This was the worst experience we have had with a moving company. We bought a brand new home and hoped by hiring a moving company, that our new home would not be damaged by inexperienced workers. Two of the three men that showed up to move our items were brand new employees. When they moved our items to our new home, not only did they damage a few of our furniture pieces, they damaged walls in our brand new home. I provided pictures and was advised that we needed to complete a claim and take new pictures with a dollar bill next to each damaged area on the walls and banister. This is unacceptable. The company not only damaged a BRAND NEW HOME, they are making us jump through hoops in hopes to be reimbursed for the damages. Terrible movers followed with terrible customer service. I would 100% NOT recommend this company.

Long story but short version is...DO NOT USE! Fernando tried to lie about the start time in order to make more money. And I was on top of it so called dispatch back and they refunded me just over $100. They also scratched my furniture by not wrapping it properly and they misplaced some of my stuff due to hastiness. Filed a claim but got pennies on the dollar. When calling and talking to a supervisor he was very rude, but I forgot his name off the top of my head. For a local move it turned out to be a bit of a disaster. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I havent been there, cant remember if it was the place I had called once had interest on storage. If it was through the phone they were friendly and had demonstrated customer good relations as they followed up for sometimes but had decided not to move out.I therefore reccomend them strongly if theyre the ones!

Move went seamless, estimate was within $60 of actual price and zero damage to furniture or new house. The price was also very reasonable for the level of service provided. The guys were professional, courteous and had a great work ethic. From start to finish this company was highly customer service oriented. I called them multiple times with questions and they were always happy to help out and answer any questions I asked. I will recommend them to friends and family.

We have made 4 moves in 6 years & this was the best experience. They arrived on time & actually loaded our furniture into the crates just like they said they would! Our last mover was suppose to do that but when the truck arrived we were told it was probably going to be done at the storage facility! They took such good care with our stuff, parts from the beds were wrapped separately & put into marked boxes, so the beds could be easily assembled when we get into the new place. Brian & his crew are the best! One happy mover here!

Olympic Moving and Storage conducted our last move since retiring from the military after more than 25 years. This was honestly one of our best moves and that was directly due to the packers and staff at Olympic Moving and Storage. The movers were extremely courteous, prompt, and professional throughout the move. The staff contacted us at the end of each day to ensure things were going well and provided updates as necessary. A truly outstanding company that I would highly recommend to others, especially those serving in the military.

Our household is in long-term storage. Betty has always been exceptionally helpful at the lakewood/Tacoma office. Betty 5 stars Company 2.5 because:Addendum: I just received a message saying they are raising our rates to 413 and change. We currently pay 393 and change a month. This the 2nd increase in 2 years. Permanent storage. Nothing moves. Never requested to get items. Not pleased.

Excellent moving experience. Moving employees were professional and they quickly loaded and delivered our possessions. The move was completed under the estimated time with no problems. By far best move experience ever!!

Great service from Lisa. She came on time to give me an estimate and followed up with email and pdf to show the actual cost of the move. When our location changed she followed up promptly with a new estimate for the new location. We got to pick our move out day which was our last day of rent in the apartment so that worked well too.

The crew came on time and was able to pack up all my items within 3 hours. I prepackaged some of my items and they carefully wrapped every item for added protection. When they were unsure of an item they asked me every time. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone PCSing.

I have to say I feel a little ripped off. The movers themselves were amazing. They were polite, fast, took care of my stuff when moving it. My problem came from the guy who does quotes. After coming to my home and telling him what I needed help with and he could visually see everything that needed to be moved. His estimate was horribly off. By numerous hours that it downright felt scandalous. He obviously didnt pay attention to what I have to say because the movers were not tracking what needed to be done. Had my time and money wasted on inefficient service

Seamless and Excellent! From the moving coordinator to the very last box delivery. I had about four weeks notice of my relocation for work and they wasted no time coordinating the estimates and getting someone to the house asap. The organization coordinated packing of fragile items, the tvs, and the overall pickup and delivery. The driver Ralph was amazing, kept us very updated along his route, and arrived on day 1 of the 6 day window, which was wonderful!! I highly recommend!

3 days of packing and 2 days of moving to a local address. The teams were courteous, professional and efficient. The main office called each afternoon to let us know what time the crew will arrive on the next day. They also asked how the crew did that day. Very impressed.

They packed everything so erratically, we cant find anything, and its hard to find anything that goes together. They labeled boxes with one word descriptions when the boxes contained several items that were not similar. It was a 4 day job and they did not even complete it in 5 days. They didnt send enough of a crew to complete the job in a timely fashion. Then they told us that they didnt unpack when they were supposed to unpack. I had to call our coordinator to get them to follow through on what they were being paid for. I will never use this packing company or recommend them to anyone.

Staff was great and the whole experience went pretty well. The crews that came took time to explain the why and how of what they were doing to my whole family. It just made a stressful situation a lot easier.

The 2 gentleman that moved us were excellent! Timely, professional, and friendly. There was miscommunication on what they needed to bring so the wardrobe boxes were missed; however, they did a great job adjusting and still moving our clothes in a neat fashion.

The workers were puntual and quick to do their job. Also, Debbie was very accomodating to my request and I am so glad I was able to work with this company!

Olympic Moving and Storage made our move so much easier. Was provided with details in a timely manner but was always able to reach someone immediately via telephone with any questions prior to the pickup and then prior to the delivery.

This moving company is unorganized. They were supposed to have packed all of my household goods yesterday (6/21/2016) for transport but sent one guy out for two hours instead (the one mover that did show up was nice and professional). They were supposed to finish the job today but it is now 3:38 and no one has shown up. Ive tried to call the office but nobody seems to have the ability to pick up. Also, I should have been completely moved into my new house on 6/24/2016 but they changed the date to 6/25/2016 without asking or updating me. This has been the worst moving experience of my entire life. Move yourself or find a different company.
