Very Disappointed! We have always been happy until now!! My husband wanted to stop in because we were in the area (Largo) and ask a couple questions.we were persuaded by a nice guy thinking he had our best interest.. how wrong we were He was talked into upgrading all of our devices and add a phone for business, it will make our bill decrease in monthly charge as I sat in the car I went in to see what was taking so long he assured me that if we upgraded that our bill will go down but in fact went higher. A 100 dollars higher Husband has called many times and ask for our sales rep Marcos he is never available.. they keep saying your bill will go down after next month it’s been four months and our bill is higher than it has ever been my husband tried to return the business phone at different location because they suggested we go to a Verizon close to us. They said No you still owe money to pay for the phone! To go to the Verizon that sold us the phone. my husband keeps getting the run around and they keep saying to go to our closest Verizon location. Because they are crooks and just want to past us on! Will be calling corporate. Hopefully this is just an isolated i incident . And Verizon isn’t taking advantage of The consumers all the way around the world is tough enough right now. It’s unfortunate that companies that we trust are now secretly price Gouging and taking advantage!
This is not the location that my new phone was delivered to But they fixed all the issues that I experienced when I tried to activate my phone. The Verizon store that my phone was shipped to didnt want to help me activate my phone because they had poor wifi!! During the transfer of data, I had a few issues. I am so glad I went to this Verizon store. Justin went above and beyond to make sure my phone was activated properly and all the data was transferred. Great customer service!!!!
My Mom is 82 and on my plan, she is in Florida, Im in NY. She was having problems with her Verizon phone. Michelle at this store, not only helped her, but she also called me and had me on the phone as well to keep me informed as to what was happening. Michelle gave us all our options and helped us decide what was best at this time for my Mom. Her phone was not worth fixing. Michelle gave us a great deal on a new phone, and then helped transfer all her contacts and everything stored on her old one over to the new one. Michelle made sure she was comfortable with her new phone before she left. This kind of customer service is priceless to me since I couldnt be there to help. Service here was excellent. I was able to get a much better phone for a minimal cost. I even went back a week later to exchange the phone I got for a higher model. After going through the specs with me and allowing me to operate the other phone, I actually decided to keep the original one I purchased. They were ready to do whatever they could to make me happy.
I went to this location with a family member. The team who works for Verizon go above and beyond for their customers. Verizon workers take their time setting up your new account and answer all of your questions you have concerning your phone getting you the best affordable price. I just want to say keep up the good work team. Im very happy with my new s21 plus.
Came by here today to activate a new iPad that I bought and had a really great experience.I was immediately greeted when I came through the door. A young lady named Melody helped me and was awesome. She was very thorough and had a lovely personality. The entire time I was there I was chatting with the staff and they all were very helpful. Devin (sp?) also was very helpful during my time there.I usually don’t write reviews about cell phone stores but I had a really great time here.10/10. Would definitely take on a second date 👌🏾

Ill start by saying that the location is awesome with a beautiful, streamlined store. Ordered two new iPads with Michelle, who walked us thru the trade-in, retail value and every other piece of pertinent information, and her customer service was amazing. So knowledgeable and very nice. Returned two days later when the iPads came in and this time we visited with Trevor, who happens to be a Manager at a different Verizon location, and Kayla. Not only did they move all our information from one iPad to the other, but we took advantage of a great deal that Verizon was offering and purchased two new phones as well. Trevor and Kayla took care of our new iPads, phones, and watches as well. They went out of their way to help us get everything set up. We couldnt have asked for better customer service from Michelle, Trevor, or Kayla. For anyone looking for stellar service for their mobile devices, we suggest visiting the new Verizon location on Ulmerton Rd or the corner of East Bay where Trevor and Kayla normally work.

DJ was amazing! I had a problem with my phone using data like crazy and I first went to the Verizon store near my work. The guy told me to call 611 and shut the door on me. After work I went to this Verizon store and DJ looked at my phone, deduced the problem, explained what was happening, and solved the problem that night. Turned out that because my phone was 5 years old, it was not working correctly. As a result, bot only did I get a new phone that night, but two other relatives on the family plan did too! DJ is an asset and I hope they appreciate her.

I can’t say enough about our evening at Verizon with Paul K this past week. When it was time to upgrade, we knew we wanted to work with Paul as he gave such professional attention to us the first time we worked with him on a phone issue we had a couple of months ago. Paul even came in (unbeknownst to us at the time) on his day off, when he was with his family, to work with our schedule. During the time we worked with him, Paul made sure that we understood every step of the process and every element of each phone and plan. We left feeling very satisfied and have continued to feel the same. Paul even checked in with us later in the week to ensure things were going OK as we were learning our new phones. He was outstanding, and has earned our continued business.

On the 5th of August, we purchased two new phones from the fine people at the Ulmerton store across from the Largo Mall. We were pleasantly surprised with how well everyone was following Covid-19 protocol. All the stations were being sanitized frequently and everyone wore their masks.After a couple of days of playing with our phones, we went back to get some assistance with our phones. We were pressed for time so Justin and Travis took care of what I needed and set up an appointment for my wife so she wasnt pressured.Today she went back and got treated like a queen. Travis went out of his way to make sure all of questions were answered, showed her different functions on her phone. My husband had lost his phone and we tried to go to the Verizon on Park Street and were told we needed an appointment and to call customer service to set one. After 2 attempts (30 min ea), we gave up and called this store in Bardmoor. We were told come on in and they would help set up his new phone. Once Brandon started working on his phone, it took about 15 minutes to get everything done and send us on our way. I highly recommend this store and Brandon! This guy knows his stuff! The Park St store is a corporate store and their customer service is terrible. We will always come back to the Bardmoor store from now on.

Was so glad how easy it was to switch to T-Mobile and have about 100 bucks a month going form 6 gigs per month to unlimited with T-Mobile with the same amount of lines and better phones.

He was absolutely wonderful to deal with the entire time, was extremely knowledgeable, and not “pushy” in the slightest. Would absolutely recommend dealing with him for any of your needs, I promise you won’t regret it.EDIT-found after the fact, he slid a few quick ones by me. He upped my insurance plan (which AppleCare supersedes Verizon’s insurance 10-fold) as well as kept me signed up for the Verizon cloud after asking him to remove it as I was trying to minimize my bill. As I said, he was still very kind- just watch the details. They’re salesmen.. they can be sneaky.

Making sure the new phone options were clear for me, he also made sure I would have a phone that met my needs. His kindness and persistence included going to my car and setting up Bluetooth. My husband and I came into the store today to inquire about billing issues and adding my mother to our Verizon account. Steve was very kind and patient, he called customer service with us and got our bill adjusted to where it should be. We came into Verizon with a email issue. Omar was so helpful trying to help us figure out what was wrong. Anthony came over and also helped. In conversation my account was brought up and we found that we could get a better unlimited plan and they even got me a tablet as well. We also discussed the Gizmo device for my Grandson which we will be back to get. We worked with Will Millen. He was very professional, very A to B. My husband and I are planning some international travel and needed a phone service provider that supports such. We switched from Cricket (no international) to Verizon. My son and his fiancee are already with Verizon, so we got added onto his account at a great rate ($40.00 per person for 4 lines). I kept my iPhone and my husband got a new phone. The whole transaction was unexpectedly fast, including setting up the new phone and transferring my husbands data. Will knew exactly what he was doing, he answered our questions very well, and he handled the transaction quickly. He was friendly and interested in us and our needs. If I every need anything regarding my phone service, Will is the one we will go to!

My mother and I had stopped into the Verizon store on Ulmerton Road today with a few questions on our bill and plan. We were greeted at the door by a very nice gentleman named Dan. He immediately introduced himself, asked our names, if we wanted any coffee or water and brought us to his desk. We explained to him that we were confused on the bill and he took his time and explained it in full to my mother and I. We have never been treated with such respect and patients. When it comes time for new phones we will be going to see Dan and I recommend if anyone is looking for a Verizon rep you go see Dan, he is very knowledgeable and there to help you!!

Came in to fix my camera that had a defect. Anthony helped me call customer service to get a working phone as well as helped me change my name that has been an outstanding chore for over a year. He reviewed my account, got me a new tablet for the best deal I have been offered. He did all this in a timely fashion where I was in and out in less than an hour.

My 84 year old Mother is on my account (of 15+ years) and dropped her INSURED iPhone which no longer functioned. I live in Sarasota and could not take the phone in for repair/replacement for her so I had her go to this retailer. They called me in SARASOTA for account access. I gave access and stated the phone was insured and if they could help her. Agent G.D. said that after meeting the insurance deduction, etc., I would spend $200 and he could get her a phone for the same price today. I agreed (of course) and this is what happened. He sold her (me) a new phone that I have TWO YEARS OF PAYMENTS ($700) and G.D. up-sold her a case and a lightning charge cord for another $95 !!! SHE IS 84 YEARS OLD AND JUST WANTED TO REPLACE HER SMART PHONE.Talk about not looking out for the Customer’s best interest! ......and the phone has been insured at $13/month for years and not used.I could never recommend this agent or this store location, I’m sorry.
I recently went into the Verizon store to get information about going to Verizon from Sprint. Ive had nothing but problems with Sprint for over a year and needed a change. I was given Steve Bertas name from a mutual friend. Steve took excellent care of me while explaining everything that I needed to do and even paired my phone to my vehicle for me. He is truly an excellent sales person that Verizon should make sure to keep and award him for his high standards that he holds. I was a bit skeptical about moving off the network I ws on. But he made my move very comfortable and effortless. I have a great phone that works well for what I need and the tablet was a plus. Thanks Steve for a job well done...
I came in to Verizon because my phones hot spot was not working, I was greeted at the door by Anthony. He brought me over listened to my issues and then tried to see if he could fix it. We came to the conclusion that my phone was not working probably and it was probably time to get a new one. He helped me pick out the right phone transferred all my info from one phone to the other and made me feel right at home. Excellent service and I will come back to see him at this store again. The service at the Verizon store on Ulmerton rd is always great. The reps are patient and will spend the time to help learn technology. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Steve, he came out to my vehicle and help me set up my Bluetooth. He also spent the time to go through my setting to make sure they were set properly and helped me turn off the annoying yahoo mail notifications I receive through out the night. I was referred to this Verizon store and namely the associate Steve from a close friend of mine. She texted him and said I needed service and a phone, he was at home with his family, but he called me right back and told me he would be there to help me in 10 minutes. I waited for him and as soon as he walked through the door he asked me if I wanted coffee or water etc..I explained my situation and he was professional, personable and just a good guy. He got me set up with my new phone and service and walked me through the steps to my new device and how the new plan works. I never had a salesperson that treated us so kindly and carefully answered all of our questions. Had connection issues with a new iWatch. The store rep, Justen, worked for almost an hour to correct the problem. The entire time he was professional, and very patient with Verizon Tech Support. He ultimately successfully resolved the issue. I’ve done business with this location for my last three phones, iPads and iWatches. Employees like Justen keep us coming back!I highly recommend this place.

I recently switched my personal account to a business account. this ended up being quite the process. Thankfully I went to this store and saw Brads reviews so I walked in and asked for him. It was early in the morning and Brad greeted me with coffee and water at the door. All of his associates in the store were very friendly and funny as well. Brad even got me a bill credit for switching to a business account!
I went into the store for a new galaxy phone and Steve educated me on the newer devices. I left with a new lg phone and I couldnt be happier!!! He was very polite and professional, I will be telling everyone I know about him. Highly recommend.
I just got to say I went to Verizon today and Steve the salesman was very helpful and replaced my old phone. Verizon needs more sales men like him .Walking in there returning my 3rd phone I was ready to cancel Verizon he not only gave me a better phone to get me away from Apple but he also kept me as a Verizon customer I just want to say thanks
This Verizon store is fantastic! We usually work with Jake, who we have come back to many times because of his excellent service. He wasn’t here today, so we worked with Julian Lee and Dan who were amazing. Would come back to the store over and over again to receive this type of awesome service!
I met with Grant to discuss a phone upgrade. He took the time to discuss my hardware needs with me. He shared potential Verizon promotions. Most importantly, he made sure i would understand the in store cost as well as the impact on my bill. I really appreciate his help.
Steve was my representative today. The service was excellent, fast, and complete. My wife first met Steve when she upgraded, then met him again when he came fishing in our mobile home park. Rather than kick him out, she recommended him for my upgrade and Im glad she did. I will not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends who require Verizon or any service.
Austin was super helpful in getting 2 new phones set up for me! We had some technical difficulties but he handled it as quick as possible.
Everyone in this store was extremely helpful and so courteous to the point that you couldnt help but smile ask for Trevor hes the man took $200 off of my phone $200 off of my mothers phone and my stepfathers phone that we owed then bought our phones from us so basically our new phones were free also might not always be the case for everyone but Trevor did a top-notch job I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else and hope that everyone I know and everyone that I know knows and everyone that they know deals with them you will not leave disappointed thank you and God bless to all staff at the Largo Ulmerton Verizon store
Spoke with sales representative Steve, and he spoke to me and explained what I needed in a language anyone could understand. He walked me through the entire process painlessly, and Im a 60 year old whos not tech savvy. Steve went over and beyond what I expected and out did himself with everything he did for me. I couldnt be happier with the phone he recommended and saw to it even days and weeks after the sale to make sure I was happy with my purchase.I will definitely be recommending Steve and this store to anyone I speak with who is interested in purchasing and/or wishing to update their phones and service.I am grateful for the way I was treated when I entered the store and even with leaving the store. He gave me door service all the way to my vehicle.Thank You Steve & Verizon for making my visit a Good One. Ill be back !!!

Great customer service!!! I was helped with all of my problems. My sons are happy to be switching from Metro PCS to Verizon. I would recommend Steves service to any of my friends and family. He is very personable and helpful.
I have been working with Steve Berta for several years. He encourages contact to solve problems anytime. He made himself available on short notice to evaluate my situation and get me on the road asap.
