This place is more secure now than it was before, before there were homeless people living in the storage units, now you have to use your code to get on elevators, I’m giving it four stars because of that. The units can be a little pricey and they could use some more carts to help the tenants with moving in and out, it’s a great location and ever since becoming Public Storage the staff and management have been easier to deal with!! The gate hours are from 6a-9p so be aware or else you’ll be stuck in there for awhile until you get a hold of management.

My first time renting a storage space and they made it so easy and efficient! Jermijah answered all my questions, super friendly and made me feel comfortable and was overall just really great to work with. 5 stars for sure

Great experience Judy was very fast but efficient very informative she was professional and friendly at the same time. Was nice enough to give me a storage unit closer to the elevator that had just become available. Rates very affordable.

Today I went to the location on Wadsworth Blvd. Judy Is hands down outstanding!She took her time with me and was very helpful.She also made sure the unit was unlocked and cleaned before I even got back with my first load.Truly Amazing!! Also remembered to put the sticker on my lock and explained why this needed to be done.She made sure to cover everything I needed to know.She made this move for me so much more easier!I truly appreciate everything she did.Hats off to ya Judy!

The lovely lady in the office Judy was fantastic and wonderful and helped me out with everything I needed. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Great security measures, clean and even have carts to use to help move.

Although they raised the rent on us, they made it more secure and generally remains clean. Be nice if the restroom was still publically accessible for the amount of money we pay, though.

I’m moving down to Lakewood from Aurora and needed a storage unit-and I am so glad I chose to go with this Public Storage. I made a reservation online and within 30 minutes-Judy called me to confirm all the details and go over their protocol with me; she’s a very lovely person to speak with! A week or so later I got a call from Nate asking if I’d like to come down sooner to come look at the unit as their units were selling quickly-once again, amazing customer service, he was very nice and answered all of my questions. Once I got there for my ‘tour’, Mike was in the office and showed me around and helped me sign the contract-also very nice and answered all my questions. I feel confident keeping my stuff at this facility and am very pleased with their service I received :)

I had a very good experience. Judy the manager on duty,, was very patient with me, while I asked many questions. She helped me select the proper size storage for me and my family. Then she helped me thru the process of signing in to get my account established. She proceeded to go thru the property and telling me where everything was. She showed me, where the boxes where and helped me by showing me how to put the code in. I was so happy that she helped me. She never showed any signs of being bothered, by helping me. Always with a smile. Awesome person. Im glad she was there. I just visited a few other storages earlier today, and the customer service was a decision maker, here.

I recently purchased a storage unit and Maryanne was an amazing help in finding the right budget storage unit and was very informative on the rules and expectations. Thank you Maryanne for making my rental process so smooth and very professional in her mannerisms. She really cares about her clients and her workspace. She always greets us as we come in which makes the atmosphere very warming and welcoming.

I made a reservation for two days away, I have received 7 phone calls since then regarding my reservation. Why the 1 star? I received a call on Sunday morning at 8am, an hour before they even opened. Too aggressive and it’s not worth getting harassed with numerous phone calls.

Well let me tell you. Public service storage is allowing people to live in the climate controlled storage units. We got robbed at one storage facility so we moved our storage to public storage. I saw the same people at the storage facility we were robbed from at the public storage on wadsworth and close to Yale. If I get robbed again I guess I will know who did it. Apparently they allow this to happen because there was a camper cmped out there as well. So the saga continues. So if you want to put your presious stuff at a storage facility you should probably put it in a outside facility. It is not as warm. Just to let you know.

Nice clean facility, prices were very reasonable. The manager MaryAnne took time from her lunch to show me around a couple different size storage units I was thinking about. Picked one out and she got me set up and ready to go quickly. Very great experience. Thank you!

Wasnt happy that they changed the storage prices, it was $35 at first with Cube Smart 🤓 then Public Storage bought it & changed lots of things, mainly the storage price, almost doubled??!!

Ok is the best way to describe it. A few times there have people just sitting in their cars inside the gate the whole time I’m there. Last time I tried to use the bathroom and no one would answer on the office side. Maybe I’ve just had bad timing.

We just rented a 10’x10’ unit. The process was very smooth! Maryanne is attentive and friendly. She keeps the place extremely clean and walked us through everything thoroughly. The facility is fairly new and felt safe. We feel we got a great deal!

Mary Anne was really helpful and made for a great rental experience. The facility is very secure and well-maintained. I also found the unit options and pricing to be just what I was looking for to store my landscape equipment.

Quick service, Judy was very helpful.

Its clean, quiet, & has quality spacious storage units for an affordable price. THE ONLY 3 things that I dont really care for is that all of the power outlets are locked up, the bathrooms require keys & staff leaves long before 10 P.M. (The latest any client can stay till) & theres Absolutely NO cell reception without any kindve WIFI.

The facility is amazingly clean. Its well air conditioned and seems to be secure. Marianne has been very helpful in getting my access setup in just minutes.

So far, so good. The staff was responsive and even let us borrow one of their locks when we forgot to bring our own having left it at the house that was under contract. The facility is clean and comfortable.

The online check in process was very easy, and getting in the storage unit was even more so. I also got a nice note on the inside that told me who cleaned it and when. Overall, couldnt have gone any better.

The employees at the location I went to were over the top nice. They were very helpful, they new the business. Hunter is a keeper. The other lady, I forgot her name, was nice too. They were both so pleasant to work with. The price was about the same as I was hearing at other places but this place definitely has the customer service thing going on!!

Not sure why I pay for secured storage when the doors to the front building can be pulled open by hand after hours. Property adjoins a park where homeless people gather at night. My husband as seen them hanging out in the building too.

Excellent customer service!We went in early on a Saturday morning and were immediately greeted by Kim, who took her time to explain availability, dimensions and pricing. She gave us a small tour, showed us multiple comparable units and explained what would fit in which.Seeing how CLEAN the entire building was, we were comfortable choosing to rent from here. Kim did a fabulous job explaining the hours, of both the office and, insurance tiers and gate access to me, brand new to any type of storage and a littleShe made me feel like a valued customer before Id even signed up! Its always a warm welcome being offered coffee / tea. Jenna, the other woman in the office was equally as helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful experience all the way around, and highly recommend this location!

Using cubesmart was great. Friendly customer service and not terribly bad prices. I am switching to another company however, partly due to location as I moved and price. For the same price as I was paying for your small unit, I get more than twice as much space.

Facility is new, very clean and seems to have high security standards with cameras and access codes. We are very much looking forward to having our belongings in a safe storage facility! Secure and clean, but I was told I was required to have insurance on my unit which was incorrect, and have had to bend over backwards trying to get it refunded.

Reserved a unit online. Had appointment for move in at 3:30 pm on 12/05/2020. Arrived at the facility at 3:20pm, and waited until 4:05 pm. Ended up leaving as no one was in the office to assign unit and finish paperwork. What is the point of making an appointment if no one is there to assist you?

Hunter was really helpful and informative since this is the first time we’ve ever used self storage. The facility is clean and well maintained, as well as convenient. This Cube Smart will have our business as long as we have storage needs.

Working with Jenna, the GM was pleasant, easy, and painless. She was able to show me different size lockers for me to choose from. The process to rent a storage locker took less than 30 minutes. Since I’ve rented every employee I have had interaction with has been polite and professional.

My mom and I needed a small second storage and Jenna was more than helpful in showing us size options, and she went above and beyond to help us get one right next to our larger unit. Her sweet, positive attitude and enthusiasm made our day. I highly recommend this business.

Be Aware! Undisclosed $24.00 admin fee will be charged. CubeSmart admits the undisclosed fee is charged, and is not found anywhere on the mobile site used by all smartphone users to reserve storage. They don’t care. It is found only on the normal website via non-smart phone users to reserve storage. They don’t care, you will pay the undisclosed $24 admin fee, regardless if their site fails to disclose such a fee applies. Kind of like the old used car buying days - one price advertised and then undisclosed fees apply jacking up the price.

I put my apartment into storage for 6 months. I have never been able to get the online payment to work... even though I do manage with most bills! Everytime payment is due I have to call the phone number and pay an extra $3 to play! Im glad Im moving my things soon. This has been very inconvenient.
