I was nervous going in being a first time buyer, but they made me feel very comfortable. The whole buying experience from start to finish was excellent, professional and informative. I will be going back for future purchases and recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a first firearm or another one :)
Pretty disappointed. Had some spare time today so stopped in to look at some guns. I am a long time collector and have purchased probably 6 or more guns from them over the years. Even consigned a couple. Use to really like this shop. Today I walked around for over 20 minutes looking at guns and didnt even get a hello. Even looked at cases right next to both employees there for a bit. Wasnt busy in there or anything understandable. One employee was talking forever to a friend that couldnt be bothered and the other was in the back or messing with the register. Was even looking seriously at a couple old revolvers. I probably would have made a purchased today but endeded up walking out the door. If you cant even say hi, how can I help you or Let me know if you need anything to a customer then why should I give you a sale? Gave them 2 vs 1 star because the shop looks nice with a good selection of guns. Hate that all the long guns are impossible to look at without help since they are all stacked well behind the counter without visible price tags and you can really only see the front row. Many years ago this place had more guns out where you could hold them and look at them but now pretty much everything is behind the counter. At least you can see the handguns. Liked it much better before though.
Best place to consign that Ive found in the Denver area (with cheapest consignment fees I could find), and always seems to get items sold fast when reasonably priced. Generally a good, wide selection, with both modern and historical/old military firearms alike. Ive found a few hard-to-find guns in here on occasion. Also always has great, helpful staff!
Purchased a new gun through Gun Broker and had it shipped to Green Mountain Guns for my FFL transfer. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating of my request to hold onto my new firearm until my new drivers license arrived (around 2/3 weeks) without charging a storage fee.The cost of the transfer was more than fair and competitive with the current marketplace rates. In fact, most places have even paused handling transfers. So, hats off to Green Mountain Guns for continuing to serve the people! All around a great experience here. I would highly recommend these guys for you firearm needs, services, accessories, etc.
Was cleaning my pistol on Monday when reassembling the guide rod came loose on the inside and knocked the slide off track after an hour Id made no progress in repairing it. Came into the shop Tuesday and the gunsmith was out but the friendly staff behind the counter offered to see what they could do with it. While repairing my pistol I noticed they had one of my dream pistols on display, an HK USP.45, at a very reasonable price. Staff was patient while I compared prices on gunbroker and considered the purchase, not pushy at all. After about 20 minutes theyd fixed my pistol, free of charge, I tried to pay they would not accept, so I decided to purchase the USP. They then ran my background in less than 15 minutes and I was able to leave the store with 2 working pistols after coming in with 1 broken pistol. Quality gun store that takes great care of their customers.
Knowledgeable staff, willing to go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you are looking for. If you dont see what youre looking for in the store, be sure to ask an associate. The owner Mike, talked to me in depth about a certain firearm that I was looking for. A real weath of knowledge. Thank you Mike and the rest of your associates that allowed me to find exactly what I was looking for.
The staff are always so kind & helpful. Thank you so much for your patience, knowledge & assistance!
I found out about Green Mountain Guns by listening to the Sportsman of Colorado radio show that is aired on Saturday afternoons at 1:00PM on AM 560 KLZ. GMG has been a great sponsor of this program which I enjoy very much, and I wanted to support the sponsors as much as I could. I went out to there to check them out and was very pleased with the level of service I received. I have purchased 2 handguns from them since the beginning of 2020, and have also had them handle a transfer request when I purchased a firearm out of state over the internet. Everything went off without a hitch. 2020 and 2021 have been very difficult years for all the gunsmiths and gun stores nationwide, but I found that GMG was offering good prices on the products they could get stocked and the individuals there had a wealth of knowledge. No pressure or anything from them. They offer sound advice and ultimately just want to ensure the customer will be happy. I also want to compliment their gun smith who is working hard at getting parts to repair a Winchester 1894 model .30 30 rifle that is well over 100 years old. Lastly, I just completed a conceal carry course with them and the instructor, Jake Salthouse was amazing in teaching and answering questions and ensuring we felt comfortable with what we had learned and his encouragement to continue to stay up to date with the laws and rights of conceal carry owners as well as gun owners in general. I feel confident I can go to these folks and can confidently refer them to you. Thank you, Jake & the team at Green Mountain Guns for helping someone new to owning firearms feel at ease and comfortable throughout the process. Cheers!! Ryan Gardner Littleton, Colorado
Great prices! Great employees! Definitely glad I waited at the other places I went to and decided to come here!
Great people. They inventoried and bought 40 guns I found in my grandads garage. I highly recommend them and support Colorado small businesses!
These guys took care of me today! I was looking for a specific hard to find gun. They had it! Said if be there in an hour. They had it ready for me, price was right on. I wad in and out of there in about an hour. The background check took longer than anticipated but they cannot control that. Great place! I’ve purchased here before and will continue to do so. I recommend this place.
Every gun Ive ever purchased was from Green Mountain Guns, even though I hadnt bought anything new for quite some time. Did my research and knew what I wanted to get for my latest acquisition and sure enough they had it. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great place and great prices.
Great store. I have both bought a firearm and also had one shipped to GMG. It was a great experience and it made the whole shipping of a firearm so easy. Thank you for the great service.
I have visited Green Mountain Guns many times but only recently purchased guns from them. Their staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they did not criticize or give unsolicited opinions about the guns they were selling whether they were used, consignment or new unlike some of the stores I have visited. There is nothing as demoralizing as doing ones homework in preparation to buy something only to have a salesperson start bashing the product right in front of you. With guns, that is a big no no for me since all of us have different needs and guns are serious business. Thanks for being a great source of firearms for our community.
One of Denver’s best firearm stores. Every time I come in here, it’s an enjoyable experience. My questions get answered, my consignments get sold, the guns I am looking for are often available, and a gunsmith that knows what he’s doing. Keep up the good work GMG.
I Went in to the place twice and got treated poorly, the guy that did not really try to help was short with words and did not give much help. He was interested in his phone, I will definitely go some where else
I just bought my first gun here. They really took the time to show me my options and weigh the pros and cons (unlike the other stores I tried before walking into green mountain guns). Inventory was great, all employees where extremely knowledgeable, and prices are very reasonable. I will be returning here for all future firearm purchases.
Knowledgeable staff but extremely unfriendly. I have bought two guns from them but I will never go back after they treated me like a criminal just for asking to look at a gun that someone was trading in. There are too many other good gun shops for me to put up with that kind of treatment. My business has gone elsewhere.
After visiting several other gun shops and sporting goods stores, I found Green Mountain and I’m happy I did. I’m a first time buyer and my interactions within this store were far superior to the rest. Great customer service and selection. Zach helped me pick out a beautiful used Smith & Wesson revolver. I plan on returning and would recommend this shop to a novice like myself all the way up to an experienced gun owner. Thanks guys!
This place is great! Amazing customer service, huge selection of new items as well as items on consignment. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and can take care of most if not all your firearm needs! Thanks again guys! Love my HK. Be back soon.
Awesome group of guys here. No need to go anywhere else for your firearm needs
Having recently visited nearly every firearms dealer in denver, I can say with confidence that the guys at Green mountain guns are easily the friendliest of the lot. Like any gun store staff, they obviously know more about the topic than most of their clientele; unlike some of the other places, they use that knowledge to actually assist customers. If you ask a question you are likely to to receive a helpful explanation, instead of a dismissive one or pressure to make an uninformed purchase. Found what I was looking for at about 65% the price I would have paid at two other local dealers who had the same item, will definitely be back in soon
Amazing firearms. I love the cowboy corner and all the old shotguns.
My fiance picked up my Beretta APX from there. Quality FFL with great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
If I could give this place 6 stars I would! These guys saved my butt today! A total stranger asking for a favor and without hesitation went out of his way on his own time to help me out. You dont find good people like this every day! I will most definitely be sending my business there way from now on!
I could write for hours about the efficiency, skill, dexterity, and keen judgment of the staff of this beloved gun shop but I’d rather be concise. Every single worker at this location will steer you in the write direction. They’re not hustlers, they’re men of an honorable market. If you haven’t been here yet, head by, you’ll realize why war veterans and successful individuals hang around this oasis.
Lee colt Cody, and jerry. We’re all amazing. Appreciate their opinion and all there help. Definitely coming again in the future. And recommend Anyone to come in. 💪🏽💪🏽👌🏽🙏🏽
Ive been there a few times to look at guns. I sold a few quickly on consignment and was happy with the prices they sold for. However, their customer service isnt the best. It seems like theres always 3 or 4, maybe more, in back not helping customers who want to purchase guns. The guys behind the counter spend a lot of time talking with certain customers who look like friends or fanboys of the shop. Frustrating.Recently the had a couple of Springfield Hellcats Im interested in. I think it was a base model listed for over $700 and an OSP for over $800. Ive seen them cheaper in other places. Supply and demand or price gouging?
Good deals have purchased several times here
Purchased a Glock 17 through a individual, do to living in another state i was very weary of the transfer. But Green mountain guns was informative, polite, quick, and was very helpful in the transfer. i recommend there sales rep Kody Marshall, he is well educated and can help you with about anything involving a firearm!
Great customer service! Bought my last 3 firearms from here! Hands down best gun shop
I’d strongly suggest going elsewhere for gun consignment, if you go to GMG honestly you’re throwing money away. I’ve sold a few guns through the guys (Five Seven, SR22) but figured out they are scamming people on the third time. They lowball your consignment and it’s pretty obvious they cut you a check a resell at true market value. If you don’t mind getting Colfax pawn shop prices for your gun go to GMG
Wife and I have been searching high and low for a specific handgun. When you add a Pandemic and Rioting in multiple citys guns are hard to find. We called all the big outdoor stores with no luck. Then we found Green Mountain Guns. We were helped by Colt, and was pleased to find what we wanted. He put our purchase on a temporary hold (which they dont do) for the next day by 12noon, since we lived 50 mins north of there location. We were so pleased with his helpfulness and dedication to customer service. When we arrived everyone there was very helpful. Will go back in a flash for my next firearm purchase. Thanks guys.
Tasso was super helpful. These guys understand gun culture. They don’t gouge customers during these times of high demand. Great to know this shop is around. They called when I was approved and even swapped a new grip for me. They also showed me some of the cleaning materials for my new firearm. Great store.
I felt rushed out of store while trying to purchase my first firearm and felt really judged. Would Not recommend to first time buyers.
Really unhappy and unsafe with my experience at Green Mountain Guns. Be very careful when buying anything from them.Last week I purchased a new Glock there and got a holster with it. Was told they have ammo but can’t get it until I pickup the gun from the background check. When I got home I had a military friend tell me how dangerous the holster I got was. So I called in and they told me it being unopened and the receipt I have a month to return it.Today I went in to pickup the gun buy bullets and return the holster. I was told there were no bullets (disappointing but kind of understandable with limited ammo) but when asked why I wanted to return the holster I said I felt unsafe and wanted a different one, I was laughed at and told I didn’t know what I was talking about. Also told me I wasn’t able to return the holster :( I hadn’t opened it and had the receipt, it had only been 3 days.Anyway felt like they could have done more to take care of the customer. My dad and grandpa and I have over 300 guns and I grew up with them always buys selling trading. Never again with these guys. Very disappointed. Will be spreading the word at the gun shows and events we go to.Please do better!
Went in with a friend who purchased a citadel 1911, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! After the background check we picked up the gun and some ammo. They were more than happy to show us exactly how it functioned as well as recommend a cleaning procedure. Will certainly be back.
Green Mountain Guns always has that one thing I can’t seem to find anywhere. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Today they made my smile so big you could see it through my face mask.
Cody was easy to work with, informative, quick, and precise, I was in and out. Most importantly, no mask.
Walked in the day before Election Day with $3000 burning a hole in my pocket. Was looking to get a few things. As a rookie in the gun world I was looking for some more conversation about what would be a solid 9mm. After trying to start multiple conversations with novice questions I felt immediately tossed to the side. I get things have been insanely busy but make sure you take the time to make the sale. Went elsewhere and was met with much friendlier attitude.
I have been coming to the store for three or four years now. Every time I go in the people are extremely knowledgeable and always have the right answer to my questions. Most recently I needed my new Savage seven mag bore sighted. Jake took the time to do it while I waited, discussed the process with me, and assured me it would be on paper at 100 yards. If not he instructed me to come back and he would redo it. Great crew! Great store!
Excellent experience! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was very refreshing to go to a gun store where you didnt feel like you were annoying the staff. I felt like they were there to listen and assist me with all of my needs. Very accommodating. Ive been there multiple times and look forward to going back.
So I purchased a gun later in the day on Saturday, trying to support local shops. The back ground check did not come back so I had to come in on Monday and get it. That’s fine I wanted to get a tax stamp in for a suppressor anyways so I made sure they would have time to do it on Monday, they said yes no problem. I call Monday prior to leaving work to make sure I could still do the suppressor paperwork and they said “yes no problem try to get here before 5:30”. I got there at 5:20 and they said they are to busy doing paperwork to help me with a suppressor. I’m no hotshot but I work hard. I work 11-12 hour days Monday-Friday and 6-8 hours on Saturday. I called off work early to get this done and even after confirming it they went back on their word. The guy at the store, Zach or Zack I believe, said he didn’t know the person who I spoke to. Come on, it’s a small store and I had a voicemail with the guys name on it. Not to mention that silencer shop has now sold out of the can I was going to get when there were 6 left yesterday. I will not be coming back nor can I recommend it to anyone.
Didnt realize Karens could work at a gun shop. Asked for a specific item, was told to look over there behind the counter with people standing in the way.
These guys are the most honest group of guys in the Business, they will never price gouge you and always willing to deal with you! Highly recommended and my number 1 gun store!
Green mountain guns have a wonderful and helpful staff.
Honest fair good guys everybody should buy their
Brought in a consignment. Specifically said I want no less than $600. Employee gave me his suggested price( I would get $675) they said however if it didnt sell they would contact me about lowering the price.2 months later they call up saying a check is ready. No contact in between. Check is for $570.I wanted $600 because is wasnt worth selling if it didnt go for at least that. Horrible communication. Wont be going back.I created a Gunbroker account and have been happier.
Called the shop about a 20ga.. their response was they had over 150 and we would need to come in. We came to the store and literally no one said anything to us. There were 2 other people in the shop. They maybe had 30 shotguns. People were sitting in the backroom and even as we left the person standing by the door putting other guns away and not helping anyone said nothing. Horrible, terrible, awful customer service.
Friendly staff and extremely helpful! Thanks for y’all’s help
Went into this place yesterday. I was the only person in the store and was barely acknowledged. They have absolutely the worst customer service, not only unhelpful but the old dude at the counter seemed especially miserable and wanted me to feel the same. Don’t waste your time. Walked out and went over to Ark Tactical. The place was packed and walked out with my new Glock in 37 minutes - for $50 cheaper. They actually acted like they appreciated my business.
First off, just like all gun store reviews I see, ROFL at all the bad reviews by the obviously super privileged crying about how they didnt get pampered. Must be tough being snowflakes, they melt easy. I shipped a firearm I sold to a friend in Oklahoma. FFL to FFL. These guys were AND are super patient, as well as knowledgeable and VERY hard working. Also random note, found a used like-new Beretta 92A1 there for an awesome price. Ill be returning for more business, so will all my friends, and couldnt recommend them enough. Thanks guys! Best of luck. Stay safe!
I walked into Green Mountain and was welcomed by Christopher who asked me what my needs were, listened, happily showed me around and offered solid advice on gun buying. I felt free to ask questions, look around and not be pressured into making a buying decision on the spot. I also liked how they offer used guns for sale at a lower cost. Will definitely be going back.
I sold a pistol on gunbroker.com and neglected to read the 19 pages of regulations that govern shipment of handguns. I painted myself in a corner, limited to overnight priority as a non-licensed seller. These guys bailed me out, handled the paperwork required and shipping and really saved me a lot of money, if that matters to anyone. Couldnt be happier.
Easily me best experience around the Denver/Lakewood area. Prices are always fair and everyone is super knowledgeable! Just today alone I checked in on prices around town for a glock 45. Everyone else was price gouging at 699.00 but not Green mountain, they stay true to the market and are always on point!
Painless FFL transfer, too bad it even has to be done. What an infringement. Trump 2020
Great staff and prices!!!!!! Seriously some of the best people around Denver!!! They were very knowledgeable and had awesome customer service! I will def. be back!!!!!
Solid group of employees. Knowledgeable and friendly.
I located a Browning BLR online and reviewed the listing. Once I decided I called the number listed and spoke with Jake. This employee was very knowledgeable and made the transfer transaction work very smoothly.I picked up my rifle at my dealer after it arrived and could not be any happier.I highly recommend Green Mountain.
Love the place
If you enjoy wasting 6 hours. Having people not care about making 1200 dollars and enjoy not being spoken to. This place is for you. After calling and emailing for 3 days I drove all the way there as by owners wishes. Show up to have there phone lost unable to call the guy with a mak90. I wait an hour before a call is made and the guy does not answer. I then drive to fort collins before being called saying I can come pick the gun up. Then was told it would take 4 days to get the gun even when every other store in the state is taking no longer than 2 days. The people are highly inept when it comes to customer service. After my experience I would not spend 1 dollar let alone 1000 at this place. Plenty of other gun stores that appreciate your time, business, and money. Dont waste your time
Decent selection. Good customer service.
These guys are great. Very professional and friendly staff. They were very patient during this time of hard to find guns and seem to be working hard to continually get stock back in the rack!
Updated store and all new staff. I bought numerous times over the years and now will no longer do so. Went in and asked to look at a Garand that was on consignment. Asked if I could pull it out of its stock to see if it was parts correct which would determines its value. This is done by simply pulling down on the trigger guard which takes 10 seconds to pull it or put it back in its stock. I was told no and he assured me it was parts correct for the year. Noticed that the bolt was of different manufacture than the receiver which means it was re-arsenal and worth half the asking price. Went in 2 months later and similar experience. Too bad, we lost a great store....In regard to your response. Your employee told me it was Parts Correct which represented it as twice what it was worth. So either stupidity or plain deceit.
Good selection, but they will not sell to active duty US military. Thanks for supporting our troops.Bristlecone Shooting accepted my CA drivers license, military ID, and were more than happy to sell me an awesome gun. And CBI even cleared my background check. Green Mountain just doesnt want to put in the extra work for Soldiers.
Great prices and friendly staff. Zach is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The older man was quick and efficient, made me feel comfortable, the middle aged man with a beard and behind the counter was very helpful and knew the store well. The man that was the greeter/security pointed me in the right direction which I am grateful for. I honestly dont know much about guns, but they helped me and none of them made me feel dumb for not knowing much and they didnt belittle me.
I like me some guns!
No reason to miss quote prices on the phone369. In no world means $500.00 for a consignment gun that msrp for 550. Be aware of this place. Thankyou for wasting hours of my time to drive.
They sold me a different gun than the one I looked at. Not a honest Store or staff.
Hands down one of the best gun purchase/ experiences I’ve had. Volunteer retired vet was in and he gave me the whole run down on a glock I was interested in, took a buddy who knows a lot about guns with me, we could have spent all day talking about guns. Some of these old school know what they are talking about. Check em out if you live in the area for nice priced glocks and other goodies.
Swung by to sell some of my old guns, took about 20 minutes till they acknowledged me. They said the owner was the only one who could make an offer on them and that he would be in Friday.Came by today (Friday) and they said he was out looking at an estate sale and that he would be back around 2pm. Came back at 2pm and he still wasn’t there. When I asked if they’d spoken to him to see when he would be by they said, “I won’t know when he’s here until I see him walk through the front door.”They don’t seem to care all that much about service, or even to call the owner rather than wasting my time.Won’t be coming back, employees seem to be there as a hobby, not taking the job or customers seriously.
I was hopping store to store for what I needed and green mountain had the best bargains and selection by far. Dont listen to the negative reviews who are city slickers who want to be treated like queens. Im a young hippie looking guy who was treated with respect. I asked the guy four different times with multiple firearms to check out; he was both patient and helpful. I will probably be a returning customer. Thank you green mountain guns!
Great local gun shop! Ive bought and sold many firearms here. They are friendly and honest, which I very much appreciate. Check back regularly to score good deals on used guns. They have a good consignment inventory and can order direct from manufacturers too. They also charge the lowest commission for gun genie orders in the Lakewood area. They have a few accessories, but not a big selection. I didnt give 5 stars only because they dont have specialization in any brands or types of firearms so they are Jacks of all trades but master of none. You need to have a fairly good idea as to what youre looking for when you go in. Otherwise a great shop all the way around.
Great operation! My conversation with Jake, and the transaction with Green Mountain Guns, was PERFECT! He was patient and very helpful in accurately describing the features of the Custom gun on the phone, and then he shipped it to my FFL promptly. It was bubble wrapped so well it took my FFL a few minutes to get it unwrapped to record the serial number.
Called after seeing the rifle on gun broker, with talking to the person it gave me the confidence to buy the rifle. The gentleman even gave me a deal on the rifle. Was happy I called
Worked with Zach and Jake. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience I’ve had with the purchase of a weapon.
I bought a 1400 dollar custom made aero precision from this store a couple months ago. Just shot it for the first time the other day and it only lasted 150 rounds before it would never ever cycle no matter the ammo we tried. So I went in there to see if they can fix it and what I suppose is the manager said my bolt is too dirty so it’s causing it to fail. My brothers Springfield saint and his other 500 dollar ar15 outlasted my performance rifle. I was told I will have to keep cleaning my gun after 150 rounds for it to function. They won’t fix it they just cleaned it Thats it. What performance ar15 lasts 150 rounds before you have to clean it. Will not be shopping here anymore! I have to go to a private gunsmith for him to figure out whats wrong. Even the gun smith called bs on the bolt being to dirty to function after 150 rounds.Update gun smith has looked at my firearm and the gas black was about 1/4 inch off where it should be. The gun smith noticed that the two Alan screw on the block are stripped so now the smith will have to drill out the screws and possibly replace the block. Curious to see if green mountain will do anything to help me out on this. The gun was assembled by their gun smith and I bought it there. We will see what happens.
BEST CONSIGNMENT SELECTION. I’ve sold most of my guns here as well within 3 months of the price is right. Employees friendly when calling to check on consignment items.
In case youve been hiding under a rock for the past six months, you know how busy gun shops are these days. The guys at Green Mountain are ALWAYS helpful, ALWAYS answer the phone, and never get frustrated, even among all the chaos.I bought two guns from Green Mountain today and they dont price gouge like the rest of the shops around town. The paperwork took under 20 minutes and the place was packed! I have another gun Im interested in that they dont have in stock. They said to feel free and call every day to check stock. Their phones are ringing off the hook with calls from the jackass that hasnt realized that .22LR and 9mm is out everywhere and yet they still encourage calling anytime. This is a small shop with employees that have huge passion for what they do. They are passionate about selling you what you need. Merv and Lonnie were especially helpful today. This is my first online review of anything but I felt that it was warranted given my awesome experience today. Thanks guys!!!
My favorite gun store. They have a great selection of both new and consignment guns. And they have an awesome 90 day layaway program.
Great staff that have patience for the customers. I was looking for a specific rifle and they ordered it with no problems. I will be back for a future purchase
Green mountain guns has a good selection of used guns and accessories. Their gun cleaning and gun case selection is good as well. The sales guys are straightforward and helpful, just dont ask them silly questions. Not as many new guns but that is not what they specialize in. Come here if your looking for a good used handgun or rifle
Visited Green Mountain today and saw a Winchester Rimfire I was interested in and this gun was on consignment. I asked the salesperson if I could make an offer on this gun so I filled out paperwork for offer and he said they would contact seller and then call me and let me know. 2.5 hours later the shop called and said seller accepted my offer and they would put gun in back room with my name on it as they were at closing time and wouldn’t reopen till Monday So good I will be in first of the week. Then 5 minuets later they called back and said they sold the gun to someone else for more money. I feel like I got the shaft as I had an offer on the table that was accepted by seller then they sell gun out from under me. Watch these guys as I feel they aren’t Honest.
All around excellence service. I was helped by a gentleman named Jake who was extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly.
Friendly and helpful staff!
I have been a customer for more than 25 years and have always gotten treated right. Tonight all I needed was a set of earplugs for a concert at red rocks. I got to the door as they were locking it told them what I needed and they gave me a pair for free. They the best :)
Took several guns in that I knew very little about, jut to get an idea what they were worth. The guys there took the time to explain in detail the guns info. Their consignment fees are pretty good too. They also had a good amount of new and used guns on hand. Will be going back.
Guys behind the counter know their stuff and prices are very competitive in comparison to online sites. Ive bought from them a couple of times and gun sales/ background checks were quick, hassle-free and they were more than willing to help whoever was waiting in front of the counter - even though a very busy place. Will definitely go back when I need to add another firearm to my collection.
To all Green Mountain Guns staff,FED-EX just dropped off the FNS-9 magazines I purchased via gunbroker from you folks three days ago. I have to say I was extremely satisfied with the speed and care that you took to get them here and I will be leaving positive feedback for this transaction. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you and that I hope we can do business again!!Craig Rimmel
Good Gun ShopThe best place in Denver to sell a gun on consignment. Good customer service, they always seem to have enough sales staff. Decent selection.
Great prices, but also great service! Being a novice to a bull-barreled 1911, the staff was always helpful to some problematic reassembly issues. Great post sale help. They stand by their stuff.
My family was here today looking for competitive sporter co2 air rifles for my sons’ 4-h. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Thank you!
Bought Rifle from Green Mountain Guns thru GunBroker. Great folks to deal with, very professional!
Done business here several times as both buyer and seller-good selection, good service. Colt assisted me with a small issue on my last purchase and squared away the problem...solid place to do business.
Fair prices, good selection, friendly staff. Definitely recommend checking these guys out before buying somewhere else
Have purchased and sold here many times. Always treated with respect and fair price. Knowledgeable staff. Good selection of both new and consignment.
The price of the item I purchased was the best in the Denver area (and even on line). The selection of items is great; new, used, and accessories. I dont know why the bad reviews about the people; everyone was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Ill go back.
Went into store to 3 used guns; 1 year old, fired about 10 times. Walked out 20 minutes later with a check in my hand. Owner was very helpful; and fair with helping me get a price for these items.
Green mountain guns, are an amazing gun shop! I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I go. Mike, is so kind and knowledgeable. As well as everyone there. I highly recommend them to anyone that understands the value of a good company!!!!
Always well staffed with helpful people. I noticed their magazines were somewhat over priced, but not too bad. I have bought equipment here on a last minute basis.
