Sterling at the Largo, FL location, 12955 Seminole Blvd. was OUTSTANDING!!!! He identified the problem quickly and it was repaired equally as fast. I had a piece of a charger connector stuck in my iPhone 7 charging port. I would HIGHLY recommend this store. Sterlings expertise and service was beyond my expectations. I will coming back in the future if I ever have a need again.

I had a day of calling insurance companies & getting over priced quotes for my phone. I went to a phone store & they recommended I stop by here. When I came I was greeted & help immediately. I was given a quote WAY better then the other companies I had seen. He told me about the process - that I wouldn’t be charged UNLESS they could fix my phone. All I needed was a power button but I later found out that the power button was included with the screen. I brought in my Samsung S8 which wouldnt turn on. I had taken it to Verizon and Best Buy and no one could help. Before deciding it was hopeless I took it to uBreakiFix in Largo. They were very helpful and tried several different things, checked the battery and the display screen to see if either was the cause. Ultimately it was a lost cause, but they were extremely professional and through. It didnt cost me a dime and I am fully confident nothing could have been done to revive my phone.

Would of been 5 stars, but my ticket to get fixed was put in to this location Friday, Saturday I arrived and was told the part needed to be ordered and will be there Monday. The part did not show up until Wednesday. When I showed up on day 6 of my ticket (last day to do procedure before a new ticket needed to be put in) they said they could not find ticket number and I needed to call Verizon to file a new claim even though I was within the time frame. My biggest concern was going up there 4 times and heard alot of unsure phases like uhhh, whats going on with...?, and I dont know about..., and let me see if.... The unsureness of Associates almost made me turn around and go someplace else if I didnt think it would make more issues for me.The fix seemed to work so far. You cant tell its a replaced screen

The charging port on my Galaxy S20+ failed. Probably due to moisture. Jacob analyzed it and replaced it with a new one. The process took about only 2 hours. Very professional and reasonably priced.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received at uBiF. Friendly, fast, and fixed my phone which was not turning on. It turned out to be a loose power connector inside the case. I was having trouble getting my phone to charge. Tried several different charging cables but still had to lay my phone down just right and not touch it at all. Jacob was great. He cleaned the port out and then made sure my phone charged to 100%. He found a small piece of tape and some lint in the port. Didnt charge me anything. Also gave me a price on replacing the port in case it started giving me problems again. He was extremely helpful and I highly recommend this business.

So cracked my 600$ phones screen, along with a small portion of my soul. I forgot that I had transfered my insurance to my new 5g tablet and died a little on the inside.The Verizon rep says that they get their repairs done at uBreakiFix just down the road! Groovy!Sales rep at uBiF was spot on down to the minute about length of time to order parts and repairs.I basically got a new phone, in that it was 50$ difference between just the glass OR glass and a new case. I chose the latter in that I understand the significance in one micron when dealing with precision equipment; thats all it takes to create problems between the glass and the case.All-in-all I will probably be back next day off with my 4g tablet to get it fixed.

I went in here to get the camera on my galaxy s8 active fixed, and although they werent able to help me with that (the phone and parts were discontinued, something I didnt know that the employee there informed me about), I was also having issues with the sim card not reading periodically, and they cleaned out the area free of chrage. I brought in a phone that was a few years old, which had been repaired elsewhere. Some things werent working. The largo store took it apart, tested with good parts. I decided I put enough into it so they put it back together. After reassembly the phone worked with the other replacement part. While not a warranted repair its nice to have the back up.Greatly timely job on an S10 screen replacement as well.

I broke the SIM card reader on my iPhones logic board and they didnt know 100% if ordering a new one would work. they still did it anyways and after the part came in they put it on, and my phone read the SIM and i got service again. very nice and professional people who work here and i have only positive things to say about ubreakifix Largo.

Not a good visit today. My purpose was to claim a Samsung warranty on what appears to be an auto focus issue on the main lens.My expectation was that they would simply look at the issue and start the process repair if parts were available.Instead they claimed nothing was wrong. I had to show the employee how the autofocus was not working. He kept going into the back to do further testing and ....if needed they outsource the part.After an hour of wait all they could come up with was saying that it was normal functionality. I told them it worked before and the employee just made a comment saying they were the repair center. I guess by that he meant he knew better than me.Employee said that they would go ahead and process the repair if I wanted... but there is no guarantee that it would fix it. I declined as I didnt feel like they knew what they are doing and did not trust them of ordering the part and actually doing the work.I end up going to another uBreakFix in Gulf to Bay and within seconds they acknowledge there was something wrong and was able to start the process ordering the part and will replace in a couple of days.

This business is new to our area & I am so very happy that they r here. This morning I had the opportunity to visit there, due to breaking my iPhone 😕. My phone problem turned out to b minor, a piece of the charger that I was using broke off into the charging port. I was sent there by Samsung since they are an authorized service center. I was having problems with my phone camera taking blurry pictures. Phil insisted on doing a factory reset on my phone but assured me he would back up everything. Well, all my pictures are lost, gone! I tried several recovery tools to no avail. My precious pictures are gone forever!
