So I guess its OK to make up prices as you go....So I am new to the area and have been looking for a good gun store since I got here. I stopped by this establishment last Friday the 29th of October and bought 1 of the 2 boxes of Nosler Partitions (.30 cal 165 gr) for $45.99 they had on hand. This following Tuesday November 2nd, I ran by there again and grabbed the 2nd box that I originally saw. When I got to the register the sales rep noticed there was not price on the box and went to consult someone in the back (Im assuming the manager or owner). When he returned he quoted me $58.99 for the exact same box of bullets. I explained that I had just bought a box a few days earlier and spent around $50.00 but couldnt remember the exact price (I bought multiple items that day from them). When I completed my purchase I returned to my truck and saw the receipt from my original purchase and the price they charged me for the first box. Thinking to myself, they surely will take some of this price off, I grabbed the original receipt and walked right back into the store. I showed the receipt to sales rep who again went back to talk to the mysterious person in the back and when he returned informed me the price I paid originally was from old stock and I could return the box if I like. Now had this had happened two years ago I would have surely just returned the box and moved on, but being that times are hard for finding ammo and reloading supplies I took it and vowed never to do business there again. One last note.... the bullets are definitely from the same lot, so the new stock excuse was a completely lie. Check the pics the lot number is on the back of the boxes.
Quite frankly I love every inch of WGS guns without a doubt my favorite firearm shop in Washington. The staff has always been nice calm cool and collected when assisting me and my wife even at times when it is a large amount of customers in as a consumer we should be able to understand that when it comes to firearms thousands of questions are going to be asking is extremely hard to get everyone in a safe matter dealing with these firearms but they always seem to make their best effort and is very appreciate it they’ve met my fire in purchasing process so much easier than other shots before I really do appreciate it especially the employers by the name of Tyler. and matt always seem to have a helping hand in a very knowledgeable and if they don’t have the answer right then and there they were sure that they will get it for you
This has been my Go to when it comes to firearms. The staff are very professional and are highly knowledgeable. The selection they have for firearms are probably the best in the area. They also actually have a lot more ammunition than most other places. Yes, just about everywhere has ammo shortage and this place is no different. But at least their shelves arent completely empty like most other places. Id check back often with this place because every so often you can score a real good deal. Ive now purchased 4 firearms and a muzzleloader (with full kit) now from this place. So when it comes to guns, this is now typically where I come to first. And they have more than just guns here. Thats the us side. They have all the accessories for your guns, too. So yeah, this is pretty much a 1 stop shop for guns.
Went in just window shopping. Ended up finding a very comfortable and reliable pistol, and bought it on the spot. The young guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable, and wasnt rude or anything if the sort. Although, it did take some time for someone to get free to help me due to talkative indecisive customers, it gave me time to view the inventory without having someone stand over me waiting on a decision. Once I found the one I had to have, the buying process was smooth and simple. Even when I went back to pick up my pistol, quick and easy. Straight to the gun range around the corner. Again, knowledgeable customer service, and a very nice facility. A bit strict on range rules, but I get where theyre coming from, with insurance costs and certain other risk factors. Safety is definitely top of mind with these folks. Ive since upgraded about everything I can on my pistol, just because I can, and havent had a chance to get back to the range yet. Who knows. Maybe Ill get a chance soon.
Love this shop. Got my first 9mm the other day. The guys are helpful and informative to the customers which I’d say is pretty important for a gun shop. One of the guys working I overheard was a former marine telling another military member about some really interesting historic guns and it was just an awesome thing to see. Every time I’ve been in there, there has been a little bit of a wait but that’s because they take their time to help each customer get exactly what they need or the closest thing to it, and for that I’m willing to wait (the wait by the way was no more than 10 minutes). I’ve recommended this shop to friends and family, and I will definitely be back for my next purchase.
Initially we were served well. Manager was very reposnsive to the needs of my wife and I. We bought two guns, ammo, holsters etc. Went back today for a simple bore sighting and some ammo. I was completely ignored as 3 associates were serving other people and other customers that came in after me. I was shocked. Never the less. I will not be ruturning. Customer lost.
Fantastic customer service from Jeff and staff. They helped my girlfriend and I through the Form 4 process for our 2 suppressors that we were seeking and recommended a 3rd, that we purchased. Staff was kind and entertaining. Huge thanks to Jeff for his patience with the Form 4 paperwork!
I’ve purchased firearms and helped friends purchase firearms here in the recent past I will not be coming here again because of terrible service by the majority of the staff. I was blatantly ignored while waiting to make a purchase which I had walked around holding onto for about 10 minutes looking at pistols and ammo before going to the counter with. Clerks looked me in the face and then continued conversations with customers that were there simply to browse very clearly and had been there for sometime already. A customer was completing paperwork and a transaction while I was waiting and a clerk came over said sorry for the wait completed there transaction and proceeded to act as if I wasn’t there after the fact. There were people working in the back and finally someone came up and asked if I’d been helped after about 15 minutes of me standing there being really just insulted at this point. I finished my transaction without a gripe and left. I won’t be returning and I don’t suggest you ever go in.
Bait N Switch, I been eyeballing a certain gun for about two months. Finally I pulled the trigger to purchase. Somehow my transaction would not go thru using my card no problem came back the next day the gun was no longer advertised as it was the past two months. They raised the price of the gun 150.00. No problem just head over to Federal way Discount guns have always had good service there and better prices by far.
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable within their craft. The only problem is the two younger employees, who seem to think they are some how superior beings and can disrespect anyone at their leisure, all other staff members were great but these two have level of hubris I have not seen in a person ever.
Its a nice store and they have a great selection but they could be a bit more friendly.
Great prices on ammo and guns. Very friendly and helpful staff!
For sure my favorite gun shop. Bought my Taurus g3c from them for good price and my R.I.A 1911 in 10mm for a decent price. They got everything youre looking for
$85 transfer fee if you order a gun online. Never again. My parents are FFL holders and agree Ive been robbed. Take your money to a place much more affordable, let my mistake save you. Ive had more than one person behind the counter exhibit rude and unprofessional behavior, some of which should not be present in a gun shop.Overall, this might be the closest shop around, but Id stay away. I definitely do not recommend.
Guns are cool. Theyre so cool that Ill call them culos.
Over the phone and in person the customer service was horrible on the buying side, the range itself was nice. Few of the employee’s are rude and it does not seem like there business is ran in a professional manner. The shop itself is clean and nice but they were not helpful.
Charged me $300 over market price which Im not mad about. it was my choice and with current times, it is expected. the one star is for their great customer service. Mike (the guy that answered the phone) is not exactly the nicest of people and will provide you ZERO assistance or information and was very condescending. another words they sell guns not smiles. I will not be returning for any services and Mike should not be working directly with customers.
Unbelievable. They only let 5 people in at a time and can’t even take care of the 5 customers that are in the store. It’s too bad. This store used to have my business. Not anymore. My husband and I went there knowing exactly what we wanted and planned to buy today but after standing outside for 30 min in the cold and rain and then being ignored while in the store, we left. 1 guy behind the counter was on his phone talking to a customer about sights the entire 15 minutes we were in there. Newsflash, the guy on the phone isn’t going to give you money. The people in the store are. Then the other 2 employees were helping other customers and never acknowledged us. One employee was helping a customer who obviously didn’t know what he wanted because he’d been in the store since before we had been let in. It’s too bad. We used to really love WGS Guns. We’ve bought a lot from them. No more unfortunately. We will take our business and money elsewhere. 😢😢😢
These guys may know their stuff and may have the parts someone is looking for but dont call them and ask them over the phone and expect polite service.Your customers pay your wage... Perhaps you should be more polite to someone whos willing to drive an hour just to pick up a part should you have it in stock.Parts service and product knowledge: ☆☆☆☆customer service: NEGATIVE ☆☆☆
Recently had my rights to posses a firearm reinstated, went to wgs to look at firearms.I communicated to the clerk that I had just gotten my rights restored and they began to act concerned and ultimately told me that nics was down and they could not run my background check. At the same time they told me this they were in the process of running another customers.I have no idea why they would mislead me aside from holding some sort of biased.Want treated with respect don’t come here 👌Edit:The manager reached out to me and assured me that my recent right to restore had nothing to do with their “nics” system being down.He was very respectful courteous and informative during our phone call.
Would give 5 stars if it werent for the rude, sexist, and painstakingly slow old man behind the counter.Get rid of that guy or give him a job where he doesnt have to work with people, because he lacks any kind of people skills or customer service skills even.
Went to the range in the front of the building, expensive but overall good experience.
I had inherited some firearms that I needed cleaned and safety inspected. I called ahead, explained my situation, and asked about their services and hours. I was never advised that they couldnt provide the services I was seeking. When we got inside, we stopped a young representative and advised of what we needed. He then replied that they werent gunsmiths and started to walk away rudely. We eventually got recommendations from a nicer representative. My issues with this business interaction is that my time was wasted by not being properly informed and also how I was treated when I got there. I dont agree with prior comments or ratings about their customer service and was shocked to have been treated so poorly.
After reading some of the other reviews I was just waiting for the people at WGS to be rude, impatient, not helpful, etc...but my experience was the opposite. Ive called them 4-5 times and visited the shop 3 times over the last month and each time I received excellent customer service. They only let about 5 customers in at a time and everyone is wearing a mask and social distancing. I highly recommend this place and looking forward to buying a few more pistols there.
Bought a new weapon & some ammo. We decided to stop in & check out what they had after getting sticker shock from a surplus dealer elsewhere. The other place appeared to be taking advantage of the current situation and seemed to us like they were price gouging. Ammo at WGS was almost half as much! I needed a new cc weapon and they happened to have a great price on a particular model I was looking at, so I decided to take advantage of the deal. During our visit we were assisted by 2 different staff members. They were both very knowledgeable & helpful. Needless to say, we ended up purchasing more ammo than originally intended due to their prices. They werent super cheap, but theyre not out to take advantage of you like other retailers due to the current situation we are in. We will definitely be back.
Awesome customer service. These guys care about their customers.
I drive all the way from Redmond to do business with these guys. This is the only gun store ao far that actually follows the COVID-19 guidelines. All staff wears masks and only five people are allowed at a time. I have bough three firearms here. Great service. Allways professional. Some of the younger staff should really stop talking about politics to their customers.
Horrible customer service. I regret not getting the gentleman’s name, but his attitude and unwillingness to help me made me want to leave the store immediately. I’m not from around here, but I always try to support small businesses over the Bass Pros and Walmarts of the world. Mostly, because small businesses know how to make a customer feel welcome. They have to compete with large vendors and costumer service is typically what drives customers to small businesses. Not the case with this place, or at least not with the older gentleman employee that I interacted with. My friend entered the store as I was leaving. He was back out in 2 minutes and shared a very similar experience. He found what he was looking for, wanted to purchase it, but decided not to because the gentleman was so unpleasant to interact with.
I have occasionally had good service here, but more often than not its been lacking. Called yesterday to check if a particular gun was in stock, ready to buy. The guy told me I dont check the stock, we are too busy for that. Seems to me that would be an easy sale instead of dealing with tire-kickers. I took my business elsewhere.
Helpful and friendly staff! Even with the COVID restrictions easy in and out process with very little waiting.
Always polite and courteous
The best customer service i have ever had in a gun shop, worked with a few of the guys and they were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable in there own ways. The first gentle man was on his first day working there and was honest about just starting and learning the ropes but he was still very knowledgeable. I’ll be a life long customer. I couldn’t be happier with the price and the service. 10/10
Absolutely love this gun shop. We (husband and I) had guns sent here and the staff was super friendly and helpful! Today we went to pick up our guns at open (11:00 due to needing to stock) and it was PACKED. The guys working there were working hard to help everyone fastly! I commend one employee (unfortunately didnt get his name) for breaking up a group of people by asking them to distance themselves! We will definitely be back! Great job, guys!!
Its a gun shop..many asking questions and dreaming of ...one day...
Had an awesome experience working with Tyler would absolutely recommend going and asking for him. Extremely knowledgeable and great customer service!
Picked up a new rifle today, went to several places before WGS . Not sure why i went anywhere else i always end up buying from them . The level of customer service and knowledge of products is tremendous. I will definitely be back . Maybe next time i wont waste my time elsewhere.
Wouldnt do business with them.... they screwed with a friend after a purchase and likely violated federal law in the process. will never be back. would advise people to stay away.
I was helped very quickly. They were very helpful and I plan on purchasing several items at WGS. Paying a little extra for such an important item (weapons) is very acceptable to me. I am not an expert like so many people; and appreciate their guidance. Very impressive store and they are focused on firearms unlike those big box stores.
They were out of what I needed posted outside their door. Cant rate due to lack of interaction
Great service, nice shop, 3 stars cause they added $40 to there transfer fee and $85 is to much in my mind, will buy targets, ammo, and cases from them, but will elsewhere for future firearms purchases
Gun shop:Staff is super informative and willing to help - except that one guy, very grumpy.Decent selection.Range:Friendly informative staff. Fair prices on lanes and rentals with lots of great options! You will need to buy their ammo for rentals or rifles.
Solid shop, but about half of the staff is really unhelpful and has no interest in trying to win your business. It may be that I am not their ideal demographic. The guys at the range are phenomenal.
I am well aware that there are wait lines to get in places. We waited outside your store 20 minutes and watched three people leave and not one of the 20 people waiting outside were allowed in at any point while we were there. At least another 20 more people drove up and left. Never coming back. I would give a zero rating if that was a option.
Plenty of parking, fantastic selection on accessories including ammunition holsters and weapons on hand, knowledgeable staff.
With past purchases the service was great, today I called about an online purchase two weeks ago (because I have call screening it will not allow unfamiliar incoming calls to filter out the fraud calls), before I finished asking my question the person who answered cut me off and answered what he thought was my question (it wasn’t) so I had to ask a second time and he said it’s not possible for him to give me any information on my purchase over the phone. If that’s the case then staff in the past should not have given me information on my purchase. I just do not like having to pay almost 1500 for a terrible attitude and will not make any future purchases. On a side note they have a huge selection if my review did not scare anybody off.
The range was fine, not the best Id been to not the worst, the same can be said about the service.
First of all, I would like to thank John and the other staff for helping sort out the issue I was having and get everything taken care of.When I first went in a year ago to pick up the gun I had shipped from NH, I was treated very poorly; there was hardly anyone in the shop, yet the staff member on the floor ignored me while I was clearly waiting for assistance. When I was finally acknowledged, he cut me off before I even finished explaining my situation (shipping receipt had been lost in the move) and told me they cant help me if I dont have a receipt so to go find the receipt and only then could I return for what I needed. This was the first time I had shipped a firearm and I didnt question his statement, so I left and unsuccessfully started contacting the place in NH for a copy of the receipt. Long story short, months later I get a call from John, who tells me that none of that is true and I just need my ID to pick up my gun.I showed up that week. It was very busy but I was almost immediately greeted and kindly told they would be right with me. Within 20 minutes, everything was sorted out and I was on my way. Completely different experience. So, very disappointed by the first impression, but very impressed by the second impression. I should have questioned things sooner, but I appreciate the call from John to let me know I could, in fact, come claim my gun.
Much nicer than the original Tacoma location. Had a lot of gun related products but a very limited handgun inventory. Prices were on the higher end. Decent selection of used guns but again priced a bit high. Was there looking for a while, not busy at all. Several people working, not one Hello or Can I help you.
I walked in and stood across the counter from the only associate not already talking to someone and was ignored for ten minutes while he did some type of paperwork. No acknowledgement, no be right with you, no eye contact with a thumbs up...nothing. I finally just left and spent my money elsewhere. I used to go to the old shop and thought the service was pretty good...not so much anymore I guess. Not going back, thats for sure.
This is how a gun shop should be run.Friendly greeting at the door and enough staff available to wait on customers without having to resort to taking a number. I really appreciated the wide selection of firearms and accessories. The staff member that waited on me was polite, very knowledgeable, and efficient.Paying a little more to buy in person versus over the Internet is totally worth it when you deal with a shop like this one. Ill be back again.
Very friendly and helpful.
Great place to go with some of your favorite toys on a rainy day. Or, if youre in the market, these guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Quick and easy first time registration, $35, and three hours later I fired almost every one on my list; and yes, all were available. Shout out to James; vet, humble and generous. On the range, in between clearing brass and helping others; he periodically checked in. Answered my questions and explained, pull v. squeeze, how to increase my balance, grip, breathing . And, if you are considering a purchase, shooting at 15 and 40
I have made a few purchases at WGS, each one has been an overall good experience. Prompt service and always greeted right away. Havent been in while they were busy yet. Store is very clean an organized. The front of the building is a gun range which is cool.
I think some of bad comments about this Business establishment are not true. IMHO i been in there shop last week and i noticed that they are very busy helping their customers during their business hours. They are very helpful but at the same time on the part of us, as a customer we need to be knowledgeable too in terms of what do we need to buy on their shop by looking first or Researching thru the internet(We are in the modern days now people). It will save your time and their time lol. I like the facts that they let their customers browse on their shop freely without pushing any unnecessary sales and willing to help when you ask them. They have a huge selection of Firearms and parts even knives and storage. I would Recommend their business to all of my friends
Awesome shop! Very knowledgeable, a little pricey compared to Walmart, but way more helpful than any other gunstore Ive been to.The attached shooting range is also arguable the best indoor public range around tacoma.
Great guys, they genuinely have a passion for what they do. Walked in a month ago to part ways with my HK USP which was becoming a safe queen. I was offered a decent deal for it especially considering it’s a dying caliber (.40)I definitely look forward to purchasing firearms from them in the future! Thanks guys!!
Ive purchased from them on two occasions and both times were pleasant. Both times I had someone greet me and ask if I needed help. My second purchase had to be ordered and arrived at the store faster than I was originally told. I found the prices on the majority of guns I was looking at to be comparable to other gun stores. No complaints here.
Terrible service. And bad attitudes
Took a pretty long hiatus from firearms and came here on a whim. I worked with Alex who was awesome and worked with me to be able to show me proper options. Initially went in for a Glock 19X but went with a Sig Sauer P320-M18 and a Kalashnikov KS12 Komrad! Alex took the time to be able to help walk me through everything patiently while exhibiting some solid customer service the whole time. Had to exchange some usually final sale items due to them not working for me and they were great at swapping me out for the proper items. Also worked with a few other folks who were nothing but helpful and great the whole time. Cant commend the team at WGS guns enough! Solid pricing and great customer service, thats a dang good combo! Definitely will be back in the future, my handgun and shotgun need a rifle buddy! 😇 Thanks, WGS and Alex! 🙌
The two younger guys that work here are pretentious and rude. (The Asian and white guy)Weren’t willing to help me while I was buying my first riffle and referred to my picks as Thai hookers.Handle the guns very unprofessionally. Would give zero stars if I could.
The fellas working at this gun store are all-around outstanding and amazing.
Overall, excellent store with a wide selection of firearms and gear. The staff members are also knowledgable and polite. The shooting range is very good overall. However, I am withholding 5 stars because of the rules against drawing and shooting from a holster and shooting rounds with less than a one second interval; these are extremely crucial skills for any conceal and carry citizen. I realize these rules are in place for safety, but the training value supersedes the added risk here, in my opinion. Please re-think your rules!
Had everything I needed, staff was amazing.
Excellent Customer Service. Some of the best prices in town on new guns! Even better than the weekly gun shows. You will find their prices are $100 less than the gun shows. If you order off wgsguns.com your gun usually arrives in two business days!
Ive been here a few times, each time they were extremely rude and unknowledgeable. Wont be going back and would suggest going somewhere else. If youre looking for somewhere nearby, Id suggest Marksman on Canyon RD in Puyallup or even Bullseye on Puyallup AVE in Tacoma. Both have ranges and sell guns. Both places are nice and, most importantly, KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Due to Covid19 they only allow 5 people inside at a time which is fine. But there is a line stretching around the building to get in. I tried to call and ask if what I needed was in shock but they dont do prices or some info over the phone (they want you in person so they can upsell and push the sale Im sure). Normally this practice is just annoying but not a huge deal. Since covid19 and their big lines are a thing, it took me 45 mins standing in line to get in just to be told they dont have what I need and the only options for a couple items I wanted were premium high end stuff that was 300% the price of competitors. 100 bucks for a wrench? Cmon now. This fine though, stock comes and goes and premium items have premium price tags. Its really the dismissive and impatient staff alongside their ridiculous no over the phone info policy combined with ABSURD lines and wait times that have made it so I wont be coming here again
Wonderful selection. Didnt have my firearm of choice in stock. Quick delivery. Fantastic service!Love the gun range!
Ive purchased a few different guns from the new Welchers and have had great service every time. Everyone Ive personally dealt with have been very friendly and knowledgeable. They also make me feel comfortable and like they actually want my business. I dont buy guns anywhere else now except maybe the gun show...I recommend to any and everyone to check em out.
Ive always been told this place was expensive so I never even tried going here. I regret it now. This place is average on price but you cant beat their customer service. They are very friendly and helpful with any questions you have. They take their time with you and explain what you want to know.Ive been to a lot of shops around the Tacoma/Seattle area and this is the one I am sticking with. There is also a range at this location so thats a plus.Great service, great people, and clean place.
There is so much more room then the old shop plus there is a shooting range right next door that they also own. They have a great selection of products and they are very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge.
Friendly and professional. I thought the prices for ammo and accessories were very reasonable, with a good selection of targets. Can get a little chaotic at the front desk during peak times, but I appreciate their thoroughness--when its your turn, they focus on you. A number system would be a nice addition for peak times.
Great customer service. They have a fair and easy trade in process. Happy with the overall buying experience, will return for future purchases.
Horrible customer service!! Impatient, unwilling to answer any questions with adequate knowledge and everyone seems rude inside this place. Would give no stars if possible and won’t ever be returning to this place. Should have listened to others reviews before making the commute.
First time at this range and everyone there was super nice and helpful especially the older gentalman that was a Range Safety Officer. .. he was there to make sure we were all be safe and following the rules but also available to answer any questions or give advice and help....absolutely a fantastic experience. ..I will definitely be returning
Great customers service. Been around for a long time family owned. Great selection of items. Everything from inexperienced youth to tactical professional of all ages
Informative staff. If you have questions just ask. They are great. Trade ins are welcome. Just bring in your firearms unloaded and they will do an inspection and give you an offer.
Great people, prices and customer service
I had a fantastic experience using their range. The range itself was very clean and felt modern, which made a positive impact on my experience. The best aspect of my visit was the customer service, which was the best of any gun range Id visited.
Top notch customer service. I reserved a firearm but ran into some money issues and they worked with me to help me out. I will definitely become a repeat customer because of this.
Extremely unprofessional. Would advise going elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect!
Beautiful guns. Nice prices. Wonderful customer service. 1 question. Do u guys also buy guns? I bought a taurus g2c 9mm but saw another taurus piece on your website that i wanted. Am i able to sell it back and get the other that i want?
I have bought quite a few weapons over the years from these guys and I am always happy. I reload most common calibers and they have been better than most on getting in components in this shortage. Fair prices, good inventory and always the willingness to get you whatever your heart desires. They employ several veterans (whom know their weapons) and are extremely helpful in the self defense weapons. I seldom go anywhere else. Great shop with some good folks what else matters?**UPDATE: I have read all the reviews now. Some men have a vagina.
Love the store, love the prices, some great employees. Pierre is my favorite. He is a great guy with a great attitude!
This was the first gun store Ive visited, and I had a very positive experience. The guys inside were very knowledgeable and friendly. They seemed happy to answer all of my questions/concerns.
My friend and I are inexperienced, and are just getting into shooting. The guys at WGS are very friendly and helpful. Range was super clean!
Great place to shoot, staff was knowledgeable and helpful, It wasn’t crowded and very clean. Also love the target variations. Safety observed by everyone there.
Welchers was recommended to me by a close friend, and they have not disappointed. Selection and service are fantastic.
Bought my first gun from here. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They got the answers for all the questions I had. Would recommend this shop to anyone.
I walk into the store and was wondering around for 15 plus minutes without anyone ask me if I need anything or even greeting me.Then decide to talk with someone to see I can get any help and first I decided to ask how you doing! What I received back was NO GOOD seriously? I walked out.Horrible customer service!I dont recommend anyone to waste you time in this place!Too bad, they just loose a good customer!
Great place, environmental controls were awesome, safety first and clean.
Great service. Always. I have made my last 3 gun purchases here and will continue to do so.
They were great but they thought theyd sent out my background check and hadnt so my application was delayed. Somewhat disappointed about that but they did get it approved within a few days of it actually being sent out so it wasnt so bad. One of the guys there said Bersa was a bad word around there. Thought that was unprofessional. Just give me the facts about the gun. Dont shame my choice, especially if Ive dove a lot of research and have my reasoning
Neat facility. I appreciate how well the air is circulated. My new favorite indoor range!
Thank You So Much for Your Reply.I Appreciate you taking the Time to do so.I Understand now that it must have been a Mis-Communication. It is Understandable that such a Misunderstanding may occur from time to time. No Worries. and My Apoligies for my Previous Poor Review. I Have Visited The Store and i Recieved friendly Customer Service. I retract my previous 1 Star Rating To Give you 4 Stars. I Would give the FULL 5 Stars except the prices are just a tad bit more than i expected. but perhaps Its made up for in terms of a Friendly Knowledgeable Staff. At any rate Thank You for Your Reply. And Ill Recommend This Business for anyone looking to Purchase a New or Used Firearm.
Great selection of new guns. Very clean and well lit. Plenty of helpful staff. Does not accept American Express.
Welchers is a great place for potential gun buyers. I have been frequenting many similar shops for many years, and when someone asks me to recommend a shop for them to visit, of the myriad of options I send them to Welchers. The service is relatively friendly and informative, and employees are welcoming to any questions you may have and helpful. Ive purchased a few firearms from them without any outstanding issues, and would recommend them to anybody, if only to browse their selection and have questions answered. After reading some of the negative reviews, I have to agree that visitors may get some of the typically imperfect service that plagues these types of businesses (such as misleading banter regarding common gun-culture urban legends, and heavily bias and opinionated information). But despite that, Welchers still manages to do a great job offering goods and services with an uncommon level of integrity. One would be hard-pressed to find a better option.
