The only reason I am leaving a good review is because the representative, Steven, that helped us did everything he could to rectify someone elses screw up. What a mess!!He spent hours helping me with replacing the broken phone I received earlier in the week. He did his best and deserves a raise!! He was able to multitask like a pro!! And at the sametime he kept his cool and had the best customer service I have seen in a long time!! Thank you!!!Great Job Steven!!! Good luck!!
