I had to come here 4 times, on 4th time coming here, There was the nicest gentleman Peter who helped me for over 3 hours, I just lost my husband and he was so helpful and nice..I came one time and a guy name Gage was working, HE was not helpful at all would not help me at All...Your very Lucky to have Peter as I was going to go to another provider...He was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

Terrible experience. Brought in a Google Pixel XL to be activated and the women (only person in the store) serviced us promptly but failed to active the phone and told me it was a problem with the phone itself. A quick check using a Verizon nano-SIM my buddy uses showed that the phone worked perfectly fine. Not only did she charge me for putting the SIM in and attempting activation she also charged me to cancel it when it didnt work. She was obviously knowledgeable but did not give proper answers to my questions and was unable to properly work her POS for payment so it took a very long time just getting payment to go through, which of course I had to wait for. I brought my phone to the next location - just a couple miles north off Missouri - and they activated it first try no hassle and answered my questions no hassle or sass.
Jamilia Ogarzabal assisted me with my phone exchange today. This was her first day at this store and she was knowledgeable, patient, and such a wonderful attitude. I am very ill at ease about technology, she gave me more knowledge about my phone and made me feel comfortable. I give her 5 stars for service.
Store experience was excellent today switched over to metro from cricket cause I am a loyal customer of shalin the store manager she always goes out of her way and satisfies every customer she is always helpful and super polite glad to see her with a good company! Shes a keeper

Mom had spent $150 for a new phone, case, and screen protector. One girl working behind the counter and did her best to multi-task as there were a few people in the store. We had left, mostly satisfied, but had questioned about the screen protector, or even purchasing it in the beginning, but it was $10 extra and the girl applied it for us.Our issue is, is that the screen protector didnt seem to be properly applied, it didnt stick and was lifted up at all ends. After we had gone out to eat, came back to ask if my mom could get it removed and refunded the $10. There was the same girl, and another girl behind the counter without a work shirt on, telling us that the screen protector is made like that, when obviously its sticking up and couldnt even last an hour. We got a lot of run around answers, so I had to directly ask them if they were going to do anything about this since my mother was clearly unhappy with the product. They ducked behind the answer as soon as the product is opened, it cant be returned. And that was that.They got their sale. Thats all that mattered to them. Horrible customer service.It seems they have a habit of not giving out proper receipts because the printer is not working.
I would like to go to a MetroPCS store that wants to make me happy. That puts my needs first and is not interested in themselves first. When I say that I only want the $30 a month family plan, why is it every time I have had to call corporate to change it because somehow it was changed to the $60 family plan.When I find this kind of attitude, I usually give them another try or maybe two. But if this kind of problem persists I stop giving them my service. Thats a real inconvenience too because this store is very close to my home, but Id rather drive out of my way for great service than 1/4 mile for someone who disrespects me.
Spent $25 that I didnt have to and had to go to another metro dealer and spend another $16.05 to correct the mistake he made. If they would have had someone that worked there that knew what they were doing and not hiring somebody a month ago that didnt know anything about phones. He was on the phone with someone else walking them through the questions I had asked. So I did what anybody else would think to do and took my business elsewhere (main metro dealer on Missouri ave. where they know what theyre doing ) after knowing I lost $25 with them.
I love this place. Customer service and individual attention. They take the time to really help people who are not tech savy.

This store added items to my receipt that I did not buy and then put a discount for port charges of $60 that was fake. I was supposed to get a $60 rebate card but it was denied because they said I already got a discount in that amount. When asked if I could resubmit the rebate forms once the receipt was fixed I was told no, because it was already submitted for that particular phone.

I was having a problem with my Samsung smart phone unable to download an app and also stream music for more than 10 seconds. Ive had the phone for quite some time and thought perhaps it was a memory issue and needed to invest in an upgrade. I called the Largo Mall Metro PCS and Asaya said come on down and well have a look at it. After maybe 10 minutes, my phone was working perfectly and no need (yet) for a new one. I just want to thank the fine service from Asaya, Gage and Vaughn. When its time for a new phone, thats my Metro PCS store! Thanks!
