Training classes are available if you are new to firearms, its highly recommend.Ive been coming here for a over a year now and have had great experiences each time. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
I have now visited BluCore 2 times to sight in my rifle and to shoot my pistols. I’m new to the area and this range is super nice! Definitely plan to join and use more often!
Excellent staff. Excellent training with Mark. Truly a pleasure to shoot here. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Raymond is outstanding!
Stopped by to check everything out and see if the range will become my new spot and was seriously surprised at what they had to offer. They have rifle range and pistol range with just the right amount of space. Considering everything that is going on right now they are doing their best no doubt. I will definitely be back to take a class or two.
I just had a great experience here. I went as a guest with a friend who is a member. Lane rental $20hr, he only paid for the targets we used which was a few bucks being a member. I did read a handful of negative reviews so I was a bit predisposed. However, I didnt open a membership or use their firearms which the negative reviews referred to.Happy I went. Thanks guys!
Excellent range!! Awesome, knowledgeable staff!! Very helpful!! Range and training member since the facility opened as BluCore!!Mark the training manager is Outstanding!!Raymond the store manager is very friendly and helpful!!
Yeah if you wanna shoot there you go but wow it is a short range. Also a limit on which ammo you are able to shoot because it is indoors. I created a membership with them back in June in order to use a lane which was fine however I asked to cancel my membership immediately after I was done and the man behind the counter said “sure” and 5 minutes later he let me know it was canceled and I was all set. However 2 months later they were still charging my card and are apparently unable process a refund despite never have using it since June. Basically stole my money because I was assured my membership had been canceled.
Fantastic place to shoot! Friendly and helpful staff as well.
Wanted to get a few more shots in with the hunting rifles before opening season, and BluCore is the only indoor range with 100yard capability. Very easy access, staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.
Awesome range! Clean, lots of rifle and pistol slots, plus a good selection of new and used. .22lr, 9mm, .45, to 556. Big fan, even a BIGGER fan of Tony! Super knowledgeable, nice and oh so handsome!
Great Customer service, good price on ammo. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
I havent even been here and I hate it, first off they only allow members, so have to sign up for a month membership to even check the place out and have heard horrible things about trying to cancel membership if you dont like it (other reviews confirm), 2nd are all the negative reviews. Sorry, I demand quality for my money and time, Ill find a place that can maintain a 4.5+ star rating.
BluCore Shooting Center offers a decent shooting range. Upstairs you’ll find a gun shop, which is mainly dedicated to AR platforms & shooting equipment. Downstairs you’ll find the BluCore shooting range which offers shooting lanes for both pistols and rifles. The ranges are moderately priced and their staff is extremely professional and helpful. The range could use some updating... lighting should be improved. The walls and ceilings of the range are scarred from thousands of rounds which lends a feeling that previous enthusiasts have not operated in a safe manner. Safety is always a primary concern when going to a shooting range.
Great staff, very attentive and a focus on safety. I still can’t believe there is a 100yd rifle range under ground. You really can’t find another place like this in Denver. If you shoot a lot, look into the membership, as the demos are free with a member ship and addiction benefits. Very fun time shooting the suppressed Sig with 300 blackout.
Had a blast great customer service made it quick and easy
Friendly staff, clean facility, and a good selection of rental firearms.
Was recommended this by some shooting buddies of mine. Went to have a look at the range, wow!! 100 yd indoors best I’ve seen. Staff friendly and I had one small issue that Sean was able to sort out straight away.Purchased 2 firearms and staff really helped out on the checks. Thanks guys and see you soon!
Staff here is great, professional, and very helpful! They had an answer to every question I threw at them. The facility is well kept and the range is perfect for testing out my new guns while also getting to play with some of the guns they had on hand. Big shoutout to Joshua for his help and his charisma. He was able to help me and get me all situated within minuets! I will for sure do business here again! Thank you!!
Was our first time, had the best experience and the staff were great especially Joe.
Showed up only to see that they only alow members in now. No where on the website does it show that. They are the only range that I know of that isnt allowing the public into the range. I understand needing reservations but still... and after reading these reviews I now understand why they will alow only members. Its because once you become a member its EXTREMELY difficult to cancel. I Wont ever be coming back here and will be letting all of my military and police friends and family to go somewhere else too. CHANGE YOUR POLICY.
Really good costumer service and really good knowledge about guns !!!!
They have primers. Small Rifle. $150 per 1000. WOW. Price gouging. Stay away. Make a quick buck but will loss a lot of future business. Jacking prices on ammo too. Can get it cheaper any where else. Talk about screwing your customers. Will never refer anyone here. Lot of better ranges around.
This place came highly recommended by a friend. There inventory is very low and the gun I was offered in place of the one I was hoping to buy, was the wrong gun for me and I feel they should have known that. I later found out that the gun was not new and had not been cleaned. I paid way too much for that type of gun there then I would have at other gun stores. I guess I was a little old lady that was easy to take advantage of.
Awesome customer service!
Went there to shoot a .44 mag, which their website shows them as having for rent. Turns out they sold it, which is fine, because they have a S&W Performance Center 627. Bought some of their ammo with the gun rental. Loaded a few and it jammed on the second shot. Freed the jam, loaded another two and it jammed again. Did this four more times before going to get the range staff. I told him that the cylinder was locking and he said, Ya, weve been having that issue because people slam the cylinder closed. BEEN having that issue...? So the gun doesnt function and you still rent it?Staff offered to swap it out for a Ruger. Opened up that revolver and found rust (in a place as dry as Colorado) and a cracked forcing cone (second and third picture). Decided not to shoot that gun and just left. We were still charged full price. Another staff member, who offered to sell me the 627, asked how it shot. I told him it jammed every other round and he had no response. From the About Us section of their website: Many of our staff have military/SPEC-OPS, Law Enforcement and competitive shooting backgrounds. Well, apparently not. As a former 0311 and federal Correctional Officer, Ive never met another Marine or CO whose weapon was not cleaned after every shooting session, much less one that was rusted, cracked, and caked with carbon. Rugers arent the highest quality revolvers, but that 627 is a $1600 gun. You have to neglect it for a long time and after thousands of rounds for it to jam so often. Not only does the staff have zero experience in maintaining weapons, but they also risk customer safety but continuously allowing people to rent poorly maintained guns.
Great place! Dusty helped out a lot from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand each gun we were using.
Some of the employees here are great, and others are very rude. They were very short with friend and I when we went in, and acted like they were incredibly annoyed that we were there. One of them eve rolled his eyes when I asked about basic instructions, like where to enter the range and which lane I should use. I wont be going back here.... plenty of other places to shoot without the attitude!
I went to the range with an acquaintance and there was a billing problem on my credit card. The management was understanding, professional and a pleasure to deal with. If I lived in the area, I would be enjoy returning there on a regular basis.
Don’t go here. Sign on the door say’s member’s only for the range due to COVID which is absolute nonsense, price for what little they do have it through the roof, inventory is a joke and the lady at the desk was to consumed with whoever she was on the phone with to assist me.
I went with the intention of getting a membership, if I liked the setup. I walked through the door and was told, no one could shoot unless already a member. Nowhere can I find this posted on their website. How can you run a range and get new members if you won’t even let them try out the place. Have not had an issue anywhere else. Very disappointed as this range is 5 minutes from where I live.
The team at BluCore is truly second to none. From taking my first shots in September of last year to becoming a member, a training member, and attending multiple classes the staff at BluCore has been able to instruct proper fundamentals from the very beginning. Safety is #1 priority and they have a great way of letting you know when youre screwing up without being a total dick about it.Always great for advice on builds, body mechanics, principles, decision making process, and making sure that you can AVOID a fight as much as possible but if avoiding isnt an option that youll be ready.Ignore the folks who just wanted a quick day at the range. Thats not what this place is and Im fine with them not sticking around. This is a place without ego where you come to get better.
The staff is AMAZING!!! Im hella obnoxious but they have always been super helpful and a ton of fun to be around! 20/10 would recommend 🖤
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I went here, got on the list, sat in the line. After 5 or 6 people without blucore cards cut in front of me, I asked WTH? Oh theyre all police officers... BUUUT... They advertise less spendy cop member rates, not the say youre a cop and cut those here before you like the 3rd grade choccy milk line package... Weak Saucers.
The instructors at BluCore are top notch. Trained with both Mark and Paul, and would recommend their expertise to anyone looking to improve their skills.
Made a special trip out of my way because I was told they had ammo in stock for a decent price when I called. Got to the location and suddenly it jumps from 25 to over $60. Granted somebody made a mistake, but that shouldnt happen. At least not such a big difference.
I took a CCW course and the trainer didnt sign the certificate. Apparently he he now longer works there. Recently, I was told I would have to take another class just to get a signed certificate when they made the mistake in the first place.
So i can not express how good of an experience this store offers in words, so i will just describe our experience. We came in looking to buy a new rifle for myself, and get some training for my wife who is brand new to firearms. We were helped out by Mr. Earl who was extremely knowledgeable friendly, and patient. During our stay Mr. Earl along with the other associates were extremely helpful, and didnt try to up-sell us on anything. My background check took a bit of extra work due to my career, but Earl made the entire process smooth and painless. In short if your looking for an excellent gun store, and range do yourself a favor go here!
I’m a novice shooter. The first time I went to BluCore shooting center I was a little unsure what to expect. I’m not a regular looking guy, I have weird hair and am kind of soft spoken. When I went in I was immediately greeted, still a little unsure I asked about shooting there and lots of other stuff. The staff, especially Lee really made me feel welcome and safe. I was about to shoot my new firearm for the first time. The shooting range has another set of employees. All were very pleasant and understanding of my newness. Now months later I’m a member and a regular visitor. I’ve always been made to feel at ease and welcome. BluCore is close to my work so its easy to go down and practice. I’m there several times a week practicing. Even after the staff has come to know me, the customer service hasn’t lapsed. Great place and convenient.
Have dropped in several times with exceptional experiences! Randall is very knowledgeable and professional. Means a great deal to have personable, professional staff to answer questions!!!
Been here a handful of times, before I decide to get the membership. Everyone is helpful and professional. The upstairs is the showroom and prices look very fair. Im sure on the accessories are marked up from online, but its that instant gratification of getting that item I take into consideration. Online sign up of membership was easy and booking is simple. Definitely check them out. Ive only had good experiences so far.Update.Love the place, but the website is terrible. Cant book or do anything on the site. Still need to call to make an appointment. Removing 1⭐ for now.
Great place with great staff. Low key and easy going.
They have disconnected their phones and refuse to answer. Only way to get a lane is to use their website which will not allow you to book on mobile. Absolute joke. Half the staff is great, half are fudds. Really wish we had more options for a 100 yard Denver range because this one is not good. It just exists.
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. The guys are great. nice range always clean. They offer a LADYS NIGHT on tuesday after 5, Ladys shoot free.. got the family membership good deal go twice a month payed for itself. we go all the time. decent prices on ammo. fair selection of rentals. nice retail space just all around been a good experience. I look forward to taking some classes soon
I’m new to owning a firearm and came in to look for some ammo, didn’t know really what to look for, guy kept eyeballing me like I was sketchy even coming up to me multiple times to check me out when there was at least 6 other people in the store and only 2 employees. I didn’t do anything besides look suspicious when I was reading products I suppose? Decent ammo price though.
These guys are pros. When it comes to guns and training there is no better place in town. Knowledgeable, friendly and sharp people all around. I strongly recommend!
Great range have been a member for 2 years would recommend highly
Wonderful crew! Very patient and helpful! Fees are more than reasonable. I had a fantastic experience shooting for the first time!
I am a personal assistant to a gentleman who had paid for a lesson online on BluCores website. When I was tasked with calling BluCore to set up a time for the lesson, Dustin/Justin(?) answered the call abruptly and with an attitude of being inconvenienced before I even began speaking. Once I asked how lessons are scheduled, he cut me off and said you need to email such and such and find out when they are available to schedule the class. He was speaking very quickly and was clearly much to busy to help a new customer and answer a few simple questions. I asked if I could call someone that may have more information on the class schedule he stated that we dont cater to your boss or whoevers schedule and you will just have to send the email and wait for a response. There was absolutely NO reason for this attitude, as it is my job to be professional and courteous, especially when representing my client. In my experience, people respond in this manner when they are either not properly trained or really dont know the answer to the questions being asked and become defensive. Regardless, when a business offers pre-paid services to the public and new customers (non-members) with questions are treated as an annoyance by any employee, owner, friend or relation of the business; then what is the point of even offering services to the public? There were also many contradictions regarding information on the website vs the services and goods actually available at BluCore. This type of treatment and misinformation reflects poorly on a business and puts its professionalism into question. Therefore, we had the tuition for the class immediately refunded and found a more professional, organized, knowledgeable and courteous place in which to do business.
Bladed class was excellent.
Highly recommended as a newbie that just bought a pistol from this place which was Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm M2.0 . Blucore Pistol 1 class was great with providing knowledge that every beginner gun owner should be aware of and guides from fantastic instructors.Thank you Nick and thank you for your service Mark.
It was my first time at a shooting range and my first time shooting with a gun at all!The team that was there was so friendly and helpful. I was really nervous at the beginning but they helped me with everything and showed me everything!I was was a really amazing experience. Thanks do all the guys who were there and helped me! :)
These guys do a really good job, they are passionate about there business and safety. I’ve joined other ranges. I like these guys the best, they don’t crowd you but they are are always willing to help!
Excellent staffs and services. The instructors were very knowledgeable, and store staffs are friendly and helpful. Range staffs are patient.Pistol range is usually clean and quite compare with other public shooting ranges, never had an issue, but please take warm outdoor clothes with you if you visit in chilling night, because their indoor range ventilation equipment is replacing clean but cool air rapidly.Firearm courses have helped me on my overall skills, the instructors are experienced shooters and they will guide you to the right track quickly.Had a delightful firearm purchase experience, staff team is a problem solver. Recommended.
After reading through the reviews I have decided to find another place to do business.
Everyone was so friendly. Adrian helped answer all my questions. It was a great time to get out and have fun!!
Ive been meaning to write a review about these guys for a while. First heard about them on the radio and sounded like a cool place. Ever since my first day there Ive absolutely loved it! The team there has been so helpful in teaching me how to become a better shooter. Maybe this Elk season Ill actually be able to hit something now. lol
Le, Jordan and, mark are great people and excellent gun range operators! Superb care and knowledge! Overall a great place!!
Took a one hour private class with John and it was awesome. Very knowledgeable and good info. I dont know much about guns and he was very patient and made me feel a lot more comfortable being there doing something I dont know how to do....if that makes any sense. It is kind of intimidating to go into something and have no clue what you are doing...especially shooting a gun. He made me feel a lot more comfortable so I could take in as much info as possible. Definitely will be taking more classes with this place. Thanks!
Extremely happy with the lesson from John Hess. He explained things clear and logically, instantly improving my shot. First time in this range and was very pleased with my experience. Everyone is super helpful and extremely nice, and they have a great selection including clean range downstairs. Great for right in the city. Highly recommend any instructor with the classes, but our experience with John was amazing. Couldnt be happier with our lesson, and now were hooked!
Trying to let my wife get a feel for what she will be comfortable shooting. Their staff was superbly patient with us swapping out over a half dozen guns. Very professional, courteous and patient, especially with my wife. Prices very reasonably and a great facility. Highly recommend them.
BluCore is hands-down the top shooting range in the Denver metro area. I live in Parker, so its a bit of a drive for me, and I could visit another range nearby more easily, but I like the facilities and the personnel better at BluCore.Their range has an excellent ventilation system so you can shoot for a long time without getting crap in your eyes, and they have a nice selection of rental guns that you can try out. Good selection of handguns in the store, and lots of other guns available on their online store. The owners are former Military, so they really know their stuff and the classes they offer are run by highly trained tactical specialists. I havent taken any classes from other local ranges, so I cant speak to their abilities, but I do know that the BluCore teachers are best in class.I would highly recommend BluCore (and have many times) to friends and family. IMO, theyre the best gun range in Denver!
Place was awesome. I Called at noon to become a member, i was able to reserved a lane for same day at 2pm. Staff was nice and seemed to care what you thought when finished shooting. Pistol Range was clean, great air flow. The only thing negative was that I bought a box of 100 rounds and 1 of the bullets in the box wasnt even the right size nor brand and had a deep ridge line all the way around it, didnt fire it, I actually returned it to them and told them what was up with it other then that I would recommend this place for sure 100%.
Just left here after the front desk person acted like it was an inconvenience for my brother and I to ask questions. Everything was overpriced as well. Go to another place.
We had a team building day here and all but one of us were rookies. The instructors were great and thorough with everything we needed to know prior to handling a gun. Once we were in the range, the fun began! There were three different handguns we got to experience and after a few rounds we each found our favorite and became much more comfortable handling them. We definitely would recommend BluCore.
No indication on website that the range is open to members only due to COVID.
Just went there today to shoot a gun for the first time. And let me tell you, theyre did a GREAT! Job on helping me how to reload and use the assault rifle. Super friendly staff regardless if youre experienced or not. Very fun! I definitely recommend coming here especially if its your first time shooting.
The only range I go to in town. The military discount is great all the staff treat you with respect. The thing I like the most is that they do not breath down your neck when youre Shooting unless you make a safety violation. The range is in awesome condition and well ventilated. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend going.
Bought a new duty pistol for work, they beat buds price by $15, and only paid $6 for background check. These guys know their stuff and they have some good gear. Not everything they have is on sale, but not everything is the most expensive in town either.Great range too, 100yd rifle range in town is rare. This is a top notch civilian firearm training facility and shop. If you need gear, training or a place to practice they have you covered.
Enjoyed the indoor range. Staff were courteous and friendly. Shot at the rifle range, spot lights for target at 25 yards, 50 yards, 75 yards and 100 yards. Sighted in 3 rifles, was there with my son-in-law, we had 2 lanes. Will definitely go back again.
Nice indoor range. It is really nice that it has 100yd indoor lanes. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rental selection is good for firearms. The retail side offers a wide selection of accessories but not a lot in the way of firearms. The membership rates are fair.
Pretty disappointed. Saturday there was a 2 hour wait. Understandable! And zero help from upstairs for a technical problem I was having with my gun other than send it back to the manufacturer. So we decided to show up before they opened today. 5th in line. 1 lane down in rifle range and a 2 hour wait again. I understand its busy and it happens but I couldnt even put my name down to hold a lane and go take care of other stuff while I wait because Im not a member. This is discouraging of wanting to go again. I will stick to my normal spot.
You guys got men working in front NO MASK NO GLOVES and they are Coughing up a storm do to this Virus we are all dealing with I look at that as negative .
Great space for anything shooting related. 100 yard range is great, high quality structure. very clean building, good parking. Shop has stuff tyou want not just a bunch of junk. we signed up for memberships and already started reserving lanes for next week.Would recommend 100%Better than all the other shooting ranges in Denver or anywhere around us.
I like the range well enough but the dude in the shop needs to update his sales tactics. Gives you a hard sell on why you should shoot what he likes instead of helping you get the gun you want.Basically assumed you dont know what youre talking about, asked why you dont want what he likes, ignores youre answer and then spends ten minutes telling you unrelated common knowledge gun facts like youre an idiot. If you want to get outfitted with the setup the guy behind the counter shoots than this is the place for you. If youre not into 9mm and AR style rifles exclusively than go elsewhere. These guys seem to not realize that customer service is giving the customer what they want, not what the salesman has in their prep bag.
This little gem is one of my favorite places in Denver. The team will help you pick the best handgun or shotgun. If you have never shot a gun before, they will teach you too.
Ive been shooting here and taking classes for a year. Ive also purchased a firearm from them. This is a great range and gun shop that has (for the most part) good people working here. I think that any rough edges are due to the success of the place and amount of business they are getting. Are their ammo prices on the high side? Yup, just like pretty much everyone else. Theyve told me (and I dont see any reason why theyd lie to me) that their own costs for ammunition and similar components (primers) have gone up quite a bit and that has caused their prices to increase as of late.I also have to chuckle at the review in which someone said that they turn everyone away claiming that their ammunition has steel in it. Ive shot thousands of rounds here, of a variety of calibers as well as shotgun shells. Theyve never reported that my ammo had steel in it.If you shoot regularly here, consider becoming a member. You get free range time as well as the ability to do reservations. You also get some decent discounts on training and other goodies.Highly recommend Blu Core. Its the best range in the Denver area.
This is a very professional shooting range. Made for long rifle and handguns. Staff is very pleasant and willing to answer any questions. That is the range. The weapons area as in for sale knowledgeable and also willing to take the time to be sure you are leaving with the weapon that you feel most comfortable with. They have instructors that take the time to introduce you to the proper safety measures as will as intructing you on your proper handling of your new weapon. You cant go wrong using this range. I gave them a 4 because no one rates a 5.
The most professional range Ive been to. Here you will not be pestered with the owners political views (as Ive encountered at other ranges). Many pistol shooting rows. But the reason I joined: Denvers only 100yd indoor rifle range. Everything was clean, and well ventilated. Decent membership prices. My only wish is that I could shoot prone, as I do outdoors.
BlueCore is by far one of the best indoor ranges in Denver. The staff was very informative and well trained. Gun rental selection is top notch and ammo prices are decent. Great place to escape and go boom boom.
The best thing about this place is their shooting range, which is well laid out, well equipped and well managed by the Blue Core staff. The retail part of the operation could use some improvement. I called Blue Core about a particular handgun in was interested in and asked the person I was speaking to if they had that particular gun, giving them the model number and all the particulars. The person checked and came back to report that they had it there. On that basis, I went to the store to look at the gun. They did not have it. I was then told that their internet guy would do some checking and call me about ordering the gun. I never heard from them. I took my business elsewhere. These guys run a good gun range, but their retail business could use a little polish.
The customer service is okay. The facilities are top notch. However, I have some issues with their policies.First of all, they have this strange idea that a 9mm Luger round, fired from a rifle, will not even reach their 100 yard bullet trap. As such, they will not let me shoot a handgun caliber rifle on their rifle range. They pointlessly offer to let me shoot it on the handgun range, but whats the point of shooting a rifle at a target 40ft away. I can shoot a .22 LR rifle, whose projectile will be going slower than that of a 9mm Luger rifle at 100 yards, of course. So, at best, poor knowledge of firearms.Lately, I saw that theyre selling small rifle primers for over double retail price. A $32 1000ct box of primers, selling for $80. Will they sell? Sure. Its still totally unethical. Its still completely taking advantage of their customers instead of serving them honestly and fairly.I wont be giving them another dime.
Absolutely love this range, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. Plus they have an incredible facility with great ventilation. I shoot outdoor mostly so Im fairly particular when it comes to indoor stuff. The facility and and staff really make a difference when it comes to indoor. I cannot complain in Any way shape or form and I love their selection of merchandise. Of course I cant expect bulk ammo pricing and 0 profit margin....lets be realistic they gotta keep the lights on and fans running...cheers
Great facility and classes. I have gone to the range numerous times and recently took the Pistol 1 class. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. In regards to the Pistol 1 class, the instruction was great. Both Alex and Jake were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They effectively catered to a diverse group of students (brand new gun owners - military personnel) and made it worth while for all those in attendance. I would recommend both the range and classes to shooters of all levels and will definitely be taking more classes from them in the future.
I honestly wanted to give a 1 star review as to steer people away from here so that I can have this place all to myself. Unfortunately I am not a Billionaire so I cannot support this place to stay open by myself, therefore I think everybody considering a membership or even just a one time/first time shooting experience, try Blucore!
Great place for visitors who want to let off a few rounds. I found them welcoming, helpful and accommodative. Would definitely visit again!
Great staff that is knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection. Tried several units for a very reasonable price using the indoor range to help with my decision of what unit I wanted and needed. Excellent experience. If your a novice and need help, this is the place to go!
Don’t know how good the range is because they were closed without posting anything on their website or on their telephone. Wasted two + hours of my day to make the trip here just to find out they were closed. Beware - call first and if you don’t get anyone, don’t come.
Great employees, definitely worth the money. Great selection in targets. Their rentals were clean and had great quality. If you dont have a case theyll lend you one. Honestly cant say anything negative. Love that they had many versions of the XDMs. Definitely will be back again.
Awesome customer service from the best staff Ive experienced anywhere. I was unfamiliar with guns and they took the time to give me tons of information and make me feel comfortable visiting the shooting range. They take trades too, so its the perfect place to upgrade.
Great ventilation, fair range rules, well lit, and knowledgeable staff. I’ve worked in a few ranges and this one is my favorite. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the RSO’s have forgotten to give me back my ID on a few occasions. This is the responsibility of the RSO when they’re checking you out of the range. This is the only range I’ve been to that retains your ID even if your not using a rental gun.
Great place to shoot. The ventilation system allows me to shoot for an hour and not coming home wreaking of gun powder and hacking up a lung. The staff here actively engages customers and they dont make you feel like you are wasting their time trying to buy and or learn more about guns. Ended up going 3 days in a row and buying a membership at the end of the third day.10 months later and I still love these guys. Always willing to help out and do what needs to be done to make sure youre taken care of.
Love this place. They dont run up on you with an attitude if you ( unknowingly ) break a house rule, etc like some of the other places around town. The staff is very respectful. Very common sense, very clean and good env.
Never have I ever been more embarrassed by someone at a range than I was today. After getting done with shooting here, I was constantly and horribly harassed by one of the employees here, about being LGBTQ. He repeatedly used the wrong pronouns with me and my partner, and refused to change my partners name on her account. unless youre nicer to me. What an @$$! I used to enjoy going here to go shooting, but after the way I was treated today, I will never be returning.
The gun rentals are a great way to try out gun models before buying. When you rent guns you can trade them in and try out different models very nice way to try out different guns in the same session. The range is OK well lit well ventilated. In the shop prices are a little high.
Very nice, clean, range with good ventilation. Great selection of firearms for sale and rent at reasonable prices from what I saw. Is it perfect? No. It depends on who you are dealing with. Some of the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and some of them are somewhat terse and behave like you are bothering them for coming in. Hence the 4 stars. I should say that I have had many more good experiences than bad ones which is why I went ahead and became a member. The rifle range is the only one I am aware of in my area that is 100 yards long. Its great for sighting optics.
Everyone who works here is friendly and knowledgeable. I cant speak for the rifle range but the pistol range is great. Well lit, state of the art ventilation system and electronic retrieval system for the targets. I love going over here.
