Renting at Life Storage was a very pleasant experience. Brenda and the other staff made the move-in and move-out extremely easy and hassle free no, I should say easy and actually pleasant! Very good people! The faculty is always clean and secure. I felt very comfortable storing one of my most valuable possessions there. And the location is very convenient for anyone in the Lakewood/Golden area. I don’t know what more you could ask for in a storage business. That’s why I gave a 5-star rating as well as the thumbs up!

My husband and I have had 3 storage units at this facility over the past couple of years. We just vacated the 3rd one today and still have two large units. The manager, Rhonni, has always been quite kind to us and she seems to wear a lot of hats there. I hope she gets credit for all that she does. She has consistently been very accommodating and helpful. The location is convenient and the units were all the perfect size and extremely accessible (2 with outside access and 1 inside). I highly recommend this facility.

Excellent storage facility and I would recommend it highly to everyone. Customer service was tops. The staff at the 1576 Kipling St. location in Lakewood was super-friendly and happy to help with whatever I needed. Alison was particularly outstanding. She was always willing to go the extra mile and come up with creative ways to help me out such as suggestions on consolidating my storage spaces more efficiently or simply giving clear answers to my questions. Their facility is clean, well-maintained, and safe so you are really getting your moneys worth here. (I had 3 storage units at this place so I know what Im talking about.) I have used a lot of storage facilities in the past but this one ranks at the very top of my list.

Today I went and rented from life storage, and the property is very well maintained. Brenda helped assist my every need thoroughly in a timely fashion, she was very well skilled as she had an answer/suggestion for everything so thank you Brenda.. I highly suggest this property to all!

Uncle Bobs is a GREAT storage place. It is well maintained and has convenient hours plus the service there is amazing! I rented a unit back in 2010 for a few months and was so impressed that when I needed a unit this year I didnt look anywhere else.

I am from out of state about to move to Colorado and have been calling around to get information about storage units. I received the best customer service from the office when I spoke with Susan. Had a miscommunication when signed up and was charged a late fee. No one ever notified me that there was a charge or any type of issue. Facility was nice but you are forced to buy a $20 lock when you move your stuff in.

3 years later and the staff is still just as awesome, just as friendly, and it still couldnt be any more convenient. thanks for everything! 10 stars

I was having a problem with trying to figure out what to do with some extra stuff I had in my store room. But after talking to the front desk they helped me solve my problem. You have a great team working there. I have been there so long and never had any problems. I was there when it was called Lock & key and been there since. I keep telling my friends a co workers about your place and telling them to go there for there storage needs.But I would like to ask a question do you give any discounts to Gov employees? I have people at work asking me, or do you give senior discounts?It was a pleaser talking to you. Keep up the good work.

Fast, friendly service. Immaculately clean. A bit more pricey than some of the other facilities, but that is made up with their service.

I think that it would be really great if tenants were allowed to use the dumpsters. If we clean out our unit or have things to throw away - why cant we? We are expected to keep everything neat and clean but there are no trash cans and they just posted a sign that says if we put trash in the dumpster we will be fined $100.00!I have been at Uncle Bobs since they took over for lock and key. Probably since around 2003 at the same facility. The rent keeps going up and going up. I think we should be able to throw our trash away.Most people move into storage when they are transitioning into a new place. If we cant throw our trash away there - where do we throw it away? We have no place to live at the moment and have to take a chance to go somewhere and illegally dump it?Makes no sense to me. As high as the rent has been going and as long as I have been there (btw: for the first 6 or 7 years we were allowed to use the trash cans and dumpster) I think that this should be okay.(If I get fined for throwing away a McDonalds bag Uncle Bobs will lose a 12 year customer in great standing!

Nicest, easiest, and best place to store your belongings. They have a range of options in sized units at fair prices. In the winter they keep a safe environment by shoveling and salting the icy pavement. The manager Rhonni has helped me out on numerous occassions when i’ve done boneheaded things like misplaced my keys. Easy access to move in and out with any size uhaul as well. Highly recommend them for anyone storage needs big or small!
