barely woke up and he did not cared of his commitment. I came in at 9:00am. Nobody in the dealership at all!! Had to go to the Service area. Multiple calls to several sales rep. Around 9:30am, here comes Danny Salas (the real Sales Mgr. not Sophia as she claimed over the phone), with an arrogant attitude as he was doing me a favor. After explaining everything, he leaves for a while. Me and my family waited for him 10 minutes and later, he brings another sales rep, named Joe. Joe was the only valuable from the dealership, but I had to re-explained every detail again. After test driving and getting ready to purchase the vehicle, everything changed on the deal offered the day before. Again comes Danny Salas with an attitude. He stated that they can no longer honor the offer and that Alejo and Sophia did, as they were nobody to give an approval. He started to talk bad about his own employees!! I was disappointed and now mad at this point. He did not even attempted to negotiate or offer another deal or even an upgraded vehicle. I went there ready to purchase the vehicle or an upgraded one. Only decision was to either pay it cash or see what they would offer me on financing if I gave a good amount of money down. Sad to see that Nissan has good quality but the WORST service...

This place is the definition of a stealership. I brought my truck in over two years ago to fix a broken tag light which I paid over $200 to fix. Last week when I went to U-Haul to rent a trailer, the lights wouldnt work because someone had jerry-rigged the tag lights and completely destroyed the trailer light connection. If you need work done on your Nissan vehicle I highly recommend the local shops.

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Three years ago I decided to lease a vehicle the dealership claimed is was their first lease to process and we had to re-sign the contract twice get multiple temp tags for some un-explained excuse of a reason. Fast forward 3 years now time to turn in the lease and get a new one. No issues overall and will continue to lease a vehicle just I wont be doing business with this dealership. Because of COVID we set up an appointment to test drive our new vehicle on a Saturday and it gave us time to gather all the necessary documents. From there it went down hill, we got to the dealership at 1pm to test drive the vehicle we wanted then the multiple trips to talk to my manager started, the well we have this one began, and well we would have to order it started. At one point I even went to the Nissan website and found the vehicle we were looking for and showed it to the salesman and manager myself. So, we signed the contracts paid the down payment after I made the comment I was going to leave in the next 30 min if we did not get something going. By now it is 7pm with no vehicle fine it was going to be delivered on Wednesday. Tuesday I received a call stating my vehicle had arrived and it would be ready to pick up when they opened Wednesday morning. I show up at opening and my vehicle had not been detailed yet. I am giving the typical Salesman excuse an hour later I said thanks I can leave now right, oh but no they had not bothered in last the 3 days to print the temp tags. seriously what were you doing, the next excuse was the system was down. really. 5hrs later I finally escape from the dealership, and the ignorance continued. Amazingly we had to randomly re-sign the contract again they attempted to scam me out of a 1000 dollars for my turn in (wait for the official letter from Nissan which I did and it was a third of the cost the dealership was asking) we once again had to get multiple temp tags while waiting on the sticker to go on our prior plate and what came in the mail today a new plate with a sticker. There is no competent person employed at the dealership. This dealership should pay people an hour wage just to do business with them. I am so glad that I will never have to go there again... I would like to add that shortly after my posting this review Las Cruces Nissan reached out and we were able to come to an understanding and they made it right thank you.

Had the car in for service. They ended up breaking a part while fixing and it was charged to me. They ended up just purchasing my vehicle from me and to receive the check, the process was long and very delayed. Seemed very shady what was going on here. No more service with them.

The work that I have had done at this dealership has been good quality. My only complaint would be that sometimes the customer service in the service department leaves you wanting. Not returning phone calls that sort of thing. I was attempting to get a brembo brake job on my infinity and when I asked the service manager about it he almost seem to be put out to go through the problems of getting the correct pants.

Did not schedule an appointment, however I was at the service department shortly after they opened and was able to get my car serviced right away. Routine oil change and after showing me the air filter was advised that the it should be changed, so did that too. Was in and out in no time. Appreciated how quickly they took care of me.

If you want your vehicle inspected the way it is supposed to be do not come here. Too many times theyve filled out the inspection sheet that comes with an oil change inconsistently which is a result of pure laziness. Basically they dont qant to actually inspect the things they are paid to do and its much easier to mark the inspection sheet without checking. This last time was the final straw. Had a camera underneath the seat to see if they actually checked the cabin air filter which is underneath the glove box and they did not yet marked it good. The cabin air filter was filthy! I checked it immediately after leaving there. Pure laziness. If you want to go somewhere honest work means something go elsewhere. I could go on and on with the examples of coming here for a few oil changes and having countless inconsistencies on the inspection sheet.

If you need any service done to your vehicle, this is NOT the place to go. I called for an estimate on an oil change because I received an email stating they were running a special until the end of April. I gave the technician all of the vehicle specs and was provided an estimate. I asked to make an appointment and he said just to come in and they would take care of it. Three hours later I went to pick up the vehicle and was charged 3x more than what was estimated. When questioned, the tech said oil changes for this type of car is expensive. There was no communication prior to doing the oil change that the price had changed to ascertain if I still wanted the service or was willing to pay the additional cost, the service was just done. First and last time I will ever go to this dealership for anything. Great job gaining and losing a customer in the same day. You would think with the current status of the economy you would try to make customers, not run them off. Glad I found out through a service how you treat customers so I do not ever consider a vehicle purchase from this business.

Im changing service providers from another local dealership and coming over to Nissan. I had my first personal experience with the Service and Parts Departments and had an AMAZING encounter. Treated with respect, patiently researched my part needs, reviewed my service history, updated me on upcoming services for my vehicle, which has over 100k miles, and was treated with the exceptional customer service that far too-often is lost on many customer support staff in this day and age. Jericho in Parts Dept. and Isaac in Service Dept. really made an impression and I am eager to continue my relationship with this dealership.

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler after 4 months started having problems the extended warranty covered nothing. Service department had my vehicle for 2 months giving me runaround. To top it off when I went to retrieve my vehicle it was worse it didn’t even want to start had to pay for tow. My Jeep was trashed from the inside like someone threw everything out of glove box. Horrible service from management. Would not recommend buying from this place. Worse purchase I ever made.

It is hard for me to take the car to be serviced because of driving distance. I was happy with the service. The only thing I was unhappy is that they do not wash cars when serviced, like all other dealerships I have dealt. When expressed my disappointment for this, my service person said “let me see what I can do” and he did!! Had my car cleaned perfectly. That makes me want to come back!! Thank you for caring.

Great service the day of purchase. The day I picked up the vehicle, it had scrathes that needed to be buffed out. Our vehicle was totalled 5/6 our insurance paid out 9 days later, Nissan dealer owes $1,432.99, to this day (7/20) Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation has yet to receive the refunds they are entitled to.. Ive spoken to 3 different people in the dealership finance department 1) finance manager 2) finance director and the 3rd was somewhere in between. I have gotten no where. I was given a copy of a check dated 6/19 the bank does not have it the other check I was told still needs to be signed ( this time by Cliff Shamaley) I was told it would be done this week, and sent in of course it will be sent in through regular mail, which means it will take at least 2 weeks for the bank to receive it, and then at least 2/3 weeks before its processed. I asked the finance director to please fax the bank a copy of the check that has been sent in and he asked me for the fax # now keep in mind that this is the bank they get their customers loans through. I gave him the phone # where he could reach a total loss bank rep, Im at the point where I dont know what else to do... I will never do business with Nissan again, my hard earned $$ is too good for them, I dont have time for this nonsense and it seems the only way anything gets done is when they have a bad review... So hopefully they read this one and actually do their job and pay what they owe the bank so I can be done with this horrible experience.. SO it is now the end of August and out of the 2 checks that were supposed to be sent to the bank only 1 has been received, the bank has now opened an investigation, I called Nissan spoke to finance director because the finance manager that was supposed to be taking care of this i since May is no longer there (what a surprise).… I now have to wait 15 days for investigation to be done (and thats wishful thinking since the bank reps are working from home) Im still acquiring interest so more $ for me to pay and Nissan is doing nothing.... Horrible service..I doesnt matter what response you get after your review, or on the phone when what was said is not done, and basically its just a waste of my time and money.... I cant believe that I am still dealing with a total loss from May 6, and its now Aug 24....

I took my 2011 Nissan Versa into the service station to see why the check engine light came on. My car was acting up the night before so I knew it was on its last legs. The sales person showed my husband and I new and used Sentras so I could see all the options available. The test drive was informative and fun. We made a great purchase of a new Sentra that meet my specifications with a very far trade in of my former Versa. It was a straight forward and fantastic experience.

Never going back. Every single time I go in to ask how much an oil change is, I receive one price quote and charged another. They gave me $10 off only to tack on a charge that equals that same $10. They are charging people to throw away their oil? Seriously? This is con artist BS for an oil change that takes 2 hours. And they cannot even follow mandated masks order.UpDate: The business replied to me claiming they disclosed all charges with me. Yes, they quoted me $61 with $10 off the total price of $71. After two hours of being the first person in line, they charged me the $10 claiming oil dumping is the reason for the upcharge. The business also claimed there were no discrepancies at time of service. This is also a lie because I confronted them before being charged about the upcharge to which they still charged me and I relayed that I would never come back again. This company lies about charges and doesn’t care about public safety measures. Con men.Another update: This company continues to call me after my first update. Perhaps to urge me to remove my review. This will not happen and I do not appreciate the manager of this business posting on public view, my car information. Also, if the quote given to me was by one of the workers at the check in computers and not the business man in the office near the check in computers who was the service advisor then sure, it was an advisor. But when I told them to double check if my price would really be $61 before the service was provided, who did they consult? Surely not the “advisor”? Unprofessional.

Left my key fob (Titan S, Crew, 4x4) in my jeans. Washed said jeans. Key fob TANGO UNIFORM. Spent an OBSCENE number of USDs to replace it. Bad news! Good news!! Service reprogramed KF in 15 minutes and it actually works! Charged an OBSCENE number of USDs for service. Stopped to visit the 50th Anniversity GTR. $135,000 price tag put everything into prespective. In closing and as your attorney I would recommend that you remove your truck keys from your jeans prior to washing them.

My husband and I have bought a few vehicles from a few different dealerships in the past and customer service was not nearly as cozy and helpful as Nissan of Las Cruces. We were very impressed with everyone. Sandra, Naras, and Jorge were amazing and very friendly. Their customer service was beyond what we were expecting. They were able to answer all of our questions and were very knowledgeable about their vehicles . I highly recommend this dealership if youre looking for a Nissan!

The worst communication ever! Had my truck in there for weeks waiting to be looked at, which apparently had to happen twice before they could tell us anything. Fixing it was another week... only to have to bring in back in the week after picking it up for the same issue. A week later no word or call from anyone In service department and no one returns your phone call.
