Great and immensely helpful staff. Very professional but make you feel like your being helped by one of your closest friends. They dont push any devices on you, but instead they talk to you a little about how you use (or plan to use) your device and help you make a choice thats right for you. This is my new preferred store.

Just left this store and will never be back. Dude that works there today needs to drop the attitude. Laughing at your customers is highly unprofessional. Instead of saying “do you have masks on”, you should welcome your customers and OFFER masks like other T-Mobile stores do. Horrible service. I hope you get fired.The least you can do is post on the store that masks are required. There was NO sign about it
I am a resident of 33774 for over 20 years (Blockbuster was around the corner from this T-Mobile when I moved to the area!). My wife and I entered this location today and was politely greeted by a young man. After conversing, he realized we were Sprint members and went in the back to get who we believe is his Supervisor but also aware of the Sprint process. The person seemed irritated from being disturbed but tried to say hello and ask how was everything. He also seemed bothered by us and the entire atmosphere changed. We wanted an upgrade, he checked and then proceeded to check the phone for damage. For over 15 mins, he had the other employee Google information, give him a flashlight, and all other tools to continue to look for the LDI. Not explaining the reasoning until we asked after 15 minutes what was wrong. He was rude with his response, implying he was doing us a favor. I explained that i wasnt sure what he was doing and then he did explain. I told him to put it all back together and it was the worse first encounter in a T-Mobile store Ive had. Should he have not been trained to see what he needed to see, trained with customer service skills, manners, etc? He was condescending to the other employee and condescending to us. This occurred 8/18 at approx 130-2pm. By the way, Ive been with Sprint for 21 years straight with 8 lines. I also went to the CLW mall location the same day, far away, and received the best service from trained employees and with a much friendlier environment. I will make the 35 minute drive versus this 2 min drive any day!!
Excellent Service - Was waited on by Nathaniel Cleveland. I hate coming to the stores due to inexperienced reps but was pleasantly surprised by this location. It was quite and out of the way. It was a Sunday and the rep was alone which I think sucks due to having more than one person come in at a time(someone had to wait because of me) but the rep handled it well. Was efficient, knew the sale pretty well, was able to show us what we wanted and I could go order online with confidence(they didnt have the color of phone we wanted or the Tablet). I really appreciate the rep taking care of me and my 3 family members. Good store.

Saving money was never easier! I cut my phone bill in HALF and got much better services by switching over to T-Mobile. I went from over $120 a month for two lines to just $60 for two lines. Switching over was a breeze, and Jeremiah and Mike were both extremely knowledgable and helpful. I wish I wouldve known about T-Mobiles services and rates a long time ago, but Im telling every one I can now. Switch and save!
Update:A few days after I gave this bad (but very honest) review I got a friendly call from a rep, asking if everything was working fine with my equipment. Hmmm ... what a coincidence .... or rather not ... but anyway ... that was a nice move and hence I upgraded from 1 to 2 stars.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original post: Actually deserves zero stars. Horrible experience. First the guys there are not really knowledgeable, but I wouldnt mind if they were at least friendly. What bothers me more is the way the treat customers. I was feeling more like at a police station than a valued customer. No smile, no friendly words and asking for my phone number at least 7 times instead of writing it down. Worst was when one of the employee started making jokes about my device. I dont really need that. Luckily I have other choices and I will use them. Also this is not an official store operated by T-Mobile. Hence dont expect same knowledge, service and same price.
Kirstian was absolutely phenomenal. Professionalism at its finest. She took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and resolved all of my issues. It was my first visit to this store. I will never go to another T-Mobile store again. This is my go-to T-Mobile store.
Dante, Jeremiah and Hector really went overboard to help set up my friend for new service at T-mo. Great AFFORDABLE smartphone, accessories and set up. Patience +, knowledge, & kind! Check them out on Walsingham in Largo. Saved me $$$ on my existing bill too! Ill be back!

Unprofessional environment and they switched the whole team up. I went to the store at largo mall and got helped and they have phones in stock. Largo mall tmobile is a corporate store, the one here is independently owned, avoid this place at all cost

Do not go to this location. The staff I encountered was inexperienced and very unpleasant. The 4 other customers in there were also upset because the staff couldnt and wouldnt resolve their issues. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location.
