Broke my phone while on vacation. Instead of waiting until I got home to replace it, I decided to see if there was a Cricket store nearby. Fortunately, there was! On Thursday the 17th (June), I visited your store. The two people that assisted me were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my service up and running in a short time. Highly recommended! They know their stuff!
Phone works great. Bought a phone case and a screen protector. He tried 4 times to get the right fit. I finally had to leave with a case I didnt even want because they refuse to refund you for anything and the screen protector still lifted at two corners less then a week after purchase. Waste of a total of almost $50. The young man helping was nice enough but still a waste. Happy with the phone but I wont waste money on accessories next time.
Went in to switch from my Wal-Mart phone to a cricket phone ...since rep didnt ask me if I wanted to keep my old # I assumed he understood.....well.. He didnt....Took 6 hours to get the old. # assigned to new phone..and another $70 dollarsOn top of the 70 the day before. Issue finally resolved.
Desire V. provided some of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received. Extremely rude and condescending to the point that I was very tempted to leave the store. Being a professional business person who knows the level of customer service needed to succeed in busines, I was appalled by her attitude and behavior. I dont see myself doing business with Cricket Wireless ever again. A few days later, I was doing business with Boost Mobile at 13220 Starky Rd suite 800, Large. Really good experience. I recommend you send all your friends with phone needs here. Be sure to ask for Jeremy. He was awesome.
Earl was fantastic. He provided options, technical information and patiently provided me with everything I needed to make a decision. I was not ready for service yet, shopping and doing research and when the time comes he is definitely the person I will look for. Thank you!

Worse cricket store ive ever been too. The turn around in staff gives me hope i wont have to travel the extra difference to obtain trustworthy, honest, reliable customer service but, each time they prove what losey support they offer. Lies, lies and pathetic service is all ive rcvd from this place.

The Largo location has some Unprofessional characters. I went to purchase a charger and the customer service guy literally berated me because I asked about a product in an unlabeled bag. He also yelled its MY STORE very threatening. So l left without a purchase. Drove to the Seminole location and received EXCELLENT customer service! Night & day.

The staff is amazing but Shalin is the best by far. She is super friendly and extremely helpful. The day I went in there was a pretty bad day for me and this girl stood there for like 10 minutes just letting me vent to her. You don’t find a lot of people like that.

Let me tell you about this store, and this company. Crickets social media page told us if we add a line is $10 off the plan. Never mentioned any stipulations. I sell my Metro PCs phone to be able to switch to cricket. I get to cricket and its raining outside.The kid on the motorcycle shows up 20 minutes late while were standing outside, in the rain, making my fiance late for work. We get done the sale, I port my Metro number in, cancelling my service obviously. And he tells me a price thats $10 higher than expected.At THAT point Im told of the stipulations of the family save plan, not before I cancel my drive, not before I sell my metro phone. Nothing about this experience was acceptable whatsoever. And he has no remorse other than sorry in a basically not my problem attitude.So today Im calling to get info on a refund policy, since my receipt says 7 days. OK cool. Because Im having a serious issue with the service, and Im having another issue with my new phone. Oh theres a $25 restocking fee, and you dont get your money back for your monthly service that you only had for 4 days, because its prepaid. No kidding its prepaid!? If it was post paid there would be no money to refund!!! At this point Im about to cut my losses and go back to metro, lose my number, lose my money. At this point I really dont care because this company is such a horrible company. I will be filing complains anywhere possibly. I will be leaving very negative reviews everywhere possible. And if Im not compensated one way or another I will likely file a lawsuit as well just for the sake of getting my payback with this horrible experience. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY, IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES OR ARE UNHAPPY, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND THEY WILL NOT SHOW ANY CARE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

I’ve been staying here for a couple of months and when I tell you the Manager at that Location gave the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life, I will always recommend that location if the Manager Shalin is still there, she answered all my questions and also cracked me up! I will definitely be going back to that location to get my kids phones real soon!

I have been with Cricket for over a year now and the two gentleman Patrick and Nick. Whenever I had a problem with my phone or my service, or passwords they went above and beyond to take care of the problem for me. They are very good and knowable at what they do. If they do not know the answer they will research and give me the correct one. I live in Pasco county I live in Pasco County and there is a Cricket within 1 mile walking distance from my house. I know these two gentleman personally and when I wanted new phone service, instead of going to the one right by my house I drove down to Largo Mall off Ulmerton Rd where they work to have my service switched, and I would recommend this Cricket store to all persons and my friends. I took my neighbor here to get a phone. The gentleman that helped her was very knowledgeable about their product. He even answered some of my questions even though he knew I wasnt there to switch my phone service. I am disabled and he brought a chair for me to sit.

Been in there five times after I got cell from them, dealt with three different people, they no nothing about the phones they sell, how they work, how the Cricket systems software works, the VM, they have been dumb founded at every question I ask, like is That a cell phone, where you get it, when did they invent that Duh!!!! Oh we have some of those, useless go to another Cricket desller.
Employees attempted to add additional charges to my cellular plan in this location and when I questioned them, they told me the extra charges were mandatory, definitely switching when my bill is due next.

Poorly run! Store was scheduled to open at 10:00am but manager didnt arrive till 10:02am and was not prepared for daily store operations. Do yourself a favor and visit a different cricket wireless location to do business!
Employee attempted to overcharge me, then slammed my phone on the counter. Called him an idiot and he chased me out of the store trying to fight me. Employees seem like they me be taking illegal drugs before work. Complete lack of self control, avoid this place it is a dangerous environment full of unknowledgable people.
These guys sell terrible phones case in point I got the Nokia 3.1 plus from them and its not even legal to sell in the US. And then they dont offer security updates to the phone.

I have called this store several times trying to find out what i need to switch from boost to cricket and every time i drive passed i noticed theres 3 employees outside. how yall make money if no one is taking the money from customers. im tired of this next time im going to metro!ps check the cameras from 2pm to 2:30 pm on 11/6/21 youll see the whole store outside partying
